This experiment was conducted to evaluate the effects of different substrates in rearing tank on growth and body composition of juvenile sea cucumber Apostichophus japonicus. Sea cucumber (average weight 3.6) were randomly distributed at a density of 10 juvenile per tank into nine tanks providing three different substrates including free-substrates, sand and wave-shaped plastic sheet as (shelter). Juveniles were fed with a commercial feed once in every 2 days for 8 weeks. At the end of the experiment, survival of sea cucumber was not affected by the presence of substrates (P>0.05). Weight gain and specific growth rate of sea cucumber reared in the tanks with sand were significantly higher than those of sea cucumber reared in the tanks with shelter and without substrate (P<0.05). Crude protein and crude lipid of whole body in sea cucumber reared in free-substrate tanks were significantly higher than those of juvenile reared in the tanks with other substrates (P<0.05). Higher ash content was obtained in sea cucumber reared in the tanks with sand compared to that of juvenile reared in the tanks with other substrates (P<0.05). The results of this study suggest that growth and proximate composition of whole body of sea cucumber was significantly affected by substrates. Among materials tested, sand may be a proper substrate for sea cucumber culture.
Fruit cracking and vine leaf spot of grapes tend to occur when the plants were directly exposed to rain under outdoor culture. Rain shelter facility can be an alternative method to prevent the cracking and disease of grape, but it also has some limitations in practical usages. We designed rain shelter facility which can completely shut out the rain and ventilate naturally, and it was upgraded to meet the standards of disaster prevention against snow and wind load. The newly developed rain shelter has two-story roof structure, and the $2^{nd}$ floor roof was equipped over $1^{st}$ floor roof at a distance of 40cm. For natural ventilation and water proof, the upper roof protruded about 50cm from the ridge of a $1^{st}$ floor roof. The various tests were carried to examine such as grape quality, brown spot and fruit cracking of Campbell Early under the conventional and the newly developed rain shelter facility which was built about $100{\ss}{\check{S}}$. In comparison of temperature between the conventional and the newly developed rain shelter facility when outside temperature was more than $34^{\circ}C$, the inside temperature was recorded as $40.7^{\circ}C$ and $37.4^{\circ}C$, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two facilities when outside was below $32^{\circ}C$ The quality such as soluble solids and marketable fruit was increased, and fruit cracking of grapes and vine leaf spot also drastically diminished in the newly developed rain shelter.
This study attempt to explore how much characteristics of personal and institutional of staffs in shelter for teenage runaway influence to client's violence, and which factor of them are relative to client's violence. For this aims, we carried out a survey, survey subjects in shelter for teenage runaway participated in this research. T-test and variance analysis attempted to compare degree of violence experience of respondents by personal and institutional characteristics. According to result of analysis, age in the midst of personal characteristics is meaning difference and duty-time and type of shelter in the midst of institutional characteristics revealed meaning difference. Next, Multi-regression analysis tried to explore relative factor influencing on client's violence. The results, age in the midst of personal characteristics is relative with physical violence, duty-year in present institution is relative with etc harm. Also, duty-time per week of institutional characteristics is relative all with four type of violence. Type of shelter is relative with property harm, emotional violence and etc harm. Counseling time during duty is relative with physical violence. Above results provide basic data to find ways preventing client's violence to staffs in shelter for teenage runaway.
Canine infectious respiratory disease (CIRD), also known as infectious tracheobronchitis or kennel cough occurs in a multiple-dog environment such as a shelter. In this study, we were collected 300 of nasal swab samples from dogs and 145 of environmental samples from a shelter to investigate respiratory pathogens of dogs in the Gwangju metropolitan city animal shelter from February to October, 2019. Bacteria cultures for isolation of Bordetella (B.) bronchiseptica and polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests were performed for detection of eleven canine respiratory pathogens, namely Mycoplasma (M.) cynos, canine distemper virus (CDV), canine influenza virus (CIV), canine parainfluenza virus (CPIV), canine respiratory coronavirus (CRCoV), alpha-coronavirus (CCoV), canine pneumovirus (CnPnV), canine hepacivirus (CHeV), canine adenovirus type 2 (CAdV-2), canine herpesvirus-1 (CHV-1) and canine bocavirus (CBoV). Among 300 nasal swab samples, 148 samples (49.3%) were positive for at least one pathogens. CHV-1 was the most common pathogen, found in 95/300 (31.7%) samples. Subsequently, M. cynos (22.0%), B. bronchiseptica (2.3%), CPIV (2.0%), CBoV (1.7%), CCoV (0.7%) were detected. The detection rates of M. cynos and CHV-1 according to the duration of stay in the shelter were statistically significant. Among environmental samples, M. cynos, CCoV, CBoV and CHV-1 were detected in 45/145 (31.0%). These results indicated the need for disease control and prevention systems in the shelter.
This study was carried out to investigate the effects of rain-shelter types on growth, and fruit quality of red pepper (Capsicum annuum, 'Kemmaru') cultured in paddy. Applied rain-shelter types were outfield (control), simple rain-shelter plastic house with 2 rows (2R), simple rain-shelter plastic house with 4 rows (4R), and perfect plastic house (House). The plant height was the highest in Houses treatment. There was no difference in leaf length and width among the rain-shelter treatments. The fresh and dry weight of red pepper was high in order of House > 4R > 2R > Control. The ASTA value is irregular tendency among the treatments. Hunter's color value 'a' and 'b' was not different from among the treatments. Phytophthora blight, powdery mildew, bacterial spot were not occurred in all of treatments, and Anthracnose was only occurred in control. Mite, Microcephalothrips abdominalis, and Bemisia tabaci were not occurred in all of treatments, and aphid, Helicoverpa assulta, and virus were occurred all of treatments as same degree. Our results will provide rain-shelter cultivation of red pepper can be increase dry yield and decrease disease and insects.

Shading paint (water-soluble) is one of the temperature control agents inside of a greenhouse in summer. Plastic film rain shelter is a unique system in Korean, prevents disease development vineyards, but it causes the heat inside a shelter in summer. Shading paint treatment with different shading rates (15, 25, and 35%) outside of plastic rain shelter avoided excessive heat inside. Shading paint influenced sunlight under plastic rain shelter in a different manner at each treatment. 35% of shading paint treatment reduced 45% of PPFD (Photosynthesis Photon Flux Density) than non-treatment control. Shading paint had the significance of efficiency to reduce the temperature under plastic rain shelter. 35% of shading paint treatment reduced $2^{\circ}C$ of bunch temperature than non-treatment control. However, shading paint treatment had not to control lower than ambient temperature. 35% of shading paint treatment is available to prevent excessive heat damage and poor fruit quality under plastic film rain shelter in summer in Korean vineyards.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore how homeless shelter worker and public health nurses perceive health status and health care of homeless shelter residents (HSRs). Methods: Data collected through focus group interviews. In Focus group, in-depth discussions were between 150 to 160 minutes. Data analyzed using Krueger (1998) step analysis. Participants were seven experienced clinical social workers, nurses working homeless shelters, and public health center nurses for dosshouse people. Results: The results were 4 themes and 15 sub-themes: Characteristics of HSRs, perception of health and health problem of HSRs (alcohol related disease, hypertension Diabetics, gastro-intestinal disease, dental disease and infectios disease such as Tuberculosis, musculo-skeletal disease, prostate problem), health care status of HSRs(insufficient health care service, discrimination of medical staff, lack of health care management, low satisfaction community health care services), and the health care proposal of HSRs(nurse in homeless shelter, integrated health care system, understanding of homeless) Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study, health care programs focusing on understanding of HSRs and chronic diseases of HSRs increasing steadily although the management system is limited. Therefore, more systemized health care plan and health referral system for homeless people.

The recent issue of distributed denial of service attack paralyze major government and financial institution in internet sites. They threatened to the cyber security. There hasn't been easy defense of now using attack. There seems to be increases in damage. In this paper, The recent continue to evolve of distributed denial of service attack. DNS target of distributed denial of service attack give specific examples. but, DNS target of DDoS attacks about defense is insufficient. The DNS Cyber-shelter system was created based on the Cyber-shelter system for DDoS attack in Kisa.. We proposal DNS Cyber-shelter system.
