  • The study showed that directional Shared Leadership and transformational Shared Leadership positively influences the relationship between Shared Leadership and interpersonal relationships in the view of organizational wellbeing. In addition, in the relationship between Shared Leadership and rewarding job experience of organizational wellbeing, three leadership types excluding directional Shared Leadership had positive effects. In addition, transformational Shared Leadership and empowering Shared Leadership had a positive impact on the relationship between Shared Leadership and organizational mood of organizational wellbeing. In the relationship between Shared Leadership and a sense of fulfillment in the view of organizational wellbeing, transformational Shared Leadership only had a positive effect. As is the case with the sense of fulfillment, the transformational Shared Leadership, of and itself, positively influenced the relationship between Shared Leadership and leisure of life of organizational wellbeing. A analysis of the study showed that transformational Shared Leadership has an impact on both organizational wellbeing and personal wellbeing. Transformational Shared Leadership helps set up mutual vision or strategies, or to challenge each other to enhance existing processes and procedures. On the other hand, directional Shared Leadership influences the interpersonal relations only, whereas transactional Shared Leadership impacts rewarding job experience only. Presenting clearer ideas on what to do to each other and sharing the reward for performance implies that the members of an organization can feel much more rewarded through job engagement.

  • Shared value enhances the competitiveness of a company while simultaneously reducing societal burdens. By allowing companies to share their resources, collaborative logistics systems provide companies with an opportunity to create shared value, namely, not only economic value by enhancing the utilization of resources, but also social value by reducing energy consumptions and greenhouse gas emissions associated with logistics and transportation. Emerging businesses, such as ES3 and Flexe, have recently demonstrated how they created shared value through collaborative logistics services, for example, ES3's collaborative warehousing and direct-to-store (D2S) program, and Flexe's on-demand warehousing platform. However, the development of collaborative logistics systems is currently at a nascent stage. There are quite a few socio-technical barriers to overcome for sharing resources (data as well as infrastructure). Drawing on the socio-technical approach, this research examines how companies create both economic and social value from collaborative logistics systems. We highlight socio-technical barriers, particularly one set of social barriers, that is, competition-oriented conservatism prevalent among companies. Using the case study methodology and interview data, we closely investigate ES3 and Flexe, which provide collaborative logistics services, and demonstrate how technical and social barriers are addressed to create shared value from collaborative logistics systems.

  • In this study, the shared facilities and space in the multi-family housing which residents could maintain contacts with their neighbors were investigated and analyzed. It could find the shared facilities and space so that residents could maintain to contact with their neighbors after surveying the dwellers requirements. Also it could specify the importance of the neighborhood common spaces and the conditions for the planning of the shared facilities. Analyzing residents requirement of set-up location, this study lead to the following suggestions concerning the facilities design: In the first neighborhood-circle, it require to be related the household affairs of housewives on the adjacent space to a dwelling-unit. In the second neighborhood-circle, it require especially the facilities for children play, study, reading, hobby etc. These facilities need establish each 4-5 floor in high-rise building estates. The roof & underground floors has been recognized in important & essential place for living facilities. Therefore, it is needed to improve to get ready to receive the various facilities.

  • To enable hard real-time systems to take advantage of multicore processors, it is crucial to obtain the worst-case execution time (WCET) for programs running on multicore processors. However, this is challenging and complicated due to the inter-thread interferences from the shared resources in a multicore processor. Recent research used the combined cache conflict graph (CCCG) to model and compute the worst-case inter-thread interferences on a shared L2 cache in a multicore processor, which is called the CCCG-based approach in this paper. Although it can compute the WCET safely and accurately, its computational complexity is exponential and prohibitive for a large number of cores. In this paper, we propose three counter-based approaches to significantly reduce the complexity of the multicore WCET analysis, while achieving absolute safety with tightness close to the CCCG-based approach. The basic counter-based approach simply counts the worst-case number of cache line blocks mapped to a cache set of a shared L2 cache from all the concurrent threads, and compares it with the associativity of the cache set to compute the worst-case cache behavior. The enhanced counter-based approach uses techniques to enhance the accuracy of calculating the counters. The hybrid counter-based approach combines the enhanced counter-based approach and the CCCG-based approach to further improve the tightness of analysis without significantly increasing the complexity. Our experiments on a 4-core processor indicate that the enhanced counter-based approach overestimates the WCET by 14% on average compared to the CCCG-based approach, while its averaged running time is less than 1/380 that of the CCCG-based approach. The hybrid approach reduces the overestimation to only 2.65%, while its running time is less than 1/150 that of the CCCG-based approach on average.

  • In this paper, we study a problem of a non-constant entire function f that shares a set S = {a, b, c} with its k-th derivative f(k), where a, b and c are any three distinct complex numbers. We have found a gap in the statement of the main result of Chang-Fang-Zalcman [10], and with the help of their method, we have generalize their result in a more compact form. As an application, we generalize the famous Brück conjecture [9] with the idea of set sharing.

  • This study is a preliminary study to develop design guidelines on shared spaces of apartment for healthy housing. It was tried to set the basic direction of the guideline development by comparing and analyzing related literatures based on the previously identified evaluation indicators of healthy housing of apartment. The major findings were as followings: 1) based on the research conducted before, the characters of shared spaces for healthy housing were classified as physical, mental and social dimensions. 2) According to the comparison and analysis of relevant standards and guidelines, focuses were mostly on the physical dimension, particularly on the human traffic lines of the convenience attributes. Other focuses were on the attractiveness of the apartment complex of the vitality attribute under the mental dimension, and community facilities of the residential stability attributes under the social dimension. Therefore, it was identified that it is required to take complementary measure regarding mental and social dimensions, and design concrete steps to include different attributes of each dimension, in order to develop comprehensive guidelines for shared space.

  • For a value s ∈ ℂ∪ {∞}, two meromorphic functions f and g are said to share the value s, CM, (or IM), provided that f(z)-s and g(z)-s have the same set of zeros, counting multiplicities, (respectively, ignoring multiplicities). We say that a meromorphic function f shares s ∈ Ŝ partially with a meromorphic function g if E(s, f) ⊆ E(s, g). It is easy to see that "partially shared values CM" are more general than "shared values CM". With the help of partially shared values, in this paper, we prove some uniqueness results between a non-constant meromorphic function and its generalized differences or shifts. We exhibit some examples to show that the result of Charak et al. [8] is not true for k = 2 or k = 3. We find some gaps in proof of the result of Lin et al. [24]. We not only correct these resuts, but also generalize them in a more convenient way. We give a number of examples to validate certain claims of the main results of this paper and also to show that some of conditions are sharp. Finally, we pose some open questions for further investigation.

  • This study empirically analyzed the effect of outdoor brand consumer's consumption value and company's creating shared values activity on consumers' purchase intention. The sub-variables of consumption value were set as functional value, conditional value, and emotional value as factors affecting consumers' purchase intention. The sub-variables of company's creating shared values activities were set as economic value, relational value, social value. As a result of analysis, functional value, conditional value, and emotional value of consumption value were found to have a positive effect on purchase intention, and economic value, social value, and relational value of company's creating shared values were all positively influenced Respectively. According to the results of the analysis, it is found that both consumption value of outdoor brand consumers and company's creating shared values activities are positive factors for purchase intention. This result can be deduced that consumers 'consumption value and company's creating shared values activities in outdoor brand industry are already reflected in consumers' purchase intention.
