Objective : In Western medicine, the cause of obesity include overeating, lack of exercise, genetic factor, endocrinal impediment and psychological factor. Since the society becomes more complexed and the tensions among social members gets intensified, psychological factor getting more important. In Oriental medicine, Seven Emotion(七情, in oriental medical term) as an emotional stressor was thought to be a factor of obesity. Therefore the purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Seven Emotion and obesity in detail. Methods : overview the stress with the view of Oriental medicine and research the relationship between Seven Emotion as an emotional stressor and obesity. Results : 1. Seven Emotion can be understood as an emotional stress in Western medicine. If Seven Emotion is excessive, its extreme mental stimulation causes physical illness. 2. Having influence upon the function of internal organs, excessive Seven Emotion causes obesity. Since it hinders normal flow of Gangi(肝氣), Seven Emotion disturbs healthy function of Bi-Wi(脾胃) and normal fluctuation of Qi. Consequently, obesity is resulted from the accumulation of fat since normal metabolism of body is disrupted. 3. In Seven Emotion-Anger(怒), Joy(喜), Anxiety(憂), Thought(思), Sorrow(悲), Fear(恐), Surprise(驚)-give rise to Gan-bi-bul-wha(肝脾不和), Sim-hi-yang-huh(心脾兩虛), Bi-qi-huh(碑氣虛), Dam-sup-jeo-po(痰濕沮胞) and Wi-wha-sang-youm(胃火上炎) in type of symptom in obesity and therefore, cause obesity.

Background and purpose: Seven Emotions consist of Joy(喜), Anger(怒), Anxiety(憂), Thought(思), Sorrow(悲), Fear(恐), Fright(驚). If Seven Emotion is excessive, its extreme mental stimulation causes physical illness. There was no study of the Seven Emotion Disease in detail for now. Therefore the purpose of this study is to pigeonhole the Seven Emotion Disease. Methods: We extract the sentences about the Seven Emotion and related words in Donguibogam. We classify the sententences into Joy(喜), Anger(怒), Anxiety(憂), Thought(思), Sorrow(悲), Fear(恐), Fright(驚), Frustration, Mental Exhaustion, Character. We analysis pattern of Symptoms Derived from Seven Emotions. Results and Conclusions Seven Emotion give rise to various type of symptom. In special Anger cause more illness than other Seven Emotion.

The Neo-Confucian study of the thee of ministerial fire(相火論) constitute of the rule of iung jung(中正), the principal of form and use(體用) and of real nature and emotion(性情) of human and ethic mind(人心道心). The present study is to evaluate a fundamental concept of the theory of ministerial fire, which is one of traditional medical ideology in China, through the Neo-Confucianism projects to The theory of ministerial fire. The theory of ministerial fire of Judange(朱丹溪) was recognized by ontological principal of Heaven-Human being-Earth, ontological structure of Form-Use and the structure that mind consist of real nature and emotion(심統性惰). The ethic and human mind(道心人心) of Judange and constancy and transition(常變) of seven emotion have relationship in the ontological structure of Form-Use. The real nature of human Doing consisted of apriority of Heaven rule is unitary constructed by Form-Use(체용) of inactivated real nature and activated seven emotion and then activated seven emotion shows dual form of appropriate(中節) and inappropriate(不中節). Emperor's and ministerial fire(君火相火) which has a relationships of Heaven-Human being synchronization represents all kinds of fire and classified to heaven fire(天火) and human fire(人火). The emperor's fire was triggered by inactivated fire and ministerial fire(相火) was triggered by activated fire. Inactivated ministerial fires have dual form of physiological ministerial and pathological ministerial fire. Regarding the forementioned analytic thinking, it was clear that manifest processing of One's real nature and the ministerial fire undergo the same principal and logics. Since maintained One's real nature that is inactivated seven emotion and appropriated activated seven emotion, ministerial fire can be stable and keep one's health and well-being in mind and body.

This study was performed to examine the emotion expectations and explanations of four participants(an actor, a recipient, a child observer, and an adult observer) in moral, social-conventional, and personal rule transgression situations. Six vignettes describing the rule transgressions were presented to 200 children who were either five or seven years old. The children were asked to predict and explain each participant's emotions. The children's emotion expectations were different depending on the domain of the rule transgressions and on the type of the participant. The actors were predicted to feel happy during all transgressions, while the recipients and two observers(a child and an adult) were predicted to feel unhappy. The seven-year-old children attributed more happiness to the actors, and more negative affect to the recipients compared to the five-year-olds. This result was inconsistent with the previous findings that older children attributed more happiness to actors. This finding was discussed in relation to the 'happy victimizer'. Some categories of emotion explanations were differentiated according to the domain of rule transgressions. The personal rule transgressions, newly defined and examined in this study, were judged to be less serious than the moral rule transgressions in terms of the intensity of the negative affect.

이 논문은 이익과 신후담의 사칠론에서 중절의 철학적 함의를 해명하고 있다. 논문에 따르면, 퇴계의 사단칠정론에서 사단과 중절한 칠정 사이의 관계 규정은 곤란한 문제로 남겨졌다. 이익은 중절한 칠정의 의미를 새롭게 분석함으로써 이 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. 그는 중절한 칠정의 도덕성을 인정하면서도 그것이 사단과 차별적이라는 점을 철학적으로 해명하고자 하였다. 공정무사한 공감자를 설정하여 이 문제를 풀고자 한 것이 그의 해법이었다. 이러한 이익의 생각은 중절의 윤리적 가치에 대해 참신한 재평가를 수행한 것이라는 점에서 의의가 있는 것이었다. 그러나 신후담은 스승 이익의 생각에 반대하면서 중절의 도덕적 가치를 평가 절하하였다. 신후담에 따르면, 성인(聖人)의 공칠정(公七情)과 중절(中節)한 칠정은 다른 것이었다. 성인의 공칠정은 공적 도덕성이 실현된 감정 상태이지만 중절한 칠정은 자연적 욕구와 생리적 기호가 적절한 상태에 놓인 것에 불과한 것이었다. 전자가 이발(理發)이라면 후자는 기발(氣發)인 것이다. 그는 이익에게서 모호하게 표현되었던 성인칠정(聖人七情)을 명백히 공(公)과 사(私)의 두 측면으로 차별화함으로써 퇴계학 전통의 이발(理發)을 한층 강화하였다. 여기에 이르러 사단과 칠정이라는 오래된 구분선은 해체되고 공(公)과 사(私)가 도덕 감정의 기준으로 부각되었다.

Objective : This investigation was carried out to see psychologic evaluation with SCL-90-R in patients induced seven-emotion. Methods : 27 patients induced seven-emotion were administered SCL-90-R. Results : 1. All subscale scores by sex and age were significantly recognized in patients. 2. Dimension depression were significantly recognized in male patients. 3. All subscale scores by sex weren't significantly recognized in patients. 4. Dimension obsesive-compulsive, anxiety were significantly recognized in patients entered through ER. 5. Dimension phobic anxiety were significantly recognized in patients with psychologic history. Conclusion : we have significant differences on comparisons of Scores by sex, admission route and psychologic history of the Patients.

1. The emotion is given before birth, and because of not perfect of human being's consciseness, individual differance exist. 2. Every emotion act first on the heart and following other organ which possess each of the five emotion. Therfore the heart plays impartant role on the emotion and emerge five organ in the oriental medicine theory. 3. The emotion was expressed by external reagent, but the more importante reagent is internal situation such as qi(氣), xie(血), yin(陰), yang(陽), according to these reagent the existing time and strength is different. 4. The emotion is different according to the weak-strong and big-small of zang-fu(臟腑), and the size of zang-fu(臟腑) is determined by emotional specificity in the si-xiang medicinal (四象醫學)theory.

Correct prediction of emotion is essential for developing advanced health devices. For this purpose, neural network has been successfully used. However, interpretation of how a certain emotion is predicted through the emotion prediction neural network is very tough. When interpreting mechanism about how emotion is predicted by using the emotion prediction neural network can be developed, such mechanism can be effectively embedded into highly advanced health-care devices. In this sense, this study proposes a novel approach to interpreting how the emotion prediction neural network yields emotion. Our proposed mechanism is based on HRV (heart rate variability) measurements, which is based on calculating physiological data out of ECG (electrocardiogram) measurements. Experiment dataset with 23 qualified participants were used to obtain the seven HRV measurement such as Mean RR, SDNN, RMSSD, VLF, LF, HF, LF/HF. Then emotion prediction neural network was modelled by using the HRV dataset. By applying the proposed mechanism, a set of explicit mathematical functions could be derived, which are clearly and explicitly interpretable. The proposed mechanism was compared with conventional neural network to show validity.

Purpose The research was studied the hierarchical Hangul emotion index by organizing all the emotions which SNS users are thinking. As a preliminary study by the researcher, the English-based Plutchick (1980)'s emotional standard was reinterpreted in Korean, and a hashtag with implicit meaning on SNS was studied. To build a multidimensional emotion dictionary and classify three-dimensional emotions, an emotion seed was selected for the composition of seven emotion sets, and an emotion word dictionary was constructed by collecting SNS hashtags derived from each emotion seed. We also want to explore the priority of each Hangul emotion index. Design/methodology/approach In the process of transforming the matrix through the vector process of words constituting the sentence, weights were extracted using TF-IDF (Term Frequency Inverse Document Frequency), and the dimension reduction technique of the matrix in the emotion set was NMF (Nonnegative Matrix Factorization) algorithm. The emotional dimension was solved by using the characteristic value of the emotional word. The cosine distance algorithm was used to measure the distance between vectors by measuring the similarity of emotion words in the emotion set. Findings Customer needs analysis is a force to read changes in emotions, and Korean emotion word research is the customer's needs. In addition, the ranking of the emotion words within the emotion set will be a special criterion for reading the depth of the emotion. The sentiment index study of this research believes that by providing companies with effective information for emotional marketing, new business opportunities will be expanded and valued. In addition, if the emotion dictionary is eventually connected to the emotional DNA of the product, it will be possible to define the "emotional DNA", which is a set of emotions that the product should have.
