제품 검사 시스템 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on development of repeat check system for product)

  • 가스 밸브 제어기는 사용자의 취급부주의에 의해 폭발, 화재 및 질식 등의 사고를 미연에 방지하고자 사용 시간을 설정하여 가스를 사용할 수 있는 시스템이다. 가스 밸브는 각 수용가에서 한 번 설치를 하면 특별한 사안이 없는 한 교체하지 않는 품목 중의 하나로서, 설치 이전에 충분한 시험이 필요한 장치이다. 본 연구에서는 가스 밸브 제어기를 사용 횟수를 설정하여 시험할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다.

매개변수를 갖는 고차원 보간법을 이용한 디모자이킹 기법 (Demosaicking Method using High-order Interpolation with Parameters)

  • This paper presents a demosaicking method based on high-order interpolation with parameters. Demosaicking is an essential process in capturing color images through a single sensor-array. Thus, a lot of methods including the Hamilton-Adams(HA) method has been studied in this literature. However, the image quality depends on various factors such as contrast and correlation in color space; existing algorithms depend on test images in use. Consequently, a new test image set was suggested to develop demosaicking algorithms properly. According to previous studies, the HA method shows high performances with the new test data set. In this paper, we improve the HA method using high-order interpolation with parameters. Also, we provide an analysis and formulations for the proposed method. To evaluate our method, we compare our method with the existing methods both objectively and subjectively. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method is superior to the existing methods.

  • Bogie is the connection device between carbody and wheel. It is the core part that exert a important effect on the passenger safety and running safety. Bogie largely consist of bogie frame, suspension, brake, wheel set. Static and Dynamic load have acted on it complexly. So when the bogie is designed, finite element method, static load test, fatigue test running test should be considered. Some bogie frame of high speed railway freight car have the problem. It's end beam was cracked. The crack of the end beam have a bad effect on brake system. ROTEM co. made an improved end beam and applied one set to freight car. this report showed the vibration characteristic which was compared conventional bogie to improved bogie for running safety.

  • A derailment coefficient of railway vehicle is as one of important element that estimate running safety. Derailment coefficient is ratio of lateral load/vertical load happens in contact point between wheel and rail. Lateral load increases, dangerous of derailment can rise. There are ground and vehicle to measurement method of these derailment coefficient. Method of ground is simple, but when vehicles passes data of a point, there is shortcoming that acquire locally. Curved surface style wheel shape that use so far among vehicle method in this research wishes to be not but describe about static load test of wheel-set for derailment coefficient measurement that have plane plate shape that manufacture separate way and correction result etc. to test.

  • The purpose of this dissertation is to study the vulcanization characteristics, compression set and other physical properties of NBR vulcanizates according to the various plasticizer and its content. Vulcanization characteristics were investigated by using cure that has obtained by means of rheometer and Mooney viscometer. The result of physical properties, vulcanization characteristics are as fellows. 1. The results of test for optimum cure time in vulcanization characteristics of NBR compounds indicated the rapidity of scorch time according to the increase of amounts of plasticizer. 2. In the test of compression set property, LCR was the best effect. 3. In the test of oil resistance, LCR was the best effect.

  • CMOS기술의 발전에 따라 디지탈 회로를 실현하는데 complex gate 구조를 많이 사용하게 되었다. CMOS complex gate에 대해 내부 게이트 응답과 unknown state등을 고려하여 모든 stuck-open(이하 s-op)과 stuck-on(이하 s-on) 고장을 검출할 수 있는 새로운 테스트 생성 알고리즘이 제소되었다 이 알고리즘은 minimal하고 complete한 테스트 집합을 구할 수 있게 해준다. 또한, 임의의 CMOS complex gate 회로에 대해 본 알고리즘을 적용시켜, 컴퓨터를 통해 그와 같은 테스트 집합이 구해짐을 입증하였다.

  • Experimental set-up for the characterization of Shape Memory Alloys springs which are applicacable to endoscope has been implemented. Fundamental properties of SMA springs were measured by iso-thermal test iso-metric test, iso-tonic test and the relationship between stress and strain, temperature and generated force, displacement and temperature could be characterized experimentally. The implemented experimental set-up and characterization method can be exploited for the design of SMA springs and evaluation of actuators used in endoscope.

  • This study aims to compare the hardness value development characteristics according to the water-cement ratio during a series of experiments to develop a setting estimator for an AI-based concrete finishing automation system. For the test variables, water-cement ratios are varied with 30, 40 and 50%. Proctor penetration test and surface hardness test by setting time estimator are conducted to estimate the setting time. For the effect of water-cement ratios, they did not affect the surface hardness either, while initial set time and final set time are not constant with water-cement ratios.

A Novel Approach for Deriving Test Scenarios and Test Cases from Events

  • Safety critical systems, real time systems, and event-based systems have a complex set of events and their own interdependency, which makes them difficult to test ma Safety critic Safety critical systems, real time systems, and event-based systems have a complex set of events and their own interdependency, which makes them difficult to test manually. In order to cut down on costs, save time, and increase reliability, the model based testing approach is the best solution. Such an approach does not require applications or codes prior to generating test cases, so it leads to the early detection of faults, which helps in reducing the development time. Several model-based testing approaches have used different UML models but very few works have been reported to show the generation of test cases that use events. Test cases that use events are an apt choice for these types of systems. However, these works have considered events that happen at a user interface level in a system while other events that happen in a system are not considered. Such works have limited applications in testing the GUI of a system. In this paper, a novel model-based testing approach is presented using business events, state events, and control events that have been captured directly from requirement specifications. The proposed approach documents events in event templates and then builds an event-flow model and a fault model for a system. Test coverage criterion and an algorithm are designed using these models to generate event sequence based test scenarios and test cases. Unlike other event based approaches, our approach is able to detect the proposed faults in a system. A prototype tool is developed to automate and evaluate the applicability of the entire process. Results have shown that the proposed approach and supportive tool is able to successfully derive test scenarios and test cases from the requirement specifications of safety critical systems, real time systems, and event based systems.

격자지보와 숏크리트 복합구조체의 특성 실험 연구 (An Experimental Study on the Characteristics of a Composite Structure of Lattice Girder and Shotcrete)

  • 격자지보는 NATM에서 터널굴착 후 곧바로 설치되는 강지보재의 한 종류로서 기존의 H형강 지보재를 대체하고자 유럽에서 개발된 새로운 종류의 지보재이다. 격자지보는 강봉을 삼각형태로 엮어 만들었기 때문에 숏크리트 타설이 용이하고 지보재 배면에 생기는 공동을 최소화 할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 또한 격자지보와 숏크리트 복합구조체는 결합력이 우수하여 일체화된 구조체로서 거동하기 때문에 지압을 효과적으로 지지할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 격자지보와 숏크리트 복합구조체의 특성파악을 위해 실시한 모형벽체 시험, 모형벽체에 타설된 숏크리트의 강도특성시험, 격자지보와 숏크리트의 부착강도시험 결과를 제시하였다. 실험결과 숏크리트가 타설된 격자지보는 숏크리트가 타설된 H형강 지보재에 비해 숏크리 트 리바운드, 타설된 숏크리트의 강도, 부착특성 등이 우수한 것으로 판명되었고, 이로써 격자지로는 적절한 터널지보재로서의 역할을 할 것으로 판단되었다.
