서비스 지향 컴퓨팅은 재사용 가능한 서비스를 사용하여 애플리케이션을 개발하는 효과적인 패러다임으로서 널리 각광받고 있다. 서비스 지향 컴퓨팅에서 서비스 소비자는 서비스를 관리하거나, 수정할 필요가 없이 서비스 제공자가 제공하는 서비스를 단지 사용하기만 하면 된다. 반면에, 서비스 제공자는 사용자가 원하는 때에 서비스를 사용할 수 있도록 자원 및 데이터 등을 관리하여야 한다. 하지만, 서비스 소비자는 불특정 다수의 특성을 갖기 때문에 서비스 제공자가 서비스 품질을 관리하기 힘들다. 따라서 서비스 수준 협약에 명시된 품질을 보장하면서 여러 명의 소비자에게 서비스를 제공하기 위한 서비스 확장성이 서비스 지향 컴퓨팅의 잠재적인 문제로 주목 받고 있다. 확장성에 대한 연구는 네트워크와 데이터베이스, 분산 컴퓨팅 등의 여러 분야에서 진행되었다. 하지만, 서비스 공학 분야에서는 아직 서비스 확장성의 정의와 관련 메트릭 등의 연구가 미흡한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 환경을 다중 노드가 연결된 네트워크로 구성하고, 모든 노드의 자원을 통합 관리한다. 또한 동적인 서비스의 복제 및 이주 기법을 이용하여 서비스 확장성을 관리하기 위한 프레임워크를 제안한다. 3장에서는 확장성 관리 프레임워크의 구조와 기능성을 소개하고, 4장에서는 프레임워크의 기능성 실현에 필요한 확장성 향상 기법을 제안한다. 5장에서는 제안된 기법을 적용하여 프레임워크를 설계/구현하며, 6장에서는 구현된 프레임워크를 적용하여 실험을 수행한다. 실험을 통해 확장성 향상 기법의 실효성을 확인한다.

As the real time multimedia data service has become available due to the rapid progress of computer and Internet technology, the users can enjoy the newly developed service, which is called Video On-Dem-and(VOD). However, most of service providers have not paid their attention much on the software for various service modes on VOD, but they are only concentrating un the hardware to provide with the high resolution video display. Therefore, the service providers are recently to pay more attention on the software to cope with the various demands of users than hardware. So this paper has designed and implemented the VOD service system for those demands. Since the VOD service system suggested by this paper enable off-line search functions through E-mail, the users can possibly get the necessary information from off-line Search without connecting to the server while the current VOD service can prominently help users to save the time and effort to sea고 and select the Video contents by using periodical current awareness service supported by PUSH technology and user oriented information booking and feedback service supported by SDI service.

마이데이터 서비스를 이용하여 정보 주체인 개인이 본인의 정보를 적극적으로 관리 및 통제하여 이를 신용관리, 자산 관리 등에 능동적으로 활용할 수 있다. 마이데이터는 기업과 기관 중심의 개인 데이터 생태계를 데이터의 주인인 개인에게 자신의 데이터를 통제하고 관리하여 활용할 수 있는 권한을 부여하는 것이다. 마이데이터 서비스를 성공적으로 제공하기 위해서는 다양한 기관에서 제공되는 서로 다른 형식의 데이터를 표준 규격 형태로 변환하기 위한 API G/W의 개발이 필수적인 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 마이데이타 서비스의 API G/W 개발을 위해 검증(Validation) 기능, 관리(Throttling) 기능, 인증 및 권한(Authentication & Authorization) 기능, 중재(Mediation) 기능으로 주요 기능들을 도출하고 각 세부 기능별로 해당 서비스를 설계하였다. 설계된 API G/W의 기능들을 통해 다양한 형식의 요구들을 서비스할 수 있는 마이데이터 서비스를 안전하고 효율적으로 지원할 수 있었다.

Purpose: This study systematically examined the concept of digital selling readiness of salespeople. Additionally, this study empirically confirms the sequential mediating roles of digital literacy and salesperson self-efficacy in the impact of digital selling readiness on customer-oriented behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: We collected data from salespeople at a Bank and Financial Service firm in South Korea. A total of 254 salespeople were invited to participate, with 154 surveys returned. After removing the questionnaires with missing values, 150 complete surveys were employed for the analysis. Results: The empirical analysis indicates that digital selling readiness positively affects digital literacy. Digital literacy, in turn, is positively associated with self-efficacy, leading to increased customer-oriented behaviors among salespersons. This study also confirms the sequential mediating effects of digital literacy and self-efficacy in the impact of salespeople's digital selling readiness on customer-oriented behavior. Conclusions: Our research deepens the understanding of how digital selling readiness fosters customer-oriented behavior through the sequential mediating effects of digital literacy and self-efficacy. This study extends the previous model by sequentially involving digital literacy and self-efficacy to better understand the psychological processes of digital selling. The results highlight the role of digital selling readiness in preparing salespeople for digital sales.

In this research, we create a network infrastructure based on a service-oriented infrastructure (SOI) for the virtualization technology and integrate it with a cloud technology that applies the cloud integration management platform (CIMP) concept. In CIMP, the server and storage will be separated. The server will be adopted for virtualization while the storage will be used by students and teachers to store data. As long they save their data in the storage module, every time, everywhere, and on every device, they can access their data. This research will implement the design of the network infrastructure and be applied to the remote practical learning system in the laboratory. Students and teachers will ultimately adopt this network infrastructure for remote practice using their respective devices without physically meeting in the laboratory. In the future, if the implementation phase is successful, then in addition to laboratory environments, it can be implemented in all learning activities at our campus.

모바일 융합 서비스를 개발하기 위해 단순 컴포넌트의 조립(integration)이나 합병(merge)과 융합 서비스를 식별하는 기존의 개념만으로 부족하다. 비즈니스 서비스 모델에 적합한 비즈니스 기능을 가진 융합 서비스를 지원하는 응용 시스템 개발을 위해 비즈니스 서비스 모델에서부터 서비스 모델로의 매핑과 다양한 자산(assets)정보가 필요하며 이들을 설계 단계에서 구현 단계를 지원하는 적절한 프레임 워크가 절대적으로 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 집약적인 신기술을 도입하여 시장 전략과 융합 모바일 도메인에 적합한 소프트웨어 개발 도구 및 환경 지원을 위한 모바일 융합 서비스 기반 공통 프레임워크(SOCF:Service Oriented Common Frameworks)를 연구하며 실생활의 모바일 서비스가 제공자와 고객 간에 재사용 단위의 추상화 수준을 단순 컴포넌트를 넘어 서비스 제공과 사용사이(provide/consume)의 서비스 수준까지 확대하여 다양한 서비스 자원들을 통합하고 재사용하여 서비스 융합 시스템 개발을 지원하는 프레임워크 설계 및 구현에 관한 내용을 서술한다.

오늘날의 오피스 공간은 오피스 초창기에 보여지 듯 거대한 공간 안에서 동시다발적으로 일어났던 공간 구조와는 달리 개인의 업무, 공동의 업무와 상호 독립적인 업무, 그룹의 업무방법과 그룹문화, 그룹과 사람에 따라서 다르게 구성하고 있다. 이는 산업과 기술의 발달로 하여금 사용자의 오피스 공간 의식변화 및 공간 형태에서 큰 변화가 이루어짐을 의미한다. 하지만 유비쿼터스 기술의 빠른 성장은 건물 전체의 기능이나 성능, 효율과 더불어 사용자 중심의 공간의 서비스를 제공하는 지능형오피스의 기술적 공간변화로 진화되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 지능형오피스의 개념을 구체화와 사용자요구 중심의 오피스환경 연구의 일환으로 지능형오피스 서비스시나리오 구성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다.

In this paper, we propose a web GPS based logistics vehicle control management system using MVC design patterns. The proposed system is designed by applying design patterns of object oriented modeling called mini-architecture to enhance reliability of software as well as promote stability of overall system design. In addition, we can get a position information by means of the GPS embedded in PDA and communicate between client and monitoring server using CDMA network so that the position of client can be identified directly by the map service. The system provides an moving object indexing technique which extends the existing TB-tree to manage and retrieve a transporting trajectory of logistics efficiently. Finally, with development of the logistics vehicle control service called WG-LOGICS system, we can verify the usefulness of our system which is able for monitoring a vehicle preparation, allocating registration, loading a burden, transfer path, and destination arrival in real world.

e-러닝 분야에 두가지 흐름이 있다. 첫째는 정보시스템을 포함한 제품들이 서비스와의 연계를 통해 새로운 가치 창출을 시도하고 있다. 둘째는 서비스를 체계화하기 위한 방법으로 서비스 시스템과 서비스 프로세스로 사용한다. 서비스 시스템은 사람, 기술, 가치명제, 내/외부 서비스 시스템(네트워크), 공유정보로 구성되어 있다. 서비스 프로세스는 설계, 개발, 운영, 평가의 4가지 단계로 구성될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 e-Learning 학습평가관리를 위하여 서비스 기반의 e-Learning 서비스 평가 체계를 설계하고 구축하였다. 평가관리시스템의 구성은 크게 평가유형관리, 총평관리, 수상관리, 평가지관리, 평가결과지관리로 되어있다. 본 논문의 특징은 학습자, 보호자, 평가자의 서로 다른 평가기준에 맞춰 평가를 설계할 수 있도록 서비스 할 수 있다는 것이다. 연구의 중요한 가치는 평가업무를 쉽게 체계화 시키고 명확하게 평가 결과를 제공할 수 있는 서비스 지향 환경을 구축하였다는데 그 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다.

Wireless Internet based in WAP(Wireless Application Protocol) has been a very useful and attractive means picking up information through service irrelavant to time and space. And more the request of user has been diverse. In this paper, we implemented a Diet Menu System using expert knowledge-based rules on the WAP environment. This enables the moving man interested in diet to get information through wireless mobil hand phone. There are only connection-oriented system for this type of service till now. This paper has designed basic expert knowledge rules for result display, verified and implemented for WAP environment.
