산부인과 의사의 일부 서비스 진료업무량 측정방법 비교에 관한 연구 (Comparison of work measures for some physician services in Obstetrics & Gynecology)

  • We have never seen any method to cope basically with complicated situation and problems around medical reimbursement rates here in Korea since 1977 witnessed by the beginning of medical insurance. By the way researchers concerned are beginning to propose some kinds of innovative and detailed ideas to government these days. They are Diagnosis-related group(DRG) and Resource-based .elative value scale(RBRVS). In the light of this situation it is so encouraging that our government can come up with that and move. In case of RBRVS research we have already been reaching even to the level of reviewing and revising methodology for its further development after naive pilot study on internal medicine and general surgery last year. However there might be something different conditions between USA and Korea to apply the same Dr. Hsiao's method and it must be vital to check so called' total work approach' compared with 'intra-service work approach' before expanding to the whole medical fields. According to the' Intra-service approach', the physician's work is supposed to be divided into three sub-works by the name of intraservice work, pre, and post service work. These sub-works, again should be merged together to be the pre-postwork subset through some statistical methods of the estimation process applied by Dr. Hsiao's methodology in RBRVS development later on. But in this paper that estimation process was not taken because we could have real values for all of those surveyed items related to just one specialty, OB & GY. Instead, We used some statistical comparison procedures relevant to demographic characteristics, reliability & validity and correlation analysis with American RVU(Relative value unit) between the total work and merged total work from intraservice work approach. The unit of analysis was individual physicians of OB & GY and 300 physicians were selected for each approach through statistical sampling method based on national population of OB & GY physicians in Korea. And also with the thankful help of Advisory Committee under Korean Association of OB & GY, questionnaires were made and mailed to the subjects, two times. As a result there were not any statistically significant differences in demographic characteristics between the two approaches except for the variable 'Response time for the questionnaires', but in other sections of comparisons, response rate, representative values, reliability & validity test, correlation analysis with American RVU, all showed 'Total approach' was not only more rational and statistically meaningful than 'Intra-service approach' but also had considerable merits. But we are not absolutely sure about this paper's robustness. Because of some limitations, we'd rather like to suggest further researches should be followed. In that sense the first thing would be a research for the influence of doctor's characteristics, especially 'frequency' on the rating of work and the way to define total work more clearly.

외식업 종사원의 서비스 품질 지각과 긍정적 감정 반응이 직무 만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Service Quality and Subsequent Response on Job Satisfaction of the Employee within the Food Service Industry)

  • This study attempted to find more efficient ways of managing human resources through the effect of service quality and affect response on job satisfaction of the employee in the food service industry. Quality of service to the customer has an effect on the response of the employee. Therefore providing a high quality of service quality to. the customer is an important factor that contributes to a positive work environment for employees in the food service industry. For this study, research data was collected from employees of various restaurants. Among a total of 170 collected questionnaires, 20 incomplete samples were eliminated and consequently a final 150 completed questionnaires were provided. The SPSS/win 12.0 was used for statistical analysis: frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis and regression analysis. It is recommended that the food service industry should provide a positive work atmosphere which is satisfactory to the employee based on the needs of the employee. This study indicated that the quality of service quality affected the response and job satisfaction of employees in the food service industry.

보건소 방문간호사의 서비스 수행빈도 및 교육요구 (The Health service performance frequency and educational needs among the visiting nurses of public health centers)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to compare the health service delivery level and educational needs by work experiences and types of public health center among the nurses who work as visiting health services workers at public health centers. Methods: Data collected from 484 nursing staff for 2 weeks, was analyzed using the SPSS program t-test, ANOVA, and Spearman Rank-Order Correlation. Nurses with more than 2 years experience were 79.1%; and 43.6% of the subjects worked within Gun type public health centers. Results: The health service performance frequency of metropolitan city type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of education, behavior pattern, chronic disease, pregnant women & infants, and multi-cultural family. The health service performance frequency of Gun type public health centers was significantly high in the areas of type of test, fundamental nursing, and basic rehabilitation. In addition, the correlation between the performance frequency and educational needs was positively correlated, and the subjects with greater educational needs performed more. Conclusion: Educational programs should be designed according to the types of public health centers rather than work experiences, especially in systematic training for frequently performed items after reviewing the practice precisely.

바우처 제도의 이용자 선택권 강화가 돌봄노동자에게 미친 영향과 그 의미 (Enhanced User Choice of Voucher Program and its Impact and Implications on Care Worker)

  • 본 연구는 이용자 선택권 강화 맥락에 초점을 두고 바우처 도입 이후 돌봄노동자에게 나타난 변화를 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 바우처 도입 이후 돌봄노동자들의 고용, 해고, 노동강도 등에 서비스 이용자들이 미치는 영향력이 강화됨에 따라 돌봄노동자들은 노동지위의 취약화와 노동 의미와 상실, 돌봄노동자로서의 정체성 혼란 등 '노동소외'를 경험하는 것으로 나타났다. 돌봄노동자의 노동소외는 사회서비스 질 향상에 부정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인으로 양질의 사회서비스 공급을 위해서는 서비스 이용자의 권리 향상과 더불어 돌봄노동자의 인권 및 노동권 보호 논의가 함께 이루어져야 함을 제안하였다.

  • 모바일기기의 '스마트화'로 인해 소비자들의 모바일기기를 활용한 서비스의 이용 빈도가 높아지면서 서비스 이용에 있어서 시간적, 공간적 제약이 없는 클라우드 서비스에 대한 요구가 증대되고 있다. 이런 트렌드는 기업업무 환경에도 영향을 주어 사무실에서 PC를 활용하여 수행했던 고전적인 업무 행태를 벗어나 시간과 장소에 구애 없이 스마트 모바일기기로 업무를 수행하는 '스마트워크 (Smart-work)'가 확산되고 있는데 주로 스마트 모바일기기로 이용가능한 공동 문서작업, 화상회의, 자료검색 등의 솔루션 제공 차원에 머물고 있어서 스마트워크를 도입하고자 하는 기업 입장에서 다양한 기업업무용 애플리케이션 개발과 운영의 비용절감을 위한 클라우드 서비스 플랫폼이 필요하다. 이에, 본 논문은 기업업무 서비스용 모바일 애플리케이션 개발을 지원하고 개발된 애플리케이션을 PaaS(Platform as a Service) 형태로 모바일기기에 서비스하는 모바일 클라우드 서비스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

가정과 교육에서 서비스 러닝 활성화를 위한 주생활 영역 교과목 활동 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Housing and Interior Design Courses Work for the Promotion of Service-Learning in Home Economics Education)

  • This study develops and applies a service learning course that integrates university curriculum with the local community in housing and interior design. The results of the study are as follows. First, the service learning course of the housing and interior design was developed as a six-week lecture based on the project model with the theme of housing for the socially disadvantaged. Second, this course was implemented with faculty, students, interior designers, and service recipients to engage in activities to improve the educational environment of local child centers. Next, students engaged in the service learning course and continuously conducted reflection activities to enhance the effectiveness of learning. In reflection activities, students assessed that self-directed capabilities increased as has employing the coordination and applicability to meet identified community needs. Finally, faculty, students, and experts (including institutional experts and supervising departments) evaluated course practice and educational outcomes. Experts assessed that the course clarified course objectives, utilized various learning strategies, and showed that the structural reflection mode of learners and professors was overwhelmingly positive. The results indicated that service-learning courses enable students to integrate academic study with social work to better understand course content through direct engagements in experience learning. Furthermore, students are empowered by participation in public services that benefit service clients and consultants as students take more personal responsibility for learning.

예비교사들의 교육봉사지속성에 미치는 영향 탐색: 자아효능감, 친사회성, 작업선호도를 중심으로 (Exploring the effects of pre-service teachers' educational service continuity: Focusing on self-efficacy, pro-sociality, and work preference)

  • 이 연구는 예비교사들의 교육봉사지속성에 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구방법: 자료수집 기간은 2023년 3월 1일부터 30일까지 이루어졌다. G광역시 2개 대학 교직이수자 90명을 대상으로 자아효능감, 친사회성, 작업선호도, 교육봉사지속성을 조사하였다. 수집된 자료의 분석은 IBM SPSS/Win 26.0을 이용하였으며, 서술통계, ANOVA, Pearson 상관관계와 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 결과: 연구결과 연령과 전공에 따라 교육봉사지속성에 차이가 있음을 알 수 있었다(p<.05). 작업선호도, 자아효능감, 친사회성, 교육봉사지속성의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 네 개 변인 모두 양의 상관관계를 갖고 있었다(p<.05). 어떤 변인이 교육봉사지속성에 영향을 끼쳤는지 알아보기 위해 다중회귀분석을 실시한 결과, 외적동기와 친사회성이 유의한 결과가 나타났으며 두 변인이 교육봉사지속성을 설명하는 설명력은 57.4%로 나타났다. 논의: 이 연구결과를 바탕으로 교육봉사지속성을 증가시키기 위해 외적동기와 친사회성을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램의 개발 및 적용방안이 마련되어야 할 것으로 생각된다.

치과종사자의 직무만족도와 직장-가정갈등 및 이직의도와의 관련성 (Analysis of the Job Satisfaction, Work-Family Conflict and Turnover Intention of Dental Health Care Worker)

  • This study had collected 267 Dental Health Care Worker in Busan, Gyeongnam and Ulsan, in order to investigate work-family conflict, job satisfaction and turnover intention of dental hygienists and find relationship between these. A survey was conducted from April 8 through April 30, 2013, by using structured, self-administered questionnaires. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 program. The obtained results were as follows; 1. The average job satisfaction point are 3.32, work-family conflict point 3.06, and turnover intention point 2.80. 2. The job satisfaction was under the greatest influence of the Group of Rationality, followed by declination of Work Demand, Working Environment, Money. 3. The turnover intention was under the greatest influence of the Money, Job of Future. All the foctors had a positive impact on their turnover intention. That lowering these factors expressed a positive correlation, the higher the money and job of Future turnover intention.

상대가치 개발의 총괄 (An Overview of Korean Resource-Based Relativ Value Scale)

  • In Korea, Resource-Based Relative Value Scale(RBRVS) is suggesting to the alternative of Korean Medical Fee Schedule. This study developed to methodology of RBRVS applicable to Korean situation and applied to services of internal medicine and general surgery. Our methodology of RBRVS is basically same to Hsiao's. But there are some differences between our method and H냐매's because Korean medical situation differs to American. The first difference is method of measurement of work. The Unit of work in our study is total work including intra-servic work and pre-/post-service work. Secondly, in extrapolation, we use primary data gathered to small group of physician. Tertially, in measurement of practice cost, we directly survey to budget data of hosptials and analyse practice costs by service. Some results are presented in a companion article.
