하브루타를 적용한 신병훈련의 효과가 훈련병의 만족도 및 성취도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Recruit Training with Havruta on the Satisfaction and Achievement of Trainees)

  • The army is concerned about the decrease in enlistment resources due to the low birth rate and the weakening of military combat power due to the shortening of the military service period. Now, the military's quantitative growth is no longer limited and it is a time for qualitative growth. To this end, the Army has been applying the Israeli learning method Havruta to recruit training to improve the quality of training since 2019. After applying Havruta, several scholars have studied the effect of recruit training applying Havruta. As a result, it was verified that recruit training applying Havruta improves the inner motive, creativity, and military service value of trainees. This study investigated how trainees' inner motive, creativity, and military service value affect their satisfaction and achievement. In addition, it was studied whether the effect of recruit training applied with Havruta on achievement differs according to the educational background (high school graduate or higher) and military family (professional soldiers within 4th degree) of the trainees. To this end, a survey was conducted on 472 recruits, and the structural relationship between each variable and the moderating effect were analyzed using the structural equation model. As a result of the study, military service value did not affect training satisfaction. Also, there was a difference in the effect of creativity on training satisfaction according to the educational background of new recruits, and there was a difference in the effect of military service value on training satisfaction and training achievement according to military family members. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the improvement of the army's recruit training development plan and effective training system.

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate the purchase influence of teenagers in the family by examining the evaluation of market value according to their clothing purchase style. The questionaire survey was carried out 572 high school, and middle school students in Seoul region in Feb., 2000. SPSS package program was used to analyze the gathered data. The results of the research were as follows: 1. Four types of family communication patterns were identified through cluster analyses: laissez-faires, protectives, pluralistics, consensuals. 2. Market values were classified into seven dimensions by factor analyses: user value-psychological value, performance value; payer value-payment convenience value, price value; buyer value-personalization value, service value, purchase convenience value. 3. Independent purchase was evaluated higher than joint purchase for the price value and psychological value, while joint purchase marked higher than independent purchase for the performance value, payment convenience value, service value and purchase convenience value. And there were some differences in the results of evaluation among the family communication patterns.

  • 본 논문은 외식서비스산업의 이론과 요인분석을 통한 지역 프랜차이즈 V업체, T업체 그리고 O업체 외식업의 서비스 이미지 비용표준 가치 이익과 순수 이미지 지각 가치에 관하여 연구를 하였다. 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구방범으로 이론적 연구방법과 실증적 연구방법을 병행하였다. 이론과 실증분석을 통하여 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 정체성 활성화를 위한 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 결정 사업 단계를 살펴보았고, 그 결과로 전주 지역의 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업 계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각 가치 점수에서 '메뉴 서비스 이미지'가 전주 지역 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅을 위한 사업계획 우선순위인 순수 이미지 지각가치점수에서 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났고, 또한 이미지 비용 표준 가치 이익 점수에서 V업체는 '운영적 서비스 시스템 이미지', T업체는 '접근성 서비스 이미지', O업체는 '내부 환경 서비스'가 가장 효과적인 요인으로 나타났다. 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 마케팅 전략에 있어서 V외식업체는 외식업체의 서비스 이미지 계획운영사업 17억원, T외식업체에서 9,600만원, O외식업체에서 720만원으로 외식업체의 서비스 이미지가 가장 효과적으로 나타났다.

조건부가치측정법을 이용한 스마트 홈 서비스의 지불의사액 추정 (Estimation of Willingness to Pay for Smart Home Service by Contingent Valuation Method)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the value of smart home service using contingent valuation method that is the method evaluating the value of service which will be provided in the future. Using this method, this study suggests proper price and market value of smart home service through figuring out customer's willingness to pay. Methods: To estimate willingness to pay for smart home service, this study uses double bounded dichotomous choice question. The survey was conducted for 2 months from December in 2015 to February in 2016. A total of 269 copies were used to estimate through R-programming. Results: The results of this study are as follows; Gender(especially woman), income, proposed price are the factors which affecting willingness to pay. As the result of this study, average price of willingness to pay for smart home service estimates as \29,653. Comparing with high-speed internet bundling service fee, this estimated price for smart home service is appropriate level for customers to accept. Conclusion: This study estimates consumer's willingness to pay for smart home service which is in the market entry stage. In corporate side, this study might be meaningful for estimating investment scale and profit. Also it could provide basis for establishing strategic policy to develop smart home service market in government side.

자체기동 보조서비스의 가치평가 산정 방안 (An Approach to Assessment of the Value of Black Start Service)

  • For the power system to keep in a stable operating state, sufficient ancillary services must be available to respond to credible contingency events and return the power system to a satisfactory operating state in the case of contingencies as well as blackout events within specified predefined limits. The logical and reasonable bases of valuing and pricing the ancillary services are required to reach the common ground among market participants. The total amount of black start service transactions is quite small compared to the total ancillary service transactions as well as energy market transactions. Black start services must be provided as one of the ancillary services in the deregulated electricity market. In order to procure and remunerate black start services, it is necessary to quantify the value of the black start sources within the power system. In this paper, an approach to assess the value of the black start service is presented based on the cost-of-service solution. Financial simulation of the influence on market participants for the proposed approach on the service is carried out. The cost of the black start service is allocated in accordance with the principle of "causer pays", and the cost is shared by the producers and consumers equally that created the requirement for the service. Under the present electricity market, the mechanism to recover the cost is not implemented, a new approach to the ancillary services to provide incentive for the service providers has to be studied in the near future.

부가통신서비스산업의 경제적 파급효과 분석: 산업연관분석을 이용하여 (The Role of the Value Added Network Service Industry in the Korean Economy: Using An Input-Output Analysis)

  • 부가통신서비스산업은 통신서비스 산업과 국가 경제 발전에 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 산업연관분석을 이용하여 2000년, 2005년 2009년 세 개년도 동안 부가통신서비스 산업의 역할에 대해 조사하였다. 분석을 위해 수요유도모형에 따른 생산유발효과, 부가가치유발효과 그리고 취업유발효과, 공급유도모형과 레온티에프 가격 모형에 따른 공급지장효과, 물가파급효과 그리고 전후방연쇄효과에 대해 알아보았다. 분석 결과 생산유발효과는 2000년 0.5253원, 2009년 1.31314원, 부가가치유발효과는 0.25112원에서 0.5337원으로 취업유발효과는 0.09749명에서 0.21025명으로 성장하였고, 공급지장효과는 1.29003원에서 2.12048원, 레온티에프 가격모형에 의한 물가파급효과는 0.0022%에서 0.00258%로 상승하였다. 마지막으로 산업연쇄효과에 따르면 최종 수요적 원시산업형의 특징을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 지식, 기술, 정보 등은 지식정보화 사회에서 중요한 재화로서 그 비중이 날로 높아지고 있으며 일반 소비재, 서비스 등과 다른 특성으로 인하여 정보마케팅적 관점이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 국가R&D정보서비스의 하나인 NTIS, NDSL사용자를 대상으로 정보마케팅관점에서 정보고객가치, 만족도 영향요인을 실증분석하였다. 연구결과 정보품질, 서비스 품질, 정보고객가치는 고객만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며 정보고객가치는 정보품질 및 서비스품질과 만족도 간 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 정보품질과 서비스 품질 또한 정보고객가치에도 유의한 정(+)의 효과를 보였다. 또한 정보고객가치를 매개변수로 하여 산출된 정보품질의 간접효과는 직접효과보다 상당히 더 높게 나타난 반면, 서비스품질의 간접효과와 직접효과 차이는 크지 않았다. 본 연구는 정보관련 특수 분야의 마케팅 차원을 확대하는데 의미가 있으며 공공재적 성격의 국가 R&D정보서비스의 고객가치 및 만족도 제고를 위한 실무적 시사점을 제공함에 의의가 있다. 향후 국가 R&D정보서비스에서 일반화하여 정보마케팅과 정보고객가치 관련 지속적인 연구가 필요하다.

중국 라이브 커머스 서비스 품질 특성이 이용자의 지속이용의 도에 미치는 영향 연구 (A Study on the Effects of Chinese Live Commerce Service Quality Characteristics on Users' Continuous Use Intention)

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze users' continuous use intentions using the characteristics of live commerce in China. Design/methodology/approach - Social presence, influence of information source (Wang Hong), convenience, marketability, reliability, personal innovativeness, and social influence were selected as elements that affect the perceived value of users, and an assumption that perceived value would affect continuous use intention was set. 515 samples were obtained from Chinese consumers through a Chinese online questionaire survey. IBM SPSS 26 and AMOS was used for statistical testing. Findings - First, social presence, Wang Hong, convenience, marketability, and reliability, which are the quality characteristics of live commerce services, affect the perceived value of users and user's continuous use intention. Second, the perceived value of users plays a mediating role between the quality characteristics of live commerce service and the continuous use intention. Third, personal innovativeness plays a moderating role in the effect of live commerce service quality on the perceived value of e-commerce users. Fourth, among the relative effects of the service quality characteristic variables, the relative effect of reliability is the greatest followed by that of convenience, marketability, and Wang Hong, in order of precedence, and the effect of social presence is the smallest. Research implications or Originality - South Korean government's plan to support for advancing into live commerce in China were presented as strategic implications for exporting South Korean products to China through online services including live commerce.

  • The Purpose of this study was to investigate of university students' perceived Service Qualities on the internet fashion and apparel shopping malls. This survey was carried out with real customers. Data were obtained from 197 internet fashion shopping mall consumer(university students) who have bought fashion products. Questionnaires related to service quality, perceived service value and loyalty. This study was investigated with focused on customer of university students itself. To find relationships among variables, exploratory factor analysis and multiple regression was carried out with collected data. The resulted were as follows: 1. The service quality dimension of fashion internet shopping malls were external quality of web, reliability quality and emotional quality. 2. The all of service quality dimensions of internet fashion and apparel shopping malls had an effect on university students perceived value and loyalty.

  • Third party logistics research is searching for increasing its logistics efficiency of organization. Perspective of resource-based theory, this study is to reveal the exploratory relation between integrated capabilities, organzaiton knowledge, and service performance. To develop the relational model, this study conducted a theoretical survey on Shang(2009)'s 3PL service providers research model and Synder & Cumming(1998)'s learning of organization knowledge. According to the result of correlation analysis, Integrated organization knowledge is positively correlated with service diversity advantage (correlation coefficient= .670, p-value= .000) and service quality advantage (correlation coefficient= .575, p-value= .000). The thesis argued that Korean companies try to apply integrated organization abilities and service performance for cutting their export expense.
