대학병원 급식업무 개선 사례 연구 (Case Study on Job Flow Improvement of Foodservice at a University Hospital)

  • Background : In order to cope with changes in the management environment at hospitals, increased interests are drawn in patient foodservice system on Continuous Quality Improvement Activity as the method of approaching a quality food service and effective management. Thus, as a part of this activity, this study was conducted to evaluate job flow improvement that was already performed and the results of that process at the dietetic department of a university hospital, focusing on improving management. Method : On February 15 of 1998. the dietetic department formed a job flow-improvement to decide on the priority of job flow improvement, and prepared specific action strategies and schedule of the priority: after a 5 month process period, job improvement achieved on June 15. 1998. Also, economic achievement of the task was evaluated through labor productivity analysis and cost-benefit analysis. Results : The patient food service system which was managed decentralized at the present hospital was centralized, some steps of the food service process were integrated, and quality of patient food was improved. Also, as a solution of the problems expected when conducting job flow improvement was made on food service equipments and utensils. The result of evaluating the job flow improvement that labor productivity improved by 18.2% compared to before the improvement and the result of the analysis of cost-benefit showed that Benefit-Cost (B/C) ratio was 2.22. showing financial merit on the investment. Conclusions : Continuous Quality Improvement Activity needs to be initiated and conducted in the future in various areas of hospital foodservice system in order to actively adopt to ever changing hospital management environment. In order to achieve this goal, many researches and more efforts need to be put in by people in charge of hospital food service management, and interests and support are needed from hospital policy makers.

간호사의 사회봉사활동 체계 구축을 위한 실태 및 인식 조사 (A Study on the actual condition and perception of the social service activity of nurses for social service system construction)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual condition and recognition about social service activity(SSA) of nurses. Methods : This is a descriptive study. The data were collected by a structured questionare from July 15 to 31, 2002. The questionares were sent to 711 nurses of 38 hospitals, and 664 cases were returned. The answer rate is 93.4%. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. Results : 1. 71.0% nurses had a SSA experience during university, but only 14.2% nurses are participated in SSA now. 2. In the case of having an experience, 56.0% nurses participated in SSA under 1 year, 69.5% nurses didn't support the service costs. 3. In the case of not having experience, the main reason why they didn't participate in is to lack of opportunity. 4. 91.1% nurses recognize the necessity of SSA and 99.5% nurses agree with the necessity of operation system. 82.9% nurses approve the cooperation system among the regions. 87.2% nurses have an intension to participate in SSA when the cooperation system is set up. Conclusion : It need to set up the social service operating system among the regions, and encourage nurse to participate in the SSA.

다중병합을 지원하는 SOA기반의 BPIL워크플로우 시스템 (SOA based BPIL workflow system to support multi integration)

  • Due to the development and proliferation of internet technology, cooperation and interaction between companies have become very important. However, different heterogeneous systems have been used as information systems for companies because of various types of pressure in the business environment. Therefore, business process integration and interaction are recognized as essential elements, not optional elements. In addition, it is important to make a business process which is valuable as an intellectual property in a storable form and share. So, many business process languages for service integration and GUI type's automatic systems using the same and making business process easily have been introducing. However, to integrate previously created web service[1] workflows, or to use a web service workflow for another workflow production like an activity, that is, research to support multi integration language and system is not ongoing except for research to make and connect adapter between workflow engines.[2] Also, research for current languages and systems that integrate the BPEL[3] process into a workflow in the industrial world does not exist. This means that integration between workflows being used at companies is difficult, and becomes the biggest obstacle to service integration, which is necessary for cooperation and interaction between companies. To solve this problem, in this paper, I defined BPIL based on XML[4], which can store business processes. Also, using this, BPIL workflow system based on SOA[5] which supports multiple integration and workflow profiling was designed and prototype was embodied.

활동보조서비스가 가족부양부담에 미치는 영향 -가족탄력성 조절효과- (An Effect of Personal Assistance Services for the Disabled Persons upon the Burdens of Raising a Family - Focusing on Family Resilience Control Effect -)

  • 본 연구는 활동보조서비스(신체활동지원, 가사활동지원, 사회활동지원) 이용이 가족부양부담에 영향을 미치는지와 활동보조서비스와 가족 부양부담감 간에 가족탄력성(가족신념체계, 가족응집력, 상호작용)이 조절효과를 나타내는지를 파악하여 장애인복지의 실천적 개입 방안을 모색하는 근거자료를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구목적을 위하여 경기도를 동부, 서부, 남부, 북부 지역으로 나누어서 2013년 4월 1일~5월 15일까지 활동보조서비스를 이용하는 1급, 2급 장애인가족 부양자 200명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 자료분석은 spss 19.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석 그리고 위계적 회귀분석을 기초로 한 조절적 다중회귀분석(Moderated Multiple Regression Analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요 연구결과는 첫째, 활동보조서비스 중 신체활동지원을 이용하는 경우 장애인가족의 부양부담 감소에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 활동보조서비스가 가족부양부담과의 관계에서 가족탄력성 중 가족신념체계와 가족응집력에서 조절효과가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

제한된 합리성 하에서 다문화 정책에 대한 상대적 우선순위 분석 (Bounded Rationality under Analysis of Relative Priorities on Multi-cultural Policy)

  • 본 연구는 제한된 합리성 하에서 다문화정책의 상대적 중요도와 우선순위를 도출하기 위해 AHP모델을 작성하여 전문가 평가를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 측정영역에서는 안정된 사회정착지원정책(1순위), 다문화 가족 2세들의 사회적 역량개발 정책(2순위), 사회 경제활동 지원정책(3순위), 협력적 거버넌스(4순위)의 순으로 정책 우선순위가 평가되었다. 둘째, 측정요소의 우선순위이다. 안정된 사회정착 지원정책에서는 사회정착 서비스 대상 확대정책, 다문화 가족 2세들의 사회적 역량개발 정책에서는 사회적 진출지원 정책이 가장 중요하게 평가되었다. 사회 경제활동지원 정책에서는 적극적 경제활동 지원정책, 협력적 거버넌스 정책 추진에서는 정책실천주체들의 협력시스템 구축이 가장 중요한 정책 우선순위로 평가되었다. 이런 연구결과는 다문화정책을 현실적 차원에서 설명하는데 기여할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Due to change in management environment and paradigms, companies need to the open management system that provides information for real-time costing, customer satisfaction, decision making support, responsibility management etc. We are not ready to implement this system yet. But we must introduce a new management system, i.e., ABMS(Activity- Based Management System) on the basis of the ARC(Activity-Based Costing) by development of production/information technique. This paper realizes foundational concepts of Activity and ABC, reestablishes the concept of ABC correctly and expands ABC for ABMS. Thus this paper is useful for ABMS modeling, leading competitors, total productivity improvement and strategic management for the best quality and service.

  • Competition to attract customers to the increase of the golf club, but the less people enjoying golf for a variety of issues, including the economic downturn, so golf is going deepened. Therefore, the local golf club is faced with the difficulty of management. In the case of the golf club human resource is the most important factor, because it has a high labor intensive nature of the industry as a type of facilities and services on the basis of intangible human resources. In this paper, to confirm the internal marketing activities and internal service quality, basic premise is that for an external customer satisfaction, internal customer satisfaction should be preceded, and try to analyze these execution factors on job satisfaction and customer orientation, either directly or indirectly affected. The empirical results, the management support in the internal marketing activities were the factors affecting the intrinsic job satisfaction, and the internal service quality were factors affecting employees of the intrinsic job satisfaction and extrinsic job satisfaction.

종합병원 일반병동 간호행위의 활동기준원가분석 (Activity-Based Costing Analysis of Nursing Activities in General Hospital Wards)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between cost and revenue for inpatient nursing activities in general wards. Methods: Data were collected from 12 medical-surgical wards in one general hospital from January 1 to December 31, 2010. The nursing activities were categorized into 2 groups according to nursing service payment type in terms of the Korea health insurance system. Descriptive statistics were used to identify nursing activities and nursing activity costs. Results: Of 140 nursing activities identified as performed in general wards, payment for 69 items was included in nursing management fees. The percentage of each cost for the nursing units was 90% for labor, 4% for materials, and 6% for operating expenses. The cost for medical support nursing service accounted for 38% of costs and nursing management fees, 62%. The average profit and loss was -237,257,000 won. The cost recovery rate for nursing service was only 44%. Conclusion: The results indicate a need to measure the economic value of nursing activities performed in general wards and use it as a basis for establishing an adequate reimbursement system for nursing service.

정부 정보의 활용을 위한 서비스디자인 -동북지방통계청의 국민디자인단 사례를 중심으로- (Service Design for Utilizing Government Information -Focusing on the Case of Gov3.0 Design Group for East North Statistics-)

  • 본 연구는 정부 정보나 공공데이터의 활용과 국민이 체감할 수 있는 서비스를 제공하기 위해 수요자 중심의 서비스 디자인을 활용해 정책 서비스 개발을 혁신하고자 하였다. 2015년 대구지역 동북지방통계청이 운영한 국민디자인단의 사례는 통계청이 보유하고 있는 GIS공간정보에 대한 데이터마이닝과 카드사의 실시간 결제정보를 활용해 예비창업자들을 위한 '창업 의사결정 지원'서비스를 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서비스디자인의 프로세스와 방법론을 채택하였고, 다양한 이해 관계자의 참여를 통해 이루어졌다. 본 연구를 통해 서비스디자인을 기반으로 한 국민디자인단 활동은 정부 정보 공개에 기반 한 공공서비스를 혁신하는데 유효함을 시사한다. 또한, 정부가 정보나 공공데이터를 국민에게 유용한 형태로 공개하거나 개방하고자 할 때 고려할 수 있는 접근 방법으로서 가치 있는 연구로 사료된다.

프로세스 중심의 동적 엔지니어링 웹서비스 지원 방법에 대한 연구 (A Study on Supporting Process-Centric Dynamic Engineering Web Services)

  • Collaborative and distributed engineering web services are emerging as a viable alternative to the traditional design and engineering process automation. Existing approaches have limitations in supporting long-running engineering transactions, automatic engineering process orchestration and choreography, synchronous and asynchronous conversation, and geometric abstraction for transmission and sharing. In this paper, we present a process-centric engineering web service methodology to overcome these limitations by utilizing BPEL-based (Business Process Execution Language) process templates and coordination broker-based conversation support. This paper discusses the synchronization of engineering web services which can be either peer-centric or process-centric to support long-running engineering transactions and conversation. The process orchestration and choreography broker works as a service dispatching and aggregation mediator for executing process templates, which enables the individual activity or the engineering process to dynamically select and invoke one of the alternative web services through the run-time process brokering. Further, the paper presents how to support collaboration over the running process using conversation policy.
