Specially. we proposes system architecture and algorithms that transcript Korean to Roman automatically after transliterate Korean to phonetic symbol applying phonological principles. The components operate under the web server's script mechanism. and the dictionary for exceptional usage is designed as an accessorial function supported either operating at web server internally or externally. The overall system architecture is presented by UML. specification and pseudo code. The proposed architecture can be implemented in encapsulated service by object oriented component and that can be easily adapted and modified on the internet environment and this system may have many advantages to improve efficiency, library reuse. extensibility at software development.
The shipbuilding industry is facing the various problems of less demand and oversupply owing to the global economic crisis and the increase in shipbuilding countries. Shipyards of the industry are making effort to strengthen their ability to handle the crisis via a smartwork technology for flexible working environment. In this study, we developed a smartwork system that manages the information in shipbuilding process with mobile devices such as smart phones and tablet PCs. To successfully apply the developed smartwork system to shipyards, we analyzed several best practices and management tasks of the shipbuilding processes. The developed system was designed by CBD approach that is a branch of service-oriented software engineering for reusability and flexibility on the system. As it is designed considering the flexible working environment, it supports to increase their productivity by reducing the time required to carry out tasks and by increasing the mobility required to manage work performance in field of shipyards.

Smart hand-held devices like iPhone, iPad, Andriod and other mobile-OS machines are becoming a well known part of our daily lives. Utilization of these devices has gone beyond the expectations of their inventors. Evolution of Apple's iOS from a mobile phone Operating System to a wholesome platform for Portable Gaming is an adequate proof. Using these smart devices people are downloading applications from numerous online App Stores. Utilizing remote storage facilities and confining themselves to computing power far below than an entry level laptop, netbooks have emerged. Google's idea of Chrome OS coupled with Google's AppEngine is an eye-opener for researchers and developers. Keeping all these industry-proven innovations in mind we are proposing a Context-Driven Cloud-Oriented Application Architecture for smart devices. This architecture enables our smart devices to behave smarter by utilizing very less of local resources.
Web Service which consists of SOAP, WSDL and UDDI is a software system that enables interactions of heterogeneous systems on networks with standardized XML message. Especially, UDDI is a registry for supporting the registration of a service by service publisher and discovery of a service by service requester. The preliminary studies are just about publishing and searching services. It presents the researches about UDDI study for improvement of searching a service and extended UDDI design for improvement of reusability with service components aspects. In this paper, we suggest not only features about publishing and searching services of existing UDDI system but also novel UDDI data structures and API for a reusable service model. In addition, we design and implement an extended UDDI system for publishing and finding the reusable services. Therefore, by using proposed UDDI systems, service developers reduce development costs and time through developing a service application reusing the already implemented services. In addition, it can expect to ensure the quality of services by reusing the proven services.
Service-Oriented Computing (SOC) is a reuse paradigm for developing business processes by dynamic service composition. Service consumers subscribe services deployed by service providers only through service interfaces. Therefore, services on server-side are perceived as black box to service consumers. Due to this nature of services, service consumers have limited knowledge on the quality of services. This limits utilizing of services in critical domains hard. Therefore, there is an increasing demand for effective methods for monitoring services. Current monitoring techniques generally depend on specific vendor's middleware without direct access to services due to the technical hardship of monitoring. However, these approaches have limitations including low data comprehensibility and data accuracy. And, this results in a demand for effective service monitoring framework. In this paper, we propose a framework for efficiently monitoring services. We first define requirements for designing monitoring framework. Based on the requirements, we propose architecture for monitoring framework and define generic patterns for efficiently acquiring monitored data from services. We present the detailed design of monitoring framework and its implementation. We finally implement a prototype of the monitor, and present the functionality of the framework as well as the results of experiments to verify efficiency of patterns for transmitting monitoring data.

PHR(Personal Health Record) to support the lifelong healthcare of their medical information to consumers anytime, anywhere can view and manage health information to help direct input can be defined as a service. The PHR is to provide services efficiently and PHR systems and health-related information systems should be integrated and linked. However, the current healthcare information systems field in order to meet the growing demand for healthcare construction and operation of various systems, and accordingly continues to increase budget for information, but the current system, although the association between a variety of system integration and linkage is being made. This paper proposes a Integrated information system on Healthcare based on Web service to solve problems mentioned above. SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) is a major method of integrating services on the Web. It enables new requirements to be added to existing systems without modification of legacy services, so it makes rapid adaption to varying business environment. Therefore, In this paper, PHR services based on SOA as a platform for the health care sector to design and implement an integrated information system by web services based PHR services for the construction of a new integrated information system is proving to be a suitable model.

The requirements for automated handing of business process and its monitoring usually have a proprietary form for each enterprise. Unlike the conventional database transaction, business process takes long time for its completion and incorporates very complex handling logics along with business situations. Since those handling logics are frequently changing in accordance with the business policies or environment, enterprises want to integrally capture the whole business semantics while monitoring those process instances. In this paper, we adopted GMA(Grid Monitoring Architecture) for the integrated monitoring of business processes. The GMA(Grid Monitoring Architecture) is a very scalable architecture to effectively monitor and manage monitoring information under the heterogeneous environment. By introducing complex event handling features into GMA to support various processing logics, we could implement a system that enables automated execution and high-level monitoring of business processes.

The WBAN(Wireless Body Area Network) supplies mobile convenience to our medical services. But if we have few effective control variables across this service deployment, the hidden distortions or defects of the system might threaten the lives and rights of the stakeholders. Therefore we need to increase the service credibility, to get WBAN effective. This study proposes a governance mechanism using feasible variables that are currently in use in practices in WBAN environments against medical incidents. Control variables were tested in Seoul National University hospital and related medical industries of South Korea. We assume that WBAN systems would be open based on integrating patients, medical employees and law enforcements to get smart theater operations against medical incidents by implementing proposed MJA(Multilateral Joint Analysis) model. MJA model also contributes to the convergence of computer systems and medical services by demonstrating flexible SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) dashboard of healthcare services with credibility factors in medicine. The important components in MJA model across WBAN, were found to be "Safety, Accuracy and Reliability" in priority order. Factor analysis, correlations and ANOVA were used to evaluate this model and an IT dashboard with a realization of mobile application, was used to support participants' decision-making.

E-science refers to the large-scale science that will increasingly be carried out through distributed global collaborations enabled by the Internet. The Grid is a service-oriented architecture proposed to provide access to very large data collections, very large scale computing resources and remote facilities. Web services, which are server applications, enable online access to service providers. Web portal interfaces can further hide the complexity of accessing facility's services. The main use of synchrotron radiation (SR) facilities by protein crystallographers is to collect the best possible diffraction data for reasonably well defined problems. Significant effort is therefore being made throughout the world to automate SR protein crystallography facilities so scientists can achieve high throughput, even if they are not expert in all the techniques. By applying the above technologies, the e-HTPX project, a distributed computing infrastructure, was designed to help scientists remotely plan, initiate and monitor experiments for protein crystallographic structure determination. A description of both the hardware and control software is given together in this paper.
