Objectives : The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of the musculoskeletal patients who visited the emergency room of an oriental medicine hospital and provide better first-aid medical service. Methods : We performed a retrospective study of 1,472 patients who visited the emergency room of an oriental medicine hospital, from June 1st, 2007 to May 31st, 2010. Results : Of 1,472 total patients, the male to female ratio was 1.06:1 and people in their 30s were the peak age group. The majority of patients visited the emergency room between 10:00 to 24:00(midnight). Most patients visited the emergency room from Saturday to Sunday. By monthly distribution, the patients increased slightly during February, April, September and October. The majority of patients visited the emergency room within 24hours of onset. The patients were categorized as follows : low back pain 64.81%, cervical pain 11.82%, ankle pain 10.67%. 27.51% of patients used stretcher cars when visiting the emergency room. The admission rate was 22.96%. Conclusions : Of the patients who visited the emergency room of an Oriental hospital, low back pain, cervical pain and ankle pain was the most frequent, in this order. By meticulously preparing for the continued increase in musculoskeletal treatment demand, we can further assist and speed the specialization and popularization of Oriental medical services.

COVID-19 is hitting the world. In order to bring about new ways of innovation in the space sector, we need to analyze changes in the space sector and design new challenge strategies. COVID-19 exposes inherent vulnerabilities in the space sector. In particular, COVID-19 is causing supply chain shocks in the space industry, resulting in delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. As the overall impact of New Normal on the industry is overall, we continue to look at it in the space sector. COVID is causing supply chain shock in the space industry. It causes a delay in the supply of systems, subsystems and parts due to a complete or partial interruption of a manufacturing unit. In the supply of launch services, the launch schedule is being delayed, but the main launch is still taking place. Demand for major applications such as environmental monitoring is soaring in the earth observation utilization sector. Analyzing the impact on manufacturing, the vendor-based contraction is bringing delays in the supply of systems, subsystems and components, and launch service providers are trying to minimize delays in the launch schedule.
Problem-Based Learning is the most commonly used teaching method in the field of education as the demand for talented people with creative problem-solving abilities has increased in recent society. In this study, we developed a tool that can simply and regularly measure the learning effects of applying Problem-Based Learning on the classroom. Twenty-two preliminary items for the development were constructed by gathering expert opinions about items collected in existing research of Problem-Based Learning effects measurement. Using this preliminary items, data were collected from 124 students who took the subject-based study. And the validity and reliability were verified through Rash analysis. 11 of 124 students and 1 of 22 items were found to nonconforming and excluded. In addition, the optimal scale for the configuration of this tool was found to be a four-point scale, and the reliability of separation on the subject and the item was found to be excellent. We hope that the assessment tools of Problem-Based Learning effectiveness developed in this study will be actively used to measure learning effectiveness and manage the quality of education.
Subway station scales are determined by peak predictions. In this study, the purpose behind the installation of a subway is public transportation convenience and public interest, but economic validity is also important. By proving that the scale of the station is excessive with regard to the target station size for Seoul subway Line 5-8, a reasonable plan. can be sought. According to station installation standards, the area of the station under investigation here is out of the service levels by six stages (A~F), and it must be four or more levels (D). The Actual level for the B level is a two-step design. The Actual ratio for over- Peak predictions is only 17.8% on average. The results of measurements of the excess area and determination of the excessive costs were analyzed by subdividing the area and by calculating it based on the B level, finding that it is possible to provide benefits for customers only in the current design, with an area ratio of 16.3%. Given the weight, it was estimated that current conditions can meet the needs of only 18.6% of the current area. Simplifying the scale calculation method of the station, it is convenient, safe, and advantageous to move citizens only if the scale can be streamlined. Then, with a reduced initial investment, maintenance costs during the operation can be reduced.
These days, the environment of hospital marketing is changing rapidly. The level of expectation and demand of patients have become greater and more diversified, and patients have more alternatives in selecting hospitals. The standard of hospital selection and the type of using hospital have been changed, and competition among hospitals has been accelerated due to the opening of the medical market through globalization. Accordingly, differentiation strategies are critical in hospital marketing. The quality of medical service oriented toward patient satisfaction becomes a strong strategic weapon to secure a hospital's competitive advantage. Therefore, marketing and communication strategies should be focused on patient-oriented, rather than hospital-oriented. Considering the changes in the hospital environment and the increase in the patients' expectation level, this study categorizes doctors' communication styles into four different ones: trust-type, professional-type, cooperation-type, and control-type. The effects of these communication styles on patient satisfaction were empirically examined. The moderating roles of the patient's characteristics and clinical characteristics between the doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction were also investigated to find out managerial implications for hospital management. To achieve such goals, data were collected from patients of 12 general hospitals in Busan. The data were analyzed to test research hypotheses that examine 1) the relationships between doctors' communication styles and patient satisfaction, 2) the moderating roles of the patient characteristics and clinical characteristics in the research model, and 3) the impact of patient satisfaction on positive word-of-mouth and repurchase. The following summarizes the major results of this research. First, the data showed that patient satisfaction varied across doctors' communication styles. Trust-type style had the strongest impact on patient satisfaction while control-type style had the weakest influence on patient satisfaction. Professional-type style and cooperation-type style also had positive effects on patient satisfaction but the impact of the two are not statistically different. Second, significant differences in terms of patient satisfaction were found depending upon demographic variables such as gender, marital status, age, occupation, and education. Patient satisfaction, however, was consistent across varying income groups. Third, patients' medical insurance types were also related to patient satisfaction. It implies that a doctor may need to use different communication styles depending on a patient's medical insurance type. Fourth, out-patient and in-patient showed a different level of satisfaction with varying communication styles. Fifth, highly professional knowledge and strong control can influence patient satisfaction depending on the characteristics of the patient treatment field. Sixth, patient satisfaction were proved to have significantly positive effects on word-of-mouth and repurchase. The implications drawn from this study must be tempered by its limitations. First of all, the subjects used in this study were patients in Busan and small- and medium-size hospitals were excluded from the research. Therefore, future research should examine the research model by using a variety of hospitals and clinics throughout Korea. Another research agenda has to do with finding more determinant and moderating variables which will increase an explanatory power of the model. In short, this study may be the first empirical research that investigates the effects of doctors' communication styles on patient satisfaction. Interestingly enough, the results showed that each communication style had a unique impact on patient satisfaction. The findings from this research can be very useful in developing hospital marketing strategies.
In this, analyzing the type of subjectivity in which people would have about home visit nursing services originating from public health care centers. I tried to research more effective ways to improve home visit nursing care services. and later. for the development of home visit nursing care. to supply basic data. The method for this study was the Q-method. created by William Stephenson. and was adequate for the study of subjectivity. For this study. through the deep interview. literature inquiry, and the discussion course. 206 Q-statement sentences were abstracted. and based on them, after Q-sample-selection. I then collected the Q-categorized-result from 32 subjects from Mar. 10. 2000 to Mar. 25. 2000. Through the statistic a analysis of PC-Qunal program. the subjectivity species were categorized and analyzed. The study results show that there are 3 sorts of recognition types. and they are analyzed in the following; The first type: the positively receiving type shows that they feel thankful and a trusting feeling about home visit nursing. The second type: the negatively mistrusting type shows that they had doubtful attitudes about the specialty of home visit nursing: they wanted medicine or nutrition remedies rather than health education and concerning the their own health care, they prefered the hospitals or clinics. The third type: the conditional receiving type shows that even though they had a positive receiving attitude about home visit nursing wanting to consult with the home visit nurses about the difficult problem which could not easily be settled, hoping that the home visit nurses could visit them more often, in their actual lives. they strongly indicated their attitudes concerning money as more important than home visits. The subjects in these 3 types commonly had a good feeling about the kindness of the home visit nurses: the first and third types also had a positive recognition about home visit nursing; however. in aspects of the evaluation and receiving attitudes, they showed a big difference. When all the above results are integrated. in the case of the first type the home visit nursing service, which satisfied the demand for health care of the medically weak people. should be continuously supplied. Additionally in case of the second type (negatively mistrust). continuous education and support should be supplied with enough interest to lead their concerns about their own health care as well as lead medical spending in a productive and effective direction in order to change their impressions. Through this study. I learned that the recognition of the objectives of home visit nursing services can be categorized in to 3 types and could be analyzed. Thus I wish that this study helps to present basic data which contributes to the development of the home visit nursing field.

In order to satisfy the diffusion of multimedia service in mobile communication and the demand for high-speed communication, it is essential to modify and improve high efficiency, wideband and nonlinear characteristic of multiband power amplifier. This research is designed to implement a single-stub matching circuit as a 2nd harmonic one that meets conditions of the Class-J power amplifier. Low characteristic impedance of the single-stub line is necessary to suit conditions of wideband Class-J. This research uses ceramic substrates having high permittivity to implement the single-stub line with low characteristic impedance, which eventually results in an amplifier satisfying the output impedance terms of Class-J in wideband frequency range. This result attributes to use of GaN HEMT packaged with a 2nd harmonic matching circuit and external fundamental circuit. The measurement results of the Class-J amplifier confirms the following characteristics: more than output power of 50 W(47 dBm) in bandwidth of 1.8~2.7 GHz(0.9GHz), maximum drain efficiency of 72.6 %, and maximum PAE characteristic of 66.5 %.

Domestic wireless internet has given development strain to developer and contents Provider(CP) because of different platform. And this has become hindrance factor of wireless internet activation. But, recently, the use of WIPI(Wireless Internet Platform for Interoperability), the wireless internet standard platform, could use different wireless application programs and also guarantee the independency for hardware. We wish to develop contents of download form that supply geographic information of Electronic Navigational Chart(ENC) in the marine that is digitalized to carrying along terminal of WIPI base and various informations for marine leisure. For this, DB that offer ENC and additional information should be constructed. Also, we need server (CPS; Contents provider Server) that offer required contents. In this paper, we design web retrieval agent which store request information to database. When consumer required necessary information through personal mobile device, CPS can inform that by real time. So, we wish to develop agent component that parse informations in various World Wide Webs, and store to database.

Recently, due to the launch of digital broadcasting service, the demand of Flat Panel Display (FPD) is sharply rising. Among them, the PDP is expected to be one of the most promising digital displays of next generation because of its large screen size, high resolution, thinness and board field of view. Meanwhile, the PDP uses ADS (Address Display-period Separation) scheme which divide one subfield into address and sustaining period to express the grey scale of images. Since the output of sustaining power module Is mostly used for sustaining period, the load of the sustaining power module can be considered as a pulsating load. Due to this particular load condition, if the wide ZVS range of the power switches is not guaranteed, the hard switching causes large amount of switching loss and serious thermal problem in power module. In this paper, a high efficiency power conversion circuit for 60' PDP sustaining power module which achieves wide ZVS range with the help of additional ZVS tank is proposed. According to the various gating methods, the different operations of the proposed converter are presented. And, to confirm the properties of the proposed converter, an experimental prototype of 900W power converter is constructed md tested. As a result, more than $92\%$ of high efficiency is obtained at $10\%$ load condition, and the ZVS operation is achieved from full load to $10\%$ load condition.

The research on the immersive media technology is actively being done with the emergence of immersive services using immersive media, especially in the broadcasting industry and with the increased market demand for it. The industry which produces, transmits, processes and services the immersive contents is commonly called Immersive Media Industry. Immersive Media Industry has recently received attention as next-generation strategic industry with its high marketability and its high possibility of market expansion through convergence with other industry such as education, health, advertisement, travel and public service industry. As other advanccd country such as the U.S., Japan and Europe buckle down to take the innitiative in the immersive media industry, Korea government also begins to make plan to promote the immersive media industry. As above, immersive media industry is a cutting-edge convergence industry which embraces broadcasting, telecommunication and contents industry and it is rising as core growth engine industry. This article analyses the economic effects of immersive media industry through quantatitive method and evaluates the relations between the immersive media industry and the other related industries. As a result, the effect on production inducement of immersive media industry is 610.9 billion Korean Won; the effect on value-added inducement is 468.7 billion Korean Won; and it is measured that 3,258 job will be created by the immersive media industry.
