  • The need for oral health rights for people with disabilities is very high, and current oral health care system does not fully reflect these demands. Efforts to promote oral health of people with disabilities are urgently needed. In order for the disabled to have oral health rights, access to oral health services for people with disabilities should be improved and barriers to access should be resolved. In this study, we propose oral health service delivery system to guarantee oral health rights for the disabled. In addition, before applying the proposed oral medical delivery system, the external effects of the system application were predicted and the expert verification was conducted to find out the solution. There are some controversies about the development of the service delivery system proposed in this study. As a result of the expert verification, there were disagreements about the suitability of the service provider, the suitability of the service recipient, the appropriateness of the service content and scope, and the appropriateness of the cost and the revenue source. Subsequent Delphi surveys require the development of structured questionnaires for discussions that require consensus. It is expected that a reasonable consensus of expert opinions will be derived.

  • In this study, we investigated the effects of service quality on customer satisfaction in education service industry, focusing on the opinion of dissatisfied customers who have decided to switch the service provider. Additionally, in professional service industries such as law, hospital, and education, customers expect visible results which are often ignored in earlier service quality studies. Customer's comprehensive assessment of the professional service depends on both process quality experienced during service delivery and service result perceived after service delivery. The hypotheses on the causal relationships among service quality, customer satisfaction, intention to switch service provider, and service performance were tested by using Structural Equation Model.

  • Purpose : This study focuses on improvements in cell broadcast service(CBS) with consideration of socially vulnerable groups, and identifies service factors necessary for elderly people in particular. Method : Multiple regression analysis was applied to test overall satisfaction with cell broadcast service as the dependent variable and each of the service factors as the independent variable. Result : The results showed that fast delivery had the greatest effect on overall satisfaction with cell broadcast service in both groups, followed by the delivery of sufficient content for the elderly group and system quality for the non-elderly group. The results demonstrated that the elderly group cared more about information content, while the non-elderly group considered functions such as system quality and text message transmission criteria more important. Conclusion : Elderly people consider the delivery of sufficient information important as well as fast delivery, which suggests that it is necessary when sending cell broadcast service to give consideration to the characteristics of elderly people, as they tend to have weaker understanding and thinking abilities than the non-elderly.

  • The wonderful new world of shopping - being able to order items you need by just one click. However, there is one factor that has not changed at all - customers, whether they are private individuals or public companies, want to have the product delivered to their address, and usually as fast as possible too. To achieve this, the operators of virtual shops must make use of a fully operational and efficient delivery service. The internet and its potential for creating a virtual market for millions of buyers and sellers, has generated a lot of excitement in the express delivery industry. Clearly e-commerce will cause greater growth in the business-to-residential package market. Korean express delivery industry is not an exception to this trend. Currently, while major three service providers enjoy a lion's share in Korea, a lot of small and medium companies are struggling to capture more shipments in express parcel market. Nevertheless, it will be forecasted that Korean parcel market will be consolidated and become an oligopoly market in the near future.

  • The use of mobile devices is increasing in multimedia applications. The multimedia contents are delivered to mobile users over heterogeneous networks. Due to fluctuation in bandwidth and user mobility, the service providers are facing difficulties in providing Quality of Service (QoS) guaranteed delivery for multimedia applications. Multimedia applications depend on QoS parameters such as delay, bandwidth, and jitter to offer better user experience. The existing schemes use the single source and multisource delivery but are unable to balance between stream quality and network congestion for mobile users. We proposed a Quality Oriented Multimedia Content Delivery Scheme (QOMCDS) for the mobile cloud to deliver better quality multimedia contents for the mobile user. The multimedia contents are delivered to the mobile device based on the device's parameters and network environment. The objective video quality assessment models like Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR), Structural Similarity (SSIM), and Video Quality Measurement (VQM) are used to measure the quality of the video. The client side Quality of Experience metric such as Startup delay, Rebuffering events, and Bitrate switch count was used for evaluation. The proposed scheme is evaluated using dash.js and is compared to existing schemes. The results show significant improvement over existing multimedia content delivery schemes.

Especially delivery apps by mobile service market is experiencing rapid growth and competition is intensifying. Therefore, delivery apps' choice attributes has become important as a strategy for survival of franchise firms. Based on previous studies, this research proposed the theoretical framework about the structural relationships among customer satisfaction, trust and revisit intention on delivery apps' choice attributes. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between choice attributes of using the delivery app, satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. More specifically, this study has been examined from the perspective of Generation Y who is enjoying electronic commerce and shopping with mobile phone. In this model, choice attributes of delivery app consists of three sub-dimensions such as service quality, system quality, interaction quality. So as to test the purposes of this study, research model and hypotheses were developed. After excluding 24 invalid respondent questionnaires, 201 valid questionnaires were coded and analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The results of the study are as follows. First, service quality and interaction quality had positive effects on satisfaction, and interaction quality had positive effects on trust, but system quality did not have a significant effect on both satisfaction and trust. Second, satisfaction had positive effects on both trust and revisit intention. Third, trust had positive effects on revisit intention. Conclusions - The implications of this study are following as: From the theoretical perspective, this study confirms the effect of delivery apps' choice attributes on satisfaction, trust, and revisit intention. In addition, it is significant that we examined the influence of choice attributes of delivery apps on their attitudes and behaviors of Generation Y familiar with mobile environment. Through this study, we hypothesized that the attributes of service quality and interaction quality of delivery apps have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and this can be expected to provide meaningful implications for the development of franchise restaurant industry. To encourage continuous repurchase through customer satisfaction, franchise companies need to establish various strategic alliances with delivery app companies and new growth engines by providing diverse and high-quality services to customers in the smart age.
