The LHCP circularly polarized antenna operating at DBS band is developed by employing the sequential-rotation technique in which each subarray is comprised the three truncated-corner patch square element. Antenna designed with sequentially-related technique whose M=3, p=2 has the effect of improved axial-ratio bandwidth, cross-polarization etc. And it is proved that the degradation of radiation pattern can be reduced significantly by minimizing the radiation loss of feeding line structure. Antenna designed shows extremely low side lobe level of below - 25 dB in the diagonal plane and cross-polarization level of below -20 dB in the all plane. And these performances comply with the array antenna specification for DBS.

Right hand circularly polarized Ka band microstrip patch array antenna was designed, manufacture and measurement were carried out. In order to lower axial ratio performance sequential rotation array technique was used. With mono-pulse feed There are sum and delta channel. Waveguide to microstrip transition was used. The 512 array antenna was performed which axial ratio is about 1.ldB in the half power beam width and also 1.ldB at the normal direction. Directivity gain of designed antenna is 32dB.

We report the performance of a four-element, 11.67 GHz, high-Tc superconducting (HTS) microstrip antenna array with corporate feed network and circular polarization for direct broadcasting satellite (DBS) system. Our array antennas were designed and built on a 0.5 mm thick MgO substrate. To compare the superconducting antennas with normal conducting counterpart, One antenna pattern was fabricated from gold thin film, and a second pattern was fabricated from $YBa_2Cu_3O_{7-x}$ (YBCO) superconducting thin film. To improve the axial ratio of circularly polarized arrays, sequential rotation technique were used. Efficiency, radiation pattern, return loss and bandwidth were measured for both antennas at room temperature and at cryogenic temperature. The array produced good circular polarization, and the gain of the array at 77 K, relative to a copper array at room temperature was approximately 1.54 dB. The measured return loss of our HTS antenna array was 35.79 dB at the resonant frequency of 11.67 GHz and The total effective bandwidth was about 3.4 %. The results showed that high-temperature superconductors, when used in microstrip arrays, improved the efficiency of the HTS antenna array for circularly polarization.

In this paper, two general methods using time-series analysis in the functional separation of the myoelectric signal of human arm movements are developed. Autocorrelation, covariance method and sequential least squares algorithm were used to determine the model parameters and the order of signal model to describe six arm movement patterns` the forearm flexion and extension, the wrist pronation and supination, rotation-in and rotation-out. The confidence interval to classify the functions of arm movement was defined by the mean and standard deviation of total squared error. With the error signals of autoregressive(AR) model, the result showed that the highest success rate was obtained in the case of 4th order, and success rate was decreased with increase of order. Autocorrelation was the method of choice for better success rate. This technique might be applied to biomedical and rehabilitation engineering.

Superconducting four-element patch array antenna was designed and fabricated using $high-T_{c}$ superconducting (HTS) thin film. The array antenna has single-feed circularly polarization and a resonance frequency of 11.85 GHz fur satellite communication system. To fabricate this antenna $YBa_2$$Cu_3$$O_{7-x}$(YBCO) superconducting thin films were deposited using rf-magnetron sputtering technique. Sequential rotation technique based on radiation elements($0^{\circ}$ , $90^{\circ}$, 1$80^{\circ}$, $270^{\circ}$ phase delay) was utilized to achieve circularly polarization. Simulated and measured results, the analysis on resonant frequency(fr), return loss, and bandwidth are presented. The results show that 10 dB return loss bandwidth of the array antenna is 11.04 GHz~12.59 GHz (13.15%) and 3dB axial ratio bandwidth is 11.42~12.52 GHz (9.2%).).).
Purpose : To compare radiation dose for coronary CT angiography (CTA) obtained with 6 examination protocols such as a retrospectively ECG gated helical scan, a prospectively ECG gated sequential scan, low kVp technique, and cardiac dose modulation technique. Materials and Methods : Coronary CTA was performed by using 6 current clinical protocols to evaluate effective dose and organ dose in primary beam area with anthropomorphic female phantom and glass dosimetric system in 64 channel multi-detector CT. After acquiring topograms of frontal and lateral projection with 80 kVp and 10 mA, main coronary scan was done with 0.35 sec tube rotation time, 40 mm collimation ($0.625\;mm{\times}64\;ea$), small scan field of view (32 cm diameter), 105 mm scan length. Heart beat rate of phantom was maintained 60 bpm in ECG gating. In constant mAs technique 120 kVp, 600 mA was used, and 100 kVp for low kVp technique. In a retrospectively ECG gated helical CT technique 0.22 pitch was used, peak mA (600 mA) was adopted in range of $40{\sim}80%$ of R-R interval and 120mA(80% reduction) in others with cardiac dose modulation. And 210 mAs was used without cardiac dose modulation. In a prospectively ECG gated sequential CT technique data were acquired at 75% R-R interval (middle diastolic phase in cardiac cycle), and 120 msec additional padding of the tube-on time was used. For effective dose calculation region specific conversion factor of dose length product in thorax was used, which was recommended by EUR 16262. Results : The mean effective dose for conventional coronary CTA without cardiac dose modulation in a retrospectively ECG gated helical scan was 17.8 mSv, and mean organ dose of heart was 103.8 mGy. With low kVp and cardiac dose modulation the mean effective dose showed 54.5% reduction, and heart dose showed 52.3% reduction, compared with that of conventional coronary CTA. And at the sequential scan(SnapShot pulse mode) under prospective ECG gating the mean effective dose was 4.9 mSv, this represents an 72.5% reduction compared with that of conventional coronary CTA. And heart dose was 33.8 mGy, this represents 67.4% reduction. In the sequential scan technique under prospective ECG gating with low kVp the mean effective dose was 3.0 mSv, this represents an 83.2% reduction compared with that of conventional coronary CTA. And heart dose was 17.7 mGy, this represents an 82.9% reduction. Conclusion : In coronary CTA at retrospectively ECG gated helical scan, cardiac dose modulation technique using low kVp reduced dose to 50% above compared with the conventional helical scan. And the prospectively ECG gated sequential scan offers substantially reduced dose compared with the traditional retrospectively ECG gated helical scan.

In this paper, a novel series feeding cross-aperture coupled microstrip antenna with the effect of hybrid feeding is proposed and demonstrated experimentally to improve narrow axial ratio bandwidth of cross-aperture coupled antenna with single feeding among the various methods for generating circular polarization. The validity of a proposed series feeding cross-aperture coupled microstrip antenna is shown by comparing experimental results between the reported and the proposed microstrip antenna, and 2${\times}$2 array microstrip antenna based on the proposed single microstrip antenna used sequential rotation technique to accomplish broader axial ratio bandwidth. In the proposed single and 2${\times}$2 array microstrip antenna, the measured axial ratio bandwidths are 110 ㎒(4.6%) and 420 ㎒(17.5%), maximum gains are 8.2 ㏈i and 12.5 ㏈i, 3 dB gain bandwidths are above 400 ㎒(16.7%), and impedance bandwidths for the VSWR<1.5 are 240 ㎒(10%) and 500 ㎒(20.8%), respectively.
