In FPD WET equipment, heaters are used a lot. There are many electric accidents caused by short circuit and overheating due to the use of heater, so it is necessary to have a safe electric system and interlock. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an electrical schematic and interlock for FPD WET equipment. In this paper, a hardware interlock such as a level sensor, an overheat protector, and an SSR heater sink is inserted, and the electric system is composed of ELB - MC - SSR - EOCR - heater. When the interlock occurs, the magnetic contactor (MC) is turned off and the power of the heater is cut off.EOCR, an electric overcurrent protection device, has an interlock to shut down the MC when there is an abnormality in the heater while checking the overcurrent, undercurrent and disconnection. These circuit configurations and interlocks are likely to be useful not only for WET equipment but also for any equipment in which the heater is placed.
Leptospirosis is a zoonotic disease caused by spirochetes from the genus Leptospira. In Thailand, Leptospira interrogans is a major cause of leptospirosis. Leptospirosis patients present with a wide range of clinical manifestations from asymptomatic, mild infections to severe illness involving organ failure. For better understanding the difference between Leptospira isolates causing mild and severe leptospirosis, illumina sequencing was used to sequence genomic DNA in both serotypes. DNA of Leptospira isolated from two patients, one with mild and another with severe symptoms, were included in this study. The paired-end reads were removed adapters and trimmed with Q30 score using Trimmomatic. Trimmed reads were constructed to contigs and scaffolds using SPAdes. Cross-contamination of scaffolds was evaluated by ContEst16s. Prokka tool for bacterial annotation was used to annotate sequences from both Leptospira isolates. Predicted amino acid sequences from Prokka were searched in EggNOG and David gene ontology database to characterize gene ontology. In addition, Leptospira from mild and severe patients, that passed the criteria e-value < 10e-5 from blastP against virulence factor database, were used to analyze with Venn diagram. From this study, we found 13 and 12 genes that were unique in the isolates from mild and severe patients, respectively. The 12 genes in the severe isolate might be virulence factor genes that affect disease severity. However, these genes should be validated in further study.

In this paper, we first define a total of 64 instructions that are considered to be essential and frequently used, construct a datapath diagram, determine the control sequence using a finite state machine, and implement an 8-bit microcontroller using FPGA in VHDL. In the past, only functional simulation results of a rudimentary microcontroller were reported, the microcontroller lacked interrupt handling capability, or it was not implemented in hardware. We have designed a self-contained 8-bit microcontroller such that it can perform data transfer, addition, and logical operations, as well as stack and external interrupt operations. Following timing simulation of the designed microcontroller, we implemented it in an FPGA and verified its operation successfully. The design and implementation has been done under the Altera MAX+PLUS II integrated development environment using the EP1K50TC144-3 chip. The maximum operating frequency, the total number of logic elements used, and the logic utilization were found to be 9.39 MHz, 2813, and 97%, respectively. The result can be used as a microcontroller IP, and as needs arise, the VHDL code can be modified accordingly.

$TiO_2$ thin films consisting of positively charged poly (diallyldimethylammonium chloride) (PDDA) and negatively charged titanium (IV) bis (ammonium lactato) dihydroxide (TALH) were successfully fabricated on a poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) by layer-by-layer (LBL) self-assembly method. By the measurement of quartz crystal microbalance (QCM), it was found that as the solution pH of TALH decreased, the deposition volume of TALH increased and the thickness of (PDDA/TALH) thin film coated on the surface of PMMA particles increased. The PMMA particles coated with the coating sequence of (PDDA/TALH)n showed the variation of color changes as a function of the number of bilayer. The number of bilayer (n) of (PDDA/TALH) thin films was 10 and 20, the values of $a^*$ and $b^*$ decreased from those of PMMA particles without coating films and the color changes was shifted to green and blue direction in the $a^*$, $b^*$ chromaticity diagram. And then, the number of n increased to 30 and 40, the values of $a^*$ and $b^*$ increased and the color changes was shifted to red and yellow direction, respectively. Finally the PMMA particles coated with $(PDDA/TALH)_{50}$ thin film showed a little same value of $a^*$ and $b^*$ with the PMMA particles without (PDDA/TALH) thin film.
We investigate the star formation rate, stellar mass, and gas-phase metallicity of local starburst galaxies with different star formation time scales based on their optical spectra. The observation is made using the longslit spectrograph attached to the 4K CCD on the Bohyunsan Optical Astronomy Observatory 1.8m telescope, targeting 21 Wolf-Rayet galaxies as young starbursts and 13 UV excess galaxies as slightly older starbursts. A Baldwin-Phillips-Terlevich diagram analysis shows that 50% of the observed targets are pure star-forming galaxies while only 15% are classified as Active Galactic Nuclei. Fraction of galaxies that reside in composite region is higher in UV excess galaxies than in Wolf-Rayet galaxies, suggesting that the AGN development requires extra time after the onset of the star formation. Most of the observed starburst galaxies have stellar masses of $10^{9-11}M_{\odot}$ and stellar formation rates of $0.01-100M_{\odot}yr^{-1}$, and their star formation rates are consistent with that of the SDSS star forming main sequence galaxies of similar stellar mass. There is no significant difference between Wolf-Rayet galaxies and UV excess galaxies in terms of the stellar mass and star formation rate. We also see a mass-metallicity relation for local starbursts with slightly lower metallicity for a given stellar mass, which implies the existence of a strong feedback activity due to the star formation in these galaxies.
This study was conducted to consider application methods of infographic that corresponds to the educational goals of English subject, which is applied with different teaching and learning standards than other subjects. The aim of this study is to analyze the types and the characteristics of 'infographic completed by know-how learning', in other words, 'User behaviors involved infographic', which is frequently used in English textbook. Based on an analysis according to the teaching and learning standards, infographic used in English textbook were suggested in three types, which are 'General Concept', 'Significance' and 'Signification' centered infographic. In addition, according to the level of diagram composition, the main visualization attributes were derived as 'Overview', 'Structure', 'Relationships', 'Sequence', 'Transition between states' and 'Messages'. The major findings of this study are as follows: First, it is necessary to conduct a study on diverse display methods for 'Signification-centered infographic' that need to be displayed on the basis of two or more visual attributes. Second, as the purpose of application for applying infographic in English textbook collides with that in information design fields, it is found that verification is required on the educational effects in relation to this aspect.

Recently, with the development of IT technology, there is an increasing interest in cloud services as the number of users using mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablets is increasing. However, there is a need for techniques to control or control various methods of accessing data as the user's service demands increase. In this paper, we propose a dual key based user authentication model that improves the user 's authentication efficiency by using two keys (secret key and access control key) to access the users accessing various services provided in the cloud environment. In the proposed model, the operation process and the function are divided through the sequence diagram of the algorithms (key generation, user authentication, permission class permission, etc.) for controlling the access right of the user with dual keys. In the proposed model, two keys are used for user authentication and service authorization class to solve various security problems in the cloud service. In particular, the proposed model is one of the most important features in that the algorithm responsible for access control of the user determines the service class of the user according to the authority, thereby shortening the management process so that the cloud administrator can manage the service access permission information of the user.
The Wooseok deposit in Jecheon belongs to the Hwanggangri Mineralized Distict of the northeastern Ogcheon Metamorphic Belt. Its geology consists mostly of limestone of the Choseon Supergroup and the Cretaceous Muamsa granite intruded at the eastern area of the deposit. The deposit shows vertical occurrence of skarn and hydrothermal vein ores with W-Mo-Fe and Cu-Pb-Zn mineralization and skarn is developed only at lower levels of the deposit. Skarn minerals are replaced or cut by ore minerals in paragenetic sequence of magnetite-hematite, molybdenite-scheelite-wollframite, and higher abundances of pyrrhotite-chalcopyrite-pyrite-sphalerite-galena. Garnet has chemical compositions of $Ad_{65.9-97.8}Gr_{0.3-32.0}Pyr_{0.9-3.0}$, corresponding to andradite series, and pyroxene compositions are $Hd_{4.5-49.7}Di_{42.3-93.9}Jo_{0.5-7.9}$, prevailing in diopside compositions, both of which suggest oxidized conditions of skarnization. On the FeS-MnS-CdS ternary diagram, FeS contents of sphalerite in vein ores decrease with increasing MnS contents from bottom to top levels, possibly relating to W mineralization in deep and Pb-Zn mineralization in shallow level. Sulfur isotope values of sulfide minerals range from 5.1 to 6.8‰, reflecting magmatic sulfur affected by host rocks. W-Mo skarn and Pb-Zn vein mineralization in the Wooseok deposit were established by spatio-temporal variation of decreasing temperature and oxygen fugacity with increasing sulfur fugacity from bottom to top levels.
There are beautiful scenery with columnar jointing at 15 valley of southern slope of the Wangtian'e volcano in Mt. Baekdu volcanic field. The compositions of phenocryst minerals which have porphyritic textures in mafic volcanic rocks of this area were carried out. The Wangtian'e volcano consists of Changbai basalt~trachybasalt (lower part) and Wangtian'e basaltic trachyandesite~trachyte~alkali rhyolite (upper part). This study is focused on the mafic rocks of the Changbai trachybsalt and the Wangtian'e basaltic trachyandesite. Main phenocrysts are feldspar, pyroxene and olivine. The major element compositions of the phenocrysts were analyzed using EPMA. Plagioclase phenocrysts of the Wangtian'e basaltic trachyandesite are located at the border of andesine and oligoclase ($An_{24.1{\sim}36.0}$) in the An-Ab-Or diagram, and those of the Changbai trachybasalt are labradorite ($An_{54.2{\sim}65.2}$). Pyroxene phenocrysts are augite. Olivine phenocrysts of the Changbai trachybsalt are crysolite ($Mg_{0.79-0.77}Fe_{0.21-0.23}$) and microphenocrysts in the groundmass are hyalosiderite ($Mg_{0.58-0.56}Fe_{0.42-0.44}$). Calculated crystallization temperature of olivine phenocrysts is $1196{\sim}1123^{\circ}C$, clinopyroxene is $1122{\sim}1112^{\circ}C$, phenocrysts and laths of plagioclases are $1118{\sim}1107^{\circ}C$ and $1091{\sim}1089^{\circ}C$, respectively. The temperatures suggests that the olivine phenocrysts, clinopyroxene, plagioclase phenocrysts, and plagioclase laths were crystallized in the magma chamber in sequence.

Petrochemical, K-Ar dating, Sand Rb/Sr isotopes, metallogenic zoning, paleomagnetic and geotectonic studies of the Gyongsang basin were carried out to examine applicability of plate tectonics to the post-late Cretaceous igneous activity and metallogeny in the southeastern part of Korean Peninsula. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Bulgugsa granitic rocks range from granite to adamellite, whose Q-Ab-Or triangular diagram indicates that the depth and pressure at which the magma consolidated increase from coast to inland varying from 6 km, 0.5-3.3 kb in the coastal area to 17 km, 0.5-10 kb in the inland area. 2. The volcanic rocks in Gyongsang basin range from andesitic to basaltic rocks, and the basaltic rocks are generally tholeiitic in the coastal area and alkali basalt in the inland area. 3. The volcanic rocks of the area have the initial ratio of Sr^{87}/Sr^{86} varying from 0.706 to 0.707 which suggests a continental origin; the ratio of Rb/Sr changing from 0.079-0.157 in the coastal area to 0.021-0.034 in the inland area suggests that the volcanism is getting younger toward coastal side, which may indicate a retreat in stage of differentiation if they were derived from a same magma. The K_2O/SiO_2 (60%) increases from about 1.0 in the coastal area to about 3.0 in the inland area, which may suggest an increase indepth of the Benioff zone, if existed, toward inland side. 4. The K-Ar ages of volcanic rocks were measured to be 79.4 m.y. near Daegu, and 61.7 m.y. near Busan indicating a southeastward decrease in age. The ages of plutonic rocks also decrease toward the same direction with 73 m.y. near Daegu, and 58 m.y. near Busan, so that the volcanism predated the plutonism by 6 m.y. in the continental interior and 4 m.y. along the coast. Such igneous activities provide a positive evidence for an applicability of plate tectonics to this area. 5. Sulfur isotope analyses of sulfide minerals from 8 mines revealed that these deposits were genetically connected with the spacially associated ingeous rocks showing relatively narrow range of ${\delta}^{34}S$ values (-0.9‰ to +7.5‰ except for +13.3 from Mulgum Mine). A sequence of metallogenic zones from the coast to the inland is delineated to be in the order of Fe-Cu zone, Cu-Pb-Zn zone, and W-Mo zone. A few porphyry type copper deposits are found in the Fe-Cu zone. These two facts enable the sequence to be comparable with that of Andean type in South America. 6. The VGP's of Cretaceous and post Cretaceous rocks from Korea are located near the ones($71^{\circ}N$, $180^{\circ}E$ and $90^{\circ}N$, $110^{\circ}E$) obtained from continents of northern hemisphere. This suggests that the Korean peninsula has been stable tectonically since Cretaceous, belonging to the Eurasian continent. 7. Different polar wandering path between Korean peninsula and Japanese islands delineates that there has been some relative movement between them. 8. The variational feature of declination of NRM toward northwestern inland side from southeastern extremity of Korean peninsula suggests that the age of rocks becomes older toward inland side. 9. The geological structure(mainly faults) and trends of lineaments interpreted from the Landsat imagery reveal that NNE-, NWW- and NEE-trends are predominant in the decreasing order of intensity. 10. The NNE-trending structures were originated by tensional and/or compressional forces, the directions of which were parallel and perpendicular respectively to the subduction boundary of the Kula plate during about 90 m.y. B.P. The NWW-trending structures were originated as shear fractures by the same compressional forces. The NEE-trending structures are considered to be priginated as tension fractures parallel to the subduction boundary of the Kula plate during about 70 m.y. B.P. when Japanese islands had drifted toward southeast leaving the Sea of Japan behind. It was clearly demonstrated by many authors that the drifting of Japanese islands was accompanied with a rotational movement of a clock-wise direction, so that it is inferred that subduction boundary had changed from NNE- to NEE-direction. A number of facts and features mentioned above provide a suite of positive evidences enabling application of plate tectonics to the late Cretaceous-early Tertiary igneous activity and metallogeny in the area. Synthesizing these facts, an arc-trench system of continental margin-type is adopted by reconstructing paleogeographic models for the evolution of Korean peninsula and Japan islands. The models involve an extention mechanism behind the are(proto-Japan), by which proto-Japan as of northeastern continuation of Gyongsang zone has been drifted rotationally toward southeast. The zone of igneous activity has also been migrated from the inland in late-Cretaceous to the peninsula margin and southwestern Japan in Tertiary.
