It has been suggested that aberrant self-referential processing (SRP) is one of the important components of the explanatory models of social anxiety disorder (SAD). The default mode network (DMN), which reflects intrinsic brain functions, is known to play a critical role in SRP. Recently, resting state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) research on the functional connectivity in the brain network has gained greater attention as a tool to elucidate the neurobiological basis of various psychiatric disorders. We reviewed resting state fMRI studies that investigated the resting state functional connectivity (RSFC) of the DMN in SAD. Despite of the heterogeneity of the analytic methods and occasional negative findings, most studies consistently reported abnormalities of RSFC within the DMN, suggesting that the DMN may be significant neural correlates of aberrant SRP in SAD. Also, changes in RSFC of the DMN are associated with clinical improvements of therapeutic interventions. Moreover, emerging findings provide the basis for potential use of RSFC as a complementary method in diagnosis of SAD. Ongoing and future research to investigate RSFC of the DMN could broaden our understanding regarding the neurobiological basis of SAD, and contribute to the development of novel treatments for SAD.

The purpose of this study is to investigate effects of arbitration in organizational performances by means of literature review. The contents of the study were theoretical studies on the role of intangible power in the organization. By mediating compliance and repulsion, it is intended to reduce conflicts and increase work commitment, which in turn will increase productivity and increase employee self-esteem, and help improve corporate image over the long term. Factors such as the contents of professional power, the content of referent power, the importance and contents of informational power as well as the importance of arbitration were studied. It is found that when arbitration is effective, it can increase work commitment and improve the productivity of the enterprise.

다양한 미디어 서비스의 발전으로 비디오의 방대한 데이터를 효과적으로 압축할 수 있는 비디오 부호화 표준은 지속적인 발전을 하고 있다. 압축된 데이터를 다시 영상으로 복원하는 비디오 부복호화 과정에서 영상 데이터의 손실이 일어나고 그에 따른 다양한 형태의 열화가 나타나 영상의 화질을 저하한다. 이러한 열화들을 제거하여 원본 이미지에 가깝게 만들기 위해서 인루프 필터 과정을 비디오 부호화 표준에서 포함하고 있다. 이에 최근 영상처리 및 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서는 널리 사용되는 인공 신경망을 적용하여 효과적인 필터링을 하는 방법을 제시한다. 본 논문에서는 비디오 부호화 시 인루프 필터링에서 자기 참조를 통한 화질 개선 방법에 대해 연구하였다. 이를 위하여 트랜스포머 기반의 화질 개선 네트워크를 제안하고 기존 부호화 방법과 비교하였다. 인루프 필터링을 통해 화질을 향상하여 주관적 화질을 개선할 뿐만 아니라 객관적 부호화 효율을 증가시키는 방법을 개발하였다.

본고는 인지적 과제를 수행하는 동안 우울 및 불안 환자의 정신병리적 과정과 이의 치료접근 방식에 대한 통합적 이해를 위해 최근 제시된 신경인지 연결망을 토대로 인지과정 및 정서조절의 비정상적 기능 연결성을 재해석 할 수 있는 모델을 제안하고자 하였다. 재구성된 우울과 불안장애 신경인지 연결망 모델을 통해, 우울증은 불이행방식 연결망(default mode network; DMN)의 과다 활성화에 기인하는 '자기참조적 사고로의 과몰입'으로, 불안장애는 불이행방식 연결망의 과소 활성화에 기인하는 '자기참조적 사고와의 단절'로 규정해 볼 수 있음을 확인하였다. 신경인지 연결망 중 자기의식 및 투사와 관련되는 자기참조 처리가 주요 기능인 DMN의 비정상적 활성화와 병리적 기능의 체계적 연결시도는 우울와 불안에 대한 통합적 해석과 치료적 접근에 시사점을 줄 수 있는 또 다른 출발점이 될 수 있을 것이다.

This study focuses on the Mise-en-abyme theories of Lucien $D{\ddot{a}}llenbach$, and presents research methodology to analyze the modern cinema costume in a new view. Inherent aesthetic values of the costume code shown in the film are as follows. First, esthetics value shown is the analogic code through the maximization of factual realism by directing target. Mise-en-abyme placed in this film plays the role of costume codes, and highlights the subject by presenting specifically targeted realistic icons to maximize the realism of the movie. Second, Mise-en-abyme is deployed to the explicit text through costumes code is placed as Displaced code arrangements. In other words, each of the characters is a signifier. Symbolizing a historical era is the device that represents a self-reflective signifier. Third, paradoxically reflected by the overlapped expansion of virtual reality and the self-referential characteristics and are subject to reflect the thinking of the author. Costumes code placed in Mise-en-abyme is expressed in costumes positioned to maximize the realism in the film as described above, and implies narratives and self-reflective mediating tools that symbolism can be seen that the paradoxical metaphor for the reality and the future. In addition, through the metaphor of visual narrative is allegorical representation Mise-en-abyme with ambiguity, and it is a concrete text that can be realized in a variety of creative storytelling methods and image delivery methods of modern fashion. This study confirmed that this costumes to take the point of view of emotional $Mise-en-sc{\grave{e}}ne$ in the process of completing the film's themes and cinematic devices by identifying the roles and aesthetic value of code costumes as the core subjects that make up the narrative of the film.

필자들은 한국 문헌정보학과 정치학의 탈식민화에 대한 문제의식을 공유하고 한국 정치학 분야를 대상으로 탈식민성 담론에 대한 서지연구를 수행하였다. 구체적으로 이 연구는 우리나라 정치학자 중에서 한국의 정치현실에 부응하고 적실성 있는 정치학을 모색하는 학자들의 담론을 추적하고 그들의 연구물을 초록하고, 나아가 이러한 논의를 정리하여 개관하였다. 조사대상은 해방이후 최근까지의 한국 정치학의 탈식민성 담론이다. 이러한 서지 비평연구는 한국 사회과학과 문헌정보학의 소통 가능성을 보여주고 한국 정치학의 탈식민성 담론의 발전에 도움을 줄 것이다.

Modernism in architecture is a very complex and contradictory phenomena. So much so that it has been defined in various ways throughout the history, depending on one's position in the cultural and historical circumstances. It is thus necessary to map out the various concepts of modernism and their relationships in order to have a more comprehensive understanding of modern architecture. This paper attempts to define the various positions as functionalism, formalism and artistic avant-gardism, and to trace their history from the early twentieth century to the present. The change of the concept of modernism from functionalism to artistic avant-gardism seems a logical process in the history of western modem culture. The tendency of contemporary architecture to be more abstract and self referential artistic practice reflects the fragmentation of modern culture and the separation of art and technology. The validity of this position, of course, depends on how one evaluates the role of modern art in the situation of modern culture. It could be viewed either negatively or positively. However, this position is problematic in that it disregards the fundamental differences between architecture and other arts and distanced architecture farther from its material base. Given this historical perspective on the concept of modernism, modernism in Korea should not viewed simply identical to the western modernism, nor should western modernism be imported uncritically. The characteristics of her modernization and their differences from the west should be considered, along with the different status and role of architecture in korean modern society.

커뮤니케이션학에서 통약가능한 이론적 대중매체체계론이 부재하다는 점은 비교연구를 비롯한 경험연구에서 난점으로 남아있었다. 본 연구는 하버마스의 2단계 사회론을 수정한 수정된 2단계 사회론을 바탕으로 정적 일반대중매체체계론을, 루만의 경계이론과 들뢰즈 가타리의 배치이론을 종합한 경계배치이론을 바탕으로 동적 일반대중매체체계론을 제안한다. 정적 일반대중매체체계론에서 대중매체체계는 일반화된 언어를 조정매체로 하는 문화체계의 하위사회체계로서 여타 하위사회체계 및 생활세계와 상호침투한다. 동적 일반대중매체체계론에서 대중매체체계는 다른 모든 하위사회체계의 경계로서 하위사회체계의 자기관계적 관찰을 생활세계에 의한 타자관계적 관찰과 접목시킨다. 또 대중매체체계는 체계와 생활세계 간의 상호침투를 매개한다. 특히 대중매체체계에서의 수행은 체계를 생활세계로 탈영토화하고 생활세계를 체계로 재영토화한다. 일반대중매체체계론은 다양한 경험적 대중매체체계론에 통약가능성을 제공해주고 편향되게 연구대상을 설정하지 않도록 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

Generally, schooling is implemented by instruction in the classroom. And instruction is made progress by concrete interaction through teacher's question and students' answer or presentation. According to a lot of researches on teacher-student interaction, student's opportunity of class presentation is influenced by students' self-esteem, learning attitude, academic achievement, and relationships. And students' opportunity of class presentation is very important not only students but also social equality and democracy. Therefore, teachers have to recognize the importance of students' opportunity of class presentation. However, according to many referential researches, students' opportunity of class presentation is differentiated by students' academic ability and social-economic status. The purpose of this study was to ascertain whether students' opportunity of class presentation was differentiated by students' academic ability and social-economic status or not. The method of this study was used checklist, interview, and class observation for a month. This study indicates that in spite of some exceptional cases, many students were taken the opportunity of class presentation differently by his/her academic ability and social-economic status. And teacher does not recognize that whether she gives student's opportunity of class presentation differently or not. To be a good teacher, teacher should reflect that teaching students is not easy, and teaching students is very important. And teacher should recognize that her speaking, action, and interaction with students including students' opportunity of class presentation influences students' self-esteem, learning attitude, academic achievement, and relationships.

Although his mythic poetry deals with the fall and resurrection of Albion as the origin of humankind, William Blake (1757-1827) simultaneously links it to the professionalization and unification of disciplinary knowledge itself. He particularly takes a great interest in the cross-referential relation of poetry to science. He argues for the communication of poetry and science on equal footing with each other without the former's prioritization over the latter, or vice versa. In his works Vala, or The Four Zoas (1797-1807) and Jerusalem: The Emanation of the Giant Albion (1804-1820), on which I focus in this essay, Blake's primary problematic is to display strong conflicts among different systems of knowledge. I approach this issue in light of the ideological clash of Newtonian thought, Romantic thought, and postmodern thought. In his poetry, Blake thematizes the very clashes of these different thought patterns. From the standpoint of Romantic thought, first of all, Blake problematizes Newtonian Enlightenment. He criticizes abstract universalization both in poetry and science, which Urizen, one of four Zoas, propagates. Protesting against Urizen's Newtonism, Los values "living form." Thus, Blake demonstrates, through this figure, that poetic imagination and scientific organicism are discursively communicative. Blake, however, also questions the network of Romantic science and Romantic poetry so as to suggest what current critics would call postmodern thought. Blakean postmodernism pursues the self-similarity of organic structure in science and poetry. Precisely, Blake sees polypus as a proliferation of organic body; he arranges four Zoas' self-repetitive stories in a non-linear way. Blake aspires for the conflicting coexistence of different thought patterns.
