Object : This research was performed to investigate the protective effect of Aurantii Immaturus Fructus against ischemic damage using PC12 cells and global ischemia in gerbils. Methods : To observe the protective effect of Aurantii Immaturus Fructus on ischemia damage, viability and changes in activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GPx), catalase and production of malondialdehyde (MDA) were observed after treating PC12 cells with Aurantii Immaturus Fructus during ischemic insult. Gerbils were divided into three groups : a normal group, a 5-min two-vessel occlusion (2VO) group, and an Aurantii Immaturus Fructus administered after 2VO group. The CCAs were occluded by microclip for 5 minutes. Aurantii Immaturus Fructus was administered orally for 7 days after 2VO. The histological analysis was performed at 7 days after the surgery. For histological analysis, the brain tissue was stained with 1% cresyl violet solution. Results : The results showed that 1. Aurantii Immaturus Fructus had a protective effect against ischemia in the CAI area of the gerbil hippocampus 7 days after 5-minute occlusion, 2. In the hypoxia/reperfusion model using PC12 cells, the Aurantii Immaturus Fructus had a protective effect against ischemia in the dose of $0.2{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml,{\;}2{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml{\;}and{\;}20{\;}\mu\textrm{g}/ml$ 3. Aurantii Immaturus Fructus increased the activities of glutathione peroxidase and catalase, 4. The activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) was increased by ischemic damage, which might represent self protection. This study suggests that Aurantii Immaturus Fructus has some neuroprotective effect against neuronal damage following cerebral ischemia in vivo with a widely used experimental model of cerebral ischemia in Mongolian gerbils, and it also has protective effects on a hypoxia/reperfusion cell culture model using PCq2 cells. Conclusions : Aurantii Immaturus Fructus has protective effects against ischemic brain damage at the early stage of ischemia.

The activities of teaching and learning are to try to reach the lesson object most closely in many ways. Considering that the lesson objects are to get the principle or law of a concept, to acquire the mathematical function, to master it through repeated exercises and to solve mathematical problems, we need many ways to reach such objects. Among the many ways, we can first think of one: the students will learn with curiosity and according to their own ability or advancing level in learning when teachers study and prepare necessary contents enough in advance by using computers, showing the right program to learners' needs. For example, defining definite integral by measuration by parts will help understand measuration by parts well and know the meaning of definite integral correctly, In teaching and learning by the use of this program, the educational effects are expected as follows. 1. It is thought that this program will stimulate the desire for and interest in learning because it used animation and acoustic effect. And voluntary and positive thinking activity will be shown. 2. It is expected that the conviction of formulas will be got and the concept of definite integral will be remembered firmly by showing how to measure the width of circle with the use of measuration by parts in various other ways instead of the ways used at present. 3. It is expected that students will feel the pleasure of mathematics in life when they recognize mathematical facts scattered really in our life rather than mathematical difficulties. 4. It is expected that the repeated review of programs already designed will remove the fear of incomplete parts and help review again. 5. It is certain that positive attitude in life will be formed as teacher-centered class is changed into learner-centered class and unwilling study is changed into self-oriented study. However, I think this program is insufficient for humanbeing-centered education given directly in contact with students on the ground of the variety in mathematical education and applications in many ways. And mechanically inhuman computers leave some solutions to be desired

In Oriental medicine, Five Mental is a concept for understanding of man's mental structure. Spirit and body is inseparable relation in Oriental Medicine. Function of spirit and body is regarded as one in Oriental Medical physiology. Spirit is the essence of a function which an organism reveal, and it is regarded in the same with life. For this reason, identification spirit with life is special feature of Oriental Medicine. In Confucianism, Li(理) refers to nature's discipline, which everything under the sun shares. It is similar to the concept of Shin(神) in a broad sense and Sung(性) is similar to that of Shin(神) in a narrow sense. Confucianism's principle is similar to Oriental medicine's, in that they classify Sung(性) into Gi-Jil-Ji-Sung(氣質之性) and Bon-Yeon-Ji-Sung(本然之性), that Sung(性) acts upon man differently according to his disposition, and that materials have an effect on Shin(神)'s action. According to mind's action, there are Human mind(人心) and Moral mind(道心). Human mind(人心) is defined as a mental action of higher degree and Moral mind(道心) is conceived as a mental action related to body. It is similar to Oriental medicine's principle in which Shin(神) is classified into Hun(魂) and Beak(魄) according to its action. Yi(意) is self-control and application, and Zhi(志) is a conscious state in which basic acts towards the object are fixed regularly. Those are similar to the concepts of Oriental medicine.

철학자 레비나스는 주체의 해체와 탈중심화 경향이 지배적인 현대 철학에서 자아 중심적 사고를 반성하고 어떤 다른 것으로도 환원할 수 없는 타자에 대한 책임을 보여주는 '타자철학'을 구축했다. 타자의 얼굴은 주체에게 계시적으로 다가오며 그러한 타자를 환대하는 것을 통해 주체는 존재의 독립성을 경험한다. 영화 <카모메 식당>의 사치에는 나그네의 얼굴로 그녀의 공간에 찾아온 이들을 환대한다. 그녀는 그들에게 음식과 거주지를 제공하고 요소들의 위협으로부터 보호한다. 타자는 무한성을 가진 존재로 세상의 모든 것들과 연결되어 있다. 그러므로 카모메 식당의 사치에는 정직하게 정면을 향한 얼굴로 자신의 내면을 다 드러내면서 도움을 호소하는 타자에 대해 타자성을 인정하면서 그들에 대한 도덕적 임무를 수행한다. 카모메 식당은 주체와 타자간의 상호인정을 통해 만들어진 평화의 공동체가 된다.

Automatic Generation Control (AGC) has functionally controlled the interchange power flow in order to suppress the dynamic oscillations of frequency and tie-line power deviations as a perturbation occurs in the interconnected multi-area power system. Furthermore, Flexible AC Transmission Systems (FACTS) can effectively assist AGC to more enhance the dynamic stability of power system. So, Static Synchronous Series Compensator (SSSC), one of the well-known FACTS devices, is here applied to accurately control and regulate the load frequency of multi-area multi-source interconnected power system. The research and efforts made in this regard have caused to introduce the Fractional Order Proportional Integral Derivative (FOPID) based SSSC, to alleviate both the most significant issues in multi-area interconnected power systems i.e., frequency and tie-line power deviations. Due to multi-objective nature of aforementioned problem, suppression of the frequency and tie-line power deviations is formularized in the form of a multi-object problem. Considering the high performance of Multi Objective Bees Algorithm (MOBA) in solution of the non-linear objectives, it has been utilized to appropriately unravel the optimization problem. To verify and validate the dynamic performance of self-defined FOPID-SSSC, it has been thoroughly evaluated in three different multi-area interconnected power systems. Meanwhile, the dynamic performance of FOPID-SSSC has been accurately compared with a conventional controller based SSSC while the power systems are affected by different Step Load Perturbations (SLPs). Eventually, the simulation results of all three power systems have transparently demonstrated the dynamic performance of FOPID-SSSC to significantly suppress the frequency and tie-line power deviations as compared to conventional controller based SSSC.

국내에서 개발 중인 장비의 기술 유출 방지와 국내 환경에 맞는 적외선 신호 분석 S/W 개발에 대한 요구가 있어 왔다. 본 논문에서는 적외선 영상을 생성하기 위한 적외선 신호 분석 S/W에 대한 구성과 특정 파장대역의 적외선 영상 생성 방법 및 분석 방법에 대해 나타내었다. 개발된 적외선 신호 분석 S/W는 표면온도 해석 결과와 물체의 자체방사 성분 및 반사성분 그리고 대기경로 복사성분을 통해 적외선 영상을 생성하도록 구성되어 있다. 대부분의 상용 S/W에는 복사 대비값 및 탐지거리 또는 탐지율 분석 기능이 포함되어 있지 않지만 개발된 S/W에는 생성된 적외선 영상을 이용하여 위협도 분석할 수 있는 기술을 포함하고 있다.

The view point of the library is treated as a first subject. This study is scheduled to construct, as a experimental study, the system of the Library Science. The study of this fields is called upon greatly because the trial to understand library as a socio-cultural phenomenon did not study as many times. As a result of the study, library is defined as ${\ulcorner}Structural Formation of Inquirying Behavior{\lrcorner}$. Not only technique and actual proof are possible in this study but also this definition is technical definition to indicate the main phenomenon of Librarial Behavior. This schedule represent the trial to define Library Behavior which could anticipate and fabricate when we analyze this definition First, we can find out, first of all, the researching behavior among the human behaviors and then human behavior has the condition of practice. At last, researching behavior can not have any result when it is a natural situation, it has only the meaning when it is guided by an obvious intention. The object of the library is just this human behavior. Second, Formation permits the guidance and self-control at the same-times. The answer about what we find out and practice make it possible the act of guidance. This guidance can't burden any subject but permit the people to result his own researching behaviors. He can save his activities, his own researching behaviors by the result of it. Third, The statematical means efficient performances, and them efficient performances is impossible, here is 'discoveries' of behavior itself. The system of the library is the formation of the relation between the accumulated civilizations and accumulated civilizations. As the definitions of the above mentions, library has the big abilities to the creation and succession of the civilization. As the contemporary view-points, there are some questions about the above described definition can meet it of the library. When we frame the science of library as the learning systems, we can't but the library as this definitions.

이 연구는 창조에 대한 국가적 관심으로 인해 대두된 도서관의 무한창조공간 개념이 현행보다 더욱 확장될 수 있음을 제안하였다. 따라서 도서관의 무한창조공간 개념을 Rombach의 '공(共)-창조적 구조존재론'을 바탕으로 해석하였다. 현행의 창조의 개념은 창조자와 대상물을 주체-객체의 단선적 관계로 봄으로써 모든 존재자가 주체로서 갖게 되는 '자가생성(Autogenese)'의 가능성을 희석시킨다. 그러나 '공-창조적 구조'는 모든 존재자들의 상호소통과 공유를 통한 자가생성의 과정을 설명한다. 공-창조적 구조의 형성 과정은 공유와 소통을 통한 자기성장을 지원하는 도서관의 이념과 상통한다. 공-창조성의 정신을 반영시키는 실체적 상으로는 현행의 '메이커스페이스'보다 '코워킹 스페이스'가 더욱 적합하다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 도서관 무한창조공간과 코워킹 스페이스의 현황을 분석하고, 이를 기반으로 개념적 모델링과 실체적 모델링을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 주차장 관리 시스템의 한 부분으로 차량 계수를 위한 감시 카메라 시스템의 컴퓨터 비전과 심층 학습 기반 기법을 제안하고자 한다. You Only Look Once 버전 2 (YOLOv2) 탐지기를 적용하고 YOLOv2 기반의 심층 컨볼루션 신경망(CNN)을 다른 아키텍처와 두 가지 모델로 구성하였다. 제안 된 아키텍처의 효과를 Udacity의 자체 운전 차량 데이터 세트를 사용하여 설명하였다. 학습 및 테스트 결과, 자동차, 트럭 및 보행자 탐지 시 원래 구조(YOLOv2)의 경우 47.89%의 mAP를 나타내는 것에 비하여, 제안하는 모델의 경우 64.30 %의 mAP를 달성하여 탐지 정확도가 향상되었음을 증명하였다.

Problems of housing, healthcare, social exchanges, and lonely feelings of vulnerable social groups such as the elderly living alone in rural and fishing villages should be resolved by guaranteeing minimum residential rights and levels to restore the sense of self-esteem and social stability and to maintain the rural communities and these should be the object of social interest and support. The housing problems of rural and fishing villages should be resolved not through supply to meet demand but by beginning with providing the ways to attain mutual interaction through the program that recognizes housing as merit goods to maintain the regional communities This research examines more minutely the problems caused by poor housing conditions of rural and fishing villages and attempts to present rural and fishing village type community living home as an alternative through regeneration. The results of this research are as follows. First, the administrative support system should be built to support the community living home in its beginning, process, completion, and even post management. Second, education for reinforcing capabilities to help understand the community living home should continually conducted on the occupants, villagers, and related organizations. Third, in order to expand the community living home, research and development should be made so that the zero-energy house, the alternative energy utilizing house, etc. can be widely used. In building community living home for vulnerable social groups in rural and fishing villages, practical alternatives suitable to the regional realities should be presented and practiced so that the community living home can be built to the satisfaction of all the villagers and the occupants, and the improvement measures should be presented through constant interest and monitoring.
