국제비즈니스에서 문화간 역량과 문화간 훈련 (Intercultural Competence and Intercultural Training in International Business)

  • Many global business failures have been ascribed to a lack of intercultural competence, especially to a lack of an adequate conceptualization and definition of intercultural competence, focusing instead on the knowledge, skills, and attributes that appear to be its antecedents. Intercultural competence should be perceived as multifaceted important components of global management capabilities. Depending on the related concepts of intercultural competence, such as global mindset, intercultural sensitivity, and cultural intelligence, dynamic aspects of intercultural competence as learning process are suggested. Also, the domain of intercultural competence in the context of global management or business comprised three dimensions - perception management, relationship management, and self management. Each dimension is characterized by facets that further delineate aspects of intercultural competence. With respect to the domain of intercultural competence, appropriateintercultural training methods should be designed. In practice, human resource managers may benefit from gaining knowledge about which measures to use for identifying employee's weakness in intercultural competence in order to create appropriate training programs.

자기결정성과 자기주도학습에 의한 기업 이러닝이 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향 (The Learning Satisfaction in Corporate E-learning based on Self-Directed Learning and Self-Determination)

  • Companies want organizational members who take e-learning courses to enjoy the advantages of transcending time and space that e-learning has, but also want what they have learned to help the organization, the work they perform, or their future careers. In addition, while enjoying the effect of reducing education costs compared to offline education through e-learning, it is expected that executives and employees will apply the knowledge and skills learned to the field and perform tasks to achieve results. As COVID-19 continues, many education programs that have been conducted offline at corporate sites have been converted to e-learning, with a larger number of e-learning operations than in the past. This study was conducted based on the perception that learners' learning satisfaction is important for the successful operation of e-learning education, and that learners' own self-directed learning ability and self-determination are important as well as corporate efforts. As a result of the study, hypotheses 1-1, 1-2, 1-3-1, and 1-3-2 that the better the self-determination (autonomy, competence, full-time support, and peer support) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will be. Both Hypothesis 2-1 and Hypothesis 2-2 were adopted that the better self-directed learning (subjectivity, execution ability) is, the higher the learning satisfaction will increase. In conclusion, it is necessary to properly introduce the concepts of self-determination and self-directed learning in corporate education while operating with the corporate education system.

개인 특성이 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사용의도에 미치는 영향 (Individual Characteristics Affecting User's Intention to Use Internet Shopping Mall)

  • Technology acceptance model(TAM) has been widely used to predict the end-user's acceptance of a new IT/IS. We used TAM as a theoretical foundation to explain user's intention to use an Internet shopping mall. The theoretical model is tested with the questionnaires from 308 users of an Internet shopping mall. Results show that several individual characteristics such as Internet skills and self-efficacy have a significant impact on user's perception of usefulness and ease of use. Results also show that both perceived enjoyment and perceived usefulness of Internet shopping mall strongly predict intention to use the Internet shopping mall. However, perceived ease of use has no direct influence on intention to use the Internet shopping mall. Personal innovativeness and Internet skills also have a positive effect on perceived enjoyment. Therefore, Internet shopping mall managers have to consider intrinsic motivational factor(enjoyment) as well as extrinsic motivational factor(usefulness). In addition, individual characteristics should be emphasized to form the positive beliefs about using the Internet shopping mall.

  • It is necessary to understand a self-expression and communication in cyberspace using digital photography We have studied the digital camera consumer's self-expression and communication skills and strategy through ethnographic interviews. In this study, we have used ethnographic interviews of 7 informants who had personal web site and are using digital cameras. As a result, It has turned out that informants expressed their self taking pictures of their daily life, friends, and family. Also they imply meaning and feeling in the pictures that had been taken to express their lives. The communication in cyberspace has turned out that informants communicate with other people with digital pictures to show their life. They communicated each other and give information. It means that they made information by themselves to give and share with other people as prosumer. Digital photography to express themselves and communicate in cyberspace enhanced human relationship that had made in cyber space. And it helps to form their self identity. They express their cyber identity with digital photography and it is similar to their self identity that expresses in real life.

메타인지 강화 전략이 창의적 문제 해결력 신장에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Strategy of enhanced Metacognition on the Improvement of Creative Problem Solving Skills)

  • 본 연구는 메타인지 강화 수업 전략이 학생들의 창의적 사고력, 비판적 사고력, 메타인지 사고 활용능력에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 선행 연구 자료를 참고로 하여 메타인지 활성화를 위한 자기-질문지를 제작하고, 이를 활용하여 대학생용 메타인지 강화 창의적 문제 해결력 지향 수업 전략을 개발하였다. 그리고 대학교 1학년 학생을 대상으로 개발한 수업 전략을 9주간 실시하였다. 실험 집단과 통제 집단에 창의적 문제 해결력 검사지, 영역 독립 메타인지 검사지를 사용하였으며, 각 집단의 점수 차이가 통계적으로 유의미한지 알아보기 위하여 공변량 분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 실험 집단 학생들의 창의적 사고력과 비판적 사고력이 유의미하게 신장되었다(p<.05). 창의적 사고력의 하위 문항 중에서는 문제 인식, 가설 설정, 변인 통제에 해당하는 문항에서 긍정적인 효과를 보였으며, 비판적 사고력의 하위 문항 중에서는 문제 인식, 가설 설정에 해당하는 문항에서 긍정적인 효과가 나타났다. 또한, 영역 독립 메타인지의 활용 능력에 있어서도 유의미한 신장을 보였다(p<.05). 메타인지 강화 전략은 사고력 신장에 효과적이었으며, 융합적사고력 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

문제중심학습 개념의 환자관리 Core Skill-TLP 교육교재 개발 및 적용 (An Examples Development and Implementation of Core Skill-TLP Package in Patient Management)

  • Purpose : The purpose of this study was to develop and apply a Core Skill-TLP(Core Skill-Tutorial, Laboratory, Practicum) package in Patient Management and to effect of core skill-TLP education. Methods : This study was used to developed Patient Management' Core Skill-TLP package throughout 14 steps of Core Skill-TLP package development model. Then, Core Skill-TLP Learning methodology was implemented in first year student in the undergraduate emergency medical technology, and survey was done. Results : 1. Core Skill-TLP package model was presented based on conceptual model of PBL(S-PBL). 2, The student in OSCE did significantly better in clinical patient management core skills performance. 3. As to the satisfaction of Core Skill-TLP package management, student, tutor and self-satisfaction score was 3.21, 3.42, 3.38 respectively. Conclusion : This study was suggested that Core Skill-TLP education would be necessary with well-structured package and achieved advantage of simulation and PBL.

청소년의 자기조절학습: 현황과 교육적 함의 (Self-Regulated Learning of Adolescents: Its Current Status and Educational Implications)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 한국 청소년들의 자기조절학습능력 향상을 위해 우리가 고려해야 할 심리적 측면과 사회·정책적 측면이 무엇인가를 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위하여 자기조절학습의 최근 연구들의 초인지적, 동기적, 행동적 영역별 주요 관심사를 살펴보았다. 초인지적 영역에서는 청소년의 자기조절학습에서 인지전략과 초인지전략의 중요성을 논의하였다. 특히 읽기학습에서 자기조절기능으로 간주되는 이해점검 초인지전략의 연구동향을 고찰하였다. 동기영역의 연구결과들은 자기효능감과 목표지향성의 최근 연구 동향을, 행동영역의 연구결과들은 시간 관리와 지연행동의 최근 연구 동향을 제시하였다. 그 다음으로 이러한 연구동향이 청소년의 자기조절학습 향상에 주는 시사점을 고찰하였다. 동기영역에서는 청소년들의 자기효능감 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발의 필요성과 수행목표지향성에 대한 사회적 인식의 전환을 언급하였다. 행동영역에서는 청소년들의 시간관리 능력을 향상시키기 위해 학교상황에 적용할 수 있는 방안들을 제안하였다. 마지막으로 후속연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

만성두통 환자에 대한 인지행동치료경험 (Experience of Cognitive-Behavioral Treatment for Patients with Chronic Headache)

  • Cognitive-behavioral approach to two cases with chronic headache was presented. Cognitive-behavioral interventions focus on indirectly altering symptom-related physiological activity by changing the way patients cope with headache-eliciting stressors. This treatment focuses directly on the patients' cognitive and behavioral changes. Cognitive-behavioral treatment can be divided into three phases Education, self-monitoring, and problem-solving or coping-skills training. Literature reviews on the follow-up evaluation of therapeutic effectiveness revealed that cognitive-behavioral treatment is effective in the management of chronic headache.

평생교육을 통한 중소기업 근로자의 직무만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Job Satisfaction Through Lifelong Education for Small & Medium Businesses Workers)

  • 본 연구는 중소기업 근로자가 평생교육참여 특성에 따른 직무만족도를 비교분석 하여 효율적인 평생교육 프로그램의 개발과 근로자들의 직무능력의 향상으로 직무 만족을 높이는데 있다. 직무만족은 20대가 40대보다 인센티브, 능력발전, 인적자원관리전체에서 높게 나타났고 조직 몰입도는 20~30대의 젊은 직장인들이 40~50대의 직장인들에 비해 직무만족도가 높게 나타났으며, 근무 년 수에서도 5년 미만의 군이 다른 근무 년 수 군에 비해 인센티브, 능력 발전, 인적자원관리전체가 유의하게 더 높게, 직급에 따른 직무만족도 차이에서는 하위직급이 상위직급보다 높게 나타났다. 따라서, 근로자의 직무만족도를 제고하여 기업의 경쟁력 강화와 근로자의 삶의 가치가 향상시키도록 노력해야 할 것이다.

학사경고 대학생을 위한 온라인 학습지원 프로그램 개발 및 효과 분석 (Development and Effectiveness Analysis of an Online Learning Support Program for College Students on Academic Probation)

  • This study developed an online learning support program to provide academic support for students on academic probation by considering the positive perception and advantages of online education and at the same time reflecting the difficulty in contacting students who have been placed on academic probation. The program consisted of topics and contents that could increase academic self-management and academic resilience of college students on academic probation, and the purpose was to verify the effectiveness of the online learning support program after operation. The research results are as follows. There was a significant difference in academic self-management, learning regulation, and positive attitude of college students on academic probation. This can be seen as the fact that college students on academic probation acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for studying, and their determination to study had a positive effect on their academic resilience. The significance of this study is that it developed a program that can help improve the academic resilience of college students on academic probation and analyzed its effectiveness.
