마이크로몰딩의 이형성 향상을 위한 소수성 Self-assembled Monolayer(SAM) 코팅 (Hydrophobic Self-assembled Monolayer(SAM) Coating for Enhanced Demolding Performance in Micromolding)

  • In this paper, the surface modification effect of self-assembled monolayer(SAM) of 1-dodecanethiol [$CH_3$($CH_2$)$_{11}$SH] used as an anti-adhesive film in micromolding process was studied. Monolayers of 1-dodecanethiol[$CH_3$(CH$_2$)$_{11}$SH] were obtained by immersing a metal place in pure 1-dodecanethiol. SAM film on the nickel plate has been examined by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS). The focus has been placed on S-Ni bonding. From the XPS analysis, sulfur atoms were detected from the SAM film as a chemical composition of S-Ni. In order to measure an adhesion force of the SAM-coated nickel surface, atomic force microscopy(AFM) was used in force-distance mode, which whows the micro-adhesive force on solid surface. It was shown that adhesion forces measured from the SAM-coated nickel surface and the Ni surface without SAM coating were 3.52nN and 5.32nN, respectively. In order to investigate the effect of SAM coating on the surface foughness the replica in demolding process, hot embossing experiments were performed using a SAM-coated nickel master and a nickel master without SAM coating. Surface roughness of replica from the SAM-coated master showed 25nm and that of replica from master without SAM coating was 35nm. The smoother surface roughness of the replica from the SAM-coated, master is believed to result from reduction in the adhesion forces.ces.

  • Recently, polymer-modified mortar has been studied for proposed use on industrial floors as top layers with thin thicknesses, typically 5~ 15mm. The purpose of this study is to evaluate basic properties of self leveling materials using polymer modifier as kinds of SBR, PAE, SUBA. Superplasticizer and thickener have been included in the mixes to reduce bleeding and drying shrinkage as well as in order to facilitate the workability required. The self leveling materials using four types of polymer dispersion are prepared with polymer-cement ratios which respectively range from 50%, 75%, and were tested for basic characteristics such as adhesion in tension, crack resistance test, rebound test after the preparative tests for unit weight, air content, consistency ratio etc. The results show almost as equal quality as existing commercial industrial flooring when mortar is modified by polymer dispersion. Adhesion in tension of polymer modified mortars using each SBR and PAE emulsion was over 10 kgf/$cm^{2}$. Crack or flaw derived from shrinkage is strongly dependent on the type of polymer dispersion because of each different total solid of polymer. It is judged that polymer modified mortar with self-leveling can be very well suited for Floor-finished.

  • 자기치유 소재를 이용하여 강판을 코팅하는 경우, 코팅 소재에 상처가 날 경우 스스로 상처를 치유하여 강판이 부식되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 하지만 자기치유 과정에는 시간이 소요되며, 따라서 자기치유가 되기 전에 강판의 상처가 부식 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 가역적인 hindered urea bond(HUB)를 통하여 가교 결합을 형성하면서 동시에 부식 방지제로써 작용하는 DTBEDA를 이용하여 듀얼자기치유 메커니즘을 가지는 코팅 소재를 제조하였다. 또한 제조된 소재를 강판에 코팅하여 의료용 메스와 나노/마이크로 압입시험기를 통하여 스크래치에 대한 자기치유 성능을 확인하였으며, DTBEDA의 내부식성 효과를 전기화학 임피던스 분광법(EIS)을 통하여 분석하였다.

정점 기반 접착력 모델을 활용한 젖은 옷감 애니메이션 (Wet cloth animation with vertex based adhesion force model)

  • 책상 위에 놓인 젖은 옷감을 움직이기 위해서는 마른 옷감을 움직일 때와 비교하여 더 많은 힘이 필요하게 되는데, 그 이유는 젖은 옷감과 책상의 표면 사이의 위치한 유체가 접착력을 만들어내기 때문이다. 본 논문은 젖은 옷감이 물체의 표면에 달라 붙는 현상에 집중하여 젖은 옷감을 표현한다. 접착력을 계산하기 위해서 우리는 섬유 관련 연구 분야에서 실제 실험을 기반으로 모델링한 접착력 모델을 활용하였고, 기존 연구와 다르게 젖은 옷감이 물체와 닿아있는 부분에서도 자연스럽게 주름이 만들어지는 모습을 표현한다. 젖은 옷감이 물체에 달라 붙는 현상과 더불어 젖은 옷감끼리도 서로에게 달라 붙는 현상을 표현함으로써 보다 실제의 젖은 옷감과 유사한 결과를 보인다.

  • 섬유강화 복합재료에서 가장 중요한 부분은 섬유와 수지간의 계면 접착특성이다. 본 총설에서는, 섬유강화 복합재료의 계면특성을 평가하기 위해 사용되는 미세역학 시험법에 대해 역사적 초점을 두어 서술하고자 한다. 미세역학 시험법은 섬유 한 가닥과 기지재료 간의 계면 접착특성을 전단력평가로 관측하는 재료자체의 변수만이 고려되는 평가법으로써 계면에 대한 보다 정량적인 접착특성 및 감지능을 고찰할 수 있다. 미세역학시험법을 이용한 이전의 연구와 비교적 최근 연구동향을 본 총설에서 비교 논의하며, 미세역학 실험법에 대한 응용과 앞으로의 발전을 설명하고자 한다.

  • Vapor phase polymerization of a conductive polymer on a $SiO_2$ surface can offer an easy and convenient means to depositing pure and conductive polymer thin films. However, the vapor phase deposition is generally associated with very poor adhesion as well as difficulty when patterning the polymer thin film onto an oxide dielectric substrate. For a significant improvement of the patternability and adhesion of Poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) thin film to a $SiO_2$ surface, the substrate was pre-patterned with n-octadecyltrichlorosilane (OTS) molecules using a ${\mu}$-contact printing method. The negative patterns were then backfilled with each of three amino-functionalized silane self-assembled monolayers (SAMs) of (3-aminopropyl) trimethoxysilane (APS), N-(2-aminoethyl)-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane (EDA), and (3- trimethoxysilylpropyl)diethylenetriamine (DET). The quality and electrical properties of the patterned P3HT thin films were investigated with optical and atomic force microscopy and a four-point probe. The results exhibited excellent selective deposition and significantly improved adhesion of P3HT films to a $SiO_2$ surface. In addition, the conductivity of polymeric thin films was relatively high (${\sim}13.51\;S/cm$).

자가 산부식 프라이머 시스템 사용시 인산에 의한 부가적인 산부식이 미세누출에 미치는 영향 (THE EFFECT OF ADDITIONAL ENAMEL ETCHING ON MICROLEAKAGE OF THE ADHESION OF SELF-ETCHING PRIMER SYSTEM)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of additional enamel etching with phosphoric acid on the microleakage of the adhesion of self-etching primer system. Class V cavity($4mm{\times}3mm{\times}1.5mm$) preparations with all margins in enamel were prepared on buccal surface of 42 extracted human upper central incisor teeth. Prepared teeth were randomly divided into 3 groups. Group 1:no additional pretreatment with 37% phosphoric acid (NE). Group 2:additional pretreatment with 37% phosphoric acid for 10 seconds (E10s). Group 3:additional pretreatment with 37% phosphoric acid for 20 seconds (E20s). The adhesives(Clearfil SE $Bond^{\circledR}$, Kuraray, Osaka, Japan) and composite resins(Clearfil $AP-X^{\circledR}$, Osaka, Kuraray, Japan) were applied following the manufacturer's instructions. All the specimens were finished with the polishing disc(3M dental product, St Paul, MN, USA), thermocycled for 500 cycles between $5^{\circ}C$ and $55^{\circ}C$ and resected apical 3-mm root. 0.028 stainless steel wire was inserted apically into the pulp chamber of each tooth and sealed into position with sticky wax. Surrounding tooth surface was covered with a nail varnish 2 times except areas 1mm far from all the margins. After drying for one day, soaked the samples in the distilled water. Microleakage was assessed by electrochemical method(System 6514, $Electrometer^{\circledR}$), Keithley, USA) in the distilled water. 자기소화성 에폭시 수지 조성물 연구 (Study on Self-extinguishing Epoxy Resin Composition)

  • 할로겐 함유 난연 화합물은 인체에 무해하고 유해가스 발생이 없는 환경 친화적인 소재로 대체되어가고 있다. 반도체 소자의 밀봉용 소재로 사용되는 에폭시 수지 조성물도 친환경적인 소재로 만들기 위해서, 에폭시 수지의 자소화에 관해 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서도 신규 에폭시 수지(E3)를 사용하여 할로겐계 화합물을 전혀 함유하지 않는 자소성 에폭시 수지 조성물을 제조하였다. 새로 만들어진 에폭시 수지 조성물(EMC-1)은 UL 난연 V0를 갖고 5 wt% 분해 온도가 $451.9^{\circ}C$로, 할로겐계 난연제나 삼산화안티몬 등을 첨가하지 않고도 난연성이 우수하고 열분해성, 내열성 등이 우수하게 나타나 친환경 소재로 적용할 수 있다.

  • High temperature / high pressure spray equipment using a conventional method, unlike spray polyurea adjustable pot life and yellowing caused by UV light and chemicals do not occur, or discoloration of Self-Leveling Type of rugged hand-polyurea resin for technology development is underway.
