공간분석기법을 이용한 Car-sharing 서비스 위치선정 (Site Selection of Carsharing Service by Spatial Analysis Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 대전광역시를 대상으로 향후 카쉐어링 서비스를 제공할 경우를 가정하고 위치 선정방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 GIS Arc/Info 10 소프트웨어를 활용하여 대전광역시 전역을 $500m{\times}500m$ 크기의 셀로 구분하고 카쉐어링 서비스에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되는 요인들을 선정하고 각 요인들의 값을 표준화하는 과정을 거쳤다. AHP 기법을 도입하여 각 요인별 가중치를 전문가 설문을 통해 결정하고 모든 셀($500m{\times}500m$ 크기)별로 적합도 지수를 산정하였으며, 네트워크 분석(Network Analysis)모듈에 내장되어있는 입지배분모델(Location-allocation Model)을 이용하여 서비스 시설의 위치를 30개의 권역으로 선정하는 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 카쉐어링 서비스 위치선정을 위한 방안은 향후 카쉐어링 서비스가 도입될 때 기초 자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대되며, 향후 적정한 수요의 추정과 경제성 검토 등에 대한 추가연구가 필요할 것으로 판단된다.

A Robust Subset Selection Procedure for Location Parameter Based on Hodges-Lehmann Estimators

  • This paper deals with a robust subset selection procedure based on Hodges-Lehmann estimators of location parameters. An improved formula for the estimated standard error of Hodges-Lehmann estimators is considered. Also, the degrees of freedom of the studentized Hodges-Lehmann estimators are investigated and it is suggested to use 0.8n instead of n-1. The proposed procedure is compared with the other subset selection procedures and it is shown to have good effciency for heavy-tailed distributions.

  • This paper proposes a selection procedure of geospatial data for location guidance map generation system. The selection procedure requires some targets appointed by users as input data and outputs generation. The procedure is embedded in a prototype of object-oriented GIS. We show sample maps generated by the system.

Location Selection of an LNG Bunkering Port in Korea

  • Purpose - The International Maritime Organization (IMO) has promulgated strict regulations on emissions in the maritime shipping industry. LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) is, therefore, recognized as the optimal fuel alternative solution. The aim of this study is to select the most suitable location for an LNG bunkering port. This is formulated as a multiple-criteria ranking problem regarding four candidate ports in South Korea: the ports of Busan, Gwangyang, Incheon, and Ulsan. Design/Methodology/approach - An analysis employing the Consistent Fuzzy Preference Relation (CFPR) methodology is carried out, and the multiple-criteria evaluation of various factors influencing the location selection, such as the average loading speed of LNG, the number of total ships, the distance of the bunkering shuttle, and the degree of safety is performed. Then, based on the combination of both the collected real data and experts' preferences, the final ranking of the four ports is formulated. Findings - The port of Busan ranks first, followed by the ports of Gwangyang and Ulsan, with the port of Incheon last on the list. Originality/value - The Korean government could proceed with a clear vision of the candidate ports' ranking in terms of the LNG bunkering terminal selection problem.

기피비용과 수송비용을 고려한 기피시설 입지문제 (An unwanted facility location problem with negative influence cost and transportation cost)

  • In the location science, environmental effect becomes a new main consideration for site selection. For the unwanted facility location selection, decision makers should consider the cost of resolving the environmental conflict. We introduced the negative influence cost for the facility which was inversely proportional to distance between the facility and residents. An unwanted facility location problem was suggested to minimize the sum of the negative influence cost and the transportation cost. The objective cost function was analyzed as nonlinear type and was neither convex nor concave. Three GRASP (Greedy Randomized adaptive Search Procedure) methods as like Random_GRASP, Epsilon_GRASP and GRID_GRASP were developed to solve the unwanted facility location problem. The Newton's method for nonlinear optimization problem was used for local search in GRASP. Experimental results showed that quality of solution of the GRID_GRASP was better than those of Random_GRASP and Epsilon_GRASP. The calculation time of Random_GRASP and Epsilon_GRASP were faster than that of Grid_GRASP.

AHP법을 활용한 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구 (Study on location selection of integrated depot of warehouse stores utilizing AHP method)

  • 대형마트보다 저렴하고 편의성도 높은 창고형 매장에 대한 물류 중요성이 증대되고 있다. 하지만 창고형 매장의 통합 Depot 위치선정에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 통합 Depot 위치선정을 위한 요인도출 및 가중치 산출, 대상지의 위치 우선순위 산정을 다기준 의사결정 방법인 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)방법을 도입하여 계산하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 한다. 분석결과, 선정 요인별 중요도에서는 수배송 비용절감(0.198)이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 수배송 거리절감(0.168), 수배송 시간절감(0.149) 순으로 도출 되었다. 본 연구 결과는 Depot를 통합 운영 시 비용 절감과 효율성 증가를 수치화하여 실제 실무자들에게 보다 현실적인 기초자료를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. 향후연구에서는 분석에 사용되는 요인의 추가작업을 통하여 분석모형을 정교화 할 필요가 있다.

퍼지이론을 이용한 종합유통단지 입지 선정에 관한 연구 (A study on location selection of total circulation complex using fuzzy theory)

  • Nowadays, circulation industry is taking charge of important role in improvement of competitive power on the manufacturing industry and public welfare increase of consumer, price stabilization, employment creation and so on. A lot of research have been progressing for formation of total circulation complex, but decision making for selection of location on some facility is only calculated the optimum value when correct data values are inserted. However, a lot of decision making is accomplished in situation that have little knowledge of objective and constraints and as real world is also evaluated inclusive of analyst's subjectivity about variable, indefinite and fuzzy part, so it is decreasing a reliability on evaluation result and complicating objective evaluation on various effect and negative impact. Accordingly, from under like this situation, this study is to develop location decision model of circulation complex using fuzzy theory from the intention for the most reasonable decision making in fuzzy situation based on decision making problem on conventional location and size decision that did to be satisfactory constraints necessarily.

A CDN-P2P Hybrid Architecture with Location/Content Awareness for Live Streaming Services

  • The hybrid architecture of content delivery networks (CDN) and peer-to-peer overlay networks (P2P) is a promising technology enables effective real-time streaming services. It complements the advantages of quality control and reliability in a CDN, and the scalability of a P2P system. With real-time streaming services, however, high connection setup and media delivery latency are becoming the critical issues in deploying the CDN-P2P system. These issues result from biased peer selection without location awareness or content awareness, and can lead to significant service disruption. To reduce service disruption latency, we propose a group-based CDN-P2P hybrid architecture (iCDN-P2P) with a location/content-aware selection of peers. Specifically, a SuperPeer network makes a location-aware peer selection by employing a content addressable network (CAN) to distribute channel information. It also manages peers with content awareness, forming a group of peers with the same channel as the sub-overlay. Through a performance evaluation, we show that the proposed architecture outperforms the original CDN-P2P hybrid architecture in terms of connection setup delay and media delivery time.

대도시 교육연구시설의 입지선정 및 평가에 관한 연구 (Location Selection and Evaluation of Education and Research Facilities in Large City)

  • 본 연구는 지역 경제 활성화와 도시균형발전의 필수시설로서 지식산업에 기반을 둔 교육연구시설의 입지여건 및 입지요소의 상호 관련성을 분석하고, 이를 평가함으로서 대도시내 교육연구시설의 입지선정을 위한 도시계획적 고려사항을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대도시내 교육연구시설의 입지는 광역적 계획 보다는 입지후보지와 주변상황에 영향을 받게 되는 것으로 분석되었다. 둘째, 광역적으로는 시설의 입지수요와 주민들의 의견이 보다 중요한 입지결정 인자로 분석되었고, 도시계획 상황 및 환경도 입지요소로 고려되어야 한다. 셋째, 후보지 지가, 도시 인프라, 개발가용지 면적 등 경제적 요소들이 입지결정에 중요하므로, 투자비용에 대한 경제성 분석이 실행되어야 한다. 넷째, 교육연구시설은 지역 경제증진과 산 학 연간 교류를 통해 지식기반산업의 토대를 강화시키는 파급효과가 예상되므로 단기의 효용창출 보다는 중장기적인 관점에서 계획방향이 수립되어야 한다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 향후 국내 대도시 교육연구기능의 최적입지를 결정하는 도시계획적인 기준이 될 것으로 기대한다.
