The objective of this study was to use cluster analysis to determine differences in eating-out behavior among grouped clusters of female consumers after each cluster was divided based on lifestyle patterns. The data were collected by interview survey from a biased sample of 1,300 females, ranging from ages 20 to 59, and living in residential districts of Seoul. Reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, cross-tabulation analysis, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were applied to the data. Four lifestyle factors were extracted by lower-division and classified as follows: health condition, consuming, food, and housing lifestyles. Based on these four factors, the female consumers were grouped as three clusters: the consuming-individuality type, rational-pursuit type, and conservative-stability type. The eating-out behavior of each cluster was significantly different in terms of frequency of eating-out, eating-out expenditures, restaurant selection criteria, food preferences, and the purpose for eating-out. Since this study surveyed females from ages 20 to 59, age and demographics were the differential factors in determining the various lifestyle types. Thus, to target the consumers who form a target market, the food industry should consider market segmentation that combines demographic factors such as age, income, and marital status.
The selection rate of tree burials (TB) is still low in spite of increasing concerns about TB and government's efforts to increase TB participation. It is necessary to understand the factors affecting TB selection. This study investigated the relationship between major variables (attitude: ATT; subjective norm: SN; perceived behavioral control: PBC) of Ajzen's theory of planned behavior (TPB), additional variable (custom: CUST), and intention to select TB by using structural equation modelling (SEM). Samples were selected from Gwang-ju citizens using proportionate stratified sampling (PST) by region during September of 2011. Four hundred and twelve responses were used for data analysis. The model showed fair goodness of fit. All four variables (ATT, SN, PBC, CUST) influenced intention to select TB. The four variables explained 53.0% of intention to select TB. SN(${\beta}$=0.459) was the most predictive variable on the intention, followed by ATT(${\beta}$=0.247), PBC(${\beta}$=0.152), and CUST(${\beta}$=0.102) in decreasing order. The results were discussed and some suggestions to increase the intention of tree burial selection were made.
Recently, we should control various devices such as TV, audio, DVD player, video player, and set-top box simultaneously to manipulate home theater system. To execute the function the user want in this situation, user should know functions and positions of the buttons in several remote controllers. Normally, people feel difficult due to these realistic problems. Besides, the number of the devices that we can control shall increase, and people will confuse more if the ubiquitous home environment is realized. Therefore, user adaptive interface that provides the summarized functions is required. Moreover there can be a lot of mobile and stationary controller devices in ubiquitous computing environment, so user interface should be adaptive in selecting the functions that user wants and in adjusting the features of UI to fit in specific controller. To implement the user and controller adaptive interface, we modeled the ubiquitous home environment and used modeled context and device information. We have used Bayesian network to get the degree of necessity in each situation. Behavior selection network uses predicted user situation and the degree of necessity, and it selects necessary functions in current situation. Selected functions are used to construct adaptive interface for each controller using presentation template. For experiments, we have implemented ubiquitous home environment and generated controller usage log in this environment. We have confirmed the BN predicted user requirements effectively as evaluating the inferred results of controller necessity based on generated scenario. Finally, comparing the adaptive home UI with the fixed one to 14 subjects, we confirmed that the generated adaptive UI was more useful for general tasks than fixed UI.
We investigated elementary school students' knowledge, behavior, experience and preference of education method related to food safety in order to provide basic information for food safety educational program. A survey study was conducted with 569, fourth and sixth grade students, from two schools in Seoul and Ulsan. Students were asked thirty-two questions regarding food safety knowledge, behavior and experiences as well as their attitude to food safety class and preference for teaching method. The data was analyzed for the frequency analysis, t-test, chi-square test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson correlation using the SPSS/Windows. Results indicated that 91.9 percent of the respondents did not know what unsanitary food is. 67 percent of the respondents did not know the proper method of hand washing. Although the students' level of knowledge and behavior associated with food safety was low, there was meaningful correlation(r =.184, p<.01) between knowledge and behavior. Surprisingly, students in higher grade did not demonstrate an exceeding food safety knowledge and behavior. More than 50 percent of the subjects did not have food safety education either at home or school. 60 percent of the respondents interested in food safety and the majority recognized that a food safety education is needed. Students want to learn about unsanitary food(34.1%), foodborne illness(29.7%), food selection and storage method(21.3%), and personal hygiene(11.2%) through game, role play, and practice in real situation. These results suggest that development of food safety education program is needed through the elementary school year and the education program must include fun activities in which students can participate.

With the appearance of many new types of fashion stores in Korea, competitions among fashion store types art fiercer than ever before. As consumers alternatives in fashion store selection increase, they select different store types to purchase different product types. Therefore, the probability of patronage mix behavior according to product type increases. Understanding consumers patronage mix behavior, finding out the determinant attributes of fashion stores for each product type, and analyzing competitive structures among fashion stores are important to retailers and marketers for building a successful merchandising and marketing strategies. An empirical study was conducted to analyze the competitive structure among the store types by consumers' patronage mix behavior. A questionnaire was developed and data were collected from 464 adult women living in Seoul area in Korea. Factor analysis, paired t-test, ANOVL Duncan test, and discriminant analysis were employed to analyze the data. Data regarding patronage mix behavior by product type proved that certain store types had ‘natural dominance’ in a particular product type as Hirschman(l978) pointed out. Also, a new analytic method of the competitive structures among fashion store types was suggested in the study, by which a specific store type retailer can analyze his/her own customers' patronage mix behavior by product type. The analysis will enable retailers to distinguish which of their competitors are substitutive, selling same product types, and which are complementary, selling different product types. Retailers have to concentrate on the strategies for the substitutive competitors rather than complementary competitors because their marketing abilities and resources are limited.

Research design, data, and methodology - In order to achieve the purpose of this study, This study organized questionnaire after setting a hypothesis based on the theoretical background from the parameters. verification of the hypothesis by statistically analyzing the answers for questionnaire follows. Finally, the implication of this study is drawn through comprehensive discussion while This study indicated from the limits of the study and future direction for research. This study set up a model to research the influence on the structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition in forming perceived value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention. Frequency analysis was used for getting demographic characteristics, verification of plausibility, reliability of measured parameters and factors analysis. This study have performed verification of difference at selection property level based on multiple regression analysis and demographic nature. Results - To summarize the study result, through the verification of hypothesis about meaningful influence among structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition, perceived value and customer satisfaction shows some noticeable points to focus on. That is, it is established things that partial adoption and meaning relationship of partial influence. The perceived value affected both customer satisfaction and future behavior intention meaningfully. Conclusions - This study could note that in the structuring factors of LOHAS exhibition, perceived value for visitors and customer satisfaction play their roles positively on the future behavior intention. In conclusion, this study implies that strategic measures are necessary to fulfill the structuring factors of LOHAS exhibition as they would make positive impact on acknowledged value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention to contribute to the growth and development of LOHAS exhibition. Also it suggests that the method to join each other with activities is necessary to strengthen the properties of the exhibition and position well to be a solid local exhibition.

Recently, PPP (Public-Private-Partnership) Projects, which private companies invest in, plan, design, construct and operate, have become more popular around the world. The construction industry environment is becoming increasingly competitive. The PPP project is composed of various organizations, so it is very difficult to carry out the project successfully. In this environment, the construction companies are trying hard to secure a competitive advantage. In this study, we tried to identify the role of project manager's leadership and project citizenship behavior as a precedent for creating performance in PPP (Private-Public-Partnership) project. We examine the impact of PM's transformational leadership and transactional leadership on project citizen behavior and examine the impact of project citizen action on project management performance and completion performance. For this study, we conducted a questionnaire survey on PPP project participants. As a result, the following results were obtained. First, transformational leadership and transactional leadership had a significant influence on project citizenship behavior. Second, project citizen behavior had a significant impact on both project management performance and project completion performance. The idealized influence of transformational leadership and the Active management by exception of transactional leadership were found to be very important in shaping PPP team's project citizenship behavior. Therefore, this study has academic implications in studying the effects of PM leadership and project citizenship behavior on the performance of PPP project. And it is expected that it will help selection and training of PM to secure a competitive advantage for construction companies that implement PPP projects practically.

Objective: This study evaluated the health behavior level of urological cancer survivors after surgery. Understand the experience of change and identify the factors that affect it for health. Selection of the best intervention steps and effective intervention adopt a lifestyle. It is intended to contribute to the creation of basic data for development of guidelines. Methods: The study was conducted with patients diagnosed with urological cancer at a hospital in Seoul. Study data were obtained by having 100 patients who agreed to the study self-fill out a questionnaire through interviews, and the 2018 World Cancer Research Fund and American Institute for Cancer Research Score (2018 WCRF/AICR SCORE) was used to estimate the level of health behavior. Results: The study examines health behavior among urolgical cancer survivors based on the 2018 WCRF/AICR SCORE. Higher household income and younger age were associated with better health behavior scores, with those under 60 and earning over 3 million won being more likely to have higher scores. Conclusion: Based on these results, this study requires comprehensive data collection considering the missing variables, suggesting that high household income and young age can positively affect healthy behavior. In addition, we conclude that education for cancer survivors and development of strategies to bridge the health gap for low-income and elderly populations are necessary.

Taxonomy of human brain activity is a complicated rather challenging procedure. Due to its multifaceted aspects, including experiment design, stimuli selection and presentation of images other than feature extraction and selection techniques, foster its challenging nature. Although, researchers have focused various methods to create taxonomy of human brain activity, however use of multivariate pattern analysis (MVPA) for image recognition to catalog the human brain activities is scarce. Moreover, experiment design is a complex procedure and selection of image type, color and order is challenging too. Thus, this research bridge the gap by using MVPA to create taxonomy of human brain activity for different categories of images, both colored and gray scale. In this regard, experiment is conducted through EEG testing technique, with feature extraction, selection and classification approaches to collect data from prequalified criteria of 25 graduates of University Technology PETRONAS (UTP). These participants are shown both colored and gray scale images to record accuracy and reaction time. The results showed that colored images produces better end result in terms of accuracy and response time using wavelet transform, t-test and support vector machine. This research resulted that MVPA is a better approach for the analysis of EEG data as more useful information can be extracted from the brain using colored images. This research discusses a detail behavior of human brain based on the color and gray scale images for the specific and unique task. This research contributes to further improve the decoding of human brain with increased accuracy. Besides, such experiment settings can be implemented and contribute to other areas of medical, military, business, lie detection and many others.
The experiment has been analyzed for genetic architecture of behavioral trait in strains selected for positive and negative phototaxis in Drosophila melanogaster. Response to selection for two different directions was rapidly diverged in their phototactic scores. Realized heritabilities for the first teh generations of selection in the positive and negative strains calculated to be 3.08% and 2.86%, respectively in both sexes. The frequency of deleterious chromosomes(lethal and semilethal chromosomes) in the positively selected strain(43%) was higher than that of negatively selected one (18%). The unselected strain(27%) was intermediate frequency between both selected strains. The correlated relationship between deleterious genes and photopositive polygenes was confirmed by the phototactic behavior of the lethal heterozygotes($1_i/1_j$). Form the results, the deleterious genes induced by long term selection for phototaxis would be considered some linkage relationship with photopositive polygenes.
