  • The seed paper was used in farm field recently for a sound young plant. The most of seed paper are made of synthetic non-woven sheet. Therefore, it is very difficult to bio-degrade in soil and is very hard to have some special function, for example keeping herbicide and/or insecticide activity because of its lack of chemical acceptability. The purpose of this research is manufacture of seedling paper which have a function of herbicide activity from waste paper. The fiber properties from waste paper were remarkably improved by fine removal with washing and/or flotation process. The paper-making ability for seed paper was enhanced with enzyme treatment of secondary fibers. The paper for seedling must have a good bio-degradation ability in soils. The absorption amount of chemical like as dithiopyr was increased remarkably in enzyme treated base paper. The embossing treatment of base paper was very effective for seed attachment and chemicals retention. And also, the developed seed paper showed a good penetration property of young root through embossed paper.

  • Increasing the smart instrument based social and economical activity, problems of electronic business's safety, reliability and user's privacy are be on the rise. so variety standard cryptography algorithms for information security have been developed in korea and How to efficiently implement them in a variety of environments is issued. ARIA and SEED, developed in Korea, are standard block cipher algorithm to encrypt the 128-bit plaintext, are each configured Feistel, SPN structure. In this paper, SEED and ARIA were implemented using the GEZEL language that can be used easily in the software designer because grammar is simple compared to other hardware description language. In particular, in this paper, will be described in detail the characteristics and design method using GEZEL as the first paper that implements 128bits ARIA and SEED and it showed the flexibility and efficiency of development using GEZEL. SEED designed GEZEL is occupied 69043 slice, is operating Maximum frequency 146.25Mhz and ARIA is occupied 7282 slice, is operating Maximum frequency 286.172Mhz. Also, Speed of SEED designed and implemented signal flow method is improved 296%.

  • In this paper, we analyse eavesdrop problem of existing RFID security scheme and proposed improved SEEB algorithm for RFID security. we suggest partial round process and security in SEED algorithm. Existing scheme has vulnerability of security and implementation so far from realization. Therefore In our paper, we proposed new scheme using modified SEED algorithm for backward channel protection.

  • This paper gives a description about the germination inhibition of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolium L.) seed coat. The existence of seed coat is one of the inhibitory factors which inhibit the embryo growth, particularly during the morphological after-ripening stage. The seed coat can obstruct the water absorption at the beginning of seed stratification, but it can not threaten seed germination. The inhibition of seed coat is not caused by the mechanical fetter neither. However, before splitting the seed coat, the inhibition of seed coat comes from both air-tight character and inhibitors, and after splitting the seed coat, the inhibition may come mainly from the inhibitors.

  • Given the barriers to implement green building rating systems, Building Information Modeling (BIM) was suggested as an effective solution integrating information into one model and saving substantial time to facilitate certification process. Synergies between BIM and Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED), the most widely used rating system, have been researched for a few decades. This paper demonstrates literature review about the development of integration between BIM and LEED. The research focuses on synergies between BIM and Green Standard for Energy & Environmental Design (G-SEED) in Korea, as one of important strategies to mitigate greenhouse gas emission. The research compares LEED and G-SEED related items based on evaluation contents. The result manifests G-SEED and LEED share many common items in different degrees. Therefore, it is entirely possible for G-SEED and BIM to adapt same developing mode of LEED and BIM. Moreover, the study measures the potential of BIM in application process of G-SEED certification by investigation of credits in LEED and G-SEED can be earned by BIM. The results of paper indicate the documentation support LEED and G-SEED may be prepared directly, semi-directly and indirectly via sustainability analyses software in BIM.

  • This paper presents an efficient architecture that optimizes the design of SEED S-box using composite field arithmetic. SEED is the Korean standard 128-bit block cipher algorithm developed by Korea Information Security Agency. The nonlinear function S-box is the most costly operation in terms. of size and power consumption, taking up more than 30% of the entire SEED circuit. Therefore the S-box design can become a crucial factor when implemented in systems where resources are limited such as smart cards. In this paper, we transform elements in $GF(2^8)$ to composite field $GF(((2^2)^2)^2)$ where more efficient computations can be implemented and transform the computed result back to $GF(2^8)$. This technique reduces the S-box portion to 15% and the entire SEED algorithm can be implemented at 8,700 gates using Samsung smart card CMOS technology.

  • In this paper, we studied the voice cryptograph system designed by the SEED algorithm for the safe transmission and receipt on the voice communication. Voice band signal converts to digital signal by the CODEC and DSP that applied the improved SEED algorithm encrypt the digital signal. The CODEC convert Encryption signal into analog voice signal. This voice signal is transmitted safely because of encryption signal even if someone wiretap. Receiver can hear the source voice, because the encryption signal decrypted using the SEED algorithm. In this paper, We designed the 32 round key instead of 16 round key in the SEED algorithm so that we improve the truncated differential probability from $2^{-143.1}$ to $2^{-286.6}$

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the additional construction cost of G-SEED certification for domestic office building reflecting the latest standard(G-SEED 2016-2), and to derive cost impact by category and level. Therefore, it is intended to provide quantitave cost data according to G-SEED certification at the planning phase of the project, estimate the additional construction cost per level according to G-SEED Certification of similar project to be carried out in the future, and encourage G-SEED certification by supporting the decision of the owners. Method: The Process and method of this study are summarized in five steps, 1) Review of previous research, 2) Selection of target project, 3) Scenario setting by level, 4) Additional construction cost for each evaluation category, 5) Extraction of additional construction cost ratio by level. Result: This paper analyzed the cost impact by deriving the additional construction cost of detailed category for level improvement according to the revised G-SEED certification(G-SEED 2016-2). In conclusion, an additional construction cost(ratio) of G-SEED projects to the reference building is drawn as good level; 157,426,241 KWN(+0.43%), very good level; 321,907,802 KWN(+0.88%), excellent level; 999,371,478 KWN(+2.74%), and outstanding level; 1,467,047,718 KWN(+4.02%).

  • Five seed samples of carrot were tested to detect Alternaria spp. by blotter method. A. alternata and A. radicina were detected from all the seed samples as high as $25.8-70.5\%$ and $37.5-63.5\%$, respectively. A. dauci was detected from four seed samples as low as $0.5-7.5\%$. The three Alternaria spp. were detected from the pericarp and the seed coat and endosperm of the carrot seeds but not from the embryo by component plating test. A. alternata and A. radicina were much more detected from the pericarp than the seed coat and endosperm. A. dauci was detected from the pericarp and the seed coat and endosperm at similar rate. The seed sample which was most severely infected with A. radicina showed the lowest rate of germination in the test on top of paper (TP). In the TP test, differences in total infection rate of A. radicina and A. dauci of the seed samples were very closely correlated with those in incidence of seedling rot on the seed samples. However, there was no correlation between infection rate of A. alternata and rate of germination or seedling rot of the seed samples. Soil test for seedling growth revealed that there was no correlation between differences in total infection rate of A. radicina and A. dauci and those in rate of normal seedlings of the seed samples.
