The purpose of this study is to analyze any hinderance factors for successful attending system of Korean National Assembly and to provide improvement plans of legal systems to ensure security of National Assembly. First, the conceptualization and functions of Korean National Assembly attending system were discussed and related regulations and laws were also examined. Second, hinderance factors, such as sharp increase in 1) illegal behaviors, 2) bring in prohibited items, and 3) possibility of National Assembly terror, for successful attending systems were analysed. Third, improvements of legal system for security enhancement of National Assembly Attending System were discussed: 1) new legislation for providing National Assembly's security officers with special judicial police power is needed to deal with criminal behaviors and to protect human rights, and 2) legal reforms are required to provide right to command to National Assembly's Security Planning Office rather than National Assembly security office under Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency in order to unify commanding system.

The whole world is anxious that aircraft could be used as a tool for terrorism after 9/11. The disappearance of Malaysia Airlines is again adding to fears about aircraft. Because these aircraft attacks cause many human casualties, the purpose of the study is to analyze the problems in the current air security system and to present alternatives. The methodology of the study used a literature research methodology to review the current status of aircraft terrorism and related regulations, such as current aviation-related laws and anti-terrorism laws, and prior studies. The purpose of the Chapter is to present an aviation security system that promotes the safety of air traffic through the prevention of aircraft terror by presenting the roles and improvement measures of aviation security personnel, foreign police officers, intelligence agencies, and legal blind spots and flaws.
The mandatory police system, which plays a pivotal role in securing security and securing social safety as a security assistant, is expected to face difficulties in supplying the mandatory police manpower and securing absolute police manpower in the future according to the Ministry of Defense's abolition of the conversion service system. In this situation, this study intends to provide a concrete plan to replace the mandatory police officers as security assistants, recruiting contractors from civilians who are not military service resources or regular police officers, and using them for security assistance. More ultimately, this study goes beyond securing obligatory police to reduce or abolish mandatory police, which has been dealt with in previous studies. It aims to present the rescue and operation directions so that the police can provide quality public security services. In order to achieve the purpose of this study, this study 1) analyzes the current situation of police personnel, derives the necessity and justification of securing the police personnel or increasing the number of police personnel due to changes in security demand and security environment, and 2) After discussing the necessity and direction of reorganization, 3) deriving policy implications through analysis of foreign cases operating similar systems to derive specific plans for the introduction of security contractors for private contract workers in Korea. This study reviewed the specific operation plan and legal and institutional maintenance plan of private contract workers. In order to achieve these research objectives, this study 1) analyzes the current status of the police manpower and derives the necessity and justification of securing an absolute police manpower or increasing the manpower of the police in response to changes in security demand and security environment, and the current security aid system. 2) After discussing the necessity and orientation of reorganization of exinsting system of assistant police officer, 3) derive policy implications through analysis of foreign cases utilizing security aids similar to Korea, and 4) The specific operation plan and legal and institutional maintenance plan were presented. including security aids for private contract workers in Korea, from recruitment procedures to activities.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is that victims of technology leaks and people concerned about leaks complain of stress over security concerns. However, there are no psychological treatments among the government's comprehensive plans to prevent technology leaks. Therefore, the government intends to present education methods using the NLP (Neuro Linguistic Program), a collective counseling technique, to heal the psychological injury of the victims. Psychological counseling methods include cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalytic behavioral therapy, humanism therapy, art therapy, and other psychological therapies. Among them, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) method was used. NLP has three concepts: neuron, language, and programming, and is used as a general method for group counseling. Research design, data and methodology: In relation to composition, Chapter 1 explained the purpose and necessity of the study, Chapter 2 explained the types of psychological counseling and NLPs to help understand the study, introduced the prior study related to the development of collective counseling programs through NLP, and Chapter 3 developed a security psychological counseling education program. In addition, FGI(Focus Group Interview) was conducted for professionals. Results: Corporate counseling considered most in this study should satisfy client, counselor and manager differently from individual counseling. For this purpose, the result was composed of 11 times. In order to derive personal problems for clients, they consisted of finding, loving, expressing, and emancipating self. And, It solved the leakage anxiety to suggest a professional solution for the counselor. In addition, this course helps them become familiar with counseling techniques for becoming a good security administrator. Lastly, it was configured to leave the result for the manager to suggest the organizational development method through this training. The implication of this study is to derive psychological counseling methods for security officers. Most companies in the field of security counseling complain about technology leakage stress. There is currently no psychotherapy support project under the policy. And It was developed because it can expect sales improvement from security consultation. Conclusions: In conclusion, the results were organized to be left to the manager so that he could suggest how to develop the organization through this time.

The Internet Knowledge Society is where the knowledge is the major source of development and competition. Now more than 350mi11ion computers are connected to internet servers and the internet users are more than 250mi11ion. The purpose of this paper is to propose some key factors for implementing the Police Knowledge Management System(PKMS) based on Intranet. With Information Technology(IT), the police administrative system will be much more efficient. Introducing the If into the system is critical for restructuring the police administrative system. This paper concludes as follows : ■ Knowledge is divided into tacit and explicit one. Knowledge process is divided into acquisition, accumulation, distribution and creation of knowledge. ■ The IntraNet is composed of Web server, FTP server, electric-mail server, and is constructed security system to safety. ■ All policemen are bound to serve as a new knowledge worker. ■ Police organization needs to operate data management system. The organization also needs to the Police Knowledge Management Center(PKMC). And the Police Chief Knowledge Officers(PCKO) needs to be appointed to manage the PKMC. ■ An information and knowledge infrastructure(various databases are the most important factor) should be established within the organization to promote the self-directed management, the interactive communication, and the learning ability of the members.
It has been fifteen years since military science was introduced into private and public universities since 2004. The department focuses on the improvements of the South Korean Army quality based on the Korean Army's traits including: an increase of power in the armed force and operations through research, development, and the expansion of a cooperation between the public (civilians) and military. Approximately, four hundred students from various universities in the military science department graduate in order to become an officer. The fourth industrial revolution causes structural transformation to our lives. Through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI,) war and the military as a whole will be altered significantly particularly with regard to efficiency. Nevertheless, it is important for us to train officers in creative ways so that they can deal with situations where machines will be unable to handle situations. Considering this change in our lives, it is necessary for the military science departments to change the way to teach and train their students. In order to accomplish this goal, we need to introduce a method called "Flipped Learning" and during the process all the members need to participate and communicate in an interactive way. By doing this, the military science departments will play an important role by improving human resource in terms of military and national security.
Recently the characteristics of those who committed serious terrorist crimes are not directly related to the direct command system of a specific terrorist organization (ex. IS) but are influenced by the political propaganda of terrorist organizations online, Terrorist crime under the loose form of the terrorist organization. Therefore, this study suggests ways to improve countermeasures against terrorism in metropolitan subways. Although it is important for the prevention of terrorism in the subway, it is important for the police officers of the subway police and the special police officers of the railway to have a physical limit to take charge of them, and after confirming that improvement measures are necessary, And pointed out the possibility of establishing independent security departments where judicial and administrative control is not feasible to grant police rights. In addition, I pointed out how to improve the safety of subways in the metropolitan area through the recruitment of core job candidates and the identity survey during the subway operation. Furthermore, it was confirmed that a special council on terrorism, which can take into consideration the characteristics of subway terrorism, such as airports and ports, is required to be established in charge of terrorism prevention under the current Anti-Terrorism Act. Finally, it is once again emphasized that the strengthening of the powers of the counterparts to terrorism must inevitably limit the basic rights of the people, so the principle of proportionality must be observed in their activities.
This study which was started to identify the factors that change the security level of military organizations, analyzed the data collected from articles written by the active officers in the Defense Daily Journal hoping to improve the military security level by the qualitative research method called Grounded Theory, and establish causal relationship how organizational members respond to insider security threats. As a result of the analysis, the causal condition is 'the security threat of the insider', the contextual condition is 'the specificity of the military organization', the central phenomenon is 'the conflict of values as a soldier', the arbitrary condition is 'the security consciousness', Strategy is 'the responds to security threats', and the result was 'security level change'. The core categories can be presented as 'the degree of conflict of values on insider security threats' and two hypotheses have been derived. First, the members of the military organization strongly felt the conflict of values about security threat as the tendency to emphasize security was strong, and they helped to develop the security level of organization by responding strongly. Second, the stronger the tendency to focus on colleagues, respond weakly to security threats. And it undermines the security level of the organization. Finally, in order to improve the security level of the organization, it is necessary to establish a solid security consciousness and to make institutional development to support it.

The use of open source has the advantage that the development environment is convenient and maintenance is easier, but there is a limitation in that it is easy to be exposed to vulnerabilities from a security point of view. In this regard, the LOG4J vulnerability, which is an open source logging library widely used in Apache, was recently discovered. Currently, the risk of this vulnerability is at the 'highest' level, and developers are using it in many systems without being aware of such a problem, so there is a risk that hacking accidents due to the LOG4J vulnerability will continue to occur in the future. In this paper, we analyze the LOG4J vulnerability in detail and propose a SNORT detection policy technology that can detect vulnerabilities more quickly and accurately in the security control system. Through this, it is expected that in the future, security-related beginners, security officers, and companies will be able to efficiently monitor and respond quickly and proactively in preparation for the LOG4J vulnerability.

The essences of these changes are that the security management of today's global business is important task of managers and the security practitioner is professional who needs very specialized education and training with business thinking. Rapid business environments' change that is driving depends on development of science and technology with globalization needs new paradigm to keep business continuity. With the process of globalization, Korea, which importance is gradually increasing in the national economy, has trade dependent economic system, which keeps power of national economy through trade, so Korean economic tendency is accelerating. To keep competitiveness in global market, new strategy that is different with existing domestic business management is necessary. That is, capacity of coping with outside risk in domestic business management is established in some degree, but business activities in foreign countries faces at numerous unexpected risks that differ from country to country such as difference with the custom, changes of corporate governance etc. To cope with these new risks effectively, new paradigm for business risk is necessary. Especially, flexibility of thinking like new paradigm is necessary to cope with new security risk effectively. To cope with security risk that occurs in the new business environment effectively and competes against international company in global market, company management and members' changes of cognition about security and innovative changes in security policy is necessary. In the basement of these changes, there is expansion of business security tasks, improvement of report line, enhancement of professionalism and status of security officers, variation of hands-on workers and increasing of investment to the security etc.
