본 시스템은 도로교통법에 위반하는 개인 이동형 장치의 사용을 억제하기 위한 기술적 방안으로서 서비스 가입 절차에서의 자격 조건 인증을 강화하고 사용 가능한 편법을 제거하는 장치를 마련하여 시민들에게 안전한 도로를 제공하는데 의의를 둔다.

There are many recommendation systems available to provide users with personalized services. Among them, the most frequently used in electronic commerce is 'collaborative filtering', which is a technique that provides a process of filtering customer information for the preparation of profiles and making recommendations of products that are expected to be preferred by other users, based on such information profiles. Collaborative filtering systems, however, have in their nature both technical issues such as sparsity, scalability, and transparency, as well as security issues in the collection of the information that becomes the basis for preparation of the profiles. In this paper, we suggest a movie recommendation system, based on the selection of optimal personal propensity variables and the utilization of a secure collaborating filtering system, in order to provide a solution to such sparsity and scalability issues. At the same time, we adopt 'push attack' principles to deal with the security vulnerability of collaborative filtering systems. Furthermore, we assess the system's applicability by using the open database MovieLens, and present a personal propensity framework for improvement in the performance of recommender systems. We successfully come up with a movie recommendation system through the selection of optimal personalization factors and the embodiment of a safe collaborative filtering system.

공학교육인증제는 공학 교육의 질적 향상을 통해 국제 경쟁력을 갖는 공학기술 인력의 양성을 목적으로, 공학교육인증 프로그램의 학생들이 졸업할 시점에 달성해야 하는 학습 성과를 프로그램의 교육목표에 맞게 설정하고 적합한 절차에 따라 성취도를 평가하도록 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 호서대학교 정보보호학 프로그램에서 설정한 프로그램 학습성과를 달성하기 위해 수행 준거, 평가 체계, 문서 체계 및 순환형 자율개선 체계 등을 포함하는 성취도 평가 시스템과 이러한 평가체계에 따라 성취도를 측정한 사례에 대해 연구한다.

The limits of current DN(Defense networks), private and closed network, become to reality; for Example, high expense of construction and maintenance of networks, restriction of new subscribers on DN. Therefore, a network using web environment that reflect fast development of If and IS(Information Security) technology is demanded for MND. Meeting the requirement of reliable IS system and extension and improvement of DN using common network, we can reduce the expense to extend, maintain, repair DN, form the environment that makes military business cooperate better with civil company and government agency, advance implementing Defense computing and networking service for field small size units that was a exception of Defense digitalization. But it is essential to construct DN based on common network that there are security requisites; confidentiality, integrity, availability, efficiency, log, backup, restoration, that have to be realized at demanding level for IS. This thesis suggested four measurements; replacement DN with common network to resolve the requirements of building new network and improvement of performance for private DN, linkage with common network for new requirement, distribution of traffic using common network, configuration of DN using Internet and Proposed a refinement of IS management organization to treat security threat of common network flexibly, and LAN IS standard model of DN based on the web environment.

정보통신기술이 발전함에 따라 정부의 행정전산화가 추진되었고, 이의 역기능으로 IT제품을 대상으로 한 사이버 공격이 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있다. 이에 따라 각국의 정부는 정보보호를 위하여 국가 공공기관의 IT제품 도입에 있어 보안성검증을 의무화하기 시작하였으며 도입 과정에서 요구되는 제도를 정립하였다. 본 연구는 현 국내 IT제품 도입제도를 분석하여 보완점을 파악한다. 또한 주요 선진국 미국, 영국, 일본, 캐나다, 호주 5개국의 IT제품 도입제도 동향을 분석하며, 최종적으로 국내 도입제도와의 비교 분석을 통하여 국내 도입제도의 개선방안을 제안한다.

본 연구는 2010년 서울에서 개최된 G20 정상회의 행사의 안전활동 문제점을 도출하여 이를 토대로 향후 우리나라에서 개최될 국제회의 안전활동에 대한 발전방안을 모색해 보는데 그 목적이 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 G20 정상회의 행사에 직접 참여한 경찰, 소방, 군, 국정원 등 안전기관의 문제인식 차이를 통하여 제반적인 문제점을 도출해 보고자 한다. 이를 위해 G20 정상회의 행사에 차출되어 근접 근무한 4개 안전기관 직원을 대상으로 델파이방법에 의해 의견을 수렴, 국제회의의 단계별 구성요소 및 문제점을 파악하고 구성요소별로 문제인식에 대한 통계처리를 실시하였다. 이와 함께 안전기관 전문가 4명과 1:1 면담결과를 통하여 국제회의 행사에 있어서 행사장에서 주로 이루어지는 실시단계는 어떤 역할을 수행하며 그 중요성이 무엇인지를 확인한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, '안전의전 부문'으로 의전과 안전은 순치관계로 비유될 정도로 상호 상생이 필요하기 때문에 더욱 긴밀한 협력과 정보교환이 요구된다. 둘째, '상황관리 부문'에서는 준비기획단을 중심으로 광역지자체, 제 안전기관간의 신속하고 유기적인 정보교환 및 기능별, 장소별로 분산된 모든 안전인력을 통합적으로 운용할 수 있도록 각 안전기관의 상황실간 협조체제를 강화해야 한다. 셋째, '안전인력자원관리 부문'에서는 제 안전인력이 행사에 전념할 수 있는 시스템을 강구하고, 여건이 충족될 수 있도록 지도층의 격려와 관심이 필요하다. 넷째, '지자체협조지원 부문'에서는 국제회의 개최도시의 광역지자체는 국제회의 각종 시설의 운영, 회의운영 지원, 관광 등 행사 파급효과 달성, 숙박시설 서비스의 극대화, 교통시설의 정비 등에서 1차 책임을 수행하므로 시 도지사의 관심 하에 특별점검을 수행해야 한다.

The passenger security screening is a mandatory procedure for boarding the aircraft according to ICAO standard as well as national law of each country. The enhanced threat of terrorism have had the security procedure strengthened since 9/11 events. However the effectiveness of passenger screening is not satisfactory and the service level for passenger is getting worse because of tightened security measurements. This research studied the responsibility issue for the enhancement of the effectiveness and service quality in passenger security screening. The study concluded that a desirable responsibility assignment for passenger screening is to the airport authority at normal time and to the government authority at the time of high threat.

인터넷 프로트콜에 적용가능한 모든 Mobile단말은 데이터, 통신들의 상호 편리하고 자유로운 커뮤니케이션의 급속한 발전을 가져왔으나 이때 가장 취약한 점이 바로 보안부분이다. 현재 제시되고 있는 각망의 연동기술의 현황을 분석하고 단말및 이종 네트워크간의 상이한 보안체계의 연동과정에서 발생가능성 있는 취약성 및 예상가능한 각종 보안위협에 대하여 대응책등을 고려하려 보다 강화된 보안기술 및 성능분석을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사이버 침해 위협 빈도가 점점 증가하고 있는 정부출연연구기관의 정보보안 현황 및 문제점을 조사하여 정보보안에 대한 중요성을 강조하고, 정부출연연구기관 간의 정보보안 비교분석을 통해 개선방안을 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위해 정부출연연구기관의 정보보안 정책, 조직, 예산 등 정보보안과 관련된 데이터를 바탕으로 문제점을 파악하고 개선방안을 제안하여 향후 정부출연연구기관의 안정적인 정보보안 인프라 구축 기반을 마련하는데 기여하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to provide in-flight security in situations where aviation security is constantly threatened by the increase in illegal interference in aircraft and the threat of terrorism that still exists. It is to identify legal operational problems such as education and qualification of the original system and to propose improvement measures. To this end, the need for revision based on relevant laws and guidelines such as "Operation Guidelines for In-Flight Security Officers" is to be discussed based on international standards such as ICAO and Federal Air Marshal. The research method was based on interviews with SEMs such as cabin managers, which focused on ensuring the legal status of In-Flight Security Officer, establishing relationships with captains, and improving education and training.
