Most of the sources of security and privacy issues in RFID technology arise from the violation of the air interface between a tag and its reader. This paper will approach the security risk analysis is process from the perspective of the RFID tag life cycle, identify the tag usage processes, identify the associated vulnerability and threat to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information assets and its implications for privacy, and then mitigate the risks.

RFID technique has been applied in high-security and high-integrity settings such as national defense, healthcare, and citizen identification. We proposed especially the privacy of sensitive data, various cryptographic techniques applicable to low-cost RFIDs in order to enhance the security of RFID.

This paper is intended as an investigation of introduction of Maritime Security System. In the last few years, several articles have been devoted to the study of ISPS Code(International Code for the Security of Ships and of Port Facilities). The Diplomatic Conference on Maritime Security held in London in December 2002 adopted new provisions in the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, 1974 and this ISPS Code to enhance maritime security. These new requirements form the international framework through which ships and port facilities can co-operate to detect and deter acts which threaten security in the maritime transport sector. Accordingly, the purpose of this paper is to suggest an introduction of Maritime Security System and understanding of ISPS Code.

연안 여객선의 안전, 보안 관리 현황을 분석하고 환경변화에 따라 새로운 위험요소에 대응할 수 있는 여객선 관리 개선 방안을 제안하였다. 또한 여객을 포함한 여객선 관련 종사자들에 대한 안전 및 보안의식 설문조사를 통하여 연안여객선의 보안 취약성을 보완하고 보안문화 정착을 위한 프로그램을 제안하였다.

The system of civil security service is analyzed and reviewed in order to induce it to maritime security domain. A system of civil maritime guarder who provides security service and cooperates with coast guard at sea is proposed. It is expected not only that some expecters on the field of maritime security service are built up but that the Qualities of security services are improved in considering characteristics of sea control and coast guard.

The emergence of Security Token has revolutionized the way assets are traded, bringing efficiency, transparency, and accessibility to the market. However, the Real Estate Security Token market faces challenges, particularly in terms of liquidity. The CMTO(Collateralized Mortgage Token Obligation) model addresses this issue by introducing a novel approach that combines the benefits of NFT(Non-Fungible Token), STO(Security Token Offering), and CMO(Collateralized Mortgage Obligation) techniques to enhance liquidity and promote investment in Real Estate Security Token. The CMTO framework functions by allowing DABS token investors to leverage their tokens as collateral for loans. These token-collateralized loans are pooled together and form the basis for issuing Sequential CMO named CMTO. The CMTO represent a diversified portfolio of token-collateralized loans, providing investors with options based on their financial goals and risk preferences. By implementing CMTO, the Real Estate Security Token market can overcome liquidity challenges, attract a broader range of investors, and unlock the full potential of digital assets in the real estate industry.

The private security will overcome the limit of public police system and implement a small and efficient government concept. Especially in recent years, this security system has naturally been expanded in its functions from crime prevention to prevention of disasters. To manage the emergency by the private security industry, the private security services to involve some peculiarity and specialty. The policy agenda of private security industry for crisis management are suggested. First of all, to provide quality services for emergency management, the guards from private organizations should receive professional education and training to secure the specialty. Second, we need to improve the quality of security instructors with intensive education system for them. Security instructors should be able to effectively handle lots of different matters in the fields of security, but examination of the current curriculum of education for security instructor indicates that there is not much chance of it. Third, must be natural in light that the private organizations have some limitations in their operational capabilities and scopes. Private security duties are well established in cooperation with related institutions such as the police. Lastly, development of high quality crisis management commodities in the private security becomes even more significant. The government should be determined to make an effort to grow the private industry and foster a political environment for the same purpose.

Internet environment and innovative ICT(information and communication technology) have brought about big changes to our lifestyle and industrial structure. In spite of the convenience of Internet, various cyber incidents such as malicious code infection, personal information leakage, smishing(sms + phishing), and pharming have frequently occurred. Information security must be recognized as a key and compulsory element for surviving in a global economy. Strategic roles of information security have recently been increasing, but effective implementation of information security is still a major challenge to organizations. Our study examines the influencing factors of information security and investigates the causal relationship between information security maturity level and organizational performance through an empirical survey. According to the results of our study, personal, organizational, technical, and social factors affect organizations's information security maturity level altogether. This result suggests that when dealing with security issues, the holistic and multi-disciplinary approaches should be required. In addition, there is a causal relationship between information security maturity level and organizational performance, and organizations aim to establish the efficient and effective ways to enhance information security maturity level on the basis of the results of this study.

날로 고도화 지능화 되는 금융보안 위협에 효율적이고 선제적으로 대응하고, 금융 이용자가 안전하게 금융서비스를 제공받을 수 있도록 금융권의 전문적인 정보 보안인력이 필요한 실정이다. 하지만 2015년 기준 금융IT 보안인력은 금융IT인력 중 4.9%로 전년대비 다소 증가하였으나, 여전히 낮은 수준이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 점차 금융 보안전문 인력들의 증가가 예상되는 가운데 금융 보안 전문 인력들의 최소한의 업무수행능력 검증과 보안의식 제고를 위하고 기존 보안자격제도의 과목과 금융보안원 및 금융감독원에서 제시한 교육커리큘럼 및 검사기법들을 비교분석하여 금융 분야에 특화된 정보보안 전문자격 도입 필요성에 대하여 연구하고자 한다.

"I think security is only trying to make it uncomfortable." "10% of my work is entering IDs and passwords, such as boot passwords, mobile phone authentication numbers, etc." As reflected in the complaint above, stress caused by information security among organizations' members is increasing. In order to strengthen information security, practical solutions to reduce stress are needed because the motivation of the members is needed in order for organizations to function properly. Therefore, this study attempts to suggest key factors that can enhance security while reducing information security stress among members of organizations. To this end, based on the theory of protection motivation, trust and security stress from information security policies are set as mediating factors to explain changes in security reinforcement behavior. Furthermore, risk, efficacy, and reaction costs of cyberattacks are considered as prerequisites. Our study suggests a solution to the security reinforcement problem by analyzing the factors that influence the behavior of members of organizations. In turn, this can raise protection motivation among members.
