인터넷상에서 데이터를 표현하고 데이터를 서로 교환하기 위한 문서 표준으로 XML이 제시되고 있다. XML은 또한 웹상에 산재되어 있는 문서에 대한 쉬운 검색 및 재사용을 지원하는 문서 표준으로도 부각되고 있다. XML 콘텐츠 관리 시스템을 구현할 때 Semi-structured 데이터를 얼마나 효율적이고 효과적으로 검색 및 관리할 수 있는 가하는 점과 XML의 특징인 재사용성을 얼마나 지원해 줄 수 있는가를 고려해서 XML 데이터를 모델링 해야한다. 또한 모델링한 데이터를 어떻게 실질적으로 저장해야 할 것인 가도 고려해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 데이터를 데이터 시스템에 저장하고 검색하기 위한 새로운 데이터 모델을 제안한다. 제안하는 데이터 모델은 XML 문서의 데이터 뷰와 구조 뷰를 모두 표현하며 XML 문서를 위한 새로운 데이터 시스템이나 기존의 관계형 시스템 모두를 고려한다.

The motion estimation which requires huge computation consumes large power in a video encoder. Although a number of fast-search algorithms are proposed to reduce the power consumption, the smaller the computation, the worse the performance they have. In this paper, we propose an architecture that a low energy management scheme can be applied with several fast-search algorithm. In addition. we show that ECVH, a software scheduling scheme which dynamically changes the search algorithm, the operating frequency, and the supply voltage using the remaining slack time within given power-budget, can be applied to the architecture, and show that the power consumption can be reduced.

The objective of this paper is to propose a heuristic algorithm to optimize the railway track maintenance scheduling, a NP-hard problem, by reflecting conditions of the actual field more quickly and easily. We develop the mechanism based on Binary Artificial Bee Colony (BABC) and Binary Harmony Search (BHS), and verify their performance through simulation experiments. Our proposed BABC and BHS mechanisms were applied to problems composed of 30, 60, 100, and 200 operations for railway track maintenance scheduling to carry out experiments and analysis. On comparing it with the results solved by CPLEX, it is found that the mechanism could present an optimal solution within limited time by user.

사용자가 특정 태그를 찾기 위해 사용하는 RFID 태그 검색 시스템은 재고관리, 물류, 유통, 미아 찾기 등 다양한 환경에 사용될 수 있으며 이 기법은 RFID 시스템을 이용한 응용 분야 중 하나로 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 기존의 RFID 시스템을 이용한 다른 기법들과는 달리 RFID 태그 검색 기법에서는 특히 특정 태그를 찾기 위해 리더의 이동성이 강조되어지는데, 만약 이동형 리더를 가지고 무선 통신이 불가능한 지역에 가게 되었을 경우 중앙 데이터베이스로부터 태그에 대한 정보를 얻어올 수 없어 실시간 검색이 불가능한 상황에서도 검색이 가능해야 한다. 또한 RFID 태그 검색 프로토콜에서는 사용자가 태그가 아닌 이동형 리더를 소지하기 때문에 이동형 리더 소지자에 대한 프라이버시가 고려되어야 한다. 리더의 신호는 태그의 신호보다 도청이 수백 배 더 쉽기 때문에 이동형 리더 소지자의 프라이버시 문제는 매우 중요하다. 최근 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 RFID 태그 검색 기법들이 제안되고 있으나 이 기법들은 모두 이동형 리더 소지자에 대한 프라이버시 문제를 고려하지 않음으로써 이동형 리더 소지자의 프라이버시 침해가 심각하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 이동형 리더 소지자의 프라이버시 문제를 해결하면서도 수동형 태그에 적합한 안전한 태그 검색 프로토콜을 제안한다.

기록을 관리하는 궁극적인 목적은 안전한 보존과 효율적 활용이다. 그러나 공공기록물 관리의 수장인 국가기록원의 검색서비스인 국가기록포털은 검색 시스템이 도입된 지 10년이 넘어 노후화되었고, 검색도구도 이원화되어 있다. 또한, 국가기록물을 열람하고자 하는 이용자의 검색 만족도를 충족시키지 못해 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 국가기록물 검색 고도화를 위한 사전 연구로, 현재의 국가기록원 검색시스템의 검색 품질 현황을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 국가기록원에서 사용 중인 검색도구인 CAMS와 국가기록포털의 현황을 분석하고 검색서비스 품질을 점검하기 위한 평가셋을 구축, 이용자 관점에서 국가기록포털의 검색 품질 평가를 실시하였다. 국가기록포털의 성능평가를 위한 척도로는 정확률과 재현율, F-score, MRR 등을 활용, 다양한 각도에서 분석하였다. 검색 품질 평가결과 전반적으로 검색 성능이 낮은 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 '주제별상세검색'의 경우 정확률, 재현율, MRR이 모두 낮게 나와 개선이 시급할 것으로 보인다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 평가셋이 향후 국가기록원 검색시스템의 고도화 이후 시스템의 성능이 얼마나 개선되었는지를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 기틀로 활용되기를 기대한다.

Because land based aquaculture is restricted by high investment per rearing volume and control cost, good management planning is important in Land-based aquaculture system case. In this paper master production planning was made to decide the number of rearing, production schedule and efficient allocation of water resources considering biological and economic condition. The purpose of this article is to build the mathematical decision making model that finds the value of decision variable to maximize profit under the constraints. Stocking and harvesting decisions that are made by master production planning are affected by the price system, feed cost, labour cost, power cost and investment cost. To solve the proposed mathematical model, heuristic search algorithm is proposed. The model Input variables are (1) the fish price (2) the fish growth rate (3) critical standing corp (4) labour cost (5) power cost (6) feed coefficient (7) fixed cost. The model outputs are (1) number of rearing fish (2) sales price (3) efficient allocation of water pool.

The purpose of this research is to suggest how to develop the internet homepage of the general hospital. The research was operated with 72 general hospitals which were titled 'general hospital' by subject in internet web search engine. The contents of general hospital homepage was studied by internet screen. On the other hand, It was surveyed for homepage operation by mail questionaire. The contents was mainly composed with (1) introduction of hospital (2) medical examination and the treatment-related information (3) the information & communication (4) the general medicare service, specialist & employee service. In order to operate homepage effectively, inquiry system, reservation system, consulting, information search, phone number, etc, web database shall be established inside of hospital homepage which will link compatible with computer database in hospital. Human resources employment & purchasing order system used by a enterprise shall be in consideration of adopting, since it has various merits in light of hospital management.

Off-line ship chartering is done nearly through the brokers. Because of the international scale of chartering market, brokers spend too much times and costs on searching the most appropriate product which the consumers want. In this research, we propose the on-line Charter Product Categorization Model to search the products efficiently in the Cyber Chartering System. This Model will make concerned parties of the ship chartering to get unified product information efficiently, and the select the most appropriate product. In this research, we classified the ship chartering products into categories of cargo, ship type, and sea routes, and defined mutual relation of each products, and we verified that this classification is necessary to search the products through the product searching experiment.

WEB기반의 환경 GIS자료 관리를 위해 JVM, JDBC, Oracle DB을 이용한다. 본 논문에서의 다루는 환경 GIS자료에는 위성, 주제도, GIS자료 등이 있으며, 이 자료는 공간 정보와 속성 정보를 가지고 DB에 존재한다. 자료의 검색은 WEB Broswer의 조회용 지도를 이용한 공간 검색과 비공간 속성 정보에 의한 검색 기능을 제공한다. 자료 등록은 WEB Broswer에서 자료 등록 시스템을 이용한다.

본 논문은 프레임 단위의 영상을 탐색하기 위한 이미지 코드 생성 시스템으로, 이를 위해 시스템은 영상 내에 기계판독 및 식별 가능한 코드를 생성한 후, 생성된 코드를 이미지에 삽입한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 시스템은 녹화일자, 녹화시간, 녹화장소 또는 촬영방향 등을 포함하는 녹화된 영상을 프레임 단위로 외부 노이즈에 상관없이 탐색할 수 있다. 시스템은 CCD 카메라와 전자나침반, GPS로부터 데이터를 입력받는 데이터 입력부와 GPS 위치값 및 방향값과 같은 연속된 값을 표현하기 위해 정해진 코드 생성 규칙을 적용하여 연속성을 갖는 데이터 영상코드를 생성하는 데이터 영상코드 생성부, 영상의 각 프레임에 데이터를 이미지로 삽입하는 이미지 삽입부로 구성된다. 또한 영상 내에 삽입된 이미지를 녹화과정, 복사과정 또는 보관과정에 있어서 외부로부터 추가된 노이즈에 대하여도 실시간으로 판독하며, 검색조건에 의해 영상 정보를 검색하는 영상 판독 검색부 및 제어부로 구성된다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리즘은 디코더를 이용하여 구현되었으며, 이를 이용하여 영상내에 데이터 코드를 손쉽게 삽입하고 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 제공함으로써 영상 검색에 대한 정확성과 사용 만족도를 극대화 시킬 수 있다.
