Mobile IP는 현재의 인터넷에서 노드가 링크를 변화시킬 때 통신이 지속 될 수 있도록 이동성(Mobility)을 제공하기 위한 방안이다. Mobile IP는 MN(Mobile Node)이 HA(Home Agent) 와 FA(Foreign Agent)사이에서 링크를 변화시킬 때 CN(Correspondent Node)과 지속적인 통신을 할 수 있도록 한다. 그러나 FA에서 FA로 MN이 노드의 위치를 바꿀 때에는 핸드오프(Handoff)가 발생하여 패킷이 손실 될 수도 있다. 본 논문은 MN이 FA에서 다른 FA로 이동할 때 발생하는 패킷 손실과 순서변경에 대한 경우를 살펴 이를 해결하기 위한 Seamless 핸드오프 프로토콜을 기술하고 이를 검증한다.

In this paper, an on-line multi-sensor visual inspection technique for seamless steel pipe´s straightness is developed. The basic principle of the visual measuring method is detailed. The modeling of visual sensor, measurement system and data processing are presented. In order to test the accuracy of the multi-sensor visual inspection, an experiment inspecting the straightness of a 1500mm long seamless steel pipe is made. The experiment results show that the visual inspection technique can achieve on-line measurement and offers high precision and stability.

In this study, failure behavior of piercing plug for seamless tube manufacturing process was studied. Three different kinds of passed piercing plugs (10, 90, 215 times) were prepared. The shape deformation of the passed piercing plugs was observed by 3D coordinate measuring machine, and the oxidized layer on the surface of piercing plug was observed by optical microscopy. The length reduction of piercing plug presented at 215 times passed plug. It was found that the oxidized layer consisted of outer scale, inner scale and internal oxidation layers, and the inner scale layer had vertical cracks, and interfaces had horizontal cracks. We proposed the failure mechanism of piercing plug during seamless tube manufacturing process based on the formation of vertical and horizontal crack.

Distributed generation (DG) systems fall in islanding operation when they still in operation even when the main grid is out of electric power Islanding operation is further classified into intentional islanding and unintentional islanding operations. In intentional islanding operation, the DG backs up critical loads while it separates from the main grid on islanding detection. Intentional islanding operation increases utilization of the DG system during the islanding operation. This paper proposes reasonal inverter topology and its control algorithm for seamless transfer of DG systems in intentional islanding operation.

Seamlessness is the Keyword of U-Commerce Which may be defined as the commercial interaction among providers, consumers, products, and services, enabled and supported especially by the real-world seamless communication of each entity and object's digital information. However, the possibility of the seamless transactions increases the privacy risk of the entities involved. Therefore, the core issue of U-Commerce is how to promote seamless transactions while protecting the privacy. for the seamlessness, the role of incentive-emphasized business model is important since the seamlessness makes clear which economic entities contribute to a commercial transaction. Economic entities will reject the seamless transactions unless the sufficient incentives are given to them. In order to consider the privacy issue, we suggest an alternative U-Commerce architecture based on Hybrid P2P Model and Personal Information Base.

P2P 스트리밍 가능한 OSMU(One Source Multi Use) N-스크린 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 Seamless 무선 통신이 반드시 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 Seamless N-스크린 서비스를 위한 무선 통신 MAC 구조로서, WiMedia Distributed-MAC 프로토콜을 적용하고, OSMU N-스크린 서비스를 제공하기 위해, 멀티캐스트 전송 기술을 제안하고 성능을 분석하였다.

For this study, 18 kinds of cut and sew or seamless knitted test garment were made. Samples differed from each other by skirt angles($90^{\circ}$, $180^{\circ}$), gauges(7G, 12G, 15G), and grain directions(bias direction, wale direction, and radial direction). After measuring the mechanical properties of various gauges on the seamless knitting machine, I compared shape of the knitted flare skirt through subjective evaluation on appearances. The data analysis methods used in this study were descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Duncan-test, correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The subjective evaluation on appearances of knitted flare skirts showed the following: In case of $90^{\circ}$ skirt, the seamless skirt showed a much higher score in every gauge expect that of the cut and sew 12G, and silhouette of 15G wale direction. In case of the $180^{\circ}$ skirt, the seamless type showed a much higher score in every item over the cut and sew expect the silhouette part of 7G wale direction.

수치지도의 관리 및 운영에 필요한 유일식별자에 대한 연구는 기존의 국토지리정보원을 통하여 많은 연구가 수행되어져 왔으나 그 내용과 과정이 복잡하여 현실적으로 잘 적용되지 못하고 있는 것이 사실이다. 이를 극복하고 객체기반 연속수치지도의 원활한 관리를 위하여 객체기반연속수치지도 유일 식별자인 OSID의 도입이 필요하고 이를 바탕으로 객체기반 연속수치지도 관리체계에 OSID를 적용하고자 한다. 본 논문은 객체기반연속수치지도에 적용할 OSID의 기본구조를 기초로 하여 객체기반 연속수치지도 관리 OSID 시스템 체계를 설계하고, 수치지도의 관리 및 운영상 필요한 유일식별자를 부여하는 방법을 객체기반 연속수치지도에 적용하고자 한다.

Austenitic stainless steels used in nuclear power plants mainly use pipes made of seamless pipes, which depend on imports. The manufacturing process and high cost are some of the problems associated with seamless pipes. Therefore, in this study, the corrosion characteristics of the seamless pipe and the SAW pipe were assessed to determine the safety and reliability of the SAW pipe in a bid to replace the seamless pipe. Microstructure was analyzed using an optical microscope and the degree of hardness was measured using a Rockwell B scale. Intergranular corrosion resistance was evaluated by ASTM A262 Practice A, C, and E methods. The degree of sensitization was determined using a DL-EPR test. Anodic polarization test was performed in deaerated 1% NaCl solution at $30^{\circ}C$ and the U-bend method was used to evaluate the SCC resistance in 0.01 M $Na_2S_4O_6$ at $340^{\circ}C$ and 40% NaOH solution at $290^{\circ}C$. Weld metal of the SAW pipe specimen showed relatively high degree of sensitization and intergranular corrosion rate. However, annealing to SAW pipes improved the corrosion properties in comparison to that of the seamless pipe.
