본 논문은 좀 더 효율적이고 효과적인 정보 시스팀을 개발하고자 다음 두가지 가설을 제시하였다. 1) 인용 문헌 분석을 통하여 인용빈도가 높고 시간의 흐름에 따른 인용율이 증가하는 문헌은 그 문헌적 가치가 상대적으로 높다(Quality Filtering). 2) 정보 검색에 있어서 확률이론을 통한 문헌간의 상관관계를 규명짓는 클러스터링 기법이 재현율과 정확율을 모두 증가시킬 수 있다(Clustering Technique). 실제로 고프만(Goffman)의 전염성 이론의 미시적 응용(Micro-epidemic process) 데이터 베이스 내에서의 문헌의 질적 여과(Quality Filtering)를 위한 한 기법으로서 좋은 결과를 얻어냈으며 많은 정보를 이런 식으로 여과시킴으로써 정보 검색 시스팀의 효율성 또한 높일 수 있었다. 한편, 질적 여과를 거친 소규모 데이터 베이스 내에서 클러스터링 기법에 의한 정보 검색 효율은 수학의 커널 기법(Kernel Technique)의 활용으로 높은 재현율과 정확율을 나타냈을 뿐만 아니라 검색의 폭에 있어서도 많은 융통성을 제시하여 주었다.

Oxidative stress, which results in an excessive product of reactive oxygen species (ROS), is one of the fundamental mechanisms of the development of hypertension. In the vascular system, ROS have physical and pathophysiological roles in vascular remodeling and endothelial dysfunction. In this study, ROS-hypertension-related genes were collected by the biological literature-mining tools, such as SciMiner and gene2pubmed, in order to identify the genes that would cause hypertension through ROS. Further, single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) located within these gene regions were examined statistically for their association with hypertension in 6,419 Korean individuals, and pathway enrichment analysis using the associated genes was performed. The 2,945 SNPs of 237 ROS-hypertension genes were analyzed, and 68 genes were significantly associated with hypertension (p < 0.05). The most significant SNP was rs2889611 within MAPK8 (p = $2.70{\times}10^{-5}$; odds ratio, 0.82; confidence interval, 0.75 to 0.90). This study demonstrates that a text mining approach combined with association analysis may be useful to identify the candidate genes that cause hypertension through ROS or oxidative stress.

These days, corporate risk management has become a major concern in the corporate world. Companies in the global environment are exposed to diverse kinds of risks that are affecting the decisions of investors and other stakeholders. Therefore, companies are expected to not only identify and manage risks but also voluntarily report the same to the stakeholders. Increasingly, standard setters and regulators are requiring firms to disclose such information. On the contrary, there also exists a perception that risk reporting can create a negative impression among the stakeholders about the future of the company. In line with such growing dilemma for risk disclosures, the issue of corporate risk reporting (CRR) has been receiving immense emphasis from the accounting academicians. The main objective of this article is to conduct a comprehensive literature review on corporate risk disclosures. In order to fulfill this objective, at first, a summary of the relevant available literature is presented to identify the current regulations on risk reporting, existing trends of CRR research and theories applied in research. Then, through analysis, several research avenues are identified. It is expected that if these dimensions are explored by the future researchers, a better and broader understanding of the risk reporting practices can be achieved.

본 연구는 국내에서 시행되어왔던 치과 감염관리에 대한 연구문헌을 분류함으로 우리나라 치과 감염관리 연구에 대한 문제점과 개선방향을 찾는데 기초자료로 제시하고자함을 목적으로 국내문헌에 한해서 7개의 인터넷 검색데이터베이스를 이용하여 문헌을 수집하였다. 일차 검색일은 2009년 9월 16~17일 이었으며, 이후 2009년 12월 30일에 최종 검색을 완료한 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 치과감염관리에 대한 연구의 각 연도별 출판형태에 따른 연구 빈도를 파악한 결과 이에 대한 연구가 처음 시작되던 1980년대에 비하여 2006년 이후로는 치과감염관리에 대한 연구가 가장 활발히 진행되었음을 확인할 수 있다. 2. 학술지논문 중 원저의 연구설계에 따른 연구방법을 분류한 결과 원저(Original article)는 45건, 기타 20건의 문헌이 있다. 또한 원저(Original Article)에 대한 논문의 연구 설계방법을 분류한 결과 45편 중 서베이(survey)연구는 37편이며, 미생물학적 검사가 포함된 연구는 8편이다. 3. 각 연구의 주제별 분석 결과 치과위생사의 글러브, 마스크 착용률이 점차 증가하고 있으며 날카로운 기구나 주사침에 찔리는 빈도는 점차 줄어들고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose: An integrative literature review was done to identify the best interventions for older adults with dyslipidemia in an effort to promote nursing involvement in the prevention of statin-induced symptoms (SIS). Such awareness could increase the capacity of interventions by geriatric nurses using evidence-based practices in the reassessment of statin therapy. Methods: CINAHL, Pubmed, and ProQuest were searched using these terms: dyslipidemia in, elderly, statins, adverse effects, and quality of life. Eleven articles fitting the inclusion criteria were identified and analyzed. Results: The findings indicate no evidence for the benefit of statin therapy for morbidity/mortality in a high-risk primary prevention set-up, specifically in the elderly population. Although SIS prevails among older adults, there are limited data that confidently support this observation along with nursing interventions specifically for the geriatric nursing community. Conclusion: Future research is necessary to shift nursing intervention with statin users (specifically in older adults) from an illness-based intervention to a preventive care plan to provide optimal care based on evidence. It is essential to involve self-reporting, cooperation, and communication with health care professionals, specifically with geriatric nurses. Additional studies are needed to further direct practice interventions in elderly statin users.

아동문학은 유아에서 초등학생에 이르는 아이들의 지능 및 정서 발달에 중요한 영향을 끼치는 매체이다. 아동문학에 대한 관심은 국내 그림책들의 해외 아동도서상 수상, 아동도서의 교육적 가치에 대한 조명 등으로 높아져 왔다. 그 관심은 국내 아동도서 시장의 양적 증대를 불러왔으나 반대급부로 다양한 도서 사이에서 양질의 아동도서를 선택하는 것은 어려워졌다. 이러한 환경에서 아동문학상은 수상작에게 권위 있는 선택근거를 제공함으로써 아동도서를 읽고자 하는 사람들에게 쉽게 양질의 도서를 선택할 수 있는 길잡이가 된다. 국민의 정보 접근권을 보장하는 도서관은 이러한 흐름에 발맞추어 수상작에 대한 현황을 확인하고 새로이 장서개발정책에 반영해야 한다. 본 연구는 공공도서관의 아동도서 장서개발 정책에 대한 방향을 제시하고자 서울시내 10개 공공 도서관을 선정하여 아동문학상 수상작 장서의 소장현황, 대출현황, 장서회전율, Bonn의 이용계수, Trueswell의 80/20법칙을 적용하여 양적, 질적으로 분석하였으며 분석 결과를 바탕으로 향후 도서관의 장서개발 정책에 반영해야 할 사안을 제시하였다.

Libraries both in the East and the West in terms of its usage went through various changes in meaning. The writer attempted an etymological study on the terms of libraries from the earliest time to the present time. Finding various ways and means of usage in the literature of past and present, the writer tries to suggest the best fitted term for libraries to the Korean usage. The suggestion which the writer intended to introduce is Munhun-gwan(文獻館) in the place of Dosu-gwan(圖書館).
