Economic deprivation of households remains a significant economic issue in the world. Researchers have shown great concern in identifying crucial factors to enhance poor households' socio-economic performance. Therefore, this paper aims to develop a new conceptual framework to investigate the influence of different microfinance services on households' socioeconomic performance using moderated mediation analysis of various crucial factors. Focus-group interviews with managements of the microfinance institution, i.e. Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM), and a systematic literature review were conducted for this purpose, and a new framework for the future study has been developed. The result from focus-group interviews and systematic literature review propose microfinance financial services, training programs, and business coaching as independent factors, whereas household socioeconomic performance as a dependent factor in the proposed model. Specifically, this study provides the direction to scholars to empirically test the direct relationship between financial services and household socioeconomic performance and the indirect relationship between training programs, business coaching, and household socioeconomic performance. Further, microfinance institutions' service efficiency is also included as a moderator that can strengthen microfinance services' effectiveness. The study also provides useful implications for policymakers, financial institutions, households, micro-enterprises, and researchers to better understand microfinance interventions and household economic mechanisms.

Objective: Older adults with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) are more likely to progress to dementia. Motor-cognitive training is applied as a dual-task to improve the cognitive and physical functions of older adults with MCI. The purpose of the study was to know the recent trends in motor training types and outcome measures used for motor-cognitive training in older adults with MCI. Design: Aliterature review Methods: This literature review was conducted in Pubmed, MEDLINE® and Google Scholar with the following key words: older adults, mild cognitive impairment, motor-cognitive training, cognition, and dual-task. The 7 studies were found with the search tool and all studies were randomized controlled trials. Results: In motor-cognitive training in older adults with MCI, 6 studies applied aerobic exercise. And 3 out of 6 studies also applied strengthening exercises. One study applied dual tasks without aerobic exercise. In the 6 studies, overall cognitive and executive function were used as outcome measures, and physical function was evaluated as gait performance. Memory and physical frailty were also used as measurement tools. As a result of all studies, when motor-cognitive training was applied, cognition and physical performance showed significant results. Conclusions: A recent five-year study applied mainly aerobic exercise and strength training to older adults with MCI and found it to improve cognitive and physical performance.

In the past two decades, there has been an increasing interest in project knowledge management, as knowledge is a crucial resource for project management success. Knowledge capture and sharing are two effective project management practices. Capturing and sharing project knowledge has become more efficient due to technological advances. Nevertheless, present technologies face several technical, functional, and usage obstacles and constraints. Thus, Blockchain technology might provide promising answers, yet, there is still a dearth of understanding regarding the technology's proper and practical application. Consequently, the goal of this study was to fill the gap in the literature about the adoption of Blockchain technology and to investigate the project stakeholders' acceptance and willingness to utilize the technology for capturing and sharing project knowledge. Due to this inquiry's exploratory and inductive characteristics, qualitative research methodology was used, namely the Grounded Theory research approach. Accordingly, eighteen in-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted to collect the data. Concurrent data collection and analysis were undertaken, with findings emerging after three coding steps. Four influencing factors and one moderating factor were identified as affecting users' acceptance of Blockchain technology for capturing and sharing project knowledge. Consequently, the results of the study aimed to fill a gap in the existing literature by undertaking a comprehensive analysis of the unrealized potential of Blockchain technology to improve knowledge capture and sharing in the project management environment.

Due to digitization, data has become a tsunami in almost every data-driven business sector. The information wave has been greatly boosted by man-to-machine (M2M) digital data management. An explosion in the use of ICT for farm management has pushed technical solutions into rural areas and benefited farmers and customers alike. This study discusses the benefits and possible pitfalls of using information and communication technology (ICT) in conventional farming. Information technology (IT), the Internet of Things (IoT), and robotics are discussed, along with the roles of Machine learning (ML), Artificial intelligence (AI), and sensors in farming. Drones are also being studied for crop surveillance and yield optimization management. Global and state-of-the-art Internet of Things (IoT) agricultural platforms are emphasized when relevant. This article analyse the most current publications pertaining to precision agriculture using ML and AI techniques. This study further details about current and future developments in AI and identify existing and prospective research concerns in AI for agriculture based on this thorough extensive literature evaluation.

Purpose: This research explores the development of music business distribution channels to attract potential customers based on the current and prior literature. As a result, the research will provide solutions for practitioners in the music distribution channel how they create effective channel in new industry phase which has experienced significant changes due to technological advancement and consumer behavior. Research design, data, and methodology: To obtain textual data in the literature storage, the author conducted content analysis. Even though there are numerous textual resources, selecting only high-quality text data that is only peer-reviewed journal articles and books consistently indicate a high degree of reliability and validity to keep the advantage form content analysis approach. Results: The present study figured out that there are five strategies to attract potential consumers in the music distribution channel, such as (1) 'Marketing Mix', (2) 'Streaming Platforms and Online Music Stores', (3) 'Brick and Mortar Stores and Concerts, and Events', (4) 'Platforms Exclusives and Limited-Edition Merchandise', and 'Partnerships and collaborations. Conclusions: In sum, the practitioners need to consider include building relationships with the fans, studying and understanding their target market, utilizing multiple available distribution channels, embracing new technologies, and analyzing the effectiveness of the adopted distribution channels.

Purpose: The purpose of the study is to examine how payment systems for traditional distribution channels pursue changes and how they collaborate in-depth with fintech companies. This study examines the changing payment system through the strategic partnership between distribution companies and fintech companies. Research Design, Data and Methodology: The study conducted research using a variety of secondary materials and existing literature and also utilized the interview method. More specific and in-depth research is conducted through various literature studies and secondary data. Findings and Results: The findings of the study are as follows. First, distributors have occasionally directly adopted simple payment systems due to changes in payment systems as a result of online advances. Second, distributors were found to collaborate with fintech companies when not directly using simple payment. Conclusions: Such maneuvers by distributors are aimed at first, providing convenience and simplicity for consumers. Second, developing the ability to apply big data for accumulating consumer information and third, producing a customer lock-in effect by reducing the fees charged for existing payment services. The present study will provide many domestic and international distributors with a new perspective and practical implications in terms of the distribution and finance industries.

Purpose: This study aims to provide a further research challenge in digital marketing distribution and co-creation from relevant literature. The concept of digital marketing and co-creation has been known to impact the business sector positively, but it has not been utilized much in the government sector. Therefore, further research is needed to identify the role of digital marketing distribution and co-creation in increasing non-tax state revenue services of government institutions in Indonesia. Research design, data, and methodology: This study is based on a systematic literature review. The stages are (1) research scope review, (2) article extraction from journals, (3) article quality assessment, (4) article analysis, and (5) comprehensive report. Fifty articles published from 2011 to 2021 were collected from the Google Scholar website. Result: This study provides a proposed model that depicts all of the potential connections between digital marketing, co-creation, and non-tax state revenue. In addition, we also identify that the customer experience influences non-tax state revenue. Conclusions: This study attributes the use of the digital marketing distribution and co-creation concept in the government sector and its benefits for state organizations, which have not been investigated in previous studies.

Objectives This study aimed to analyze and summarize the satisfaction with oriental medical services in korea. Methods From 3 Korean databases (National Assembly Library, Korea Education Research Information Sharing Service, and National Discovery for Science Leaders), published between 2001 and 2011, we were obtained 13 studies that involved the satisfaction of oriental medical services. Results We found that the kindness of doctors and other staffs was significant determinant of satisfaction with oriental medical services. The positive recognition about treatment effect and the preference to combined medical system were also influenced to satisfaction with oriental medical services. Generally it was necessary for evaluation of satisfaction to improve facilities and environments of hospitals. Conclusions The satisfaction with oriental medical services would be related with the kindness of doctors and other staffs, the recognition about treatment effect, the preference to combined medical system and environments of hospitals. Also to confirm the reasons for the satisfaction with oriental medical services, further studies should be conducted using the highest methodological standards.

Purpose: This report presents a case of an unusual and rare presentation of Stafne bone defect (SBD) with apical resorption extending from the lower right lateral incisor to the right first premolar. A systematic search of the current literature on cases where SBD affected the adjacent teeth was conducted. Materials and Methods: From 259 identified articles, 114 studies were examined, containing 12 individuals with a mean age of 41.58 years. Ten cases in the anterior mandible and 2 in the posterior mandible were found. Results: The results of SBD varied from apical blunting to severe root resorption, and some cases showed close apical contact with the lesion or involvement of the root without any effect. Conclusion: SBD is an unusual incidental finding in the anterior region of the mandible, and unexpected behavior of the lesion, such as root resorption, must be considered.

This study attempts to understand the relationship between accounting information systems AIS and firms' performance; in the first part of the study, a brief introduction that focuses on the technological advancements and the impact of such advancements on the business world, and in the second part, a review of literature that considered different perspectives on the relationship between AIS and firms' performance. The key differences between manual and automated systems were shown in a table later in the literature review, followed by explanations for each comparison aspect. In the third part, four questions are asked regarding the AIS implementation; the questions covered the top management commitment, the users' competencies, the quality of the adopted system, and the impact of the degree of technological investment on the implementation process. Data for the study was acquired from a Saudi SME. The study's purpose is to investigate the impact of AIS on organizational performance in Saudi SMEs. The presented ideas of this study, where the main finding of the study is that AIS implementation has a positive impact on firms' performance.
