Various micropiles have been developed through research related to micropiles, which have been carried out with the increased use of micropiles. Among the micropile construction methods being developed, the triaxial micropile (tmp), which is recently developed for the purpose of increasing the horizontal bearing capacity (seismic resistance), is representative. The three-axis micropile has the advantage of a method that can resist horizontal load more effectively because three micropiles installed inclined on each axis resist horizontal load. However, there is a problem in effectively using this pile method due to insufficient research on the support characteristics of the triaxial group micropile. In order to effectively utilize the triaxial group micropile (tmp), it is required to evaluate the bearing capacity for the factors that affect the horizontal bearing capacity of the pile. Therefore, in this study, field horizontal loading Tests were performed for each load direction, field loading Tests were verified through three-dimensional finite element analysis, behavioral characteristics of triaxial micropiles were evaluated, and appropriate horizontal bearing capacity was analyzed in consideration of horizontal load directions.
Stress history increases the residual horizontal stress of granular soil and, consequently, the penetration resistance. This study analyzes the effect of stress history on the cone resistance ($q_c$), horizontal stress index ($K_D$) and dilatometer modulus ($E_D$) of CPT and DMT from calibration chamber specimen in OC as well as NC state. Test results show that the normalized cone resistance by mean effective stress correlates well with the relative density and the state parameter, whereas the normalized cone resistance by vertical effective stress is a little affected by stress history. The influence of stress history is more reflected on $K_D$ than $E_D$ and $q_c$. The $K_D/K_0$, in which the effect of stress history on $K_D$ is compensated by the at-rest coefficient of earth pressure, $K_0$, is related to relative density, state parameter and the normalized cone resistance by mean effective stress. It is also observed that the normalized dilatometer modulus by mean effective stress ($E_D/{\sigma}_m'$) shows a unique correlation with the state parameter, regardless of stress history.
In this study, a series of flat dilatometer tests are performed for Busan sand reconstituted in a large calibration chamber to evaluate the state parameter ($\Psi$). Experimental result shows that the horizontal amplification factor ($K_D/K_0$) is linearly related with state parameter in semi-logarithmic space, but the $K_D/K_0$ of OC specimen is smaller than that of NC specimen because of the horizontal residual stress by stress history of OC specimen. The relation between the normalized dilatometer modulus ($E_D/\sigma_m'$) and the state parameter is also linearly expressed in semi-logarithmic space, and the effect of stress history is relatively insignificant in this relation. However, the variation in $E_D/\sigma_m'-\Psi$ relation of NC state is slightly higher than that of OC state due to the effect of the stress level, and the correlation curve is descending with increase of confining stress. The comparison of test result with previous results of Ticino and Toyoura sands shows that the $E_D/\sigma_m'-\Psi$ relation of Toyoura sand is located on upper side than that of Busan and Tieino sands due to the effect of the higher compressibility, whereas the $K_D/K_0-\Psi$ relation of each sand is irregularly distributed.
In recent business environment, we realize that MIS is taking important role in which it has been involved. However, we are having difficulty to find out the identity of MIS in business studies since MIS is derived from Micro Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science and so on. And there is no clear boundary in order to classify with other business area in consisting curriculums. Furthermore, IT staffs in the field are facing difficulties to utilize what they have learned MIS curriculums provided from business studies. In this research, we would like to present implications for development of market oriented MIS curriculums, which can be the actual needs of IT fields, through analysis of System Integration project for recent three years, analysis of IT capability based on the survey of IT consultants and analysis of application S/W technology trend in global vendor referred to "MIS Curriculum: The Current State of the Art and a Proposed Future Model (Lee et al, 2007)". As enterprise application software technology develop, the system integration can be achieved through special system solutions such as ERP, CRM, SCM, BI, etc. We also have acknowledged that solution consultants who have the ability of packaged S/W application are in demand since S/W vendors have become larger and more practical through M&A. Therefore, we have come to a conclusion regarding new direction of curriculum for increasing human power in IT industry which we demonstrated in detail through this research.
The main purpose of this study was to identify the service quality of some dental clinics located in Gwangju and find an association between service quality and patient's intention to re-visit the same dental clinic. The search objects were 197 patients from five dental clinics, and data collected by self-administered questionnaire which was composed general characteristics, characteristics relating to visit of clinics, quality of service, patients satisfaction and intentions to re-visit. The used statistical analysis to find the association between quality of service and intention to re-visit was multiple regression analysis. This study looked at relations between quality of dental service, service satisfaction and intentions to visit again, and found that quality of service including six service areas had a statistically significant positive correlations with satisfaction and intentions of re-visit. When this study conducted a multiple regression analysis to identify variables that influence intentions of re-visit, it found that patients revisited the dental clinic only when quality of service was included. In conclusion, quality of service evaluated by patients influenced on their intention of re-visit and especially. Therefore, this study concludes that improvement in satisfaction and intentions of re-visit relies on Accessibility, that is, providing of medical information, consultant telephone, how delivery the dental medical system is. Service quality of dental institutes measured by SERVQUAL model and intention to re-visit.
Background: Breast cancer is the most common cancer in Iranian women and usually features delayed presentation and late diagnosis. Interpretation of symptoms, as the most important step, has a significant impact on patient delay in seeking treatment. There is a dearth of studies on symptom appraisal and the process leading to seeking help in breast cancer patients. This study explored the perceptions and experiences of Iranian women with self-detected possible breast cancer symptoms. Materials and Methods: A qualitative method was conducted involving in-depth semi-structured interviews with 27 Iranian women with self-discovered breast cancer symptoms. Participants were purposefully selected from women who attended Cancer Institute of Tehran University of Medical Sciences during June 2012 to August 2013. The audiotaped interviews were transcribed and analyzed using conventional content analysis with MAXQDA soft ware version 10. The trustworthiness of the study was verified by prolonged engagement, member validation of codes, and thick description. Results: The main concepts emerging from data analysis were categorized in four categories: symptom recognition, labeling of symptoms, interactive understanding, and confronting the fear of cancer. Symptom recognition through breast self-examination, symptom monitoring and employing prior knowledge distinguished normal from abnormal symptoms and accompanied with perception of being at risk of breast cancer led to symptom labeling. Social interaction by selective disclosure and receiving reassurance from a consultant led to confirmation or redefinition of the situation. Perceived seriousness of the situation and social meanings of breast cancer as a stigmatized and incurable illness associated with loss of femininity were reasons for patient worries and fear. Conclusions: This study emphasized that entangled cognitive, emotional and socio-cultural responses affecting understanding of symptom seriousness require further investigation. It is suggested that programs aimed at shortening patient delay in breast cancer should be focused on improving women's knowledge and self-awareness of breast cancer, in addition to correcting their social beliefs.
Today, Manufacturing companies execute the logistics outsourcing that commits the non-core logistic function to the specialized logistics corporation, which makes the manufacturing company focus on its core competence, product development and marketing, reduces logistics cost and improves customer service level. Recently, Logistics outsourcing is developed into cooperative sourcing based on the partnership. Case study on the logistics outsourcing will provide the good guideline for planning of the outsourcing strategy. The objective of this research is making a sense about 4PL through the case of UPS-Samsung Electro-Mechanics and catching major issue to provide the guideline for the cooperation outsourcing strategy. We investigated historical backgrounds of the logistics outsourcing between UPS and Samsung Electro-Mechanics. We also investigated problems occurred in outsourcing process at the five dimensions-organizational problem, CEO's short-term views, cultural gap between two companies, integration of IT system, and different understanding about outcomes. We expect to give many implications to manufacturing companies which want to cooperate with specialized logistics corporation.
Those studies in the field of Management Information Systems and the Success Model of the DeLone and McLean's Information Systems suggest that some factors related to information systems should be developed and operated to affect the performance of the user's personal and companies through the introduction and use of corporate information systems. The purpose of this study is put on searching for some factors which impact on user satisfaction about the customer information management systems of call center. We did conduct on a survey of 539 people who are working as a call center counseling employees as setting up a structural equation model which reflects previous research on working environment and job satisfaction, and modified DeLone and McLean's information system success model. The results of this study are as follows. First, seven of the eleven hypotheses that three quality of the information systems might be affecting working environment, job satisfaction, user satisfaction were adopted Second, we confirmed that the working environment works as a the partial mediation and the quality of services works as a fully mediation between system/information quality and users' satisfaction. The implications of this study are that it is necessary not only to make a good working environment but also to keep improving it in order to boost the operational performance of information systems in the future.
The main goal of the research is to develop instructional consulting manual to help math teachers improve classroom teaching. Improving the quality of teaching in schools is stressed as a central focus of meaningful classroom instruction and high quality education. In this research, teaching consulting was defined as an activity that covers reflection process oriented towards formative assessment and continuing professional development. Within this context, subject-specific teaching consulting and teaching professionalism with focus on PCK was reviewed. Further, the questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the current situation of teaching consulting and teachers' needs for consulting. And also, specific examples of subject-specific consulting based on our previous consulting experiences in math classes were shown. Alternative ways to improve subject teaching were derived through the conferences where consultants and consultees analyze video-taped lessons conducted by the consultees. By those results, a manual for invigorating teaching consulting was developed. The contents of the manual consists of setting conditions of teaching consulting and its implementation in the classroom teaching. The first part of the manual contains steps to establish teaching consulting system, the qualification and role of the consultant, system evaluation, etc. The second part of the manual presents the pre-preparation, prescription and implementation and follow-up management steps. Each part of the manual provides consultants with specific guidelines for each step. Finally, recommendations for making policy related to ways to invigorate teaching consulting was suggested. It is expected that specific examples and cases of subject-specific teaching consulting presented in this research will be used to narrow the gap between theory and practice of teaching consulting, and to help math, science and English teachers develop teaching professionalism.

Business consulting which aims at advising overall management, comparative advantage in competitive environment, administration and so forth is deemed to be significant so that a credit union may flexibly respond to rapid and complicated financial environment. Accordingly, business consulting has been initiated and implemented in credit union since 2002, which seemingly leads to positive outcome to enhance its competitiveness. However, very few research exists which analyze the credit union's competitiveness and business performance after the business consulting. Thus, the research intends to verify how consulting influences on management performance by its various factors. With the above studies in mind, hypothesis is formed that the characteristics of a consulting comsumer and the characteristics of supplier will give a meaningful impact on management performance. The test shows the result as followings: Firstly, a primary credit union's trust and NACUFOK's expertise demonstrate that they are closely relevant to financial and non financial management performance. Secondly, support and willingness to apply states that they influences on non financial performance, while no direct impact is found to financial performance. Thirdly, NACUFOK's capability is rarely interrelated to financial and non financial performance. The present study implies that the credit union as a consulting beneficiary should participate in the consulting, accept the result, and make effort to solve the management problems. In addition, NACUFOK as a consulting supplier should initiate the organization in exclusive charge, perform the professional group, and foster the professional consultant for the development of consulting method, the improvement of consulting process, and the specialization of consultant including the enhancement of core competencies. When these perspectives are sufficient, it will be connected to the management outcomes, further, it will be boosted up the competitiveness of the Credit Union. Hopefully the present study helps to motivate the consulting of primary credit union, boost up the effectiveness of consulting, further, providing the perspective on consulting the credit union. And these may result in the indication of consulting development direction and the competitiveness of Credit Union.
