Purpose: Healthcare is on the whole a personal and critical service that consumer's use, whereas hospitalization is as a rule painful, because nature nurtures and Sun Light Luminosity for healthcare settings is considered healing. The performance and design of climate responsive buildings such as AKU requires a detailed study of attributes of climate both at micro as well as macro level. The therapeutic value of contact with nature through window view, greenery and landscape is calculated there. Method: A two prong strategy is been devised for this article, at micro level three typical morphologies are analysed by creating same environment of neighboring building on sun shading chart, radiation and temperature range. Since the analysis of local climate helps to determine the design strategies for hospital Healing Environment which is suitable for Karachi climate; in order to track the macro climatic behaviour, a considerable analysis of psychometrics chart for AKU Karachi are designed on Climate Consultant (CC) and analysed by Machine Learning. Climate Consultant proposes different design strategies suitable for Karachi. And on the other hand time wise illumination sources for clinical area which are then measured on psychrometric chart- according to singular space: multi patient admission, secondly: acute ambulatory ward, and tertiary: multi windowed space according to the mushrabiyah and sky light pattern. Result: Our findings support the hypothesis that windowed wall is 75-80% more healing wall; an accelerated evidence was found for healing at macro level if the form of the hospital is designed according to the climatologically preferences, whereas at micro level: the light resource becomes the staff attentiveness determinant. In Conclusion evidence was provided that the actual form of luminosity results consequently in satisfaction while light entering from several set of windows and other sources might be valued if design according to the healing environment. The data added on the sun shading chart to calculate rays entraining into space in patient room equal to 124416.21 Watts/ meter $m^2$ is calculated as precise healing rate-and is confirmed by questionnaire from patients belonging from each clinical stage having different illnesses.

As the external environment of SMEs is changing drastically, it is necessary to establish an appropriate management strategy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of consultant's competency, on consulting performance, consulting utilization and repurchase intention, and effect of consulting's understanding and participation on consulting performance. Participants were 103 questionnaires collected from 154 SMEs that received technology and management consulting support from the Technology Guarantee Fund. According to the practical analysis result, knowledge(β=.377, p<.001) and attitude(β=.461, p<.001) among the consultant's competencies were positively correlated(R2=.623) with consulting performance, and consulting performance had positive correlation(R2=.668) with consulting utilization and repurchase intention(β=.817, p<.001). Participation in consulting had a moderating effect on the effect of consulting performance on consulting utilization.

The purpose of this study was to develop and verify the effectiveness of consultant development program enhancing 'authentic parental competence' of the mothers with preschool and school-age children. The objects of this study were 14 mothers with preschool and school-age children. In order to examine the changes of the mother's parental competence, t-test and qualitative analysis on in-depth interviews were conducted. The results of this study were as follows. First, this program had a positive effect on all the sub-factors of mother's 'authentic parental competence'. Second, mothers mentioned that they changed their parenting competence(change of parenting knowledge, beginning of reflective attitude on their parental role), self-system competence(understanding and respective attitude for the mother herself, self-awareness as a spouse, sweet glances and warm understanding as a parent), social competence(sympathetic understanding of her acquaintances, attempt a role as consultant) after this program. Based on these results, the implications and limitations were also discussed.

Although knowledge transfer between two different parties occurs in IS development projects, the majority of prior studies focused on knowledge transfer from IT consultants to clients. Considering two parts of knowledge transfer in IS development projects, we must consider both 'where knowledge is transferred from' and 'where it is transferred to'. Therefore, in this study, we attempt to describe two different routes of knowledge transfer, such as knowledge transfer from an IT consultant to a client and knowledge transfer from a client to an IT consultant. In this regard, we have examined the effect of two different routes of knowledge transfer on system implementation success in IS development project. Specifically, we adopted the knowledge stock-flow theory to examine the causal relationship between IT consulting firms and clients in terms of knowledge transfer and eventual system implementation success. Survey data collected from 213 pairs of individuals (both clients and IT consultants) were used to test the model using three different analytic approaches such as PLS (partial least squares) and two types of mediated regression techniques. We found that knowledge transfers partially mediated both the relationships between IT consultants' IT skills (project members' business knowledge) and system implementation success. Furthermore, the effects of each knowledge transfer were distinguished by depending on the types of system, such as ERP or groupware. Our attempts have significant implications for both research and practice given the importance of effective knowledge transfer to IT consulting.

Breast feeding can play a very important role in the development of strong, healthy children. Many studies over the years have shown that breast milk provides defense against common ailments of childhood such as otitis media, gastrointestinal distress, and atopic diseases (allergies). For these reasons the American Academy of Pediatrics recommends breast feeding for at least the first twelve months of an infant's life. Goals of the Health People 2010 Initiative include that at least 75% of mothers will be breast feeding upon discharge from the hospital and at least 50% will be still nursing at six months post-partum. Currently, about 60% of new mothers initiate breast feeding and about 26% are still breast feeding at six months. However, research has shown that breast feeding trends are below these averages in rural areas of the United States. This may be due in part to lack of breast feeding knowledge and teaching in rural areas. Rural hospitals and birthing centers have not initiated many of the breast feeding promotional programs, such as the Baby Friendly Hospital Initiative and Best Start, that have been successful in improving breast feeding trends in urban areas. Often new mothers who live in rural areas do not have access to a lactation consultant to help them with proper follow up. This paper will examine these concerns and propose recommendations to improve breast feeding in rural areas.

본 논문은 기업 온톨로지를 기반으로 하는 비즈니스 프로세스 컨설턴트 시스템(BUPCO)의 설계를 기술한다. BUPCO 시스템은 사용자 인터페이스, 프로세스 표현 도구, 프로세스 평가 도구, 프로세스 분석 도구, 워크플로우 영향분석 도구, 프로세스 시각화 도구로 구성된다. 그 기반에 기업의 프로세스 지식을 표현하기 위해 기업 온톨로지를 구축하고 온톨로지 추론을 위한 프롤로그 추론기를 개발하였다. BUPCO 시스템은 기업 업무 환경의 변화에 빠르게 적응할 수 있는 최적의 프로세스 개선안을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이 시스템을 통해 기업은 내부의 각종 비효율성을 제거하고 프로세스와 자원을 최적화함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 제고시킬 수 있을 것이다.

Consulting effects of enterprise management are paying off and growing in the country as well as worldwide. Consulting, the academic research foundation of the consulting classification is narrow and, therefore, the job satisfaction of the involved consultants has not been studied sufficiently. Although there were not enough references, I recognized that consulting industry would have a huge effects on business, I tried to draw the concept of the satisfaction of job performance of consultants in the point of the growth of industry itself, and I studied the correlation between consultant satisfaction and performance. It means, on the causes of consulting performance, the previous studies were quantitatively limited, but this study represents the new perspective and another way of thinking. As a result, this study showed that the performance is affected by the job satisfaction of consultants. Second, it showed that social support on consultants and consulting performance are highly related. Further more, a following-up study can use it to strengthen consulting capabilities such as, self development of consultants, how to make reasonable consulting payments, how to develop and how to establish direction of support policies for consulting. It is possible that this study can be policy data when policy to strengthen industrial competitiveness can be made on the basis of consulting.

This paper examines the operations of private housing developers (PHDs) based on Social Network Theory. PHDs need to choose the best consultants, contractors and suppliers (CCS) to make sure the project run and complete successfully. PHDs gather the scarce resources from the external environment through personal network. This research used the social network method which relies on alliances based on network, social, tie and trust. The more people/firm PHDs network with, the better chances of finding the right CCS.

The purpose of this study is to suggest practical plans to improve the school library consulting, especially in case of a teacher librarian is not assigned. As a result of analyses, consulting through methods of the School Library Assistant Group lacks spontaneity, expertise, council, and independence. Besides, each office of education operates it as a marketing. A main goal of school consulting is to foster independent problem- solving of individual schools. Accordingly, it is necessary to build an union management system, develop a standard staff manual, construct DLS based on-line consulting, and design educational training programs of consultants for its successful consulting.
