군산지역 대학생의 체중 조절 태도와 이상식이습관과의 상관관계 연구 (Relation of Body Weight Control and Eating Disorder of University Students in the Gunsan Area)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the body weight controls and eating disorders of university students in Gunsan. The subject of the present study included 229 male students (53.8%) and 197 female students (46.2%), totalling 426 students from Kunsan University. The subjects consisted of 56 underweight (13.1%), 265 with normal weight (62.2%), and 105 overweight (24.6%). Especially, in females, 20.8% of them were underweight, which is 6.6% higher than males, showing a significant difference (p<0.001). Regarding body image, 21.8% of the males thought they were fat, while 40.6% of the females thought they were fat. Regarding the perceived body type, shown in the difference between their own size and the ideal size, males recorded 0.03, while females recorded 1.75, showing a major significant difference (p<0.001). Regarding body satisfaction, 33.2% of the males were unsatisfied, while 52.8% of the females were unsatisfied (p<0.001). The social expectations of the male subjects' sizes and weights recorded 2.04, while that of females recorded -2.51, showing that people's opinions expected the female subjects' bodies to be thinner (p<0.001). Additionally, the social expectation of the subjects' weight control recorded an average of 15.22 (13.92 for males, 16.73 for females), showing that the female subjects' felt that people's opinions wished them to lose their weight (p<0.001). Regarding the recognition on weight control, interested males were 49.4%, while interested females were 86.8%, showing the females superior rate (p<0.001). The beliefs in relation to weight control recorded an average of 62.01, with the score of females of 67.89 being significantly higher than that of males which was 56.96. The subjects showed a relatively positive response towards weight control (p<0.001). EAT-26 score was employed to determine the eating attitudes in relation to gender. Here, the final score of males was 15.46, which was significantly lower than that of females, which was 22.21 (p<0.001). Furthermore, regarding the score of eating attitudes in relation to obesity index, the eating disorder scale scores on the questions related to bulimia and diets to lose weight as weight increases were high. However, the eating disorder scale score on oral control, which actually controls food, was low. To control the expansion of excessive weight control attempts and their side effects, the recognition of the students' body types needs to be corrected, and nutrition education programs on eating habits and eating disorders to foster proper weight loss are deemed necessary.

Worksite Marketing 상품과 언더라이팅 기법 (Underwriting Method of Worksite Marketing Product)

  • Internally Korean insurance market is that whole life products' growth are becoming slowdown that's why new insurance products have appeared on the market in consideration of consumer's needs recently. Externally domestic insurance market competitions has drifted from insurance industry to whole financial industry since bankasurance started. Life insurance companies should open up a new market to survive from severe competitions. Worksite marketing can be an alternative. An insurer make arrangements with an employer about an insurance terms which an insurer offers in Worksite marketing. Then eligible individuals enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage through payroll deductions. An employer doesn't need to pay extra money for additional benefit but can raise employee's loyalty and satisfaction of company through worksite marketing. An employee can be covered at discounted premium rate and less strict underwriting guidelines to an insurer compared to individual insurance. In developed countries specially U.S insurance market, Worksite marketing is getting very popular and growing rapidly due to the advantages. Worksite marketing has both individual insurance characters and group insurance characters. Individual insurance characters are that employees enroll in the plans at their own discretion and pay 100 percent of the premium for coverage. Group insurance characters are that actively at work and participation etc. An insurer have to reflect these two characters on Worksite marketing when an insurance company work out a plan for developing products and underwriting guidelines. When an insurer devise worksite products, one should consider participation level which means percentage of eligible employees participating. Participation is related to anti-selection. As we know underwriting is essential for every kind of insurance, especially underwriting plays major role in worksite marketing. We can see that in the below. Firstly, it has a function in calculation of premium rate. When calculate premium rate for worksite products underwriters have to estimate expected participation level and risk factors. So underwriters and acturies keep in close contact with each other. Secondly, underwriting methods are important. When an insurer underwrite worksite products, there are three kinds of underwriting methods. These are Simplified issue underwriting, Full underwriting and Guaranteed issue underwriting. Simplified issue underwriting typically requires no medical examination, but usually requires supplying satisfactory answers to one or several health and/or lifestyle questions. Full underwriting requires a complete medical history questionnaire that may further require an exam. Guaranteed issue underwriting means that coverage is issued without the employee having to provide evidence of insurability. When insurer set the GI limit are usually based on the type of industry, number of eligible employees, the average amount of coverage and participation level. In addition to insurer should have a clear definition of eligible employee on the insurance provision and application form. It will minimize possibility of trouble claims and anti-selection. An insurer also establish preexisting condition exclusion and special guidelines for late entrants. When an insurer introduce Worksite marketing to Korean insurance market, an insurer has to examine market research to analyze potential market and strategy of sales most of all. Also an insurer should review real situation of the U.S, England and Japanese market etc. There are a lot of new technologies about worksite marketing process that an insurer should learn. When an insurer consider many things which we explained it can be a real alternative.

자율성, 유능감, 관계성이 간호사 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Autonomy, Competency, Relatedness on Burnout among Nurses)

  • 본 연구는 간호사의 자율성, 유능감, 관계성의 기본심리욕구 만족이 소진에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 상관성 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 2013년 10월 25일부터 11월 25일까지 6개 종합병원의 160명의 간호사를 대상으로 편의표집하였으며, 자료 수집방법은 자가 보고 설문지법을 사용하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS/WIN 18.0프로그램을 이용하여 t-test와 분산분석, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석의 방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과 소진은 일반적 특성 중 연령, 결혼유무, 종교, 교육정도, 근무부서, 경력과 유의미한 차이를 보였으며. 소진과 기본심리욕구(r=-.59, P<.001)의 하위 변수인 자율성(r=-.45, P<.001), 유능감(r=-.52, P<.001), 관계성(r=-.49, P<.001)은 부적 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 간호사의 소진에 대하여 자율성(${\beta}=-.26$), 유능감(${\beta}=-.30$), 관계성(${\beta}=-.12$), 연령(${\beta}=-.17$), 경력(${\beta}=.09$)은 34.3%의 설명력을 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 간호사의 소진을 감소시키는 요인으로 기본심리욕구의 하위변수인 자율성, 유능감, 관계성이 확인되었다. 그러므로 간호사의 자율성, 유능감, 관계성을 높이기 위한 프로그램 개발이 요구된다.

치과위생사의 이직과 직무스트레스와의 관련성 (Relationship between Turnover and Job Stress of Dental Hygienists)

  • 본 연구는 치과진료기관의 주된 근무인력인 치과위생사들이 지각하는 직무스트레스를 파악하고 이직행태가 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향을 살펴봄으로써 직무만족도 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 2009년 3월에서 5월까지 울산 경남 지역권내 치과병 의원에 근무하는 치과위생사 214명을 대상으로 분석한 결과 다음과 같다. 대상자의 업무 환경적 특성은 진료기관은 의원이 57.5%, 병원이 42.5%였고, 경력은 1~3년이 42.5%로 가장 많았고, 이직경험이 있는 치과위생사가 38.3%였으며 이직횟수는 1회가 45.1%로 가장 많았다. 보수는 130~149만원이 33.6%로 가장 많았고, 근무시간은 8~9시간이 49.5%로 가장 많으며 주된 업무는 일반진료업무보조가 70.1%로 가장 많았다. 연령이 낮을수록 부적절한 보상에 스트레스가 많았으며 학력이 높을수록, 기혼인 경우 직무요구에 따른 스트레스가 많았다. 이직경험에 따라서는 이직횟수와 직장문화가 관련성이 있었으며 업무환경적 특성에서는 진료기관별 직무요구와 관계갈등이, 보수에서는 관계갈등이, 근무시간에서 조직체계가, 주5일제 근무여부에서 직무요구가 관련성이 있었다. 치과위생사의 이직경험과 내부인력과의 관계갈등 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 보수가 적을수록, 치과위생사의 수가 많을수록 스트레스가 많은 것으로 나타났다.

방사선(학)과 학생 임상실습에 따른 스트레스 특성 (Characteristic of Stress According to Student Clinical Training in Department of Radiology)

  • 방사선(학)과는 학생들의 실무적응과 진료기술의 수용을 도모하고자 병원 임상실습교육을 실시하고 있다. 그러나 임상실습현장에서 낯선 환경과 진료업무를 체험함으로써 많은 학생들이 복합적이고 다양한 스트레스를 경험하고 있다. 때로는 실습의 부담감과 전공에 대한 회의로 이어져 실습교육에 부정적인 결과를 초래할 수도 있다. 이에 방사선(학)과 학생들의 임상실습 시 경험할 수 있는 스트레스에 대해 그 요인들을 파악하고자 전국 3년제 4년제 대학 중 6개 대학의 방사선(학)과 재학생을 대상으로 2011년 9월 15일에서 10월 25일까지 설문조사를 실시하였다. 방사선(학)과 학생들이 임상실습에서 경험하는 스트레스 정도는 비용적인 측면(3.06)과 임상지도자(3.02)에 관련한 영역에서 높게 나타났으며, 이어서 가치와 이상(2.94), 역할과 실습활동(2.93), 실습환경(2.74), 실습생 간 관계(2.64)의 순으로 나타났다. 임상실습 스트레스 요인에 대해 비용적인 측면을 제외한 모든 요인에서 여성이 남성보다 스트레스 수준이 높게 나타났으며(P<.05), BEPSI-K 구분에 따른 스트레스군 간에는 실습환경, 실습생 간 관계, 역할과 실습활동 영역에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(P<.01, P<.001, P<.05). 따라서 임상실습에 임하는 학생들의 스트레스가 임상실습의 만족도와 상호 밀접한 상관관계를 가짐을 확인하였다.

산모의 분만기관 선택관련 요인 (Factors Affecting Selection of Delivery Facilities Pregnant Women)

  • This study was designed to investigate the mar factors affecting selection of delivery facilities by pregnant women. Five hundred women hospitalized at 23 Seoul-area delivery facilities, such as university hospitals, general hospitals, hospitals, and clinics were selected and given questionnaires from April 24 to May 7, 1990. A total of 350 questionnaires were collected and analysed for the study. The results are as follows ; 1. In general, variables which significantly affected the choice of delivery facilities included the age of women, their educational level, the educational level of their husbands, monthly average incomes and residential areas. 2. In analyzing the obstetrical characteristics of the women, those variables significantly affecting the choice of delivery facilities were the gestational period, the facilities for prenatal care, the frequency of prenatal care, the type of delivery, the frequency of miscarriage, previous delivery experiences and the awareness on prenatal care. 3. In comparing the motivation factors for selecting the delivery facilities, all the factors except convenience and need for hospitalization differed significantly among delivery facilities. 4. The factor analysis was assessed for twenty possible factors motivating the choice of delivery facilities. Six factors including personal service, scale of the facility, reputation, urgency, convenience, and experience were noted explaining by 57.7%. 5. In the discriminant analysis used to clarify the major factors affecting the selection of delivery facilities, the 16 significant variables were regarded as independent variables, and the type of delivery facilities was considered a dependent variable. The stepwise method was applied to the analysis. Detected discriminant variables were the facilities for prenatal care, scale factor, personal service factor, urgency factor, convenience factor, reputation factor, experience factor, gestational period, types of delivery, frequency of miscarriage, age and income. These 12 discriminant variables were tested, with reference to discriminant prediction, on their importance in the choice of the delivery facility, by the discriminant functional formula. The test showed a hit-rate of 67.7%. The results suggest that general characteristics, obstetrical characteristics, and motivations for selecting the delivery facilities differ significantly according to the types of the delivery facilities. This study implies that all types of delivery facilities should attempt to acommodate characteristics and motivations of pregnant women. The facilities should be prepared to increase their patients satisfaction with required medical conditions by improving service and responding to the pregnant women's preferences.

지방 중소도시 소재 사립 사범대학 수학교육과 학생들의 진로에 대한 인식 조사 (A survey on the career awareness of the students of the department of mathematics education located in a regional small and medium-sized city)

  • 본 연구에서는 지방 중소도시에 위치한 사립 사범대학 수학교육과 재학생들의 진로에 대한 의식과 수요 및 준비 상태를 조사함으로써 수학교육과 학생들의 진로에 대한 인식 실태를 분석하고, 학생들의 진로 지도 및 교육 방안 모색을 위한 기초 자료를 제공한다. 이를 위하여 수학교육과 학생의 학과 선택 시기와 동기, 수학교육과 선택과 수학교육과의 교육과정 등에 대한 만족도, 졸업 후 진로에 대한 생각과 학년별 변화, 수학교육과 관련 직업과 진로에 대한 인식 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 대부분의 학생들이 중학교와 고등학교를 거치면서 수학교육과로의 진로를 선택했고, 선택의 가장 큰 동기는 개인 적성에 적합하다고 판단했기 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 이런 이유때문인지 수학교육과 선택에 대한 만족도나 수학교육과 교육과정에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났고, 수학교육과의 교육과정이 자신의 진로에 도움이 될 것이라고 생각하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 학년이 높아질수록 수학 교사가 아닌 다른 진로를 생각하는 학생들의 수가 많아지고 있음을 관찰할 수 있었는데, 이들 중 대부분은 2학년 혹은 3학년이 되면서 전공 공부의 어려움, 교사 임용시험의 높은 경쟁률과 낮은 합격률, 임용 교사 수의 감소 등의 원인으로 진로를 바꾸는 것으로 나타났다.

디지털 마케팅 성과에 영향을 미치는 제품의 유형과 디지털 채널 선정에 관한 연구 (The Effect of Product Type and Channel Prioritization on Effective Digital Marketing Performance)

  • Purpose - This study aims to build a systematic frame for effective marketing performances by prioritizing product type and pertinent channel that are appropriate for digital channel characteristics. FCB grid model was used to define a product type, and Internet communication satisfaction index was considered as a marketing performance measuring tool for digital channel. Research design, data, and methodology - As systematic understanding for Digital marketing is still unfamiliar to even professional marketer, the hypothesis was established based on preliminary research by conducting a qualitative survey of marketing experts who already experienced digital marketing in the fields as well as existing related study literature. Through a preliminary research, the degree for understanding for digital marketing, current digital marketing (including product/channel mix) execution status, and difficulties for marketers who had experienced digital marketing were figured out. Based on preliminary research, the main part of survey was designed to examine which type of product would be effective for digital marketing and which digital channel would be effective to achieve marketing performance in line with marketing objectives. To collect data, the questionnaire survey was conducted for professional marketers who had experienced digital marketing in 10 different fields including FMCG, cosmetics, distribution industry for one month (July, 10, 2014~Aug, 10, 2014). A total of 90 questionnaire were distributed and 66 questionnaires were used for the analysis, excluding the unanswered and insincere questionnaires. The data were analysed using SPSS ver.18.0. Results - The analysis for product type which is pertinent to digital marketing and prioritization for digital channel per digital marketing performance type could be summarized as followings. First, high involvement buying decision type of product and rational purchasing decision type of product in FCB grid are more effective for digital marketing in terms of marketing performance. Therefore, marketers in field would prioritize considering product type before executing digital marketing. Second, factor for sales increase, potential consumer creation and brand awareness was represented respectively 31.25%, 21.9%, and 20.8% as a result of factor analysis in terms of digital marketing channel performance. Third, effective major digital channel per digital marketing performance factor was differently identified as each digital channel has its own peculiarity. For instance, search engine is more effective for increasing sales while social media such as facebook and Kakaotalk is more effective for encouraging consumer participation. Conclusions - As a result of this study, product type and peculiarity which were pertinently fit to digital marketing were identified by using FCB grid model, and also suggested framework for decision making of digital channel selection in line with marketing objectives for effective marketing performance. It also provided insight to professional marketer which type of product could be effective for digital marketing execution as well as which factors should be measured for digital marketing performance.

수질오염총량관리제 시행에 있어서 중앙정부와 지방자치단체 간 역할정립 (Establishment of Role Between Central and Local Government for Implementation of Total Maximum Daily Load)

  • 수질오염총량관리제는 유역에 설정된 오염물질 항목별 목표수질을 만족할 수 있도록 배출부하량을 총량적으로 관리하기 위해서 도입되었다. 그 동안 4대강 수계를 대상으로 수질오염총량관리제를 시행하면서 여러 가지 문제점이 발생되었다. 이러한 문제점들이 일부 보완되었지만, 아직도 중앙정부와 지방자치단체간의 역할에 대한 부분은 명확하게 정립되어 있지않다. 따라서 본 연구는 수질오염총량관리제의 효율적인 시행을 위한 중앙정부와 지방자치단체간의 역할을 제시하였다. 먼저, 중앙정부는 국가하천의 주요지점에 수질기준 및 대상항목을 포함하는 환경기준을 설정하고, 지방자치단체는 해당유역에서 대상항목의 목표수질을 설정해야 한다. 또한, 지방자치단체는 지류하천의 수질개선정도를 파악하기 위하여 하천의 수질 및 유량모니터링을 지속적으로 시행하여야 한다. 특히, 중앙정부의 유역환경청은 전체 수계를 대상으로 수질오염총량관리 기본계획을 수립하여야 하며, 지방자치단체는 목표수질을 초과하는 단위유역을 대상으로 시행계획을 수립하여야 한다. 수질 오염총량관리 이행평가는 기초자치단체에서 지류하천의 수질 및 유량을 모니터링을 통하여 매년마다 단위유역의 목표수질 만족여부 만을 평가해야 한다. 수질오염총량관리 이행평가보고서는 단위유역의 목표수질 초과에 대한 원인분석을 포함하여 계획기간 최종년도에 유역환경청에 제출하여야 한다.

전국 한의과대학 기공학 과목 개설 및 기공 동아리 현황 (Analysis of Qigong Curriculum Has Established and Qigong-related Clubs in College of Oriental Medicine)

  • Qi is in the capacity of pivotal element to describe the life, based on the principles of remedy such as Qigong, meridian pathways, acupuncture, moxibustion and herbal medicine. The purpose of this study was to identify the status of course offered Qigong and Qigong-related clubs in 11 college of oriental medicine. For survey courses offered Status of Qigong in 11 college of oriental medicine, I checked its homepage in august 2008. And about the facts that I could not verify information from the homepage, I obtained through the phone manner. For survey Qigong-related clubs in 11 college of oriental medicine, I phoned the president of union clubs and found out Qigong-related clubs. And then I phoned the presidents of Qigong-related clubs that consented before the fact, investigated the overall situation of clubs. Nine out of 11 college of oriental medicine offered course of Qigong. All of them are opened as major in a premedical course. Six universities have practical training. Six out of 11 college of oriental medicine had Qigong-related clubs. And the number of club is 12. The number of club in Daeguhaany university, 4, is the most. The number of membership of club in Daeguhaany university, 61, is the most too. Most of them are co-majoring both Jung-gong and Dong-gong. It is considered that in lecture of Qigong, It is in a need of lecturing in a regular course with clinical contents, rather than lecturing in a premedical course with basic contents. Of spontaneous club activities, after graduation so that they can get practical help for future. I think from now on we need to investigate deeply practical rate of satisfaction and the present condition of clubs.
