This study proposes to implement premarital education programs designed to enhance potential capacity in marital life, targeted at marriage expectant couple and verify the effectiveness of the programs. For this study, 8 marriage expectant couples residing in Seoul participated. For this study, advance and follow-up surveys were conducted. To be specific, the advanced surveys questions were posed regarding general features, the level of communication, conflict-resolution skills and the attitude toward the role of the gender and so forth of those persons polled. In follow-up surveys, questions were asked regarding the extent to which the participant was satisfied with the contents of the education and teaching process in each session of the programs, the attitude toward the role of the gender, the level of communication and conflict-resolution skills. The effectiveness of the program was verified based on the subjective level of satisfaction of the instructor and the program manager and the statistical analyses of advance and follow-up surveys. Our findings show: First, the changes in 'the attitude toward the role of the gender' of the participants after 'the education of the role of the gender' were not significantly related. Second, after 'the education of communication' was implemented, the capability of the participants to communicate proved to have improved. Third, the extent to which the participants were satisfied with the contents of the education scored higher than the average, the level of educational satisfaction with 'the skills of communication between the husband and wife' scoring the highest. Fourth, with respect to the level of overall satisfaction with the educational effects of the program, the level of satisfaction with improved relationship between each party of the couple turned out relatively high, and the level of the overall education program also proved to be high.
BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVES: This research analyzes the effects of the food choices of industrial workers according to their sugar intake pattern on their job satisfaction through the construction of a model on the relationship between sugar intake pattern and job satisfaction. SUBJECTS/METHODS: Surveys were collected from May to July 2015. A statistical analysis of the 775 surveys from Kyungsangnam-do was conducted using SPSS13.0 for Windows and SEM was performed using the AMOS 5.0 statistics package. RESULTS: The reliability of the data was confirmed by an exploratory factor analysis through a Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the measurement model was proven to be appropriate by a confirmatory factor analysis in conjunction with AMOS. The results of factor analysis on food choice, sugar intake pattern and job satisfaction were categorized into five categories. The reliability of these findings was supported by a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.6 and higher for all factors except confection (0.516) and dairy products (0.570). The multicollinearity results did not indicate a problem between the variables since the highest correlation coefficient was 0.494 (P < 0.01). In an attempt to study the sugar intake pattern in accordance with the food choices and job satisfaction of industrial workers, a structural equation model was constructed and analyzed. CONCLUSIONS: All tests confirmed that the model satisfied the recommended levels for the goodness of fit index, and thus, the overall research model was proven to be appropriate.
The research was conducted by center for children's foodservice management in Hanam-si. In order to improve job satisfaction, a survey was carried out by working conditions and job satisfaction in children foodservice employees working at child daycare centers registered from January to April. Ninety-five surveys out of 120 were collected, and 76 surveys were analyzed. Job satisfaction consisted of four elements, working environment, welfare, human relationships, and job-itself, analyzed by general characteristics. Pearson's correlation was carried out between job satisfaction and intention to change job by Likert 5 scales using SPSS statistic program. The percentages of child daycare centers owned by civilians was 52.6%, high school education level was 65.8%, permanent workers was 68.4%, and less than 1 year of foodservice was 34.2%. Average scores of job satisfaction were as follows: working environment scored 20.6 out of 25 points, welfare scored 10.3 out of 15 points, human relationships scored 17.5 out of 20 points, and job-itself scored 13.2 out of 15 points. The lowest job satisfaction average was 'I get paid fairly regarding the working hours and the amount of work' with a score of 3.6 points. Job satisfaction based on facility type, age, education level, and working period did not show significant differences, whereas hired status, numbers of foodservice children, and intention to change jobs showed significant differences. Hired status showed significant differences with welfare satisfaction (P<0.05). Numbers of children showed a significant difference with welfare and human relationship satisfaction (P<0.01, P<0.05). Intention to change job showed a significant difference with four elements of job satisfaction (P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.01). In conclusion, to improve job satisfaction of children foodservice employees, working conditions and welfare satisfaction should be increased.

Trick Art Experience exhibition added humor as imitating famous painting and gave a deep impression through the optical illusion technique which make flat structure look three-dimensional structure. Recently, demands for Experience exhibition which are like Trick Art increase. This study figure out pros and cons through a comparison analysis of direction and component about Trick Art Experience exhibition and find a check list about making an audience active about experience. From now on, we have an object about showing design data including customer satisfaction measurement to make various expressions of direction and component about Experience Art through a case analysis. We have firsthand visited case spaces to experience the spaces and prepared a check list for the relevant types of expressions. Referring to the exhibit work classification system, components that correspond to Trick Art Experience exhibition were grouped according to constituting items. Among the types of expressions, the levels of satisfaction with Experience exhibition and Participating exhibit were found to be high and the level of satisfaction with Heart Moving exhibit was found to be low through surveys. Among the components, the levels of satisfaction with stereograms and formative effect elements were found to be high and those of spatial changes and media effects were found to be low through surveys. Therefore, the expressions should be reinforced and the components should be improved.
This study investigates the effects of e-CRM on consumer satisfaction and repurchase intention depending on gender differences. A total of 400 surveys were distributed and 382 were used in the analysis. Surveys were conducted on the respondents who had purchased apparel from an internet website within six months. A factor analysis, reliability test, and path analysis were used in the study to analyze the data. After the factor analysis, 6 factors were found under e-CRM activities; benefit and advice, customer contact, service, post-purchase management, assistance with the purchase, and discriminative treatment. The results of this study showed that for male consumers, service and post-purchase management had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction that in turn had a positive effect on repurchase intention. However, for female consumers, benefit and advice, customer contact, service, and discriminative treatment had a positive effect on consumer satisfaction that in turn had a positive effect on repurchase intention. The results also showed that post-purchase management had a positive direct effect on repurchase intention for both genders.
Purpose - This study aims to empirically verify the impact of media richness, social presence, and prior life satisfaction on various continual usage or withdrawal behaviors of SNS users via both a positive path of satisfaction and a negative path of relative deprivation. By identifying these causal paths, we observe dynamic interactions of SNS user psychology in a balanced view, and provide some implications about design principles for SNS providers. Research design, data, and methodology - We developed 16 hypothesis based on media richness theory, social presence theory, social comparison theory, the literature about relative deprivation, and the literature about the various reactions of IS users. The rich SNS media, social presence recognition among peer SNS users, and prior life satisfaction could generate positive experience, attitude, and virtuous behavioral intentions among SNS users. At the same time, rich media, low social presence, and low prior life satisfaction could generate relative deprivation and could increase withdrawal behavioral intentions such as refusal to provide information, misrepresentation of information, and removal of uploaded information in SNS. Scenario surveys were conducted to collect data from potential SNS users. Data from 357 surveys were collected and analyzed through a PLS algorithm to test the hypotheses. Results - Media richness, social presence, and prior life satisfaction could significantly increase perceived enjoyment, satisfaction, and behavioral intention of continual usage and knowledge sharing. They also could significantly decrease refusal and misrepresentation intention. Relative deprivation is significantly decreased only by prior life satisfaction. Relative deprivation could not significantly decrease satisfaction, but it could significantly increase misrepresentation and removal intention, which could be regarded as information distortion intention. Conclusions - SNS providers should focus on developing rich media and social presence support because these two variables could impact the positive experiences of SNS users. Moreover, the positive experiences could heavily influence SNS user behavior. Some management is needed to prevent relative deprivation and its consequences of misrepresentation and removal intention. SNS providers should prevent SNS users from excessive image misrepresentation and removal as this information distortion could be the source of relative deprivation.
This study tested major determinants of customer satisfaction and loyalty by varying degrees of customers' knowledge level. Also, authors investigated the degrees of those impacts by classifying industries into two groups(service/manufacturing). Based on 4,000 completed surveys from five major cities, authors found the relationship among perceived quality, perceived value, and corporate image with customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. As a result, corporate image(extrinsic cue) was a major determinant to customers who are low knowledgeable and impacts of corporate image on customer satisfaction was stronger in service industry than manufacturing industry.
