  • In this article, mordant absorption rate by the Change of temperature and fabric, discharge level by water washing, mordant density and method in mordant dye are going to be handled. Besides, how treatment method will have an effect on absorption rate and color, is also going to be covered. An atom extinction photometer was used to measure the amount of mordant absorbed in fabric at each temperature and mordant type. It turned out that absorption rate differs according to the type of mordant and sample or temperature. Also it turned out that the mordant input amount has little influence on absorption rate, that is to say, if though you use more mordants, just tiny amount of mordant is going to be absorbed in cloth. It is true that the higher temperature goes up, the better mordant absorption gets. It is found that the type of mordant and sample, treatment period affects the discharge rate. Normally $15{\~}98\%$ mordant comes off the fabric by water washing, to be specific, $17{\~}47\%$ Iron by water washing and it has better performance on cotton and nylon than silk, $1\%{\~}52\%$ Aluminum by water washing and better absorption on silk, $36{\~}89\%$ Chrome by water washing and better absorption on silk, $50{\~}89\%$ copper by water washing and better absorption on silk, poor on cotton. The examination of the K/S values and colors between before and after soaping has been conducted under the circumstance that the test fabrics had been treated at $80^{\circ}C$ for 30 minutes with $0.2\%$ soaping solution. In case of pre-mordanted fabrics, the K/S value nosedived after soaping, meanwhile densely mordanted fabric's K/S value soared but after soaping, it dropped sharply. It turned out that soaping treatment deteriorates absorption much more than water washing. It's considered that $0.1 \%$ (W/V) of mordant density is appropriate.

  • This experiment was carried out to establish a proper method of indocyanine green(ICG) excrection test for a applicable liver function test in three Korean native cattle average weighing about 450kg and dairy cattle parity of 3~5. The results obtained the half life($T^1/_2$), fractional clearance rate(KICG), retention rate and plasma enzyme activities before or after injection of ICG were as follows. 1. The maximum absorbance of ICG in plasma was at 805nm. 2. Average half life and fractional clearance rate following the injection of ICG 0.25mg/kg body weight were $5.53{\pm}1.27$ minute and $0.131{\pm}0.031$/minute in Korean native cattle, $4.55{\pm}0.68$ minute and $0.156{\pm}0.031$/minute in dairy cattle, respectively. The ICG removal rate was exponentially liner for the first 15 minutes after injection both of Korean native cattle and dairy cattle. 3. Average plasma retention rate when 10, 15, 30 minutes after injection was $35.7{\pm}13.9$, $23.2{\pm}7.1$, $10.8{\pm}3.5%$ in Korean native cattle, $26.8{\pm}3.3$, $14.2{\pm}1.2$, $5.5{\pm}2.2%$ in dairy cattle, respectively. 4. Plasma enzyme activities(AST, ALT, r-GTP) were no variation among the before, during and after injection of ICG. From these results, ICG excretion test to cattle is applicable to evaluation of liver funtion in both clinical and research, and adopted the 15 minutes plasma sample as the sample taken at the ideal time for comparative purposes.

  • The aim of this study was to analyze the effect of the cooling rate after heat treatment on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 2507 duplex stainless steels. Heat treatment was carried out at $1050^{\circ}C$ for 1 hr, followed by controlled cooling. The cooling rates were $175.6{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $47.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $33.3{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $16.7{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $11.7{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ and $2.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$, which resulted in variations of the microstructure, such as the fractional change of the ferrite phase and sigma phase formation. Fatigue, hardness, impact and tensile tests were performed on the specimens with different cooling rates. The precipitation of the ${\sigma}$ phase caused a hardness increase and a sharp decrease of toughness and tensile elongation. The fatigue limit of the sample with a cooling rate of $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ was 26 MPa higher than that of the sample with a cooling rate of $175.6{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$. Our observations of the fracture surface confirmed that the higher fatigue resistance of the specimen with a cooling rate of $5.8{\times}10^{-3}^{\circ}C/s$ was caused by the delay of the fatigue crack growth, in addition to higher yield strength.

  • When measuring cerebrovascular with 3D rotational angiography, the accuracy was verified by comparing the actual size and measurement size, respectively. It is intended to help select therapeutic materials and instruments during cerebrovascular intervention by comparing the average error rates for measured values in the 3DRA and CTA methods by examining with protocols such as brain CTA, which are always performed in emergency situations. The mean error rate between the groups of measurers was ±3.655% for radiation technologist and ±3.331% for university students, and the mean error rate of the student group was within tolerance (±10%), and the independent sample T-test result t =0.879, p=0.394 (p>0.05) showed no statistically difference between the two. In addition, the average error rate measured by both groups by 3DRA was measured below ±5% within the tolerance error rate (±10%), and most of CTA was measured within the tolerance range (±10%), but showed an average error rate of up to 5.65%, and the independent sample T-test result was statistically more accurate than 3DRA. Both the 3DRA method and the brain CTA method for measuring cerebrovascular size could be accurately measured within tolerance, but it would be better to measure cerebrovascular blood vessels using a more accurate 3DRA method during cerebrovascular intervention.

  • The paste on the glass or fabrication of the PDP(Plasma Display Panel) barrier rib was selectively etched using focused A $r_{+}$ laser(λ=514 nm) and Nd:YAG(λ=532, 266 nm) laser irradiation. The depth of the etched grooves increase with increasing a laser fluence and decreasing a laser beam scan speed. Using second harmonic of Nd:YAG laser(532 nm) the etching threshold laser fluence was 6.5 mJ/c $m^2$ for the sample of PDP barrier rib. The thickness of 180 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ of the sample on the glass was clearly removed without any damage on the glass substrate by fluence of 19.5J/c $m^2$beam scan speed of 20${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$ /s. In order to increase the etch rate of the barrier rib material barrier rib samples heated by a resistive heater during laser irradiation. The heated sample has many defects and becomes to be fragile. This imperfection of the structure compared to the sample without heat treatment allows the effective etching by the focused laser beam. The etch rates were 65${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/s and 270 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$/s at room temperature and 20$0^{\circ}C$, respectively.y.

  • One of the basic assumptions of the regression models is that the parameter vector does not vary across sample observations. If the parameter vector is not constant for all observations in the sample, the statistical model is changed and the usual least squares estimators do not yield unbiased, consistent and efficient estimates. This study investigates the regression model with some or all parameters vary across partitions of the whole sample data when the model permits different response coefficients during unusual time periods. Since the usual test for overall homogeneity of regressions across partitions of the sample data does not explicitly identify the break points between the partitions, the testing the equality between subsets of coefficients in two or more linear regressions is generalized and combined with the test procedure to search the break point. The method is applied to find the possibility and the turning point of the structural change in the long-run unemployment rate in the usual static framework by using the regression model. The relationships between the variables included in the model are reexamined in the dynamic framework by using Vector Autoregression.
