헤어 미용실 점포 이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 융합연구 (Convergence Study on the Effect of Hair Beauty Salon Store Image, Price, Human Service, and Trust on Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 헤어 미용실을 이용하는 고객의 샵 선택 속성 중에서 점포이미지, 가격, 인적 서비스, 신뢰가 고객 만족에 미치는 영향 관계를 알아보기 위한 융합연구이다. 본 연구는 최근 6개월 이내에 헤어 미용실을 이용한 여성들을 대상으로 한 설문지 500부의 자료를 SPSS v.22 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 점포 이미지(B= 1.321, p= .004), 가격(B= 1.189, p= .032), 인적 서비스(B=1.013, p= .000), 신뢰(B= .782, p= .000)는 고객 만족에. 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 영향력의 순위는 점포 이미지(β= .445), 인적 서비스(β=.377), 가격(β= .252), 신뢰(β= .167)의 순서로 나타났다. 따라서, 본 연구를 통해 고객의 헤어 미용실에 대한 점포 이미지, 인적 서비스, 가격, 신뢰가 높아질수록 고객만족도가 높아짐을 알 수 있었다. 고객의 샵 선택 속성들이 고객만족에 미치는 세부적인 영향력을 확인하였다. 그중에서도 점포 이미지와 인적 서비스 요인이 고객 만족요인에 보다 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 따라서 점포 이미지의 향상을 위한 경제적이고 효율적인 방안을 모색하여야 하며, 인적 서비스 강화를 위하여 직무능력을 배양해야 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 미용 서비스 산업의 차별화된 마케팅전략을 확립에 기초 자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

대학생의 헤어패션행동에 관한 조사연구 (A Study on the Hair Fashion Behavior of College Students)

  • The purpose of this research is to recognize college students' thinking way for hair fashion. The tendency of hair style, hair dyeing and hair administration was examined with college students in Seoul, some cities and towns. Research analyzed and compared the result according to the distinction of sex, age and area. The questionnaire was asked to 257 boy students and 328 girl students. The result in this research is as following. 1. It was shown that our country college students were satisfied with their hair style on the whole. Especially, college students in Seoul appeared more satisfied tendency than other city or town. Seoul's college students preferred hair style of short haircut. Wide area city or small town's college students preferred long hair style. The degree of satisfaction about beauty salon service of Seoul city's college students is higher than that of wide area city or small town's college students. The reasons that they want to go to the beauty salon they used to are distance for boy students and excellent technology for girl students. Boy students change hair style regularly, but girl students change it when need to change their mood. 2. In our country, most college students had experienced that they had their hair dyed. More senior students had their hair dyed than junior students. Hair color that most like was nature brown. Seoul college students liked gold color. Seoul college students are more satisfied than wide area city or small town's college students after hair dyeing. Girl students thought that hair dyeing made their hair style excellent. 4. Girl students responded that their hair was much damaged. College students in Seoul had healthy hair. Girl students selected 「beauty art surgical operation」 for cause of hair damage, and boy student had the various causes of hair damage. College students in Seoul had much hair damage than students in any other area. Most were using shampoo, and girl students used much shampoo than boy students. Girl students selected shampoo according to their hair state, Seoul's college students had their hair washed with shampoo more frequently than other students. Girl students were getting more hair administration information with various form than boy students. Girl students used Hair Clinic for hair administration, but boy students never did it.

미용실 여성고객의 연령에 따른 헤어 컷, 퍼머넌트, 염색에 대한 태도 (The Attitude of Hair Cut, Permanent Wave, Coloring by Age in Women's Customer)

  • The purpose of this study is to diagnose actual condition of preference of hair-styling, hair-styling techniques, management, grasping a consumer's consciousness, etc with women living in a city. The survey was gotten to a feminine customer who visited the ten of beauty-shops in shopping center. And statistical data about the actual condition of hair-styling preference realities, hair-styling method and style management was entered into the SPSS statistics analysis system. In brief, be as follows by the results of study. There showed significant difference that noted in hair-style information and basis alternative a beauty salon, there were able to know people whose age is from 20's to 40's got mainly an influence of public media very much and from 40's to 50's got mainly an influence of people around them. Basis alternative of a beauty salon showed significant difference to follow age categories. It appeared that introducing from people around them have a effect on the 20's and 30's, and 40's got an influence of convenience of traffic, and 50's got mainly the shortest distance. In an attitude toward a hair style, especially toward hair cut, a case to do hair cut was most a lot of in own selections, and its result was independent of age categories. The reason that wants to give a chance was most a lot of thinking without an age. Preference length of hair cut showed a significant difference according to age. In permanent section, own selections appeared most regardless of age. And in the permanent motive, also, to have a change appeared most regardless of age. And people had a preference natural to role up to setting regardless of age in permanent wave. In hair color section, women whose age is 20's, 30's, 40's had a motive for a change, on the other hand, 50's and their senior had a motive for a gray hair. Women of all over the age almost knew a fashion color, and they had a preference brown color. In a preference way along a hair color kind, there was a significant difference according to age, also. 20's and 30's did mainly 'semi-permanent coating' and 40's and 50's did mainly 'permanent hair color'. In a attitude about a hair-style management, the more age is young, the more a period is long term. And the more age is old, the more the outlay for price of cut is expensive. But, on the contrary, permanent price showed that the more age is young, the more the outlay for price of permanent is expensive. In hair color, the more age is old, the more a period is short and the more price is low.

네일샵미용실의 실내공기 중 미세먼지(PM10), 휘발성 유기화합물 (VOCs), 알데하이드류(Aldehydes)의 농도 및 업소 특성에 따른 상관성 분석 (Characteristics of PM10, VOCs and Aldehydes Levels in Nail and Hair Shops)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study was to assess the indoor levels of $PM_{10}$, VOCs and aldehydes in nail shop and hair salon. Methods: The field survey was conducted for 52 hair salons 52 nail shops, and 26 shop-in-shops in Seoul and Daegu city. The field technicians investigated characteristics of each shop including operating time, indoor volume, ventilation and so on. Indoor concentrations of $PM_{10}$, VOCs and aldehydes, indoor temperature and humidity were measured in 12 hair salons, 12 nail shops and 6 shop-in shops. MP Surveryor II (Graywolf, USA) was used to measure $CO_2$ concentration, temperature and humidity for 8 hours. $PM_{10}$ concentrations were measured by minivolume air sampler with Teflon quartz filter ($0.2{\mu}m$ pore size, ${\varphi}$ 47 mm, Graseby-Anderson TEF-DISKTM) for 6 hours. VOCs passive sampler (OVM 3500) was used to collect VOCs for 8 hours and analyzed by GC/MSD. Results: The $CO_2$ concentrations were $759.4{\pm}58.2$ ppm in nail shops, $731.0{\pm}72.5$ ppm in hair salons, and $656.4{\pm}31.2$ ppm in shop-in-shops. The $PM_{10}$ concentrations were $27.5{\pm}14.2{\mu}g/m^3$ in nail shops, $33.1{\pm}6.3{\mu}g/m^3$ in hair salons, and $39.0{\pm}26.9{\mu}g/m^3$ in shop-in-shops. TVOCs concentrations were $3085.4{\pm}1667.8{\mu}g/m^3$ in nail shops, $2131.1{\pm}617.3{\mu}g/m^3$ in hair salons, and $1550.3{\pm}529.0{\mu}g/m^3$ in shop-in-shops. TVOCs concentrations in nail shops were significantly higher than those in hair salons and shop-in-shops (p=0.002). Formaldehyde concentrations were $60.8{\pm}36.6{\mu}g/m^3$ in nail shops, $89.1{\pm}55.4{\mu}g/m^3$ in hair salons, and $45.1{\pm}22.5{\mu}g/m^3$ in shop-in-shops. Conclusion: TVOCs concentrations in nail shop were the highest among others. TVOC concentrations in all stores exceeded indoor air quality stand of indoor air quality control in public-use facilities, etc act.

헤어 패션 감각(感覺)에 관(關)한 연구(硏究) - 수도권(首都圈) 대학(大學) 여학생(女學生)을 대상(對象)으로 - (A Study on the hair fashion feeling - Objecting to capital area university women students -)

  • This study aims to know the deferences of hair fashion feeling group in accordance with hair styling activities, general characteristics, life styles objecting to capital area university women students and aid to hair fashion design. So the results are as belows. 1. Frequency Analysis of Categories A. Hair fashion feeling - Natural, sexy, romantic pretty, sophisticate, ethnic are 90% in total hair fashion feeling variables in sequence of frequency, so it can be said these are in vogue. B. Hair styling activities - The objections visit the hair salon once 1-2months, spend about 42,000 won a month, perform cut & wave perm to sentimental reasens & hair style changes, determine the hair style well coordinated in her image and managed easily. In her home, they manage her hair style 12 minutes a day, spend 17,000 won to buy hair aids, do hair blow dry or pin or pony tail mainly in the morning, scarcely use the hair styling aids but if use, essence or wax mainly. And the degree of interest to hair style is high. C. General Characteristics - The objections's average age is 21.1, residence is seoul kangnam 23.3%, seoul kangbook 18.4%, other capital areas 58.4%, the degree of education is university students 94.9%, graduated student 5.1%, marriage is married 96%, unmarried 2.8%, family who live with is married are mainly man & woman and living with father & mother in low in man's, unmarried are mainly live alone & nuclear family, personal expenses a month is 300,000 won in average, income of home is 4,000,000 won a month. D. Life style - The objections are not in interest of physical exercises but if are, do yoga & health, like drama & comedies program, watch TV or meet friend in leisure time, like balad & dance music, fashion magazine, meet friend in cafe or college. 2. Relationship of hair fashion feeling & other variables Using the $x^2$-test, level p<0.05, Hair styling activities(frequency of hair salon coming in and out, ordinary time representing hair style, preferred hair styling aids, the amount of hair style interest), General Characteristics(age), Life style(leisure time) variables are meaningful.

1인 미용실의 관계혜택이 추천의도와 이탈의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 고객만족의 매개효과 (A Study on the Effects of Solely Operated Beauty Salon's Relational Benefits on Recommendation and Defection Intentions: Mediating Effects of Customer Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 1인 미용실을 이용하는 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택이 고객만족과 추천의도 및 이탈의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 미용과 경영을 융복합하여 조사하였다. 연구를 수행하기 위하여 1인 미용실 이용자 322명을 최종 유효 표본으로 연구를 수행 하였다. 자료처리를 위해 SPSS 15.0과 Amos 18 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 최종적으로 연구가설의 검증을 위해 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 경로분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 고객만족에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계 혜택은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 1인 미용실 고객이 지각하는 관계혜택 중 확신적 혜택과 사회적 혜택은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 추천의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 1인 미용실 고객만족은 이탈의도에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 1인 미용실 고객의 관계혜택과 추천의도 및 이탈의도간의 관계에서 고객만족은 부분 매개효과를 나타내었다.

남성 소비자의 미용실 이용 실태와 서비스 품질이 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Actual Condition and Service Quality of Men's Consumers' Use of Hairdressing Room)

  • 본 연구는 남성 시술자를 통해 관리 받은 남성 고객을 대상으로 일반 미용실과 남성 미용실에 대한 이용 실태 비교와 서비스 품질 인식이 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 총 405명의 설문지를 분석 자료로 사용 하였으며, 측정 도구의 신뢰도 및 타당성을 검증하기 위해 주성 분석을 이용하였다. 서비스 품질 인식의 하위요인으로는 전문성, 친화성, 신뢰성, 지속성을 도출하였고, 만족도 및 충성도의 타당성 및 신뢰도 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 일반 미용실과 남성 전문 미용실의 헤어 관여도, 서비스 품질 인식, 만족도 및 충성도에 대한 차이가 확인되었으며, 서비스 품질 인식의 하위요인별 전문성, 친화성, 신뢰성, 지속성은 만족도, 충성도와 통계적으로 유의미한 정(+)의 상관관계가 확인되었다(p<0.01). 또한, 남성 전문 미용실은 서비스 품질 인식이 만족도와 충성도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 서비스 품질 만족도는 충성도에 정(+)을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구를 통하여 남성들의 뷰티 시장에 중요한 마케팅 기초 자료로써 활용 가능성이 있음이 사료되어 진다.

프랜차이즈 직영점 미용실의 교육만족도가 교육요구도를 매개로 이직요인에 미치는 영향 (An Analysis of Influences of Education Satisfaction of Beauty Salon Franchises on Turnover factors Mediated by Education need)

  • 본 연구는 프랜차이즈 직영점의 교육만족도가 교육요구도를 매개로 이직요인에 미치는 영향으로 이직률의 대비책을 마련하기 위해 실시하였다. 자료수집 방법은 설문지법으로 237부가 최종분석자료로 사용되었다. 결과는 첫째, 일반적 특성에 교육요구도를 분석한 결과 학력(F=5.655, p<.01), 이직요인을 분석한 결과 직급(t=-2.809, p<.01)에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 교육만족도는 교육요구도(r=-.16, p<.05)와 이직요인(r=-.18)과 유의한 부적 상관관계로 나타났으며, 교육요구도는 이직요인(r=.53, p<.01)과 유의한 정적 상관로 나타났다. 셋째, 이직요인에 디자이너(B=.25, t=2.332, p<.05)와 교육요구도(B=.88, t=9.313, p<.001)는 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 교육만족도와 이직요인에 교육요구도는 유의한 영향(β=.52, p<.001)으로 완전 매개하는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서 직영점의 종사자와의 소통과 교육 후 분기별 만족도와 요구도를 조사하고, 다양한 커리큘럼 교육으로 이직률을 낮출 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

위협인가 기회인가? 젠트리피케이션에 대응하는 예술기업가 연구 - 문래문화살롱 사례를 중심으로 - (Opportunity or Threat?: Case Study of an Arts Entrepreneur Responding to Gentrification)

  • 젠트리피케이션은 본래 도시의 낙후된 지역이 중산층 이상의 주거지 또는 상업 지구로 변화하는 과정을 의미한다. 도시재생에 대한 관심의 일부로 예술경영계에서 주목받고 있는 이 개념은 그러나 일반적으로 많은 예술가들의 터전을 빼앗는다는 부정적 의미를 지니며 위협으로 인식되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 젠트리피케이션의 위협을 줄이고 지역공동체에 대한 깊은 이해와 소명의식을 바탕으로 새로운 기회를 창출하는 데에 있어 예술기업가정신을 주목한다. 문헌연구를 통하여 예술기업가를 둘러싼 산업 구조적 특징을 경제, 조직, 개인 영역으로 분류하고, 젠트리피케이션의 위협적 요소에 대응하는 예술기업가의 7가지 요소를 도출한 후 이를 분석틀로 삼아 이미 젠트리피케이션이 상당히 진행된 서울 문래창작촌의 문화기업인 문래문화살롱을 운영하고 있는 한 예술기업가의 사례를 심층적으로 연구하였다. 단계별로 예술기업가의 소명의식, 적정규모 추구, 진정성 추구, 지역연계 강화, 투명한 리더십, 새로운 예술가/관객 개발의지, 브리콜라주의 7가지 요소가 젠트리피케이션의 위협을 줄이거나 오히려 기회로 만들어낼 수 있다는 가능성을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 젠트리피케이션의 진행 단계에 따라 장르별 예술가의 역할이 다를 수 있음을 발견하였으며, 장르별 예술가들 간의 갈등을 극복하고 커뮤니티와의 상생으로 도시의 가치를 높이도록 하는 예술기업가정신의 역할을 확인하였다.

Costume Design and Arts Management Making Use of Local Resources: Practical Research Towards Stimulating Growth of Tokuji in Yamaguchi-city

  • This paper is focused on practical research regarding costume design and arts management that make use of local resources and which are influenced by local culture of Tokuji in Yamaguchi-city, located in a mountainous area in Yamaguchi Prefecture in the western part of Honshu in Japan. We will examine possibilities in fashion design through this study. This was a practical research project, done with cooperation between the university and local industry, with priorities being assigned by the requests of residents of the Tokuji area. In 2011 the Aurinko, Tokuji, Talo (it means the Solar Tokuji Building in Finnish) was decided as the base of activities. Other functions were gradually added on, including a salon for people of the area to exchange ideas and workshops for group discussions. This paper will specifically be focused on the handmade paper peculiar to Tokuji and traditionally used as a material in fashion. The fashion designs developed by this researcher's laboratory were strongly influenced by these styles of paper. These costumes were made with a handmade paper called "Kamiko" in Japan, that is aesthetic sense has been historically cherished. This paper suggests that the affluence and depth of costume design may be expressed not only by directly borrowing from these influences, but also by borrowing the traditional aesthetic sense original to Japan. Thus this paper will examine industry and culture simultaneously, examining in particular the impact of arts management and costume design using handmade paper manufactured locally.
