  • Every construction company should consider the apartment price when building apartment houses because the sales price has a great impact on the rate of apartment sales. Here, the average apartment price and characteristics of an apartment complex are factors that determine the sales price. However, the existing apartment pricing method fails to properly reflect the weight of each factor. Therefore, the study investigates factors that impact the apartment price and importance of each factor. It examines the apartment pricing method taking into account of the weight.

  • The organization which is does sale activity in 21c, face a radical environment changes and high competition. To overcome from these situation, employee who is does sale in field are important to set sustainablity to the organization. A sales person is one of member in organizations, so they have a relation with other employee in process of job. To increase there performance and satisfaction, LMX is focused by many researchers. LMX can increase job satisfaction which can increase job performance thought organizational justice. And career of employee can has moderate effect between LMX and organizational justice. To figure out casual relationship among factors, researcher conduct a empirical analysis use 210 samples from SME saleman. Result of empirical study show us every hypothesis which researcher set up has supported. Based on this result, reseacher provide manageric implications and conclusions.

  • Lately, the Korean ginseng was confronted with the sale crisis in world markets from the various circumstance. One of important difficulties is overspreading of Korean ginseng imitative in foreign markets. In Korean markets also, chinese ginseng was imported illegally and manufactured as Korean ginseng, which was resulted in the damage of Korean ginseng brand. The most essential problem is misunderstanding of Korean ginseng's information in the foreigner. In this paper, we developed a genuine guarantee system to identify the true Korean ginseng through internet and geographic cording system of Korean ginseng products. This system can be applied to the enforcement of Korean ginseng sale to international markets.

The Effect of Demographic Factors on Children' Wear Buying Pattern, Media and Information Utilization, and Design Preference (paper no.2)

  • This paper is to analyze the effect of demographic factors on children' wear buying pattern, media and information utilization, and design preference. A total of 355 usable data was collected from house wives in three metropolitan cities(Seoul, Daejon, Bundang) in Korea. Correlation analysis showed that there were statistically significant correlation between demographic factors and clothing buying behavior, information utilization, and design preference. Also, Regression results showed that 8 Demographic Factors are significant predictors. The results with ANOVA showed that there were significant relationships between PURCHASE OCCASION and DISPLAY INFORMATION UTILIZATION, and showed that there were significant relationships (F=28.625, p=<.001) between PURCHASE MOTIVATION and SALES PERSON ADVICES UTILIZATION. Thus, both visuality and friendliness of service were affected by consumers. Considering the increasing importance of service quality in the retail VMD, sale promotion should be enhanced and sale person is needed to be trained to be friendly to all consumers regardless of product composition

LSTM-based Sales Forecasting Model

  • In this study, prediction of product sales as they relate to changes in temperature is proposed. This model uses long short-term memory (LSTM), which has shown excellent performance for time series predictions. For verification of the proposed sales prediction model, the sales of short pants, flip-flop sandals, and winter outerwear are predicted based on changes in temperature and time series sales data for clothing products collected from 2015 to 2019 (a total of 1,865 days). The sales predictions using the proposed model show increases in the sale of shorts and flip-flops as the temperature rises (a pattern similar to actual sales), while the sale of winter outerwear increases as the temperature decreases.

A Study on Determinants of Inventory Turnover using Quantile Regression Analysis (분위회귀분석을 이용한 재고회전율 결정요인 분석)

  • Purpose - This study attempts to analyze the determinants of inventory turnover by applying quantile regression analysis. Design/methodology/approach - By selecting the gross margin, capital intensity, and sale surprise as the determinants of inventory turnover, we investigate their effects on inventory turnover at the several quartiles (10%, 25%, 50%, 75%, 90%) of inventory turnover with quantile regression analysis. Findings - The effects of gross margin and capital intensity on inventory turnover are different for each quartile. But the effects of sale surprise on inventory turnover are not different for each quartile. Research implications or Originality -This study is the first attempt to examine the effects of inventory turnover determinants on inventory turnover by applying quantile regression analysis was not employed in the prior studies. Thus, this study is meaningful in that it shows the possible way to review inventory management strategies that can be applied differently to the firms with different inventory turnover levels.

  • Since the foreign currency crisis, Korean economy has suffered recession and the government launches residence and real estate policy in order to increase the demand and trade of real estate and to help the economy revitalization. 1 As a result, the rate of economy growth is shown the high increase with the figure of 10.9% in 1999 and 8.8% in 2000. However, it brings overheating market as a negative effect. Although, the government established the policy for the control of speculation, the policy causes instability of economy. This study is to analyze the effect between the residence policy and the housing cost since the foreign currency crisis through housing sale price estimation and housing lease price estimation and is to apply the basis data of the next residence policy.

  • In recent years, prices have risen sharply, and housing has become an object of investment. Accordingly, the expansion of the supply of public rental housing with publicity and the conversion of pre-sale are emerging as an alternative to stabilize the housing market. However, the method of calculating the pre-sale price applied for each rental period has a problem that there is a large difference from the construction cost at the time of construction As an improvement measure, there is a method of applying a conversion price for 5-year public rental housing and the price control. Each has its strengths and weaknesses, and we apply the most appropriate improvement measures in consideration of present and future values.

  • Increasing construction costs are required due to increasing the supply of small type houses with changes in multi-family housing trends. However, a sharp rise in the construction cost of small type houses can raise the sale price, threatening the stability of national housing. Therefore, this study aims to estimate the change in the construction cost of small type houses from the basic construction cost of the sale price ceiling system and suggest an improvement plan.

On Rupcumkyon : Monasteries with Sculptures at Sale, Salin, Legaing and Saku in Magway Region, Myanmar

  • There are many Rupcumkyon: - Monasteries with sculptures in Magway Region. But some were ruined and some are preserved and maintained still today. Most of the monasteries are built in Radanapon Period. But some are built in early Colonial Period. Nobilities and wealthy persons donated these monasteries to their learned Sayadaws. The architect used a lot of log in construction. Some monasteries have six stairways but other has four stairways. At these monasteries, sculptures were put on blusters. These were illustrations of extract from 547 Jataka stories and Dhammapada. Illustrations admonish the people not to do excessive craving and passion. These sculptures depict the art of sculpture, costume and adornment, and socio-economy of that Period under survey. This paper is to reveal and to explore the significant features in building monasteries and to compare each of the monasteries with sculptures at Sale, Salin, Legaing and Sagu in Magway Region.
