본 연구는 국내의 화재조사전문교육 운영 실태를 분석하고 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 연구결과 현재의 화재조사전문교육은 공적영역(소방, 경찰, 전기안전공사, 가스안전공사 등) 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며 중앙소방학교에서 실시하고 있는 교육이 가장 체계적인 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 사적영역(화재피해이재민, 일반국민 등)을 대상으로 하는 화재조사전문교육은 거의 이루어지고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위해서 현행 중앙소방학교를 평생교육체제로 전환하여 대학의 학위과정과 연계하고 소방방재청에서 시행하고 있는 화재조사관자격증 제도를 외부에 개방 및 학습수준별 5단계로 나누어 운영할 것을 제안하였다.

With the foundation of the WTO in 1995, the era of boundless and unlimited competition between many of the countries around the world has begun. In order to elevate the competitiveness in the international market, we have incorporated the QMS and the EMS system, establish by the International Standardization Organization, and the process has been operated under the authorization. However, many Korea companies' separate enforcement of the QMS and the EMS system is causing the dissipation of the labor force and the invested capital. As we can see through studying the contents on this paper, the number of documents has been reduced down to 54% (From 139 of them to 64 of them), and the conflict and the chaos that could have happened between the documents has been prevented. Its' outcome is attributed to the foundation and the embarkation on the Integrated Management Systems of the KS, QMS, and EMS. Not only that, it has also reduced the waste elements up to greater than 40%.

International Organization for Standardization has recently published ISO 9001:2008 which is the basic requirements for a quality management system that an organization must fulfil to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products that enhance customer satisfaction and meet applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Not many empirical researches based on ISO 9001:2008 have been done up until now. In this article we outline transitional features for ISO 9000 quality management system (QMS) since its first publication in 1987. In order to effectively maintain ISO 9001:2008 QMS certification and continuously enhance quality management activities, we perform statistical analysis for the minor nonconformity data generated from follow-up audits for subcontractors of shipbuilding industry based on ISO 9001:2008 requirements. A Kruskal-Wallis test is used to show relationships between the minor nonconformity data and three classification criteria: the type of business, the size of business, and the number of follow-up audits.

Normally, multiple socket-outlet is manufactured with soldered, welded permanent connection (termination). Because this procedure is very non-environmental and requires many labor forces, many companies skip this process. To solve this these problems, this research had to design permanent joint type multiple socket-outlet, develop safer multiple socket-outlet than is sold in markets. Progressing this research, we took 3 steps. First, we had to design device for fixing a frame suitable for multiple socket-outlet. Second, this multiple socket-outlet must pass fundamental standards through international standard (IEC 60884-1) and Korean standard (K 60884-1) tests. Third, it had to pass both several mechanical and electrical tests which is more strict than fundamental standards and vibration and impact tests following KS standards for enhancing its safety. After finishing 3 steps, we could obtain objective and fair data, develop environmental permanent joint type multiple socket-outlet without soldering crimped connection.

In this paper, we propose an optimized size for paramedic helmets as personal safety equipment for emergency medical technician. This identified priorities for advanced loT technologies that need to be attached to paramedic Helmets. Paramedic helmets with advanced technology have been developed others, but they have not been developed for Korea. The products of kinds do not exist in Korea. Based on the average size of Korean men's heads, this derived an optimized size for paramedic helmets. The optical width of this product would be 205 mm. The length would be 265 mm. The height would be 155 mm. The verified that this size meets the requirements of the authorizing certification institution. What paramedic most need in helmets is various kinds of functionality. The communication and information transmission features. In this study, many personal safety equipment for paramedics, including the extraction of an optimal size of strong emergency head-protection helmets to protect the head of the human body on helmets based on an design. We anticipate this result to be a basis for developing an even more sophisticated and functional paramedic helmet than those that currently exist.

This study attempted to improve frying powder products based on 272 consumers' purchase conditions. Factor analysis by type was conducted on purchase attributes of consumers who purchased frying powder by categorizing them based on five factors-namely, convenience, information, diversity, safety, and economy. Five main factors were divided into four purchase attributes named various pursuit, convenience pursuit, economical pursuit, and inform/safety pursuit. Purchasing status of frying powder products was analyzed according to three independent variables such as age, meal preparation type, and purchase attributes. The top motivation for using frying powder was convenience. According to the importance-satisfaction analysis survey, taste, expiration date, and certification mark were chosen as highly important and high satisfaction characteristics for frying powder (p<0.001), whereas nutrition, oil absorption, adhesiveness, crispiness, origin, and food additives were highly important and low satisfaction characteristics (p<0.001). In the conjoint analysis, crispiness was the most important attribute of fried food.

이 논문은 전통적인 해기국가인 한국과 필리핀에 있어서 해기교육 중 해상운송교육에 대해서 조사하여 상호 비교한다. 두 국가의 교육기관인 목포해양대학과 필리핀해양대학을 대상으로 하여 검토하였다. 양 교육기관의 교과과정과 교육훈련프로그램 및 STCW의 교육훈련과 당직기준의 요구사항을 포함한 교과과정과 교육체계의 차이점에 대해 비교 검토한다. 해기교육의 품질을 향상시키기 위하여 양 교육기관에서 살행되어야 할 바람직한 해기교육프로그램, 해사관련업계의 발전방향에 대하여 제안한다.

항공 수하물과 항공화물 컨테이너 등의 관리에 활용되고 있는 RFID는 항공기 장착 부품의 부품관리로 그 이용이 시도되면서 항공기 정비이력관리 등 정비업무에도 활용되는 등 항공업무에 그 활용도가 확산이 되고 있다. 그러나 RFID 태그와 리더기의 사용시 무선주파수 에너지 방출로 항공기의 운항에 대한 안전성 문제가 대두되고 있다. RFID 장치의 작동으로 미약한 전자파이긴 하지만 자유공간으로 방사되어 운항중인 항공기 내부의 신호를 전송하는 배선에 유기될 경우 장애가 우려되는 것이다. 그러므로 필수장비와 치명장비로 분류되는 항공기 전자장비 및 시스템에 대한 장애 평가를 사전에 필수적으로 수행 하여야 RFID 장치의 사용으로 인한 안전문제를 해결해 나갈 수 있다.

This study is for figuring out major components of construction quality infrastructure and suggesting improvement plan by benchmarking global best practice model and analyzing gap between the model and sample practice. Based on improvement plan, researcher could derive major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure, and also about the priority among core competency components of construction quality experts. The result showed that the 'human resource' was ranked the best priority followed by 'method' 'environment', 'equipment' among major characters and components of construction quality infrastructure. Also, for core competency components of construction quality experts, 'number of years in work places' was the best priority, and the 'professional knowledge on engineering' was another priority ranked. Far from general perception on competency components, 'academic education' ranked the last. It may allude that the current education system in this country is not effective in developing competency of quality engineers. In summary, this study shows professionalism of quality engineer is the most important thing in all the components.

Purpose-Meat plays an important role in the Chinese daily diet, however, due to the spread of COVID-19, food supply and safety have become a major concern. The safety and health features of chilled fresh meat have attracted the attention of consumers. To study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under the influence of the epidemic. Research methodology- The data were obtained by questionnaire survey, major issues include consumers' meat consumption habits in the wake of the COVID-19 and their awareness of meat product quality labels. In addition, the gender, age, family income, and other basic personal information of the interviewees were also counted. Based on the binary Logit regression method, we study consumers' purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for chilled meat under different demographic characteristics. Results-The results showed that brand and quality certification are important factors influencing purchases. In addition, the presence of children under the age of 12 in the household and the level of income and education also influence consumers' purchase intention of the chilled fresh meat. However, mart promotions and city ratings can significantly lower consumers' propensity to buy the chilled fresh meat. Apart from this, such factors as gender, age, and living conditions have no significant influence on consumers' purchase of chilled fresh meat.
