This paper reviewed the relationship among safety education/managerial factors, safety motivation and safety appliance, and the moderating effect of safety motivation. Based on the responses from 225 employees in small & medium manufacturing and construction industry, hierarchical regressional analysis showed that all education/managerial factors have positive relationships with safety motivation. Also, safety motivation has mediating effect between education/managerial factors(safety education, communication, system, precautionary activity) and safety appliance.

수소법이 제정됨에 따라 수소용품 4종이 검사대상제품으로 지정되었다. 수소용품의 종류는 수전해설비, 수소추출설비, 고정형 연료전지, 이동형 연료전지이다. 수소용품 검사를 위한 안전기준 제정은 각 수소용품별 위험요소를 정의하였고 위험요소를 예방하기 위한 안전기준을 수소용품 기준에 규정하였다. 각 수소용품 별 주요 안전기준은 수전해설비는 수소품질 및 안전제어, 수소추출설비는 독성물질 배출 방지 및 일산화탄소 배출 방지, 고정형 연료전지는 배출가스 규제 및 버너 안전성능, 이동형 연료전지는 진동안전성이 안전기준에 규정하여 안전성을 강화하였다.

Purpose - The purpose of this research was to suggest purchasing decision factors through understanding the context of purchasing behavior and to figure out variables related to purchasing decision, purchasing cognition, and attitude. Research design / data / methodology - By random sampling, 200 consumers who are over 20, have purchased Digital·home appliance on TV home shopping, and have lived in the Seoul area were chosen as sample subjects. Questionnaires data were obtained from all subjects by self-administration method. Results - Result of analysis could be summarized as following. Analysis of the cognition of digital/home appliance product features, and influence of digital/home appliance product feature to purchasing intention are presented in the following order; price (3.50), diversity (3.10), brand (3.00). Also, analysis of the cognition of TV home shopping feature and influence of TV home shopping feature to purchasing of digital/home appliance are presented in the following order; awareness (3.63), safety of delivery (3.38), safety of transaction (3.28), product test (3.27). Conclusions - Purchasing attention of TV home shopping features presented difference in awareness, safety of delivery, safety of transaction, and product testing factors. In order to vitalize home shopping, impossibility of quality confirmation should be overcome and reinforcement of brand power should be considered.

This paper provides a safety guideline for DC supplied home appliances through the comparative analysis of existing safety guideline for AC supplied home appliances. For this purpose, a predictive DC home appliance model is suggested and in special international safety standards of AC appliances are also analyzed. Moreover, a DC distribution system is built to verify the validity of the proposed safety guideline. The detailed analyzing process is explained with help of informative experimental results.

인구의 급속한 고령화에 따른 가정에서의 의료서비스나 건강관리를 위한 홈 헬스케어 및 실버케어 의료기기가 점차적으로 보급, 확대되고 있다. 또한 관련된 가정용 전기기기나 의료기기가 개발됨에 따라 이들기기의 공통 표준화가 필요하며 본 논문에서는 사용시에 가장 중요한 인체에 대한 전기적 안전에 관한 기준연구를 수행하였다.

Two dimensional modeling was carried out to find the safety distance between the defrost heater and the plastic inner wall of domestic refrigerator Estimation was processed for the three cases; the estimation of plastic wall temperature (1) without any protection, (2) with an aluminum foil attached on a wall, and (3) with an aluminum shield installed between heater and wall. The former two cases are found to be dangerous during defrosting process, because the temperatures of inner wall reach above 80'C , which is the upper temperature limit of the wall material. The case with an aluminum shield is considered to be safe by maintaining the temperature of the wall in the range of 6$0^{\circ}C$ during defrosting process.

개방형 순간 가스온수기는 설치와 관리가 적절히 되지 않아 일산화탄소 중독과 질식과 같은 인명사고를 발생시킬 수 있다. 연소기에 공기가 충분히 공급되지 않거나 배기구가 막히면 배기가스 중의 일산화탄소(CO)의 농도가 증가하는 특성을 보인다. 본 연구는 가정집에서 사용 중인 개방형 가스온수기를 회수하여 연소기 주변 공기 중산소농도 및 배기가스 중 CO농도의 변화를 확인하였다. 환기구 면적에 따른 산소농도 측정 실험에서 환기구의 면적이 바닥면적의 3.5%에서 산소농도가 약 17.7%로 나타났고, 배기구를 폐쇄한 상태에서 CO농도를 측정한 결과 4,000ppm이상이 측정되었다. 따라서 정기적으로 배기구를 점검하는 것이 환기구 크기보다 일산화탄소 중독사고를 예방하기 위하여 중요하다.

In this paper, for the development of a safe and reliable DC home appliance suitable for DC home power supply system, we classified a number of inherent problems with help of the comparative analysis of existing AC and new DC home appliance. Several new technical problems of DC home appliances are mainly linked to the DC transient state. Among them, this paper concentrates on start-up inrush current problem, uni-polarity problem, and heavy DC load control problem. And to address these problems, we herein present an implementation of robust safety circuits for DC home appliances. Specifically, we investigate several multi-circuit countermeasures and select the best among them through comparative evaluation, based on theoretical, simulational, and experimental results.

전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 전력의 공급과 전기안전은 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT 기술의 발전과 함께 융복합화된 제품개발이 이루어지면서 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전 점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신과 모듈의 성능 평가를 하고, PD, Arc 검출 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합 판정을 받은 제품에 대하여 KS, 전기안전 인증을 한다.

전력 공급과 전기안전은 전체 시스템과 네트워크에 대한 필수적인 요소이다. 전기안전기술은 u-IT, u-City 기반 기술의 발전과 함께 전력 u-IT 융복합화 제품개발은 제품에 대한 평가와 인증에 관한 연구가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 전력기기와 u-IT기기의 융복합화 제품을 u-City에 적용시킬 전기안전 통합감시시스템을 개발하기 위해, 전력기기 단말에서 가장 많이 사용되는 아울렛에서 접속불량 검출장치가 내장된 전력 u-IT 융복합화 기기를 만들었다. 또한 전기안전 통합감시시스템에서의 원격 안전점검을 위한 ZigBee, RFID의 센서를 이용하여 통신모듈과 제품의 기능에 대한 성능 평가를 하고, 누전, 고전압, Arc, 화재 검출 센서 진단 시스템에서 성능 실험 및 평가를 하여 적합판정을 받은 제품은 KS, 전기안전제품 인증을 한다.
