고분자 감웅성 LB막을 이용한 One-channel 가스센서의 개발연구 (A Study on Development of One-channel Gas Sensor Using Polymeric Sensitive LB Films)

  • The study on the development of one-channel gas sensor using the quartz crystal analyzer were attempted. The adsorption and desorption behavior of organic gases were investigated using the resonant frequency and resistance method of quartz crystal. The sensitive materials were deposited on the quartz crystal analyzer(QCA) by using Langmuir-Blodgett method. To investigate the response characteristics of organic vapours and response mechanism, resonant frequency-resonant resistance (F-R) diagram was used. In our experimental results, the response mechanism between sensitive LB film and organic vapours was obtained using F-R diagram. And the position of each organic vapour were different as to the kind and injection amount. Thus F-R diagram can be applied to one-channel gas sensor using the QCA and useful to analyze the response mechanism between organic vspours and sensitive LB films.

마모수명평가를 위한 TiN 경질박막의 마찰 및 마모특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Friction and Wear of TiN Film for the Wear-life Prediction)

  • Indentation, scratch and sliding tests were carried out in this paper to predict the critical loads and the failure modes of TiN-coated specimen. The test specimens were S20C steels with three different substrate hardness, roughness and coating thickness. The scratch test shows that the coating thickness has more dominant effect on the critical load of coated disk than the hardness and the roughness. Using the percent contact load, the ratio of sliding load to the critical scratch load, the cycles to failure are measured to predict the wear-life of TiN film. On the wear-life diagram the percent loads and the cycle to failure show the good linear relation on semi-log coordinate. With decreasing loads, the diagram shows the wear-limit at which the coated disk survives more than 4000 cycles.

  • This paper represents the application of a virtual plant simulator and a Ladder Diagram of PLC. A target plant is a material transport car that repeatedly conveys along the rails. The whole process is automatically operated by PLC. The simulation system consists of the POSFA PLC and the virtual plant simulator. We demonstrate that operation of a LD program corresponds to operation of the virtual plant simulator.

  • In this paper, coefficient diagram method is applied to a center position controller design of the web. The significant property of this controller is the designer can design the controller simultaneously a good balance of stability, response, and robustness. Manabe's CDM is useless for designing high-order plant. We proposed a modified CDM which can be called as approximated pole placement method. The practicality of the proposed method is shown through computer simulation.

  • 소프트웨어 산업계에서 재사용 단위가 객체보다 더 큰 컴포넌트 기반의 개발에 관심이 집중되고 있다. 그래서 모델링 언어인 UML과 컴포넌트가 운용되는 유연하고 확장성 높은 기반 아키텍처인 EJB를 이용한 기업형 시스템 개발이 요즘 기업에서 활발해지고 있다. UML과 EJB 각각에 대한 연구는 많이 진행되었지만, UML Model을 이용한 EJB Model 구현시의 mapping 기법에 관한 연구는 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 UML Modeling을 통해 Class diagram에서 추출된 Class들이 EJB로 구현될 때 실제로 어떤 Bean으로 Mapping 되는지에 대해 제시한다.

  • By implementing the Systems Engineering process for the aircraft preliminary design, functional analysis study is performed, hence Functional Interface Data Flow(FIDF) and Functional Flow Block Diagram(FFBD) are generated. Based on FIDF and FFBD, allocable and non-allocable design/performance/RM&S requirements are allocated to the appropriate levels. Weight and cost tracking and design margin management methodologies are studied and implemented for the balanced aircraft design.

  • This paper introduces the additional remote monitoring and remote setting functions needed to operate the distribution automation system effectively. we compare the additional functions with the old functions. The remote setting of minimum trip value of fault indicator is an example of additional function. It saves time and line-man's power. Also this paper describes the data transmission flow diagram for operation of distribution automation system using wireless communication method.

혼합냉매를 사용한 열펌프의 성능해석 (II) (Performance Analysis of a Heat Pump Using Refrigerant Mixtures (II))

  • Studies on the performance of a heat pump using non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures are done. In order to estimate the thermodynamic properties for the selected non-azeotropic refrigerant mixtures including R22/R152a, R22/R142b, R22/R114 and R13B1/R152a, Peng-Robinson equation of state is adopted. The pressure-enthalpy diagram and the temperature-entropy diagram are plotted for each refrigerant mixture. Considerations on the capacity modulation for the heat pump system using refrigerant mixtures are taken into. Results show that when the heating load varies, the possibility for the capacity modulation is found in the heat pump system using a compressor with constant volume flow rate. Under a constant heating capacity condition in the heat pump system, the coefficient of performance increases when the refrigerant mixtures are used. The volume flow rate decreases as the mass fraction of lower boiler increases in this case.

Z시험에 의한 선회권의 작도법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Method of Turning Circle Drawing by Z-test)

  • A navigator on bridge needs to know every kinds of motion characteristics of his vessel at sea. Generally when a vessel is completely built, the shipyard makes turning circle diagrams from the results of turing circle tests made during the sea trials for the reference of the vessel's owner. But referring only the data of a turning circle diagram, an officer on bridge can not figure out his vessel's maneuvering characteristics sufficiently, So nowadays the shipyard often adds Z test to turning circle test for more detail references. In this paper the author made Z and turning circle tests at the rudder angles of 15 and and 35 degress separately and in each of the case made a turrning circle diagram from the results of the turning circle test and the esults numerically calculated from mathematical formula made on the base of the maneuvering indices got from the Z test and compared them each other for the purpose of finding the correlations between them. Followings are concluded from the results. An actual turning circle diagram and a calculated one from the results of the Z test at same rudder angle coincides each other well when the center of the calculated circle is transferred by 1.7B toward the direction of the initial turning perpendicularly to the original course and 0.5L toward the direction in parallel with original course in case of the rudder angle of 35 degrees and 1.2B and 0.3L toward each of the above mentioned directions in case of rudder angle of 15 degrees.

  • 본 논문에서는 이미지를 통해 상품을 검색하고 이에 대한 상품 구입을 하는 쇼핑몰 시스템을 설계, 구현한다. 쇼핑몰 서비스에서, 이미지는 다양한 형태로 얻게 된다. 그림을 그릴 수 있는 그림판 기능, 패턴 및 도형 기반 상품 검색을 통해 다양한 형태의 이미지를 지원하는 특징이 있다. 이 쇼핑몰 시스템을 위하여 UML 사용사례 다이어그램과 클래스 다이어그램을 이용하여 설계하며, JSP를 이용하여 구현한다. 고객이 직접 찾는 디자인을 간단히 그리면 비슷한 그림의 상품이 나오게 되는 공간을 제작하며, 상품을 검색하고 이를 구매할 수 있는 시스템을 구현한다.
