광대싸리 줄기의 페놀성 화합물 (Phenolic Compounds from Stems of Securinega suffruticosa)

  • Twelve compounds were isolated from stems of Securinega suffruticosa. On the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence, they were identified as gallic acid, corilagin, tercatain, geraniin, bergenin, norbergenin, 4-O-galloylnorberg-enin, 11-O-galloylnorbergenin, (+)-catechin, gallocatechin, isoquercitrin and rutin.

  • 본 실험은 알팔파의 Allelopathy와 Autotoxicity에 관련되는 생리활성 물질의 분리, 정제, 동정하기 위하여 실시되었다. 알팔파 생잎 1kg을 80% MeOH로 추출하여 silica gel TLC와 DCCC의 분리와 정제과정을 거쳐 HPLC로 동정하였다. HLPC 분석결과 4개의 phenolic 물질(salicylic acid, rutin, quercetin, scopoletin) 등이 동정되었다. 이들 물질을 이용한 발아실험에서도 모두 알팔파의 발아와 생육에 억제적으로 작용하였으며, 이 중 quercetin의 처리가 가장 억제적이었다. 따라서 최소한 이들 물질이 알팔파의 Allelopathy와 Autotoxicity에 관련하는 것으로 생각되었다.

  • For the investigation of medicinal resource in Phyllanthus ussuriensis, the studies were conducted to evaluate the pharmaco-constituents in Phyllanthus ussuriensis, which is used as folk medicine in China. From the hot water extract of leaves, three phenolic compounds were isolated and identified as phloroglucinol, gallic acid and rutin by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic evidences$(IR,{\;}^1H-NMR,{\;}^{13}C-NMR{\;}and{\;}Mass,{\;}etc.)$.

  • Two carotenoids and four flavonoids were isolated from the whole plant of Artemisia sylvatica Max. Their structures were identified as ${\beta}-carotene$, lutein, luteolin, rutin, $pectolinarigenin-7-O-{\beta}-glucopyranoside$ and luteolin-7-O-neohesperidoside on the basis of spectroscopic means.

괴화의 염색성에 관한 연구 (The Study on the Mordanting and Dyeing Properties of Sophora Japonica L.)

  • This paper surveys the mordanting and dyeing properties of Sophora japonica L. Appropriate extraction, dyeing and mordanting condition of Sophora japonica L. were determined, and the effect of mordanting method on dye uptake and color fastness of dyed fabric was investigated. The maximum absorbance of Sophora japonica L. solution was 367.6mn, rutin solution was 365.6mn. The color of Sophora japonica L. solution was affected at pH 2 and pH 8~9. The optimum temperature to extract Sophora japonica L. was during 1 hour in 8$0^{\circ}C$. The effective dyeing temperature and time of silk were 10$0^{\circ}C$, 60min. K/S value of dyeing fabrics was increased by pre-mordanting treatment, especially Fe, Sn, Cr. In the case of Sophora japonica L. light fastness was increased by Fe mordanting. Perspiration fastness was better in acidic solution than that in alkaline solution. Fastness to rubbing and dry-cleaning were good in general.
