The Ministry of Agriculture, Food, and Rural Affairs is currently pushing forward policies targeting the Rural Convergence Industry initiative to incubate the front-runners of the '6th industry', to increase off-farm income, to create rural jobs for elderly, and to create women-based farms. As a result, in 2017, a total of 11,604 Rural Convergence Industries were in business, and the goods produced from those industries were diverse. However, the quality and safety of those products are not being checked and managed thoroughly, which has caused consumers to not trust products made from the Rural Convergence Industries. Through a survey and the ordering logit model, this study analyzed consumer perception of the safety and quality of goods from the Rural Convergence Industries. The analysis revealed that we must first raise awareness of the importance of rural agriculture areas and the products of the Rural Convergence Industries to uplift consumer perceptions regarding the products produced by the industries. The analysis also revealed that diverse points of distribution (sellers), education on the importance of rural and urban areas, and marketing Rural Convergence Industry products within suburban consumer populations are necessary to increase the consumption of these products.

This study analyze the certified management bodies for rural convergence industry promotion in Jeonnam province. The main results are as follows. Firstly, both certified management bodies and committee members are positive about the prospects of the 6^th industry, and they also agree on the need for 6^th Industrial accreditation system. Secondly, The 6^th industry affects "creation of value added" and "linked to regional agriculture." In other words, we can see that the 6^th industry can contribute to creating new values and linking regional agriculture. Finally, in order to foster certified management bodies for the 6^th industry, the management bodies put joint promotion, marketing and sales support on a priority basis, and was interested in supporting commercialization, such as on-site coaching, while the expert committee put priority on fostering the search for profit models, placing importance on supporting commercialization such as customized coaching.

This study started with drawing problems of early implementation and suggesting improvement plans in order to lead a rural convergence industrialization district system to early settlement and management for its policy goals. The study aimed at 13 districts that were designated from 2014 to 2016 for analyzing an actual condition of promoting early implementation, and went ahead with it combining literature research, interview survey and specialist opinion investigation. The study examined and organized an outline, policy goal, and actual condition of rural convergence industrialization district. Furthermore, it analyzed an actual condition of promoting at each stage such as designating processes of rural convergence industrialization districts, operating body and system, regulation improvement, district supporting projects and relating projects, drew problems and finally suggested improvement plans. This study could be meaningful because it is the first study to grasp an actual condition of promoting early implementation and to remedy problems in order to manage rural convergence industrialization district system which was newly promoted since 2014 for its policy goal. In addition, it suggests that the further study of the result after managing district system for a certain period of time should be needed.

The types of sixth industry to aim of boosting agriculture and rural areas and Korea's sixth industrial cases(Local community, production-centric, distribution-centric, dine out-centric, treatment-centric, export-centric) and competitiveness measures through Japan and China. Specifically, the competitiveness through the sixth industrial case is to maximize added value through cooperation between communities and to coexist among local residents. Efforts are needed not only to create jobs for the elderly but also to gain consumer confidence, and various measures should be sought to establish a cooperative system. In addition, as customers ' needs change rapidly in the smart age, the life cycle of goods and services is getting extremely faster. Therefore, the sixth industry is expected to be able to predict changes in customer and market trends quickly and accurately, thus making efforts to bring new products and services to market more necessary and contributing to achieving rural activation.

Promoting Rural industry development projects with the support of the Ministry for Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries had elapsed about 5 years old. Agency selected 30 municipalities they annually promoting business, its performance will be examined. The alternative analysis of the business problem and seeks to provide policy direction. Superior rural enterprises to build business through fostering rural industry than what the system of rural industries in the region to want to foster entrepreneurship, 6th industrialization area industrial structure for each of the items, and not continue to make policy judgments about the point of needis. Therefore, in this paper, so far, through the analysis of the performance of alternatives by sector presented.

The goal of this study is to deduce the image of city people on rural district, and to clarify the city people's demands on rural tour and their consciousness on green tourism. This study also aims to propose the effective ways of improving the environment of rural district to revitalize green tourism and to promote the exchange between urban and rural districts. The study results indicate that most city people have a warm-hearted lyric image on rural district. In addition, it is indicated that the city people like the rural district with beautiful scenery, which is easy to contact with nature. On the other hand, as the goal of green tourism, in addition to the contact with nature, the exchange between urban and rural districts and the understanding on the rural life through personal experience are also considered very important. Finally, the city people are classified into four types, and it is necessary to develop the green tour program with emphasis on the city people of overall-type.

This study analyzes the images of city residents on the landscape elements of the rural theme villages. The results of analysis bring the following conclusions. 1) Important factor of rural landscape with worth preserving is natural landscape such as dense forests, trees and creek. 2) Natural landscape such as forests and trees is evaluated high in image-assessment as well. However, it is evaluated low in the image of "Diversity", therefore, various species of trees need to be preserved. 3) In the future, people who spent their life only in the city would be the main stream of Green-tourism, and their structure of image-assessment needs to be reorganized.

This study analyzes the behaviors and images of city residents on the six Gyeongsangbuk-do rural theme villages. The results of analysis bring the following conclusions. 1) Behaviors of city residents are related with the images on rural villages. In addition, the better the image is, the higher their behaviors' needs. 2) Behaviors' needs become higher on the village as the image on 'Scale type' becomes better. 3) Especially, in case of Gimcheon and Gyeongju, we find a strong relationship between the images of 'Scale type' and 'Magnificent type' and behaviors; these villages should raise the scale and standard of villages by certain point.

According to the statistics, Korea is expected to reach a super-aged society in 2025. In preparation for an aging society, The government is making efforts to improve in social activity and welfare for the elderly people. But in case of people who live in urban-rural mixed cities, They can not benefit from traffic convenience that is essential in social activities. For example, surveys and interviews show that, The dwellers(65+ of some urban-rural mixed cities) have many restrictions on social activities because of mobility disadvantage. Therefore, We propose that expansion for the people who need to use the voucher taxi, Increase of the public bus service and rebuilding of the bus stop terminal. We are looking forward to this study will be used as basic data for transportation policy of urban-rural mixed cities across the country.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in eastern China. Comparative analysis of the efficiency of provincial financial support for rural industrial revitalization in eastern China can provide reference for various provinces to formulate financial policies for rural revitalization. In the research process, 5 evaluation indicators were selected using the panel data of the 2016-2021 "China Financial Statistical Yearbook" and "China Statistical Yearbook", and the DEA and Malmquist index methods were used for calculation. The results show that the average efficiency of financial support for rural revitalization in the 10 eastern provinces from 2015 to 2020 was generally higher, with the efficiency values all higher than 0.8, and reached 0.908 in 2017. The comprehensive efficiency of financial support for rural industry revitalization in Tianjin, Shanghai and Hainan has reached the best. From 2015 to 2020, the total factor productivity of financial support for rural industry revitalization in the eastern region has a "V"-shaped fluctuation. Total factor productivity has the fastest growth. The provinces are Beijing, Hebei and Shandong showing negative growth. It is recommended that relevant provinces improve their strategies for financial support for the revitalization of rural industries. The scope of future research should be expanded to most areas of China and the evaluation indicators should be optimized.
