식생유니트형 LID 시스템의 우수유출 지연효과에 대한 SWMM 전산모의와 인공강우 모니터링 간의 유의성 분석 (Analysis of Significance between SWMM Computer Simulation and Artificial Rainfall on Rainfall Runoff Delay Effects of Vegetation Unit-type LID System)

  • 본 연구는 식생기반 LID 시스템 모델을 기반으로 생태적 구성요소의 성능 분석 방향을 제시하기 위해, SWMM 전산모의와 강우·유출 모의장치를 이용하여 모니터링 결과 간의 통계적 유의성을 분석하고, 시스템 사전설계에 요구되는 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 또한, 선행연구에서 상대적으로 논의가 부족했던 식생기반 LID 시스템의 토양, 식생 모델 및 분석 방안을 종합하고, 장치형 LID 시스템을 대체할 수 있는 성능 정량화 방향을 제시하려 한다. 인공강우재현 모니터링 40분 경과 후 실험구와 대조구 모두 최대강우강도인 142.91mm/hr(n=3, sd=0.34), 142.24mm/hr(n=3, sd=0.90)로 집계되었다. 우량주상도 대비 10분, 50분 구간은 낮은 강우강도가 재현되었으며, 20분, 30분, 40분 구간은 높은 강우강도가 확인되었다. 우수유출 지연효과의 경우, 실험구의 유출강도 저감량은 대조구의 최대유출강도가 발생된 50분에 0.46mm/min을 기록하여, 79.8% 저감된 것으로 분석되었다. 전산모의의 경우, 실험구의 유출강도 저감량은 대조구의 최대유출강도가 발생된 50분에 0.05mm/min을 기록하여, 99.1% 저감된 것으로 모의되었다. 최대 강우유출강도의 경우, 실험구(Dv=30.35, NSE=0.36)는 인공강우 모니터링과 SWMM 전산모의가 동일하게 70분에 각각 0.77mm/min, 1.06mm/min을 기록하였다. 대조구(Dv=17.27, NSE=0.78)도 동일하게 50분에 각각 2.26mm/min, 2.38mm/min으로 집계되었다. 상기 연구결과를 통해 강우·유출 모의장치와 SWMM 전산모의 간의 통계적 유의성을 통해 단일 식생이 적용된 LID 시스템의 우수유출저감 성능의 사전설계 방향을 제시할 수 있었다. 또한, LID 시스템의 토양, 식생 모델 및 분석방법을 종합하여, 사전설계와 연계 가능한 식생 및 토양 부문의 매개변수 정량화 방안이 정리되었다. 다만, 단일 식생기반 LID 시스템으로 유형과 물리적 변수가 제한되었고, 모니터링, 전산모의 결과 간의 통계적 유의성 보정에 요구되는 알고리즘 연구가 후속되어야 할 것으로 판단된다.

  • Single phase induction motor is used widely in various electronic appliances by advantage that is simple structure and a low-cost. As high starting torque characteristic is mostly used capacitor run single phase induction motor. In this paper, it is applied that speed controller of Capacitor run single phase induction motor of digital way used general microprocessor, and phase control method used average voltage. Torque get non-linearity to domain of low speed. Unstable domain of low speed is applied of integral cycle control. so it is wide that Speed control domain. Also, PID controller is used to improve characteristic of fast response. The validity of proposed method is verified from simulation and experiment result

  • In this paper an ANFIS(Adativo Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System)- based fault detection and diagnosis for a closed loop control system is proposed. The proposed diagnostic system contains two ANFIS. One is run as a parallel model within the model in closed loop control(MCL) and the other is run as a series-parallel model within the process in closed loop(PCL) for the generation of relevant symptoms for fault diagnosis. These symptoms are further processed by another classification logic with simple rules and neural network for process and controller fault diagnosis. Experimental results for a DC shunt motor control system illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed diagnostic scheme.

  • Overlay parameter control of the semiconductor photolithography process is researched in this paper. Overlay parameters denote the error in superposing the current pattern to the pattern previously created. The reduction of the overlay deviation is one of the key factors in improving the quality of the semiconductor products. The semiconductor process is affected by numerous environment and equipment factors. Through process condition prediction and control, the overlay inaccuracy can be reduced. Generally, three types of process condition change exist; uncontrollable white noise, slowly changing drift, and abrupt condition shift. To effectively control the aforementioned process changes, control scheme using adaptive deadband is proposed. The suggested approach and existing control method are cross evaluated through simulation.

  • Performance of the group cumulative sum(CUSUM) control scheme using multiple univariate CUSUM charts is more sensitive to the change of quality control(QC) characteristics than the control chart scheme based on the Hotelling statistics. We examine three group charts for multivariate normal data sets simulated with various correlation structures and shift directions in the mean vector. These group schemes apply the orginal measurement vectors, the scaled residual vectors from the regression of each variable on all others and the principal component vectors respectively to calculating the CUSUM statistics. They are also compared to the multivariate QC charts based on the Hotelling statistic by estimating average run lengths, coefficients of variation of run length and ranks in signaling order. On the basis of simulation results, we suggest a control chart scheme appropriate for specific quality control environment.

Multivariate Shewhart control charts for monitoring the variance-covariance matrix

  • Multivariate Shewhart control charts are considered for the simultaneous monitoring the variance-covariance matrix when the joint distribution of process variables is multivariate normal. The performances of the multivariate Shewhart control charts based on control statistic proposed by Hotelling (1947) are evaluated in term of average run length (ARL) for 2 or 4 correlated variables, 2 or 4 samples at each sampling point. The performance is investigated in three cases, that is, the variances, covariances, and variances and covariances are changed respectively.

  • A systematic methodology has been proposed to establish a reliable design of water pump system. A simplified steady-state dynamic model of water pump system has been developed to study the response of water pump system to the dynamic load mainly due to the run-out and unbalance. Design modifications are needed to strengthen the structural integrity of existing designs. Increasing the natural frequency of system is pursued to prevent a resonance from occurring in the engine excitation range. A computational reliability methodology combined with finite element analysis is used to identify the most significant factor affecting the system performance. This method considered influence of design control parameters for the performance of design. By including control factors to the system model in a systematic way, more reliable design is expected.

Novel Soft Starting Algorithm of Single Phase Induction Motors by Using PWM Inverter

  • This paper proposes a novel soft starting algorithm by using PWM inverter technique to control an amplitude of the motor starting current at a single-phase induction motor (SPIM). Traditional SPIM starting methods such as a Split-Phase, Capacitor-Start, Permanent-Split Capacitor (PSC), Capacitor-Start Capacitor-Run (CSCR), basically cannot control the magnitude of starting current due to the fixed system structures. Therefore, in this paper, a soft starting algorithm based on a proportional resonant (PR) control with a variable and constant frequency is proposed to reduce the inrush current and starting up time. In addition, a transition algorithm for operation modes is devised to generate a constant voltage and constant frequency (CVCF). The validity and effectiveness of the proposed soft starting method and transition algorithm are verified through experimental results.

툴 체인지 방식 멀티 노즐 3D프린터의 설계 및 제작 (Design and Fabrication of Tool Change Multi-nozzle FDM 3D Printer)

  • To cater to the transition from single-color to multicolor/multi-material printing, this paper proposes a cartridge-replacing type multi-nozzle Fused Depositon Modeling(FDM) three-dimensional (3D) printer. In the test printing run, tool change failure/wobble/layer shift occurred. It was confirmed that improper support was the cause of this tool change failure. As a solution, spline and electromagnetic cartridges were designed. Wobble was caused by machine vibration and the motor stepping out. To minimize wobble, an additional Z-axis was installed, and the four-point bed leveling method was used instead of the three-point bed leveling method. The occurrence of layer shift was ascribed to the eccentricity of the Z-axis lead screw. Therefore, slit coupler was replaced with an Oldham type. In addition to the mechanical supplementation, the control environment was integrated to prevent accidents and signal errors due to wire connections. Before the final test printing run, a rectifier circuit was added to the motor to secure precise control stability. The final test printing run confirmed that the wobble/layer shift phenomenon was minimized, and the maximum error between layers was reduced to 0.05.
