Strong earthquakes have caused substantial losses in recent years, and earthquake risk prevention has aroused a significant amount of attention. Earthquake risk prevention products can help improve the self and mutual-rescue abilities of people, and can create convenient conditions for earthquake relief and reconstruction work. At present, it is difficult for earthquake risk prevention information systems to meet the information requirements of multiple scenarios, as they are highly specialized. Aiming at mitigating this shortcoming, this study investigates and analyzes four user roles (government users, public users, social force users, insurance market users), and summarizes their requirements for earthquake risk prevention products in the whole disaster chain, which comprises three scenarios (pre-quake preparedness, in-quake warning, and post-quake relief). A targeted recommendation rule base is then constructed based on the case analysis method. Considering the user's location, the earthquake magnitude, and the time that has passed since the earthquake occurred, a targeted recommendation model is built. Finally, an Android APP is implemented to realize the developed model. The APP can recommend multi-form earthquake risk prevention products to users according to their requirements under the three scenarios. Taking the 2019 Lushan earthquake as an example, the APP exhibits that the model can transfer real-time information to everyone to reduce the damage caused by an earthquake.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to understand fans' perception of the MLS. Particularly, this study investigates both the avid fan's perception of the MLS as well as the same perception in a potentially larger audience. This study aims at (1) segmenting the findings into three groups, (2) understanding the characteristics of these groups from the sport marketing prospective and (3) comparing the three groups to see whether there are any similarities and differences. Research design, data, and methodology: Using motivational factors alongside the 4P's of marketing, these three segments were analyzed and their similarities and differences were compared. An online survey was created and distributed through different MLS databases. Results: Prior to the distribution, a few hypotheses were made regarding the motivational factors of fans; specifically, that the quality of play has led to a lack of interest in the league and that the presence of star athletes has the potential to bring in more fans for the league. The quality of play and star athletes are important and thus a bigger emphasis needs to be placed on the designated player rule. At the same time, more television coverage as well as more exhibition games with international teams can generate more buzz for the league and garner more fans. Conclusions: This study explored motivational factors which support fanship of Major League Soccer. Further implications were discussed.

Classification result by comprehensive analysis of rhythm section and heartbeat unit makes a reliable diagnosis of heart disease possible. In this paper, based on feature-points of ECG signals, rhythm analysis for constant section and heartbeat unit is conducted using rule-based classification and SVM-based classification respectively. Rhythm types are classified using a rule base deduced from clinical materials for features of rhythm section in rule-based classification, and monotonic rhythm or major abnormality heartbeats are classified using multiple SVMs trained previously for features of heartbeat unit in SVM-based classification. Experimental results for the MIT-BIH arrhythmia database show classification ratios of 68.52% by rule-based method alone and 87.04% by fusion method of rule-based and SVM-based for 11 rhythm types. The proposed fusion method is improved by about 19% through misclassification improvement for monotonic and arrangement rhythms by SVM-based method.

In this paper, we propose the active rule system applying with emotional margin for power saving control. The proposed system in this paper is a part of the system which derives smart power saving by adjusting the illuminance using active rules within compromising the user's emotion. For this, we set the specific range of standard illuminance and the lower bound of user's emotional margin of illuminance based on measurements and analysis, and use these data in design of active rules. And then, we design and implement the active rule system using mobile agent. The mobile agent in the proposed system migrates to the destination sensor nodes, acquires and transmits sensor data according to the purpose and needs through the active rules, and directly executes the actions corresponding to the optional events(changed sensor data and/or time etc.). And then, we show the potential applicability of the proposed active rule system in various active sensor network applications through the interaction with the rule base and mobile sensor network middleware system.
The number of web service user is increasing steadily as web-based service is offered in various form. But, web service has a vulnerability such as SQL Injection, Parameter Injection and DoS attack. Therefore, it is required for us to develop Web IDS system and additionally to offer Rule-base intrusion detection/response mechanism against those attacks. However, existing Web IDS system didn't correspond properly on recent web attack mechanism because they didn't including suitable pre-processing procedure on huge web log data. Therfore, we propose an efficient web log pre-processing mechanism for enhancing rule based detection and improving the performance of web IDS base attack response system. Proposed algorithm provides both a field unit parsing and a duplicated string elimination procedure on web log data. And it is also possible for us to construct improved web IDS system.

Objectives: In order to establish a base for proper treatment and management of patients with dermal problems through correct diagnosis, I considered the naming rule for dermatology in Oriental Medicine, referring to the dermatology literature compared to western medicine. In addition, this paper examines the characteristic classification of dermatology. Methods: I examined the naming rule of dermatology in Oriental Medicine and then compared the disease names in Oriental and Western medicine and the characteristic classification of dermatology referred to the records. Results: The dermal diseases have been named according to their colors and morphologies, causes, progress of symptoms, recurrent sites, the character of distribution, recurrent seasons, ages, the character of patients' jobs and locations. Sometimes some have been named by referring to their main morphologies, sites, causes, colors and seasons synthetically. However it was found some names for dermal diseases, even though the same diseases, had been named differently according to for example: historical times, condition of locations and the quality of doctors whose process of naming developed and changed over time. The relationship between Oriental and Western medicine of each name for dermal diseases is basically divided into 5 types: same names - same diseases; same names but different diseases; same diseases but different names; one disease with multiple names; and one name with multiple diseases. Considering the methods of classification, these were generally achieved according to their places of origin. It is a method unique to Oriental medicine that we classified some dermal diseases into 疥, 癬, 瘡, 風, 丹, 疱, 疹, 癰, 痘, 疽 and so on and it is very easy to diagnose which part they belong to. This was classified by putting first the causes of diseases; for instance: viruses, bacteria, fungi. Sometimes, however there was a problem, connected to the classification of morphology. Conclusions: I suggest that we need to unify and refine dermatological terms in Oriental Medicine in order to establish a base for proper treatment and management of patients with dermal problems through correct diagnoses.

The fusion of fuzzy set theory and neural networks technologies have concentrated on applying neural networks to obtain the optimal rule bases of fuzzy logic system. Unfortunately, this is very hard to achieve due to limited learning capabilities of neural networks. To overcome this difficulty, we propose a new approach in which rough set theory and neuro-fuzzy fusion are combined to obtain the optimal rule base from input/output data. Compared with conventional FNN, the proposed algorithm is considerably more realistic because it reduces overlapped data when construction a rule base. This results are applied to the construction of inference rules for controlling the temperature at specified points in a refrigerator.

Selecting suppliers in the global supply chain is the very difficult and complicated decision making problem particularly due to the various types of supply risk in addition to the uncertain performance of the potential suppliers. This paper proposes a multi-phase decision making model for supplier selection under supply risks in global supply chains. In the first phase, the model suggests supplier selection solutions suitable to a given condition of decision making using a rule-based expert system. The expert system consists of a knowledge base of supplier selection solutions and an "if-then" rule-based inference engine. The knowledge base contains information about options and their consistency for seven characteristics of 20 supplier selection solutions chosen from articles published in SCIE journals since 2010. In the second phase, the model computes the potential suppliers' general performance indices using a technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS) based on their scores obtained by applying the suggested solutions. In the third phase, the model computes their risk indices using a TOPSIS based on their historical and predicted scores obtained by applying a risk evaluation algorithm. The evaluation algorithm deals with seven types of supply risk that significantly affect supplier's performance and eventually influence buyer's production plan. In the fourth phase, the model selects Pareto optimal suppliers based on their general performance and risk indices. An example demonstrates the implementation of the proposed model. The proposed model provides supply chain managers with a practical tool to effectively select best suppliers while considering supply risks as well as the general performance.
The corneal structure and function changes somewhat with aging. We were performed the analysis of women college students on the base curve, power, and astigmatism axis of the cornea by keratometer. All women subjects were between the ages of 19 and 20 years. On the corneal base curve. the right eye of the ages of 19 was 7.64 mm in vertical and 7.81 mm in horizontal. But, the left eye was 7.65 mm in vertical and 7.83 mm in horizontal on the other hand, the right and left eye of the ages of 20 was 7.72 mm in vertical and 7.75 mm in horizontal. On the corneal diopter power, the right eye of the ages of 19 was 44.21 diopter in vertical and 43.32 diopter in horizontal. But, the left eye was 44.23 diopter in vertical and 43.24 diopter in horizontal. On the other hand, the right eye of the ages of 20 was 43.67 diopter in vertical and 43.62 diopter in horizontal. But, the left eye was 43.73 diopter in vertical and 43.6 diopter in horizontal. According to the corneal astigmatism axis style, the right eye of the ages of 19 have 83% positive for with the rule astigmatism, and 16% positive for against the rule astigmatism. But, the left eye of the ages of 19 have 86% positive for with the rule astigmatism, and 12% positive for against the rule astigmatism. On the other hand, the right eye of the ages of 19 have 56% positive for with the rule astigmatism, and 44 % positive for against the rule astigmatism. But, the left eye of the ages of 20 have 56% positive for with the rule astigmatism, and 41% positive for against the rule astigmatism. According to the diopter power of corneal astigmatism. The right eye of the ages of 19 have 36% positive for behind 1 diopter and left eye have 31%. But, the right and left eye of the ages of 20 have 37.5%. The right and left eye of the ages of 19 have 42% positive for 1 diopter, and the right eye of the ages of 20 have 34.4% positive for 1 diopter and the left eye have 43.8%. The right eye of the ages of 19 have 12% positive for 2 diopter and left eye have 22%. But, the right eye of the ages of 20 have 15.6% positive for 2 diopter and the left eye have 12%. The right eye of the ages of 19 have 4% positive for 3 diopter and left eye have 3%. But, the left eye of the ages of 20 have 3% positive for 3 diopter and the left eye have 6%. On the other hand, the right eye of ages of 19 have 6% positive over 4 diopter, and the left eye have 2%. But, the right eye of ages of 20 have only 9% positive over 4 diopter.
In this research, an expert system has been developed to select optimum well-matched fusible interlinings with a face fabric. First, a database of face fabrics and fusible interlinings has been constructed. And knowledge acquisition has been performed from the previous studies about the properties of fusible interlinings and fused composites as well as fusing prsocess quality control. Then, a rule-based knowledge-base has been constructed through knowledge classification. Finally, we have constructed an inference engine with the knowledge-base. The expert system enables us to easily select optimum fusible interlinings for a face fabric considering high quality fused composites and fashion trend.
