<고령자-대학생>의 홈셰어 운영에 관한 분석 - 서울시 4개 자치구를 중심으로 - (Anaysis on Management about the Intergenerational Homeshare by Senior-Young Student - Focusing on 4 Districts in Seoul, Korea -)

  • The Homeshare program, which was introduced in 2012, has been implemented with the purpose of reduction of housing costs for young students and economic support for the senior to prevent isolation and help themselves. Nonetheless, the program has not being activated and the research about it has not progressed well. Therefore, this study as a basic research of the program aims to analyze and evaluate the program in progress in district offices to push it forward. This study was undertaken on documentary research and interviews, which analyzed advanced researches and open materials from the websites of district offices. The interviews were conducted in 4 gu-district offices (Nowon-gu, Gwangjin-gu, Seodaemun-gu, and Seongdong-gu) and did interviews with officials in charge on July in 2015. The result of this study is as follows. First, the Homeshare is being activated around the university town, which has advantage of housing welfare aspects for young students and social welfare aspects for the senior. Second, the support structures of the Homeshare can be categorized as the gu-districts offices, local resources and different structures funded by the Seoul City. Third, the process of the Homeshare takes 5 steps consisted of advertisement, reception/counseling, matching, contract, follow-up management. Fourth, the matching makes it a rule to match the same gender considering safety. In the case of the participation of the official in charge, it has a advantage of solving problems that can occur when the matching, which can lead to smooth progress. Fifth, joint consultation is divided into the contract among participants and the contract between participants and the gu-district office. Sixth, the follow-up management takes rather passive approaches such as calls once or twice a month and visits when necessary. For the activation of the Homeshare, it is required to improve it through the various methods such as regular visits, satisfaction researches and so on. This study resulted from investigating and analyzing the Homeshare operation system between generations will be considered to be a reference to the underlying management.

분류 우선순위 적용과 후보정 규칙을 이용한 효과적인 한국어 화행 분류 (Effective Korean Speech-act Classification Using the Classification Priority Application and a Post-correction Rules)

  • 화행이란 발화 속에 포함되어 있는 화자에 의해 의도된 언어적 행위이다. 대화 시스템에서 입력된 발화에 적합한 화행을 분류하는 것은 중요하다. 기존의 화행분류에 관한 연구는 규칙기반과 기계학습 기반의 방법을 많이 사용한다. 본 논문에서는 대표적인 기계학습 방법인 지지벡터기계(SVM)와 변환기반 학습(TBL)을 조합한 화행 분류 방법을 제안한다. 이를 위해, 화행별 학습 발화의 수에 기반하여 분류 우선순위를 조정함으로써 지지벡터기계의 분류 편향 문제를 해결하였고, 오답일 확률이 높은 분류 결과에 대해서 변환 기반 학습을 통해 생성된 보정 규칙을 적용함으로써 화행분류 성능을 개선하는 방법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 화행별 학습 발화 수의 차이를 고려한 분류 우선순위 변화와 후보정 규칙을 이용한 화행분류 방법을 실험을 통해 평가하였으며, 이는 학습 발화 수가 낮은 화행의 우선순위를 고려하지 않은 기존의 화행 분류보다 성능이 향상되었다.

피로 및 내구성을 고려한 LNG 저장탱크의 수명평가 프로그램 개발 (The Development of Life Evaluation Program for LNG Storage Tank considering Fatigue and Durability)

  • LNG 산업의 핵심시설인 LNG 저장탱크는 주로 9% 니켈강형 내조와 프리스트레스 콘크리트의 외조로 구성되어 있다. 1896년 상업운전 이후 내조의 피로와 외조의 내구성 저하로 인한 구조물 성능 열화의 위험성 증대에 선제적으로 대응할 수 있도록 수명평가 프로그램이 필요하다. 이 연구는 LNG 저장탱크의 내조에 대해 피로평가와 외조의 내구성(탄산화, 염해)을 평가할 수 있는 수명평가 프로그램을 개발하였다. 내조 탱크는 3가지의 주요 시나리오를 정의하여 구조해석과 마이너 손상법칙이 적용된 피로수명 해석이 수행된다. 외조 탱크의 탄산화 평가는 이산화탄소 함량과 침투 깊이 데이터를 이용하여 콘크리트 피복두께에 따른 탄산화 진전을 예측한다. 외조 탱크의 염해 평가는 다양한 입력조건 고려와 신뢰도 있는 결과를 도출하기 위해 공개 프로그램인 Life-365프로그램에 연계하는 방안으로 구축하였다.

Yaw wind effect on flutter instability of four typical bridge decks

  • When evaluating flutter instability, it is often assumed that incident wind is normal to the longitudinal axis of a bridge and the flutter critical wind speed estimated from this direction is most unfavorable. However, the results obtained in this study via oblique sectional model tests of four typical types of bridge decks show that the lowest flutter critical wind speeds often occur in the yaw wind cases. The four types of bridge decks tested include a flat single-box deck, a flat ${\Pi}$-shaped thin-wall deck, a flat twin side-girder deck, and a truss-stiffened deck with and without a narrow central gap. The yaw wind effect could reduce the critical wind speed by about 6%, 2%, 8%, 7%, respectively, for the above four types of decks within a wind inclination angle range between $-3^{\circ}$ and $3^{\circ}$, and the yaw wind angles corresponding to the minimal critical wind speeds are between $4^{\circ}$ and $15^{\circ}$. It was also found that the flutter critical wind speed varies in an undulate manner with the increase of yaw angle, and the variation pattern is largely dependent on both deck shape and wind inclination angle. Therefore, the cosine rule based on the mean wind decomposition is generally inapplicable to the estimation of flutter critical wind speed of long-span bridges under skew winds. The unfavorable effect of yaw wind on the flutter instability of long-span bridges should be taken into consideration seriously in the future practice, especially for supper-long span bridges in strong wind regions.

병렬설비를 위한 주기적 일정계획 (Periodic Scheduling Problem on Parallel Machines)

  • 일정계획은 오프라인(offline) 일정계획과 온라인(online) 일정계획으로 구분할 수 있고, 본 논문은 온라인 상황에서 병렬설비의 주기적 일정계획 수립문제를 다룬다. 도착시간(ready time)이 다른 여러 작업들에 대해 makespan을 최소화하기 위한 작업 일정계획 알고리즘 개발이 목적이다. 이를 위해 각 설비에서의 작업처리 순서는 ERD(Earliest Ready Date) 규칙에 따른 순서가 최적임을 밝혔다. 각 설비 별 배정 작업도 결정 해야하는 병렬설비 문제를 위해서는 혼합정수계획모형(MIP)을 이용하는 알고리즘을 제시하였다. 개발한 알고리즘의 유용성과 성능분석을 위해 수치 예를 활용하여 오프라인 일정계획과 비교하였다. 비교분석 결과, 오프라인 일정계획에 비해 매우 빠른 시간에 일정계획을 수립할 수 있음을 보였고, 주기시간의 감소를 통한 makespan의 단축 가능성을 보였다. 본 논문의 주기적 일정계획 방법은 계획수립을 위한 시간이 매우 작으므로, 설비 및 작업의 수가 많은 온라인 환경에서도 활용할 수 있다. 더불어서 스마트공장이나 블록체인 플랫폼에서의 작업일정 수행을 위해 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

A study on the working mechanism of internal pressure of super-large cooling towers based on two-way coupling between wind and rain

  • In the current code design, the use of a uniform internal pressure coefficient of cooling towers as internal suction cannot reflect the 3D characteristics of flow field inside the tower body with different ventilation rate of shutters. Moreover, extreme weather such as heavy rain also has a direct impact on aerodynamic force on the internal surface and changes the turbulence effect of pulsating wind. In this study, the world's tallest cooling tower under construction, which stands 210m, is taken as the research object. The algorithm for two-way coupling between wind and rain is adopted. Simulation of wind field and raindrops is performed iteratively using continuous phase and discrete phase models, respectively, under the general principles of computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Firstly, the rule of influence of 9 combinations of wind speed and rainfall intensity on the volume of wind-driven rain, additional action force of raindrops and equivalent internal pressure coefficient of the tower body is analyzed. The combination of wind velocity and rainfall intensity that is most unfavorable to the cooling tower in terms of distribution of internal pressure coefficient is identified. On this basis, the wind/rain loads, distribution of aerodynamic force and working mechanism of internal pressures of the cooling tower under the most unfavorable working condition are compared between the four ventilation rates of shutters (0%, 15%, 30% and 100%). The results show that the amount of raindrops captured by the internal surface of the tower decreases as the wind velocity increases, and increases along with the rainfall intensity and ventilation rate of the shutters. The maximum value of rain-induced pressure coefficient is 0.013. The research findings lay the basis for determining the precise values of internal surface loads of cooling tower under extreme weather conditions.

과탐지 감소를 위한 NSA 기반의 다중 레벨 이상 침입 탐지 (Negative Selection Algorithm based Multi-Level Anomaly Intrusion Detection for False-Positive Reduction)

  • 인터넷이 빠르게 성장함에 따라 네트워크 공격기법이 변화되고 새로운 공격 형태가 나타나고 있다. 네트워크상에서 알려진 침입의 탐지는 효율적으로 수행되고 있으나 알려지지 않은 침입에 대해서는 오탐지(false negative)나 과탐지(false positive)가 너무 높게 나타난다. 또한, 네트워크상에서 지속적으로 처리되는 대량의 패킷에 대하여 실시간적인 탐지와 새로운 침입 유형에 대한 대응방법과 인지능력에 한계가 있다. 따라서 다양한 대량의 트래픽에 대해서 탐지율을 높이고 과탐지를 감소할 수 있는 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 네트워크 기반의 이상 침입 탐지 시스템에서 과탐지를 감소하고, 침입 탐지 능력을 향상시키기 위하여 다차원 연관 규칙 마이닝과 수정된 부정 선택 알고리즘(Negative Selection Algorithm)을 결합한 다중 레벨 이상 침입 탐지 기술을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘의 성능 평가를 위하여 기존의 이상 탐지 알고리즘과 제안된 알고리즘을 수행하여, 각각의 과탐지율을 평가, 제시하였다.

Interactive Morphological Analysis to Improve Accuracy of Keyword Extraction Based on Cohesion Scoring

  • 최근 소셜 빅데이터를 대상으로 한 키워드 분석은 고객 관점의 의견이나 불만 사항을 추출하기 위한 목적으로 광범위하게 활용되고 있다. 이와 관련하여, 이전 연구에서는 키워드 분석의 정확도를 높이기 위해 응집도 점수를 활용한 방법을 제안하였으나, 리뷰의 수가 적을 경우 오류율이 증가하는 문제가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 응집도 점수 기반 알고리즘으로부터 추출된 키워드에 대해 간소화된 형태소 분석 단계를 후처리 형태로 적용함으로써 키워드 추출의 정확도를 개선하고자 하였다. 제안 방법은 입력 데이터가 주어질 때마다 필요한 형태소 분석 규칙을 점증적으로 추가할 수 있도록 지원함으로써, 사전의 크기를 최소화하고 분석의 효율을 높이고자 하였다. 또한 대화형 규칙 입력 시스템을 제공하여 분석 규칙 추가에 드는 노력을 최소화하고자 하였다. 제안 방법을 검증하기 위해 온라인에서 수집된 실제 리뷰를 대상으로 실험을 수행하였으며, 제안 방법을 적용할 경우 오류율이 기존 10%에서 1%로 개선되는 동시에, 5,000개의 리뷰 처리에 450ms가 소요되어 실시간 처리가 가능한 수준임을 확인하였다.

Modeling of heated concrete-filled steel tubes with steel fiber and tire rubber under axial compression

  • Concrete-filled steel tubes (CFSTs) are increasingly used as composite sections in structures owing to their excellent load bearing capacity. Therefore, predicting the mechanical behavior of CFST sections under axial compression loading is vital for design purposes. This paper presents the first study on the nonlinear analysis of heated CFSTs with high-strength concrete core containing steel fiber and waste tire rubber under axial compression loading. CFSTs had steel fibers with 0, 1, and 1.5% volume fractions and 0, 5, and 10% rubber particles as sand alternative material. They were subjected to 20, 250, 500, and 750℃ temperatures. Using flow rule and analytical analysis, a model is developed to predict the load bearing capacity of steel tube, and hoop strain-axial strain relationship, and axial stress-volumetric strain relationship of CFSTs. An elastic-plastic analysis method is applied to determine the axial and hoop stresses of the steel tube, considering elastic, yield, and strain hardening stages of steel in its stress-strain curve. The axial stress in the concrete core is determined as the difference between the total experimental axial stress and the axial stress of steel tube obtained from modeling. The results show that steel tube in CFSTs under 750℃ exhibits a higher load bearing contribution compared to those under 20, 250, and 500℃. It is also found that the ratio of load bearing capacity of steel tube at peak point to the load bearing capacity of CFST at peak load is noticeable such that this ratio is in the ranges of 0.21-0.33 and 0.31-0.38 for the CFST specimens with a steel tube thickness of 2 and 3.5 mm, respectively. In addition, after the steel tube yielding, the load bearing capacity of the tube decreases due to the reduction of its axial stiffness and the increase of hoop strain rate, which is in the range of about 20 to 40%.

Normative-Legal and Information Security of Socio-Political Processes in Ukraine: a Comparative Aspect

  • The aim of the article is to investigate socio-political processes in Ukraine on the basis of institutional and behavioral approaches, in particular their regulatory and informational support. Methodology. To determine the nature and content of sociopolitical processes, the following approaches have been used: 1. Institutional approach in order to analyze the development of Ukraine's political institutions. 2. The behavioral approach has been used for the analysis of socio-political processes in Ukraine in the context of political behavior of citizens, their political activity which forms the political culture of the country. Results. The general features of the socio-political situation in Ukraine are as follows: the formed model of government, which can be conditionally described as "presidential"; public demand for new leaders remains at a high level; the society has no common vision of further development; significant tendency of reduction of real incomes of a significant part of the society and strengthening of fiscal pressure on businessmen will get a public response after some time. Increasing levels of voice, accountability, efficiency of governance and the quality of the regulatory environment indicate a slow change in the political system, which will have a positive impact on public sentiment in the future. At the same time, there has been little change in the quality of Ukraine's institutions to ensure political stability, the rule of law and control of corruption. There are no cardinal changes in the development of the institution of property rights, protection of intellectual rights, changes in the sphere of ethics and control of corruption. Thus, Ukraine's political institutions have not been able to bring about any change in the social-political processes. Accordingly, an average level of trust and confidence of citizens in political institutions and negative public sentiment regarding their perception and future change can be traced in Ukraine.
