NYC-Space Allocation Rule을 이용한 병렬저수지 연계운영 (Parallel reservoirs system operation using NYC-Space Allocation-Rule)

  • In this study, an optimization technique was developed from the application of Allocation Rule. Average Allocation coefficients of the Andong and Imha dam compare constant water supply condition with vary water supply condition that are above the contribute ratio $67\%\~50\%$ the Andong dam in Rule(A)-Rule(C). In the Refill Season, Andong dam water supply contribution is higher than Imha dam at the Control point water supply. In the Allocation analysis results, Rule(A) is calculated storage ratio because Andong dam contribute to Control point larger than Imha dam which Andong dam storage is larger than Imha dam storage. Rule(B) calculated sum of the storage and inflow ratio for Andong dam and Imha dam, as Andong dam contribution is higher than Imha dam. Rule(C) calculated that sum of storage, inflow and water supply is divided average storage ratio, as the best results of the Allocation coefficients and water supply capacity. The results of storage analysis is larger vary water supply condition than constant water supply condition and the results of water supply analysis is larger vary water supply condition than constant water supply condition. Water supply deficit is decrease $30\%$ for vary water supply condition.

한국인의 20대에서 각막난시에 의한 전난시량의 예측 (Estimation of Total Astigmatism Quantity from Corneal Astigmatism on Koreans in Their Twenties)

  • 목적: Javal's rule은 각막난시로부터 전난시량을 예측해 내는 공식으로써 일반적으로 이용되어져 왔다. 또한 많은 연구자들이 Javal's rule에 대한 수정을 거듭해 왔다. 이에 본 연구는 각막난시를 측정하여 전난시량을 예측해 봄으로써 Javal's rule의 정확성을 평가했다. 방법: 한국인 20대 54명의 108안을 대상으로 각막난시를 측정하여 전난시량을 예측했다. 결과: 각막난시에 의한 전난시량의 회귀계수가 Javal's rule의 굴절계수인 1.25보다 더 적게 나왔으나 Auger 등이 수정한 Javals' rule과는 일치하였다. 결론: 연구의 결과로 얻어진 회귀계수 방정식은 다음과 같다.: Total astigmatism=0.79 (corneal astigmatism)-0.49D${\times}$90.

스커트의 체형별 그레이딩룰에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Skirt Grading Rule According to Somatotype)

  • 본 연구에서는 하반신 체형을 엉덩이 전면형태에 따라 다이아몬드형, 표준형, 하트형으로 분류한 9명을 피험자로 하여 체형별 특징을 고려한 합리적인 그레이딩룰을 구하고자 하였다. 기존그레이딩룰은 문화식 그레이딩 방법으로 제작하였고 연구그레이딩룰을 적용한 실험복은 체형별 특성에 따라 그레이딩 제작해서 외관관능검사와 기능성관능검사를 실시하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외관에 대한 두 그레이딩룰을 비교한 결과 뒤중심선의 수직, 전체적인 여유분, 착용자의 신체와 어울림 등 12항목이 $P \leq .05$ 유의수준 이하에서 차이를 보여 체형을 고려한 연구그레이딩룰이 기존의 그레이딩룰을 적용한 것보다 높게 나타났다. 체형별로 살펴보면 관능검사 평가는 세 체형 중에서 다이아몬드형이 두드러지게 높았다. 둘째, 가능성에 대한 두 그레이딩룰의 관능검사 결과 전체평균에서 의자에 $90^{\circ}$ 바로 앉기, $90^{\circ}$로 굽힌 무릎 들기 항목은 $P \leq .05$ 유의수준에서 차이를 보여 연구그레이딩룰을 적용한 실험복의 기능성 관능검사 평가가 좋게 나타났다. 위의 결과에서 볼 때 기존그레이딩룰과 연구그레이딩룰의 외관 관능검사 비교는 유의차와 평균차에서 다이아몬드형이 두드러진 차이로 나타나므로 다이아몬드 체형의 소비자를 위한 의복 제작은 다른 체형의 소비자 보다 더 체형을 고려한 그레이딩룰을 적용하는 것이 외관향상에 도움을 줄 수 있다.

유한버퍼하에서 기계이용률과 산출량을 고려한 급송규칙 (A Dispatching Rule Considering Machine Utilization and Throughput under Finite Buffer Capacity)

  • Automated Guided Vehicles are widely used as an essential material handling system for FMS to provide flexibility and efficiency. We suggest a new dispatching rule based on priority function which considers urgency and empty vehicle travel time under finite buffer capacity. We evaluate the performance of the proposed rule by comparing the performance of Shortest Travel Time/Distance(STT/D) rule in terms of machine utilization, throughput and WIP level using simulation. The simulation results show that the suggested dispatching rule is robust and provides better machine utilization, throughput with comparable WIP level compared to STT/D rule.

Application of k-means Clustering for Association Rule Using Measure of Association

  • An association rule mining finds the relation among each items in massive volume database. In generating association rules, the researcher specifies the measurements randomly such as support, confidence and lift, and produces the rules. The rule is not produced if it is not suitable to the one any condition which is given value. For example, in case of a little small one than the value which a confidence value is specified but a support and lift's value is very high, this rule is meaningful rule. But association rule mining can not produce the meaningful rules in this case because it is not suitable to a given condition. Consequently, we creat insignificant error which is not selected to the meaningful rules. In this paper, we suggest clustering technique to association rule measures for finding effective association rules using measure of association.

  • This paper proposes the structure of an agent and rules for fault detection and location on LAN. To find out a reason of critical fault incurred LAN, collision detection rule, error detection rule, broadcast detection rule, system location rule, and Internet application location rule ar shown. Also, the structure of multi-agent system and state transition diagram is portrayed to have connectivity with he set of rules. To verify availability of proposed rules, the process to find a faulty system is shown by monitoring and analyzing the LAN fault occurrences from the proposed set of rules. Such an rule based agent system is helpful to an Internet manager to solve a reason of fault and make ad decision from gathering management information.

양면 조립라인 밸런싱을 위한 할당규칙 (An Assignment Rule for Balancing Two-sided Assembly Lines)

  • This paper considers two-sided (left and right side) assembly lines which are often used, especially in assembling large-sized products such as trucks and buses. A large number of exact algorithms and heuristics have been proposed to balance one-sided lines. However, little attention has been paid to balancing two-sided assembly lines. This paper presents an efficient assignment rule for balancing two-sided assembly lines. The rule involves maximizing relatedness and slackness between works. We first investigate the characteristics of two-sided line balancing and devise new measures for the balancing. We in this rule assign workstations a set of tasks rather than an unit task at a time. a priority rule of assigning the sets is proposed. Extensive computational experiments are carried out to make the performance comparison between the proposed rule and existing ones. The computational results show that our rule is promising in solution quality.

신용장거래에 있어서 제3자 사기에 관한 해석 (Interpretation of 3rd Party's Fraud Exception Rule Under Law of Letters of Credit)

  • The fraud exception rule allows for the issuing bank to dishonor the claim if it the documents and transactions bear fraud though the documents presented are complied with the terms and conditions of the letter of credit. A question arises whether the fraud exception rule can apply to innocent beneficiary when fraud is made by 3rd party. United City Merchants v. Royal Bank of Canada showed a good example how to handle in case of innocent beneficiary. At this case House of Lord found that innocent beneficiary deserves payment applying nullity exception rule. I believe that the nullity exception rule is employed for the benefit of innocent beneficiary as far as the issuer and applicant get no actual damage by the 3rd party's fraudulent action which is shown on documents.

  • 대용량 데이터에서 의미있고 유용한 지식을 추출하는 기법 중의 하나인 연관규칙은 데이터베이스에 존재하는 속성들 사이에 유사성 또는 패턴을 기술하여 사용자에게 데이터에 관한 유용한 정보를 줄 수 있다. 기존에 연구되어 온 연관규칙은 이진(boolean) 데이터베이스에 존재하는 유무에 대한 규칙으로 발견하는 것에 대해서 주로 연구되어왔다. 본 논문에서는 정량적 속성의 데이터를 기호적 속성 값으로 바꾼 후 연관규칙을 추출함으로써, 퍼지개념을 사용한 퍼지 연관규칙을 이용한 지능적 질의 처리 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

  • Price control can restore efficiency in some cases, but an uncarefully designed policy fails to restore efficiency, yields side effects, or even exacerbates efficiency losses. This paper shows that the copyright royalty rule, which takes the greater of ad valorem royalties and perunit royalties, tends to fix the prices of final goods at a specific level. Such a rule weakens competition as it prevents prices from decreasing even when market conditions change, having negative effects on social welfare as well as consumer surplus. Counterfactual analyses using estimation results in the Korean online music service industry show that firms could have profitably reduced prices if the ad valorem rule had been applied instead, although they did not have an incentive to do so under the original combination rule.
