무향수조를 위한 흡음재질에 관한 연구 (A study on the new absorption material for anechoic water tank)

  • A new absorption material, cellulose sponge soaked in cement, was made for anechoic water tank and its acoustical properties were investigated by pulse methods. The sound absorption coefficient a (dB/cm) of the material was obtained in the frequency range of 40~120kHz from the echo reduction ER (dB) and insertion loss IL (dB) data. The result was averagely 1.8dB/cm higher than the sound absorption coefficient a (dB/cm) of cork-filled rubber which is one of the most effective absorption materials. The wedge (1.2~5.0cm long) type absorption tiles were made with this new material. The echo reduction ER (dB) of the absorption tile with 5.0cm wedge measured in water tank was higher than 20dB in the experimental frequency range.

다항회귀분석을 활용한 혼합경량토의 강도산정 모델 개발 (Development of Strength Prediction Model for Lightweight Soil Using Polynomial Regression Analysis)

  • The objective of this study was to develop a strength prediction model using a polynomial regression analysis based on the experimental results obtained from ninety samples. As the results of a correlation analysis between various mixing factors and unconfined compressive strength using SPSS (statistical package for the social sciences), the governing factors in the strength of lightweight soil were found to be the crumb rubber content, bottom ash content,and water-cement ratio. After selecting the governing factors affecting the strength through the correlation analysis, a strength prediction model, which consisted of the selected governing factors, was developed using the polynomial regression analysis. The strengths calculated from the proposed model were similar to those resulting from laboratory tests (R2=87.5%). Therefore, the proposed model can be used to predict the strength of lightweight mixtures with various mixing ratios without time-consuming experimental tests.

치과위생사의 치과보존분야 직무수행 현황 분석 (An Analysis of the Job Performance in Operative Restoration by Dental Hygienists)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the dental hygienists' overall performance in operative restoration and the clinical performance in operative restoration according to dental hygienists' career and to provide basic data for establishing the appropriate range of dental hygienists' work. Subjects of this study are 339 dental hygienists working at dental clinic and hospital nationwide, selected by their working place, career, type of clinic, and location of clinical institution. The distribution of people who responded to the survey shows that 81 belong to beginner level(less than 2 years since entering clinic), 115 intermediate level(2 to 3 years since entering clinic), 81 higher level(4 to 5 years since entering clinic) and 62 advanced level(more than 6 years since their entering clinic). In terms of the types of clinical institution, 178 belong to dental clinics and 161 belong to dental hospitals. The survey used in this study are focused on perception about clinical performance in operative dentistry and adequacy of the work. Operative dentistry consists of operative restoration and endodontic therapy. The operative restoration consists of 15 categories such as patient welcoming, examination and diagnosis, planning of treatment, anesthesia, control of moisture, cavity preparation, pulp protection, matrix band application, amalgam filling, resin filling, glass ionomer cement filling, abrasive strip removal, rubber dam removal, bite check and polishing, patient education, and arrangement. The reliability was Cronbach's Alpha .9453. SPSS 10.0 for Windows was used to analyze the responses. One way ANOVA was utilized to verify the differences in the dental hygienists' job performance in operative restoration and their job performance according to career. When significant difference was found. Duncan multi comparison post hoc was done. To sum up the results of this study, patient welcoming look the first place in the operative restoration. It was followed by patient education, examination and diagnosis, introducing treatment plan, resin filling, glass ionomer cement filling, amalgam filling, bite check and polishing, anesthesia, pulp protection, control of moisture, abrasive strip removal, cavity preparation, matrix band application, rubber dam removal, and anesthesia. In terms of the clinical performance by career, there were significant differences in 19 activities such as medical eraluation, oral examination, patient charting, intra oral readio graphs, firm developing fixing mounting, curing light gun, education of attention content after operation. Based on the results of this study, the specific range of operative restoration for dental hygienists should be focused on providing basic data for dentists' diagnosis, alleviation of fear and aching accompanied by injection and anesthesia, data providing for dentists' decision of anesthesia degree, and maximization of control of moisture.

Analysis of Needs for Clinical Dental Hygienist's Performances Using Borich Needs Assessment and the Locus for Focus Model

  • Background: This study aimed to identify the present level and needs of clinical dental hygienists and to present the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus model as integrated priorities. Methods: The participants of this study were dental hygienists working in dental clinics (hospitals). The final data of the 194 participants were analyzed using frequency analysis and a paired sample t-test. To analyze the need for clinical dental hygienists to perform work, the Borich priority determination formula was used. The x-y plane consisting of four quadrants was used to analyze the need using the locus for focus model, which helps to determine the priority while showing visual effects. Results: "Scaling" was the highest required level for clinical dental hygienists, and "panorama taking" was the highest present level. The priorities of educational needs were systematically and visually derived from dental hygienists who were currently working through the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus model for each task performed in the clinical field. Through the priorities of these two models, a total of 13 items appeared in the common high-level area; "oral health care (disability)," "oral health care (systemic disease)," "applying a rubber dam," "professional mechanical tooth cleaning," "root planing," "taking vital signs," "medication counseling," "wire cutting," "removing cement after removing band/bracket," "delivering bracket," "preparing mini-screw implantation," "dental insurance claim," and "patient reception." Conclusion: Based on the results, the department of dental hygiene should maintain and improve the standardized clinical practice curriculum and clinical dental hygienists' practical skills and contribute to the realization of the legal scope of dental hygienists, reflecting the requirements of clinical fields.

코팅재료를 이용한 비쇄석골재의 성능향상 (Improvement of Low-quality Local Aggregates Using Coating Materials)

  • 세립의 포리에틸렌, 카펫부산물, 시멘트와 라텍스로 코팅된 매끄럽고 둥근 규사질의 강자갈을 가지고 실험적인 조사가 이루어졌으며 아스팔트 혼합물 공시체를 만들었다. No. 4번체 이상에 남아 있는 골재만 코팅을 하였다. 개념은 매끄럽고 둥근 강자갈을 코팅함으로서 표면 거칠기를 증가시켜 공학적 특성이 우수한 혼합물을 만들어 내는 것이다. 표준 테스트와 비표준 테스트를 이용하여 아스팔트 혼합물 공시체를 평가하였다. 코팅과정과 제한된 혼합물 공시체 테스트 결과에 근거하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 세 가지 종류로 코팅된 골재를 사용한 혼합물들은 Hveem과 Marshall 안정도, 인장강도와 회복탄성계수가 증가되었으며 이는 코팅되지 않은 골재로 만든 혼합물과 비교하여 소성변형과 균열저항성이 향상된 것으로 판단할 수 있다.

지하 콘크리트 구조물 누수부위에 시공되는 5계열 보수재료의 유실 저항 성능 평가 연구 (A Study on the Performance Evaluation of Water(wash out) Resistance of 5-Type Repair Materials in Water Leakage of Underground Concrete Structures)

  • 본 연구에서는 지하 콘크리트 구조물의 누수 균열에 사용되는 주입형 누수보수재료의 품질관리 방안으로 규격화된 국제표준 ISO TS 16774 「Part 3 Test method for water(wash out) resistance」와 KS F 4935 「점착유연형 고무 아스팔트계 누수보수용 주입형 실링재」를 이용하여 현재 우리나라 누수보수현장에서 사용하고 있는 주입형 누수보수재료 5계열(합성고무계, 시멘트계, 아크릴계, 에폭시계, 우레탄계) 3종류씩, 총 15종류의 보수재료에 대한 지하 콘크리트 구조물이 처한 지하수의 유동성에 관한 유실 대응력의 안정성을 연구·검토하였다. 그 결과, KS F 4935 규격에서 규정하고 있는 "질량 변화율이 -0.1% 이내"의 성능 기준으로 고찰하면 합성고무계 RG-2, 우레탄계의 UG-1을 제외하고 나머지 13Type 보수재료는 다소 지하수의 유동성에 따른 유실 저항력의 안정화 방안 검토가 필요 할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구 결과는 콘크리트 구조물의 균열 부위에 사용되는 보수재료의 선정에 있어 기본 지표로 사용가능 할 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 추후에 연구 개발 되는 보수재료의 품질 향상에 반영할 수 있는 기준 자료의 활용을 기대할 수 있다.

본딩효과를 고려한 폐어망 보강 경량토의 압축강도 특성 (Strength Characteristic of Waste Fishing Net-added Lightweight Soil Considering Glue Treatment)

  • This paper investigates the strength characteristics and stress-strain behaviors of waste fishing net (WFN)-added lightweight soil. The lightweight soil, which consisted of dredged soil, crumb rubber, and cement, was reinforced with WFN in order to increase its shear strength. Glue treated WFN was also added to lightweight soil to improve the interlocking between the soil mixture and WFN. Three kinds of test specimens were prepared: unreinforced lightweight soil, reinforced lightweight soil without glue treatment, and reinforced lightweight soil with glue treatment. Several series of laboratory tests were carried out, including flow value tests, unconfined compression tests, and SEM analyses. From the experimental results, it was found that the peak strength of the reinforced lightweight soil with glue treatment was increased by the increased interlocking between the soil mixture and WFN, which was induced from the bonding effect. The stress-strain relation of the reinforced lightweight soil, irrespective of the glue treatment, showed a more ductile behavior than that of the unreinforced lightweight soil.

폐타이어 분말을 이용한 탄성 투수성 도로포장재에 관한 연구 (Study on an Elastic and Permeable Pavement using Scrap Tire)

  • 폐타이어는 현재 재활용 범위가 제한되어 있고, 매우 단순한 용도로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 폐타이어를 탄성과 투수성을 갖는 포장재로서 활용할 수 있는 지를 알아보았다. 도로포장재가 갖는 주요 인자인 압축강도 시험 결과 압축강도에 영향을 미치는 인자는 고무분말 크기, 골재 크기 및 바인더의 성질이 주요 인자임을 알 수 있었고, 또한 투수성은 골재의 크기와 분말의 크기에 의존하였다. 본 연구에서 시도된 탄성 투수성 도로 포장재는 기존의 다공성 콘크리트의 값보다 압축강도는 1.4배, 투수성은 최대 116배 향상된 결과를 나타냈다.

바톰애시를 이용한 환경친화적 뒤채움재 (Eco-Friendly Backfill Materials with Bottom Ash)

  • 바톰애시와 현장발생토사를 혼합한 유동성뒤채움재에 실험적 연구를 수행하였다. 유동성과 일축압축강도를 이용하여 4가지 다른 배합조건에 대한 각각의 최적배합비를 결정하였다. 현장발생토 25-45%, 바톰애시 30%, 플라이애쉬 10-20%, 고무분말 0-3%, 시멘트 3% 및 물 22%의 범위에서 최적배합비가 결정되었다. 각각의 혼합물은 20cm 이상의 유동성, 3일 양생시 127 kPa 및 28일 양생시 206-980 kPa 일축압축강도 조건을 만족하였다. 시험재료는 상온양생 및 습윤양생 2가지 조건을 이용하였다. 전체 혼합물에 대한 변형계수(E50)는 0.07-0.08 * $q_u$로 나타났다. 또한, 습윤양생 시편의 일축압축강도가 상온양생 시편에 비해 약 10% 정도 큰 값을 나타나내었다. 전체혼합물의 내부마찰각은 36.5-46.6도, 점착력은 49.1-180 kPa 범위로 측정되었다. 고무분말이 추가된 case 4번의 경우 다른 case에 비해 점착력은 크게, 내부마찰각은 작은 값을 나타내었다. 유동성채움재의 공용 성능을 위해 실시한 pH실험 결과 배합초기 12이상 강알칼리성으로 평가되었다.

오토클래이브양생에 의한 시멘트 혼화용 폴리머의 내구성 (Durability of Polymers for Cement Modifier in Autoclave Cure)

  • 본 연구는 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트에 오토클래이브양생을 적용하면 이들의 제성질은 폴리머의 종류에 크게 의존된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시멘트 혼화용 폴리머 디스퍼전으로 제작된 폴리머 필름의 오토클래이브양생을 실시하여 그 내구성을 기초물성 및 적외 흡수 스펙트럼의 변화로부터 검토하였다. 그 결과 오토클래이브양생에 의해서 SBR 필름은 성능이 저하되지 않았지만, EVA 및 PAE 필름은 상당히 성능이 저하되었으므로 오토크래이브 양생을 적용하는 경우, SBR 혼입 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트는 성능이 저하되지 않았지만, EVA 및 PAE 혼입 폴리머 시멘트 모르타르 및 콘크리트는 폴리머의 비누화에 의해서 뚜렷하게 성능이 저하된다고 판단된다.
