Objective: The main purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between marital conflict, parentification, and adolescent anxiety. Methods: The participants comprised 301 high school students from the Seoul province. They were asked to complete questionnaires that consisted of the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, the Children's Perception of Interparental Conflict Scale, and the Filial Responsibility Scale-Youth. The data were analyzed by frequency analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson's correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. To analyze the collected data, SPSS 18.0 was used. Results: First, the content and resolution of marital conflict had an effect on both adolescent state anxiety and trait anxiety. Second, unfairness parentification had an effect on both adolescent state anxiety and trait anxiety. Third, the frequency of marital conflict had an effect on emotional parentification. Further, the intensity, content, and resolution of marital conflict had effect on unfairness parentification. Fourth, unfairness parentification played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the content of marital conflict and adolescent anxiety (state anxiety/trait anxiety). In addition, unfairness parentification played a complete mediating role in the relationship between the resolution of marital conflict and adolescent trait anxiety. Conclusion: These results indicate that parentification plays an important role in marital conflict and adolescent anxiety. In addition, this study also shows that marital conflict has an important effect on adolescent anxiety directly. Therefore, this study will be useful for developing both parental education and counseling programs for adolescents.

본 연구는 기업 조직구성원에 대한 보상이 내적공정성과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 보상의 요인은 내적 보상과 외적 보상의 두 하위차원으로, 내적 공정성은 분배공정성과 상호 작용 공정성으로 구분하였다. 이와 더불어 기업 구성원에 대한 보상이 상사의 지원에 따라 지각된 내적 공정성이 달라질 수 있는지 그 조절 효과를 분석하였다. 실증연구는 다양한 기업의 157명으로부터 획득된 자료를 활용하여 이루어졌다. 실증자료의 분석 결과, 외적 및 내적 보상은 직무만족, 지각된 내적 공정성, 상사의 지원에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤으며, 보상과 직무만족의 관계는 구성원의 심리적 영역인 내적 공정성의 지각을 통해 영향관계가 형성되고 있음이 나타났다. 한편 구성원에 대한 보상과 지각된 내적 공정성의 관계에서 상사의 지원은 조절역할을 하지 않는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서는 보상관리의 중요성에 대한 인식을 바탕으로 보상의 공정성에 주목하여 개인간 상대적인 보상 차이에 대한 합리적인 논리와 메커니즘을 제공하여야 한다는 관리적 실천적 시사점을 제공하였다.

Background: COX-2 has been shown to play an important role in the development of breast cancer and increased expression has been mooted as a poor prognostic factor. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between COX-2 immunohistochemical expression and known predictive and prognostic factors in breast cancer in a routine diagnostic histopathology setting. Materials and Methods: Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tumour tissue of 144 no special type (NST) invasive breast carcinomas histologically diagnosed between January 2009 and December 2012 in Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar, Kedah were immunostained with COX-2 antibody. COX-2 overexpression was analysed against demographic data, hormone receptor status, HER2-neu overexpression, histological grade, tumour size and lymph node status. Results: COX-2 was overexpressed in 108/144 (75%) tumours and was significantly more prevalent (87%) in hormone receptor-positive tumours. There was no correlation between COX-2 overexpression and HER2/neu status. Triple negative cancers had the lowest prevalence (46%) (p<0.05). A rising trend of COX-2 overexpression with increasing age was observed. There was a significant inverse relationship with tumour grade (p<0.05), prevalences being 94%, 83% and 66% in grades 1, 2 and 3 tumours, respectively. A higher prevalence of COX-2 overexpression in smaller size tumours was observed but this did not reach statistical significance. There was no relationship between COX-2 expression and lymph node status. Conclusions: This study did not support the generally held notion that COX-2 overexpression is linked to poor prognosis, rather supporting a role in tumorigenesis. Larger scale studies with outcome data and basic studies on cancer pathogenetic pathways will be required to cast further light on whether COX-2 inhibitors would have clinical utility in cancer prevention or blockage of cancer progression. In either setting, the pathological assessment for COX-2 overexpression in breast cancers would have an important role in the selection of cancer patients for personalized therapy with COX-2 inhibitors.

The research aims to identify the role of administrative leaders working in universities in the success of organizational development and change, and the extent of the relationship and ability of administrative leaders at all levels of leadership within universities to the effectiveness of the process of development and organizational change at Northern Border University. In addition to presenting some recommendations and suggestions that can contribute to identifying the best leadership styles that contribute to the success of the development process and positive organizational change. Where leadership, whether in the private sector or the public sector, is one of the main functions concerned with the processes of direction, development, and modernization in the performance of the facility and an important element to activate the organizations' ability to perform their role and achieve their goals. The behavior and trends of leaders represent an important indicator in knowing the type of efforts made by them to improve performance and develop organizations and human resources. The research reached many results, perhaps the most important of which is that the dominant leadership style in universities is the democratic style, followed by the bureaucratic leadership style. The results also showed that there is a significant role for administrative leaders in bringing about development and positive change at Northern Border University at the level of individuals, groups, and organizations. And it became clear that there is an availability of leadership capabilities to an acceptable degree in the administrative leaders. The results of the statistical analysis showed a positive relationship between administrative leadership ability and democratic style. In addition to the existence of a negative relationship between the administrative leadership ability and the bureaucratic style and the freestyle. It was also clear that there were no differences in dealing between males and females, as well as age, educational qualification, experience, and job grade, but there were differences in dealing with the job title.

동영상으로부터 원하는 정보를 검색하려는 다양한 연구들이 있어왔다. 하지만 기존의 연구들은 동영상의 스토리에 대한 고려 없이 특정한사물의 인식이나 사물간의 관계 정보만을 추출하여 검색에 이용하였다. 동영상에서 정확한 정보를 검색하기 위해서는 스토리의 주축이 되는 등장인물과 등장인물의 커뮤니티에 기반을 둔 연구가 반드시 필요하다. 따라서 본 논문은 등장인물에 기반을 둔 동영상 정보검색 방법을 기술한다. 등장인물들은 서로 대화를 통해 관계를 맺으며 스토리를 진행시킨다. 등장인물들 간의 관계는 배역의 비중을 분류하고 등장인물들이 이루는 커뮤니티를 구분하여 스토리에 형성되어 있는 관계를 분석할 수 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서 등장인물들의 관계를 묘사할 수 있는 Character-net을 제안하고 Character-net으로부터 등장인물들의 배역의 비중을 분류하고 등장인물들이 이루는 커뮤니티를 클러스터링 하는 방법에 대해 기술하고 실험을 통해 그 효용성을 입증한다.

이직은 노동시장에서 중요한 화두이며, 최근에는 다양한 세대들이 함께 일을 하면서 세대간의 마찰 등으로 인하여 조직 관리에 어려움을 느끼고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 세대별로 개인차원의 변수(미래전망, 생활만족)와 직무차원의 변수(전공-일 수준, 직무만족)가 이직의사에 미치는 관계에서 직장만족의 매개 역할을 분석하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 한국노동패널 제22차 자료를 활용하여 관련 변수를 선정하고, SPSS를 활용하여 매개효과를 분석하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 개인차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 완전매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무차원의 변수가 이직의사에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, Z세대는 다른 세대와 다르게 직무차원의 직무만족의 변수만 이직의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 직장만족은 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze correlation between the view of teaching profession and the role performance of school nurse. For the achievement of this purpose 188 school nurses in Tae-Gu city and Kyung-Sang Buk-Do are randomly selected in 1992. Major findings of this study were as follows: 1) Role performance of the school nurse showed school health room, health planning, health education, disease control, environment sanitation and management of health organization, in the order named. 2) Degree of school nurse role performance showed 84.7% of the total respondents as highly. 3) Relationship between the view of teaching profession and the role performance was statistically significant correlation. 4) Role performance of school nurse was explained 29.4% by the view of teaching profession (public life, human relation & leading student) of the total variables.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of professionalism, role conflict and work environment in clinical nurses with expanded role (CNE) on job embeddedness. Methods: The participants in this study were 136 CNE working in general hospitals in Seoul, the wider metropolitan area and Gangwon Province. Results: Job embeddedness, work environment and professional performance of the participants showed positive correlation with each other. Significant predictors of embeddeness were belief in public service and sense of calling in the professional subcategory and participation in hospital affairs and nurse-doctor relationship in the work environment subcategory. Conclusion: Finding from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the significant predictors of job embeddedness for CNE.

the purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship of middle-aged housewives' family role performance and psychological well-being The subjects of this study were unemployed housewives living in the Seoul area whose age was from 40 to 59 The sample size was 374 Data were analysed by the frequencies mean oneway ANOVA and multiple regression. The major findings were as follows: 1) The middle-aged gousewives -who were university graduated had higer family income believed religion-had higher psychological well-being. 2) the more middle-aged housewives performed spousal role mother role house keeper role and kin keeper role the higher their psychological well-being was.

The purpose of this paper is to find role of in and logic in creative problem solving process. Intuition and logic have played an important role in creative problem solving process. Nevertheless, Intuition has been treated less importantly than logic. Therefore, I intend to review the role of intuition, and then the relationship of intuition and logic, and the role of intuition and logic in creative problem solving process. Although intuition gives an important clue in problem solving process, it may sometimes cause an error. This fact gives an idea that intuition and logic have to be harmoniously cultivated. In fact, Intuition and logic have been playing a complementary role in creative problem solving process. A creative learner is regarded as a mathematician of his age. It must be through intuition and logic that he/she solves the problem creatively, just as a mathematician invents the new mathematical fact through unconscious and conscious process. In this respective, teachers also should make every effort to cultivate intuition and logic themselves.
