형제 놀이 속에서 발현된 '코델리아' 형규의 이성지향자적(異性志向者的) 특성에 관한 질적 연구 (A Qualitative Case Study on the Discrepancy between Children's Gender Schema and Gender Role Acceptability: With a Focus on the Intersexual Role Playing of Two Brothers')

  • It is generally known that children's development of 'gender schema' and 'gender role stereotype' has a positive relationship with the notion of 'gender role preference'. This study analyzed an unusual case focusing on the role playing of two brothers'. The elder brother, Hyoung-Gyoo, always preferred to take the female role, and he had a preference for feminine names like "Cordelia" whilst engaging in role playing situations. The brothers can be said to have crossed the border into the realm of intersexual role playing. The results revealed Hyoung-Gyoo's clear discrepancy between gender-related perceptions and reality, and showed his younger sibling Je-Gyoo's high level of acceptance towards his brother's extraordinary gender role preference. The results of this study can serve as a useful reference point for detailing unusual development from early childhood regarding 'opposite-gender-role seeking' characteristics.

외식프랜차이즈 가맹점의 지각된 공정성이 응집성, 관계만족, 그리고 가맹점의 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Foodservice Franchisee's Perceived Justice on Cohesiveness, Relationship Satisfaction, and Franchisee's Long-Term Orientation)

  • Purpose - This study examines the role of foodservice franchisee's perceived justice(distributive, procedural, and interactional) in developing long-term orientation to franchisor and investigate the mediating role of cohesiveness and relationship satisfaction in the relationship between franchisee's perceived justice and long-term orientation to franchisor. Research design, data, and methodology - We collected data from managers and owners in foodservice franchisees located in Seoul, Korea. Among a total of 500 questionnaires, 500 questionnaires were returned. After excluding 36 invalid respondent questionnaires, 496 valid questionnaires(response rate of 99.2%) were analyzed using frequency, confirmatory factor analysis, correlations analysis, and structural equation modeling with SPSS 21 and SmartPLS 3.0. Result - The findings of this study are as follows: First, distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on cohesiveness, but procedural justice did not. Second, distributive justice and interactional justice had positive effects on relationship satisfaction, but procedural justice did not. Third, cohesiveness and relationship satisfaction had positive effects on franchisee's long-term orientation to franchisor. Conclusions - The implications of this study are as follows. First, this study found that procedural justice can create a high cohesiveness and identification of franchisee and also maintain a cooperative relationship with the franchisor. Second, this findings suggest that the perceived distributional and interactional justice can improve the satisfaction with the franchisor and thus positively influence the intention to maintain the relationship and the intention to recontract. Third, the results of this study indicate that the cohesiveness of franchisees can play a pivotal role to improve their satisfaction with the franchisor and pursue mutual development by continuously maintaining stable business relationship with franchisor. The findings of this study are subject to at least three limitations. First, the research subject is limited to the food service franchise shops in Seoul area, so the sample was not nationally representative of the franchise stores. Second, the perceived fairness is measured only from the point of view of the franchisee, and this study has a limitation to examine the difference between the perceived franchisee's and franchisor's justice. Third, Future research needs to identify more closely the relationships between perceived fairness and long-term orientation by gathering specific quantitative data such as the renewal rate and the business performance.

소매점의 서비스 관계노력 지각과 관계성과에 따른 관계품질의 매개역할 (Consumer's Perception to Service Relationship Efforts and Mediating Role of Relationship Quality to Relationship Performance in Retailing Stores)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 소매점이 고객관계 목적으로 제공하는 관계노력에 대해 고객은 어떤 요소를 중요한 관계투자로 지각하는가를 확인하고, 지각된 관계투자가 관계성과에 미치는 영향에서 신뢰, 관계몰입 등 관계품질의 매개역할을 설명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 270명의 구매경험자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실행하였고, SPSS 21.0 및 AMOS 20.0 통계패키지를 이용하여 자료의 타당도와 신뢰도를 확인하였으며, 구조방정식모형분석(SEM)으로 연구가설을 검증하였다. 연구결과로는 재무적 노력 및 구조적 노력은 지각된 관계투자에 영향을 주었고, 지각된 관계투자는 신뢰 및 관계몰입에 영향을 준 반면 충성도에는 영향을 주지 않았으며, 신뢰는 관계몰입 및 충성도에 영향을 준 반면 관계몰입은 충성도에 영향을 주지 않았다. 따라서 소매점의 마케팅관리자는 고객관계를 위해 최선의 서비스노력을 한다는 것을 인식시키기 위해선 유형적보상과 특별혜택을 상시적으로 제공하는 것이 중요하고, 또한 이들을 대상으로 관계를 구축하여 장기적이고 안정적인 수익을 확보하기 위해선 신뢰수준을 높임으로써 관계품질을 강화하는 서비스마케팅전략을 추진해야 할 것이다.

영업사원에 대한 통제유형, 반응, 그리고 직무만족 간의 구조적 관계 - 역할명확성과 자기효능감의 매개효과 - (The Structural Relationships between Control Types over Salespeople, Their Responses, and Job Satisfaction - Mediating Roles of Role Clarity and Self-Efficacy -)

  • 본 연구는 영업사원의 통제유형(긍정적/부정적 결과통제, 긍정적/부정적 행동통제)과 직무만족 간의 관계에서 결과/행동관련 역할명확성과 자기효능감을 매개변수로 도입하여 이들 연구단위들 간의 구조적 관계를 조사하는 것이다. 제약업계 영업사원들로부터 수집된 자료를 통한 실증분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영업사원에 대한 통제유형이 역할명확성에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 긍정적/부정적 결과통제는 모두 결과관련 역할명확성에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 긍정적 행동통제도 행동관련 역할명확성에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부정적 행동통제는 행동관련 역할명확성에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영업사원에 대한 통제유형이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 긍정적 결과통제는 자기효능감에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 긍정적 행동통제는 자기효능감에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 부정적 결과통제와 부정적 행동통제는 각각 결과관련 역할명확성과 행동관련 역할명확성의 매개를 통해 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 역할명확성이 자기효능감과 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 결과관련 역할명확성과 행동관련 역할명확성은 모두 자기효능감에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 행동관련 역할명확성은 직무만족에 정(正)(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 결과관련 역할명확성은 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로, 자기효능감이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사한 결과, 자기효능감은 직무만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결론에서는 결과의 요약, 시사점, 한계점, 그리고 미래연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

미국 자립생활센터 실무자가 경험하는 소진과 직무스트레스 관계성 연구 (Relationship between Burnout and Role Stressors Experienced by Professions at Centers for Independent Living in the United States)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 미국 자립생활센터 실무자들이 경험하는 직무스트레스의 정도를 파악하고, 이들의 직무스트레스와 소진간의 관계를 밝히기 위함이다. 온라인조사와 설문지 조사를 통하여 설문에 최종 참여한 자립생활센터 실무자는 총 218명인데 이들이 경험하는 직무스트레스 중 직무갈등(role conflict: RC)점수는 평균 22.48 (SD = 5.80)이며 직무모호성(role ambiguity: RA) 점수는 평균 22.20 (SD = 4.30), 직무과중(role overload: RO)점수는 평균 9.14 (SD = 2.55)로 나타나 다른 휴먼서비스 직군에 비해 평균이상의 직무스트레스를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자립생활센터 실무자들의 개인적 조직적 특성에 따른 직무스트레스 정도를 ANOVA LSD 사후검정을 통해 분석한 결과, RC지수는 실무자의 나이, 직무내용, 교육정도, 휴먼서비스 근무경력, 주당 근무시간에 따라 점수 차이를 보였고, RA지수는 실무자의 휴먼서비스 근무경력과 주당 근무시간에 따라, RO지수는 휴먼서비스 근무경력에 따라 그룹 간 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 자립생활센터 실무자들이 경험하는 직무스트레스와 소진간의 관계성을 알아보기 위해 회귀분석한 결과, 세 가지 직무스트레스 모두 소진의 예측변수로 나타났다.

The Role of Maternal Interpersonal Relation Satisfaction in the Relationship between Conflicted Teacher-Child Relationship and Negative Peer Interaction Quality in Young Children

  • The effects of conflicted teacher-child relation on conflicted or passive peer interaction and a moderation effect of mothers' interpersonal relation satisfaction on the associations were assessed. Children from 2- to 6-year-olds (184 girls, 185 boys) mostly from middle socioeconomic-status urban community in Korea and their teachers and mothers participated. Conflicted teacher-child relation predicted conflicted peer interaction but not passive peer interaction. Children, whose relationship with teachers were conflicted, engaged in conflicted play with peers more often than children who were in less conflicted relationship with the teachers. Teachers who were in conflicted relationship with the children, perceived the children having conflicted interaction with peers more often, if mothers of the children were less satisfying in relationship with significant others, especially boys. Children, whose mothers are in less satisfying interpersonal relation with others, were more passive in peer interaction than children whose mothers are in more satisfying interpersonal relationship.

취업정보사이트의 웹서비스품질과 관계품질 역할 연구 (A Study on Web Service Quality and Role of Relationship Quality of Job Information Sites)

  • These days, getting a gob is emerging as a hot social issue, and specialized sites offering job information are rapidly increasing. On the contrary of quantitative increase, job information sites have lots of problems with respect to satisfying customer's needs. This study is designed to explore web-site service quality factors in job information site, and relationship among characteristic web service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. In this study we found that customer satisfaction is prior to relationship quality, which decide long-term customer relationship. And also, Trust which is one of the relationship quality and customer satisfaction affect customers reuse intent respectively. This study also found that characteristic service quality in related to job information site can be composed of four factors such as delivery of information, customization, web design and interaction. Delivery of information, web design and interaction affect trust, and web design and interaction affect customer satisfaction. And also relationship quality is prior to reuse intention.

  • These days, customer satisfaction and relationship quality are regarded as important mediating factor in successful hospital management. Generally, service quality affects relationship quality, customer satisfaction and reuse intent in diverse service industries, and most of researchers agree to this conclusion. This study is designed to explore medical service quality in Oriental Medical Hospital and causal relationship among medical service quality, customer satisfaction, relationship quality and reuse intention. Through conclusion of this study, we could find that Oriental medical service quality factors are composed of medical staff, subsidiary facilities, medical facilities and administration service, and they affected relationship quality and reuse intent directly and indirectly through customer satisfaction. Moreover we found that customer satisfaction and relationship quality were playing an important role as connecting bridge between service quality and reuse intent.

Insurance-Growth Nexus: Aggregation and Disaggregation

  • The aim of this article is to investigate the relationship between insurance and economic growth at aggregate and disaggregate level for the period 1982-2018. Very few studies have been carried out in this field, with contradictory results and using an aggregate data while, according to different authors, an aggregate data might provide spurious results. The author used Ordinary Least Squares Regressions (OLS) and Granger Causality tests to explore the strength and direction of the relationship between insurance and economic growth at an aggregate level. To check the relationship at disaggregate level life insurance, marine insurance, and property insurance are regressed on trade openness and investment, respectively. Non-life insurance at an aggregate level plays a positive and significant role in promoting economic growth, but life insurance has an insignificant impact on the Pakistan economy. On the other hand, non-life insurances at a disaggregated level such as marine insurance negatively affect a vital part of economic growth, i.e., trade. At the same time, property insurance has a significant and positive role in boosting investment. Life, marine, and property insurance Granger cause economic growth, trade, and investment in a single direction. Nevertheless, is a bi-directional relationship between economic growth and non-life insurance.

남녀 유아의 의도적 통제가 행동 문제에 미치는 영향에 대한 교사-유아 관계의 매개 효과 (Relationships of Child Effortful Control and Problem Behaviors: The Mediating Role of Teacher-child Relationships)

  • This study examine the mediating role of teacher-child relationships on children's effortful control and problem behaviors. Boys and girls were analyzed separately. Participants were 221 children(l21 boys, 100 girls; aged 4-5), their mothers and 19 child care teachers. The teachers completed rating scales to measure the perception of teacher-child relationships and the children's problem behaviors. Children's effortful control was rated by the mother's questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tests, Pearson's correlations, and hierarchical multiple regressions. Results indicated that children's effortful control was negatively related to their problem behaviors. In addition, the associations between children's effortful control and their aggressive behaviors were mediated by conflictual teacher-child relationship. Also, the relation of girl's effortful control and her withdrawal behavior was partially mediated by conflictual teacher-child relationship. Finally, the association between boy's effortful control and his withdrawal behavior was mediated by close teacher-child relationship. Results suggest the importance of teacher-child relationships in the context of intervention planning for preschooler's problem behaviors.
