Information Literacy Instruction(ILI) is recognised with essential role of the school library, as information use ability appears with one literacy in knowledge and information society. The successful ILI is necessary teaching and teaming model of student's activities that it provides the various experience, to motivate, to promote positive participation. Consequently, this study is developed to teaching and teaming model of student's activity through Multiple Intelligences which emphasizes to human's multi dimension and activities.

As public interests and demands on the library space and library goods increase, the role of librarians dealing with this issue has become more important. This research develops lists of core and non-core goods in space managements of public libraries, children's libraries, and school libraries. The lists will make the librarian's tasks effective and maximize user satisfaction. For public libraries, the space is divided into nine main areas, and a total of 80-90 goods(50-60 core and 20-30 non-core goods) are identified. The space of children's libraries is divided into four main areas(space for reading, books, entry, and special activities) with a list of 60-70 library goods(30 core and 30-40 non-core goods). School libraries consist of seven distinctive spaces, including spaces for books, multi-media, reading, and teaching, and it requires 90 goods in total(30-40 core and 50-60 non-core goods). The findings of this study can be utilized in listing up library goods. Further research should be conducted to develop such tools as guidelines, standards and manuals for space management.

Library 2.0 advocates a socially rich, multimedia enabled, user originated and communally innovative environment that poses significant opportunities for the libraries to evolve and make themselves even more relevant and significant for her users. This paper presents a case study of the National Library Board of Singapore, in playing a vital role to facilitate the realisation of a long-term key national program, The Singapore Memory (SM) Project. SM embraces the attributes of the Library 2.0 environment to enable the nation's memory to be collected, organised, preserved, discovered, researched, augmented and created. The output of is an evolving collection of knowledge assets on Singapore along a Singapore Memory Content Continuum of existing content that is steadily augmented with new content. The content will be collected across all formats, in any language, from Singaporeans and non-Singaporeans, from any institution and agency, from Singapore and abroad, and from official and unofficial sources. The utopian scenario of SM Project is that any person, community, group or institution who has ever experienced Singapore in any way or has any material on Singapore will engage actively in the contribution, discovery and creation of content for the project, and thus become advocates to further encourage and catalyse more contribution, discovery and creation. The paper outlines the key approaches, concepts and ideas for the project. An important element is the proliferation, exposure and accessibility of the rich contents envisaged in the project. The SM proliferation plan along with examples of how two existing resources, namely, the Singapore Infopedia, a database of articles on Singapore's history, culture, people and events 4 and NewspaperSG, an online resource of current and historic Singapore and Malayan newspapers, have been designed are presented to demonstrate how content can be exposed, searched and discovered.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.

Recently, there has been a growing demand for school libraries to take on the role of curriculum convergence and content development. This study purposed to develop a program that integrates reading activities and artificial intelligence (AI) education in a middle school library as a platform for convergence education. The program aimed to enhance creative problem-solving skills by integrating an understanding of AI concepts and principles through reading activities related to AI topics. The program, comprising 18 sessions (6 modules), was implemented with 36 first-year students at A Middle School, Gyeonggi-do, in 2022. After implementation, a paired-sample t-test revealed significant improvements in AI learning self-efficacy and creative problem-solving skills. Participants also showed positive attitudes toward class engagement and reading activities. Implications for AI convergence education in connection with school libraries were discussed.

The purpose of this study is to verify the role of teacher librarians by examining the cases of media and information literacy(MIL) classes in the joint curriculum of high school credit system research school. The classes were two 34th classes joint curriculum established by two teacher librarians at the high school credit system research school. Individual students set their own inquiry problems integrated with their careers or subjects, and teacher librarians guide the process of solving them based on the process of using MIL. The participants were 22 high school students in Daegu who filled out the questionnaire before and after completing the course. The effect of the classes was analyzed through a questionnaire consisting of 42 questions for the 3 factors of access, evaluation, and creation, which are the components of MIL announced by UNESCO. As a result, all 3 factors and 25 of the sub-42 survey items showed a statistically significant difference before and after class, It was investigated that literacy of students improved through MIL education of teacher librarians. Through this study, it will be possible to expand the awareness of the effect of the educational role of teacher librarians in the flow of future curriculum.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the schemes to enhance information service functions by the utilization of CD-ROM in medical school libraries. The results of the study are summarized as follows : 1. The selection and evaluation of CD-ROM database are necessary steps in the planning of a CD-ROM. Before the CD-ROM is selected, therefore, medical libraries must make a practical evaluation criteria in important order of information services environment, characteristics of hardware/software, service requirements, price and cost, etc. 2. If possible, CD-ROM MEDLINE must be suited for the information services environment. 3. In case of the popular core journals, full-text CD-ROM should be gradually purchased. 4. In order to reduce the time required from search of bibliographic informations to receipt of original articles, CD-NET system and library holding administration program must be built up and developed. And channel of information search and order/receipt of original article should be varied. 5. Search education program for medical librarians and users should be enforced, and librarians must play an important role in CD-ROM retrieval consultant and intermediator.

A cancer-associated antigen gene (CAGE) was identified by serological analysis of a recombinant cDNA expression library (SEREX). The gene was identified by screening cDNA expression libraries of human testis and gastric cancer cell lines with sera from patients with gastric cancer. CAGE was found to contain a D-E-A-D box domain and encodes a putative protein of 630 amino acids with possible helicase activity. The CAGE gene is widely expressed in various cancer tissues and cancer cell lines. Demethylation plays a role in the activation of CAGE in certain cancer cell lines where the gene is not expressed. The functional roles of CAGE in tumorigenesis, the molecular mechanisms of CAGE expression, and cell motility are also discussed.

Gangliosides are receptors for various peptides and proteins including neuropeptides, ${\beta}$-amyloid proteins, and prions. Recently, the role of gangliosides in mucosal immunization has attracted attention due to the emerging interest in oral vaccination. Ganglioside GM1 exists in abundance on the surface of the M cells of Peyer's patch, a well-known mucosal immunity induction site. In the present study we identified a peptide ligand for GM1 and tested whether it played a role in immune induction. GM1-binding peptides were selected from a phage-displayed dodecapeptide library and one peptide motif, GWKERLSSWNRF, was fused to the C-terminus of enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP). The fusion protein, but not EGFP fused with a control peptide, was concentrated around Peyer's patch after incubation in the lumen of the intestine ex vivo. Furthermore, oral feeding of the fusion protein but not control EGFP induced mucosal and systemic immune responses against EGFP resembling Th2-type immune responses.
