As an influential political leader, Queen Elizabeth II holds the link between past queens and today's women political leaders and her dress represents so much in accordance to her role. It is important to analyze the dress and role enactment of Queen Elizabeth II in order to provide a guide to the future women political leaders all over the world. The Queen's dress helps her show tradition which has developed over one thousand years of history. She represents Britain to the world focusing on national identity and unity. The Queen always distinct herself from the rest of the world to show the pride of British Monarch, but when she is visiting other counties for diplomatic relationships she would surely show a friendly gesture on her dress to assimilate herself with that country. Also, same as all other women, the Queen seeks practicality in her dress. Therefore, I was able to classify the Queen's dress into jive groups as a way of role enactment. They are tradition, representation, distinction, assimilation, and practicality.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the influences of demographic, personal and psychosocial variables on the wives' marital satisfaction in order to develop theories about the stablility of modern families. The data, collected from 490 mothers living in Seoul, is analyzed by statistical methods, such as Frequency Distribution, Pearson's Correlation, One-Way ANOVA, Scheffee-test and Multiple Regression Analysis. The major findings are as follows: 1) In my study, the Marital Satisfaction Scale consists of 7 dimensions; of which affective communication, problem-solving communication, and companionship are comparatively important variables. 2) Of demographic variables, wives' educational level is an influencing variable in 6 dimensions, and family monthly income, in general satisfaction. 3) Of personal variables, sex role attitude is a significantly influencing independent variable in satisfaction with children area and self actualization, variable in problem-solving communication area. 4) Of psychosocial variables, role enactment, role consensus, and role strain are proved to be influencing variables, but role salience is not. Also, role enactment is the most influencing independent variable in almost areas of marital satisfaction. 5) By given independent variables, variance is explained 30% of all. The implication that can be inferred from the above findings is that psychosocial variables are more important than demographic variables, and that personal variables such as androgyny, self-actualization should be encouraged to further research.

Since Sirimavo Bandarinaike became the first female prime minister in 1960, women all over the world has been trying to break the highest glass ceiling. In a place where men had been dominating throughout history, women political leaders had to find a way to look the part by wearing power suits. Feminity was out of the question until the digital era of 21st century started. The world has evolved into a place where feminity could be strength instead of weakness. Now women political leaders are showing body curves, cleavage, using vivid and pastel colors, soft fabrics, elaborate details, accessories, long and curly hair. The padded shoulders of dark coloured power suits were replaced by soft colorful flowing feminine suits. Yulia Tymoshenko of Ukraine is the best example of 21st century woman political leader using feminity in her fashion style while enacting her role. When she first started politics in 1990's, she wore dark colored power suits like all other women political leaders did with short dark hair. As time passed her suits became more feminine with light colors and elaborate details. She has changed her hair into a neat braid, based on a traditional Ukrainian hair style. She used orange color for the Orange Revolution and white for pure image. Yulia Tymoshenko's fashion style as a way of role enactment showed professionalism, feminity, integrity, and ethnicity.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to describe role conflict and job satisfaction of Neurosurgery Clinical Nurse Specialist(NCNS) and to identify associated factors. Method: The target populations was 77 NCNSs from 30 general hospitals. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires and analyzed using t-test and ANOVA. Results: The overall mean scores of role conflict and job satisfaction were $3.60({\pm}0.54)$ and $3.04({\pm}0.46)$ respectively. Significant variables affecting role conflict were the working period as NCNS, the number of colleague NCNSs in working hospital, and assignment of prescription rights. The significant variable affecting job satisfaction was assignment of prescription rights. There was no statistically significant correlation between job and role conflict. Conclusion: The variable effecting both role conflict and job satisfaction was the extent of prescription rights. In order to improve the quality of patient care and to protect Neurosurgery Nurse Clinical Specialist, the enactment of law on prescription practice is needed.

It is clearly stated in the current records law that presidential records should be collected and kept. Despite of the significance of this regulation it is also undeniable that there must be some preconditions for the enactment of this legal regulations. First, it needs the compatible device for promoting the production of presidential records. Second, it must be considered that presidential records should be selected and transferred from the Committee for taking over presidency. And last, we are confronted by the problem of establishing presidential archives. After all, from the starting point we should overcome a number of serious problems for the administration of the presidential records. In this article I tried to discuss these problems and to make some suggestions for the solution of these problems. In my opinion, revision of the records law is in some points necessary. Basic principle of management of presidential records must be discussed for the revision and enactment of 'presidential archives and presidential records law'. Just several problems concerning managing agency of presidential records are pointed out here. Presidential records have important historical values. The government must be responsible for the preservation and sound management of them. The citizenship also must support the reform of the records management. It means an open and public discussion on the reform of national records management system.

본 연구는 충청지역을 중심으로 공공도서관 운영위원회 관련 조례 내용 중 도서관 운영위원회 관련 내용을 분석하여 문제점과 시사점을 도출하고 이를 기반으로 도서관 운영에 도움이 될 수 있는 운영위원회 조례 구성에 필요한 내용 및 보완 사항 등을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 첫째, 공공도서관 운영위원회의 의의와 역할, 조례의 성격에 관한 이론적 배경에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 운영위원회 관련 조례제정 현황, 운영위원회 관련 조항 포함 여부, 구성 내용, 구성방식, 기능, 회의와 규정제정 및 수당지급 등 5개 영역으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 이 분석을 토대로 조례 담당 부서, 도서관운영위원회 의무 설치, 위원 구성에 있어 도서관장, 도서관 전문가의 참여 보장, 정기회의 개최, 회의록 공개, 위원회 심의 결과 반영 등이 필요함을 언급하였다. 또한 향후 도서관운영원회 관련 표준조례안 제정 시 운영위원회의 명칭, 성격과 역할, 구성, 회의, 하위 조직이나 규칙 제정 등에 관한 사항을 포함해야함을 제안하였다.

This paper attempts to solve the problems what is Making Livable City for and how to implement their scheme in the future. The purpose of this article is two. First, it is a examination of the background and main concept of Making Liviable City that was proposed last year end and compare with similar urban development strategies. Second, it is proposed direction and scheme that is workable to implement in local community level especially, throuth the participants' role for Making Livable City. It is concluded that is needed to develop indicator for Livable City, reinforcement of administrative capacity, formation of political mood for paticipation, and enactment of Act of Making Livable City. Impications are discussed for significance of mutual cooperative endeavour and partnerships between participants in decision-making.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the concepts appeared on research and provide future research directions in field of child health nursing. 205 studies of the total 318 studies had been analyzed first for the concepts of the client domain and this time 113 studies were analyzed for the practice, the client-nurse and the environmental domain in nursing. The practice domain includes mentalistitic, enactment, knowledge utilization, role related phenomenon, the client-nurse domain includes touch, communication, interaction phenomenon, and the environmental domain includes physical, social, symbolic environment. All were originally published between 1990 and 2000 in Korea. An analysis of concepts for this study was used the metaparadigm framework for nursing proposed by H. S. Kim(2000). 1. 103 studies belonged to the practice domain. Among them, 56(54％) studies used concepts related to enactment phenomenon like education(21.4％), giving information(7.1％), breast feeding(5.4％), caring(5.4％), airway suction(5.4％), nonnutritive sucking(5.4％). 44(43％) studies used concepts related to knowledge utilization like program development and evaluation of smoking, mother-infant interaction, home health nursing, obesity management. And only 3(3％) studies used role related concepts like quality of nursing, direction of health education, contents of child health nursing education. 2. Only 2(0.006％) studies belonged to the client-nurse domain. One concept is empathy in communication phenomenon and the other concept is role conflict in interaction phenomenon. 3. 8(0.02％) studies belonged to the environmental domain. Among them, 3 studies related to physical environment like space, noise and 5 studies related to social environment like social support, home environment. But the concept of symbolic environment was not used. The findings of this study provide the evidence that research related to the client-nurse domain and the environmental domain should be conducted actively to improve the practice of child health nursing. So that the research in field of child health nursing should be dealt with the concepts of four domains to develop knowledge systematically.

전자상거래와 전자무역은 시간과 공간을 초월하는 사이버세계에서 수행되기 때문에 전통적인 상거래방식에 의하여 적용되는 법률과 제도만으로는 새로운 형태의 e-비즈니스 환경에 적용하기 어렵다. 따라서 전자게약, 운송서류의 전자문서화, 전자결제 등에 이용하기에는 많은 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 WTO, OECD, UNCITRAL, APEC, 국제상업회의소(ICC) 등과 같은 국제기구에서 전자상거래 활성화를 위한 방안을 모색하고 있다. 그 중에서 대표적인 것이 전자상거래에 관한 UNCITRAL모델법과 미국의 통일전자거래법(UETA) 및 통일컴퓨터정보거래법(UCITA) 등이 있다. 이와 같은 상황하에서 국제적으로 전자계약 관련 국제규범의 정립, 전자식 운송서류의 활성화 및 글로벌 전자결제시스템 개발 등이 이루어져야 하며, 국내적으로도 전자계약법제의 도입, 디지털재화와 관련된 거래법 제정, 전자유각증권의 발행과 유통과 관련된 법률제정 및 전자자금이체법의 제정 등이 이루어져야 할 것이다.

환경영향평가 연구의 목표(국가환경정책법에 명시)는 개발사업에 대한 여러가지 인자들(생태적, 경제적, 사회적)을 사업이 결정되기 전에 고려하여 사업이 진행되도록 허용하는 것을 확보하는데 있다. 말하자면, 목표는 환경영향평가를 계획과 정책과정에 통합하는데 있다. 국가환경정책법이 시행된 지 25년이 된 오늘날에 그러한 통합의 방향으로 진행의 정도에 관해서 문의하는 것은 적절하다. 이글은 미국의 대평원지역에서의 자원개발사업과 관련하여 계획과 정책과정에서의 환경영향평가에 대한 역할을 검토한다. 특히 에너지 추출 및 변환사업과 관련한 사회경계적 영향과 사업평가, 지방과 지역계획, 주정책개발에서의 환경영향평가에 대한 역할을 설명한다.
