은행산업에서의 경쟁과 위험추구 (Relationship between competition in banking industry and bank's risk-seeking tendency)

  • 본 논문은 은행산업의 경쟁정도가 개별은행의 위험추구 성향에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 실증분석을 수행하였다. 기존 연구에서 위험추구 성향을 나타내는 지표로 주로 사용하였던 고정이하여신비율은 위험을 사후적으로 반영하는 지표라는 점에서 한계점을 지니고 있는데 이에 본 연구에서는 위험을 사전적으로 측정하는 자산위험도를 새로운 위험추구의 지표로 제안하고 이를 이용하여 분석을 수행하였으며 그 결과 은행의 경쟁정도와 위험추구 성향 간에는 음의 관계가 존재함을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 고정이하여신비율을 위험추구의 지표로 사용하여 동일한 분석을 수행한 경우에는 정반대의 결과가 나타나는 흥미로운 사실을 발견할 수 있었다. 즉 위험추구의 지표로 어떤 변수를 선택하는지에 따라 은행산업의 경쟁도와 위험추구의 관계는 정반대의 결과가 나타나고 있다는 것인데 이는 논리적으로 어떠한 지표가 은행의 위험추구 성향을 더 잘 나타낼 수 있는 것인가를 살펴봄으로써 해결할 수 있을 것이다. 자산위험도는 위험추구성향이라는 개념에 논리적으로 더욱 잘 부합하며 또한 위험추구성향 외의 요인에 의한 영향을 덜 받을 것이라는 측면에서 더 적절한 지표인 것으로 판단된다.

  • The purpose of the study were first to propose and determine the influence of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior related to clothing would be mediated by consumer's clothing involvement and second to examine whether sensation seeking tendency is applicable variable on segmenting market expecially using underlying factors of sensation seeking tendency. A questionaire was developed and data were collected from 342 women ranged in age from 0 to 34 years. They were conveniently selected as a proper sample for applying and examining sensation seeking tendency. Arousal seeking tendency scale(Mehrabian & Russel 1974) was selected for operationalizing sensation seeking tendency and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency behavior was larger than the direct one. The influences of factors of sensation-seeking tendency were also investigated. The influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeing tendency was not. Artistic sensation seeking tendency had little effect on clothing involvement and exploratory behavior related to clothing. As a result of regression the indirect effect mediated by clothing involvement of sensation seeking tendency on exploratory behavior was larger than influence of change-seeking tendency and new enviornment seeking tendency was considerably mediated by clothing involvement but that of risk-seeking tendency was not.   • In this study, investigation into the impact of sensation seeking tendency and clothing attitudes upon brand variety seeking will be made through the presentation of sensation seeking tendency as consumer's motivation of clothing behavior and clothing attitude as parameter. To give goals of this study. First, to help the understanding of consumers by elucidating consumer's psychological characteristics against sensation seeking tendency, clothing attitude and diverse brands seeking. Second, to offer standard for specifying market by presenting theoretical as well as empirical data. Third. to create successful marketing strategy according to consumer groups and moreover to increase sales efficiency. Research results are as follows : As a result of investigating on which factor among sensation seeking tendency affects on seeking various brands, change seeking tendency and aesthetic seeking impact upon seeking various kinds of brands. Change seeking is turned out to be the most influential factor. Fashion leadership, fashion innovativeness, attention concentration, social approval and clothing interest had an impact on diverse kinds of brand seeking: there was a positive relations with fashion leadership. attention concentration. clothing interest and fashion innovativeness, whereas a negative link with social approval. Three factors of sensation seeking tendency, two factors, that is change seeking and aesthetic seeking. have direct and indirect paths that lead to diverse brand seeking, via clothing attitude. that is to say, clothing interest. fashion leadership. social approval and attention concentration. On the other hand, thrill and risk seeking only had indirect path. Aesthetic seeking showed higher significance to indirect effect on diverse brand seeking which takes clothing attitude as a parameter, than that of direct effect. Brand variety seeking was under considerable effect of fashion leadership, clothing interest and attention concentration, in order.

차이연령에 따른 감각추구 성향과 패션 탐색적 행동 (The Sensation Seeking Tendency and the Fashion Exploratory Behavior according to the Difference Age)

  • To pursue youth and agelessness can be regarded as a global trend today. The younger a woman recognizes herself to be, the more sensation seeking tendency and the more active fashion exploratory behavior of younger generation she would show. This study attempted to empirically examine the relationship between sensation seeking behavior and fashion exploratory behavior according to the difference age in women in their 30's to 50s'. After the survey, a total of 480 questionnaires was used for data analysis. The results of this study are as follows, 1. It was found that there was a very high correlation among cognitive ages, and the lower cognitive age a woman had, the higher difference age she showed. 2. Sensation seeking tendency of adult women was shown in two factors of change seeking and artistic sensation seeking, and these factors accounted for 73.99% of the total variances. Fashion exploratory behavior had 4 factors such as fashion leadership, behavior of hedonic shopping, behavior of clothing communication and behavior of clothing purchase with taking a risk, and these four factors accounted for 75.87% of the total variances. 3. The higher difference age and the higher tendency of sensation seeking an adult woman had, the higher fashion exploratory behavior was shown, and the higher the difference age, the higher tendency of change seeking and artistic sensation seeking.

The Extension of the RISP Model with Behavioral Intention regarding Breast Cancer Screening

  • This study aims to analyze multiple predictors of information seeking behavior, including information seeking intention about breast cancer, using the risk information seeking and processing (RISP) model. Data from 680 female respondents shows that when individuals perceived the risk of breast cancer, they felt more negative emotions, such as anxiety and nervousness, which increased the need for more information about the risk and tendency to seek information. In addition, information subjective norms were positively related with information seeking intention. When individuals felt they lacked relevant information, their seeking intention increased. Lastly, seeking intention led to breast cancer screening intention.

소비자의 내적 특성이 의복충동구매행동에 미치는 영향 -감각추구성향, 의복탐색행동, 점포유형을 중심으로- (The Effects of Consumers Psychological Characteristics on the Impulse Buying Behaviors of Apparels)

  • EThe purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships of consumers psychological characteristics, store types and impulse buying behaviors of apparels. We collected data from 469 consumers of women college student living in Pusan and analysed by factor analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, t-test and $\chi$$^2$-test. The results were as follows: First, The sensation seeking tendency consisted of the Change seeking, Risk seeking, Artistic seeking, Curiosity seeking and Unusual seeking. The exploratory behavior of apparels were divided into six factors; Particularity exploration, Innovation exploration, Store exploration, Brand royalty exploration, interpersonal exploration and brand-seeking exploration. Second, In comparison with the unimpulse-buying group, the impulse-buying group intended more then Change seeking, when apparel explored, Particularity exploration, Innovation exploration and Brand exploration. Impulse-buying group preferred the department store, unimpulse-buying group did the specialty store.

프레이밍효과를 적용한 창업기업의 납세순응 - 적발률, 납세자 옹호성향, 위험선호성향을 중심으로 (Tax compliance of newly founded company with framing effect - detection rate, framing effect, client advocacy, risk seeking tendency -)

  • 본 연구는 프로스펙트이론을 적용하여 납세순응 문제를 다루었다. 납세순응의 결과는 소득 신고에서 나타나므로 원천징수에 따라 추가 납부와 환급 상황에 있는 두 개의 기업과 하나의 창업기업을 대상으로 세무대리인의 소득 신고액을 실험 기법으로 조사하였다. 프로스펙트이론에서는 이득 영역에서는 위험 회피, 손실 영역에서는 위험 선호로 의사결정자의 가치함수가 달라지므로 추가 납부 상황의 기업은 손실 상황의 기업으로 보아 소득 신고액이 감소하고, 환급 상황의 기업은 이득 상황의 기업으로 보아 소득 신고액이 증가한다고 본다. 창업기업은 준거점이 zero이므로 손실 상황이 아니라고 볼 수 있으나 기업의 재무 상태는 초기 투자로 인해 손실 상황일 것이다. 따라서 창업기업은 손실 상황의 기업과 동일한 방향으로 소득 신고가 이루어질 것이라고 볼 수 있다. 이에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과 창업기업이 소득 신고액이 가장 낮고 그 다음이 손실 상황의 기업이고 이익 상황의 기업이 소득 신고액이 가장 많았다. 두 번째 납세순응행위에 영향을 미치는 또 하나의 중요한 요인은 세무조사 적발률이다. 세무조사 적발률을 높이면 납세순응이 커진다. 이에 대한 가설을 검증한 결과 손실 상황의 기업, 이익 상황의 기업은 세무조사 적발률이 높아지면 소득 신고액이 증가하였다. 그러나 창업기업에 대해서는 통계적으로 검증이 되지 못하였다. 세 번째 세무대리인의 납세자 옹호성향과 위험선호 성향이 강할수록 프레이밍 효과가 커질 것이라는 가설에 대한 검증 결과 세무 대리인의 납세자 옹호성향이 증가할수록 창업기업과 손실 상황의 기업의 소득 신고액은 감소하고 이익 상황의 기업의 소득 신고액은 증가하였고 통계적으로 지지를 받았다. 반면 세무대리인의 위험선호 성향이 증가할수록 창업기업과 손실 상황의 기업의 소득 신고액은 감소하고 통계적으로 지지를 받았으나 이익 상황의 기업에 대해서는 통계적 지지를 받지 못하였다. 본 연구는 원천징수율, 적발률과 가산세율 등이 납세 순응 행위나 태도에 미치는 영향을 조사함으로써 정부의 정책 결정, 기업의 세무대리인 선정, 세무대리인의 적정 소득 신고 등에 도움이 될 것이며, 창업기업에 대해서는 최초의 연구이므로 그 의미가 더 있다.

영업사원과의 관계구축 의도에 영향을 미치는 소비자의 내재적 특성에 관한 연구: 관계적 혜택을 매개변수로 (A Study on the Consumers' Inherent Characteristics Influencing on the Relationship Building Intention with the Salesperson: Relational Benefits as Mediating Variables)

  • 경쟁이 심화되고 시장이 포화되면서 관계마케팅에 대한 관심은 증대하고 있다. 그런데 많은 연구들이 모든 소비자가 관계지향적인 성향을 가지고 있는 것은 아니라는 점을 지적하고 있다. 그렇지만 어떠한 성향을 가진 소비자가 관계지향적인 성향을 가지고 있는가에 대한 본격적인 연구는 이루어지지 않았다. 본 연구는 영업사원이 제공하는 관계적 혜택(확신 혜택 및 사회적 혜택)에 대한 중요성 지각을 매개 변수로 소비자의 어떠한 내재적 특성이 영업사원과의 관계구축 의도에 영향을 미치는가를 분석하고 있다. 본 연구의 가설에서 확신 혜택에 대한 중요성 지각에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 소비자의 내재적 특성으로 위험감수 성향, 다양성추구 성향, 제품지식, 타인 신뢰 성향 등의 변수를 제시하였으며, 사회적 혜택에 대한 중요성 지각에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 소비자의 내재적 특성으로 대인성향, 가격민감도, 타인 신뢰 성향 등의 변수를 제시하였다. 실제로 영업사원과의 거래를 통해 증권거래를 하고 있는 소비자 396명으로부터 자료를 수집하였다. 구조방정식 모델을 이용하여 분석한 결과, 소비자의 내재적 특성과 영업사원과의 관계 구축 의도의 인과관계에 있어서 관계적 혜택에 대한 중요성 지각이 매개 변수로서의 역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소비자의 내재적 특성 가운데 다양성 추구 성향은 확신 혜택에 대한 중요성 지각에 음의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 타인 신뢰 성향은 확신 혜택 및 사회적 혜택 모두의 중요성 지각에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 가격 민감도는 가설에서 설정된 방향과는 다르게 사회적 혜택의 중요성 지각에 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다.

충동구매 소비자의 구매행위와 심리적 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Purchase Behavior and the Psychological Characteristics of the Impulse-Buying Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study is to clarify the tendency of impulse buying behavior and the consumer psychological characteristic factors which arouse impulse purchase and the difference in exploratory behavior according to the degree of impulse buying behaviors. For this purpose existing studies on impulse buying behaviors, consumer stimulation levels and exploratory behaviors were theoretically reviewed. And field survey was carried out for this study; 353 women impulse consumers were selected by convenience sampling method. The summarized main results of this study are as follows; 1) In relative perspectives, the consumers who has high degree of impulse buying behavior was favor of sensory buying behavior but, was lack of planned and rational buying behaviro. 2) The optimal stimulation level of high-impulse consumers is higher than that of low-impulse consumers. Especially, optimal stimulation level of impulse consumers is significantly higher than their life-style stimulation level. This means that impulse consumers are consider to a stimulation seeker. 3) The high-impulse consumers have high exploration through shopping, high information seeking behavior, high interpersonal communication level, high risk taking behavior and particulary high sensory exploratory patterns in purchase exploratory behaviors than that of low-impulse consumers.

고등학생의 음주문제행동과 성격특성 (Relationship between Problematic Drinking Behavior and the Personalities of High School Students)

  • Purpose: This study intended to identify personality factors and related problematic behaviors of adolescents who drink alcohol in order to provide basic data for developing nursing programs. Methods: The data were collected from October to December 2002 from 1.080 high school students in Seoul. The Revised Cloninger's Tri-dimensional Personality Questionnaire (TPQ) was used to measure their personalities. The alcohol expectancy was measured using the tool revised by Cho (1999) and stress levels were measure using a stress tool revised Cho (1998). The data were analyzed with SPSS Windows using Chi square test. independent t-test. and logistic regression analysis. Results: 1. The percentage of fathers who drank was 79.8%. mothers. 54.3%. and friends. 54.3%. The alcohol expectancy averaged 6.36 while the stress levels were 132.79. 2. It was found that there are significant differences (p<.001) in problematic drinking behaviors according to the following variables: second year high school students among all grade variables, more monthly pocket money for the amount of money variables, the group of students who smoked in the case of the variable related to smoking, spending more time using the Internet for the Internet use variable, and having friends who drink 65.6% for the friend variable. The alcohol expectancy scale of those students who showed problematic drinking behaviors was higher than that of those who did not. There are four family-related stress subscales, and there was a significant difference among them (p<.05). Among the personal characteristics, the group who displayed problematic drinking behaviors seeks new experiences and reward dependence more than the group who did not exhibit those behaviors, and there were significant differences between the two groups (p<.001). 3. When the socio-demographic and drinking-related factors were controlled, the tendency of seeking new experiences increased the risk of problematic behaviors 1.07 times (p<.05). Compared to the non smoking group, the smoking group was found to have a 5.06 time (p<.001) greater risk of displaying problematic drinking behaviors. In comparison with the non drinking group, the drinking group was also found to have a 5.31 time (p<.001) greater risk of exhibiting problematic drinking behaviors. The group with high alcohol expectancy scores was significantly different from the group with the no alcohol expectancy, showing a 1.26 time (p<.00l) greater risk of problematic drinking behaviors. Conclusions: Based on these results, the problematic drinking behaviors were connected with alcohol expectancies, friends and personality types. Therefore, we should develop an alcoholic prevention program for adolescence considering the above results.
