유엔 새천년개발목표의 효과적 달성을 위한 글로벌 거버넌스에 관한 연구 (A Study on Global Governance System for Effectively Achieving UN Millennium Development Goals)

  • 본 연구는 인간안보 개념의 분석적 엄격성과 실천적 유용성의 문제를 MDGs 사례를 통해서 살펴보고자 한다. 인간안보가 21세기적 안보과제들을 이해하는데 있어서 유용한 안보 개념 틀로 발전하기 위해서는 개념적 엄격성과 실천적 유용성을 더욱 높여야하는 과제를 안고 있다. 본 연구에서는 인간안보의 다양한 위협요인들 사이의 관계를 재정립하고 난 뒤, 빈곤을 인간안보의 근본적 위협으로 간주함으로써 인간안보의 인과적 가설의 단순화 및 개념적 엄격성을 추구하였다. 또한 인간안보의 실천적 유용성을 높이기 위해 유엔 MDGs의 효과적 달성을 위한 글로벌 거버넌스 창출 문제를 심층적으로 검토하였다. 인간안보를 위한 글로벌 거버넌스는 지구적인 정치적 대표성, 정책결정의 효율성, 민주성을 확보하는 것이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 지구적 정치적 대표성을 위해 새로운 최고의사결정기구로서 가칭 "개발을 위한 정상회의" 창설하고, 민주성 확보를 위해 국가/정부, 국제기구, NGO들 사이에 동반자적 협력관계가 구축하고, 정책결정의 효율을 위해서 국제기구들 사이의 통합적 협력체제를 구축하여 개발업무의 효과성을 제고하여야 한다고 주장하고 있다.

얼음물 전처리 방법이 넙치육의 품질특성에 미치는 영향 (Physicochemical Changes in Olive Flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus) Muscle by Iced Water Pre-treatment)

  • 넙치육의 품질특성을 향상시키기 위해 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용하였고, 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용하여 넙치육의 품질 특성을 향상시키는 시점을 알아보기 위해 핵산성분 분석과 기계적 품질특성을 분석한 결과 사후경직도(rigor index)에서는 $3^{\circ}C$$15^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 대조군이 3시간에서 각각 4.17%, 1.23%로 측정되었고, 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육은 $3^{\circ}C$$15^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 3시간 저장 했을 때 각각 6.06%, 1.59%를 나타내어 얼음물 전처리 방법이 사후경직도(rigor index)를 앞당기는 것으로 나타났으며, ATP 분해가 진행 될수록 생선회의 정미성분인 IMP의 축적량은 증가하였고 저장온도와 저장 시간, 그리고 전처리 방법에 따른 $3^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육이 12시간을 저장하였을 때 가장 많은 IMP축적량을 나타내었다. 넙치육의 신선도 지수 측정은 $3^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 얼음물 전처리 넙치육이 0.05%를 나타내었고, $3^{\circ}C$에서 저장한 대조군은 0.39%로 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육이 더욱 신선하다는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 얼음물 전처리 조건 유무에 따라서 K-value의 변화와 K-value에 대한 시간이 경과함에 따라 온도의 의존성을 나타내었다. 즉살한 넙치육을 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용하였을 경우 신선도의 지표값인 K-value의 증가를 현저히 억제하는 경향으로 나타났다. 각 시료의 관능적 특성을 살펴보면 대조군과 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육의 외관(appearance)과 향(odor)은 각 시료간의 저장온도와 전처리 방법, 저장 시간에 따른 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았고, 씹힘성(chewiness)과 감칠맛(umami), 그리고 전체적인 기호도는 $3^{\circ}C$에서 6시간 저장한 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육이 가장 높은 값을 나타내며 유의적(p<0.001)인 차이를 나타내었다. 대조군에 비해 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육이 치사 후 12시간 동안 정미성분과 texture, 그리고 기호도 분석에서 대조군에 비해 높은 값을 나타내었으며 어육의 신선도 지표 값인 K-value가 낮게 측정되어 대조군에 비해 신선한 것으로 나타내어 활어회를 주로 먹는 우리나라에서 얼음물 전처리 방법을 이용한 넙치육이 신선함과 감칠맛을 향상시키며, 씹힘성을 높이는 넙치회 전처리 방법인 것으로 판단되었다.

Design and Implementation of Mathematics Textbooks in Support of Effective Teaching for Secondary Schools: A Chinese Case

  • Mathematics textbook plays a significant role in shaping students' learning of mathematics. Logic, rigor and abstraction as typical features of the formalization of mathematics, dominate mathematics textbooks around the world, which is regarded as one of the important origins of students' learning difficulties in mathematics. An innovative series of Chinese mathematic textbooks is presented in this paper. Supported by the supplementary materials excerpts from the textbooks, it gives a comprehensive theoretical analysis of the principles of design and implementation of this series of mathematics textbooks. The effectiveness of this series of textbooks is demonstrated by student achievement and secondary research data. It shows that series of Chinese mathematic textbooks has largely decreased students' learning difficulties in mathematics and enhance classroom teaching efficiency. It suggests that prioritizing the essence of mathematics and reducing abstraction is an important notion for mathematics textbook design and implementation.

벤처기업의 지식경영 성공요인 도출에 관한 연구: 코스닥 상장기업을 대상으로 (A Study on the Key Success Factors for Knowledge Management of the Venture Businesses Listed in KOSDAQ)

  • Recently, Korean economy is boosted by the active introduction of many venture businesses full of entrepreneurship. It has been widely accepted implicitly that success of the venture business originates from unique style of knowledge management. This assumption looks natural when we consider the fact that success of the venture business heavily depends on differentiated intelligent asset or knowledge. However, such implicit belief has never been tested empirically. To fill the research void like this, this paper proposes an empirical derivation of key success factors from the venture businesses listed in KOSDAQ. To add rigor to our results, we performed regression analysis by using the derived key success factors as independent variables, and introducing organization efficiency, job satisfaction, and accomplishment motivation as dependent variables. Regression results showed that our approach is justified from the statistical perspective.

간호대학생의 알코올중독 환자간호 실습경험에 관한 연구 (The Experiences of Nursing Student on Alcoholism Care)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to describe the experiences of student nurses during their clinical practice periods in an alcoholic ward. Methods: A descriptive phenomenological study design was employed. Individual interviews were conducted and audio-taped. Colaizzi's method of data analysis was applied to inductively determine themes and formulated meanings. Data saturation was achieved and methodological rigor was established. Results: Four themes were identified and these themes included anxiety of nursing practice in unfamiliar setting, sympathy with patients, learning about the inpatient alcoholics care, and self-reflection. Conclusion: Nursing students had positive and negative experiences in their clinical practice. The results of this study had important implications regarding clinical practice and research for nursing clinical education.

초등학생들의 형식적 추론 능력에 관한 연구 (Investigation on the Primary School Children's Abilities of Formal Reasoning)

  • We investigated on the primary school children's abilities of formal reasoning. Seventy students in grade 5 participated in the study. They responsed their best reactions on the problems constituted of three parts requiring the informal or formal reasoning and generalization. Their reactions are classified by some criteria depending the level of reasoning. About 10 students showed that they constructed a kind of scheme for solving the problems, similar to formal reasoning and beyond naive informal reasoning. And about 30 students did so partially. We concluded that the teaching and learning of reasoning by the progressive increasing the degree of rigor from grade 5 is possible.

  • This study is aimed at proposing a new approach to designing UDSS (Ubiquitous Decision Support System) which allows context-awareness and connectivity. In the previous studies, the need to design UDSS and analyze its performance empirically was raised. However, due to the complexity of empirical approaches, there is no study attempting to tackle this research issue so far. To fill this research void, this study proposes a Mobile Delivery System (MDS) as a form of UDSS, empirically analyzing how users perceive its context-awareness and connectivity functions. Especially, to add more rigor to the proposed approach to know how much it works well in the decision-making contexts, we considered three decision making phases (intelligence, design, choice) in the research model. With the valid questionnaires collected from 340 users of the MDS, we induced statistically proven results showing that both context-awareness and connectivity of the proposed UDSS (or MDS) influence the decision making steps positively and then contribute to improving the decision making quality.

Hepatic Cell Membrane Changes of Rats in the Early Postmortem Period

  • To investigate the postmortem changes in hepatic cell membrane, the rats were sacrificed with cervical dislocation and kept in an incubator at $25^{\circ}C$, 70% of humidity for 12 hours. The biochemical experiments in postmortem were done at 2, 4, 8 and 12 hours. The degree of rigor mortis and algor mortis were increased with the time during 12 hours. The contents of hepatic malondialdehyde were rapidly increased ai 2 hours, and gradually decreased afterward. In histological findings, after 8 hours, the clotted blood was seen in central vein and sinusoids, and especially portal veins were dilated a1though the structure of hepatic lobules was preserved well. Furthermore, both in the histochemical and enzymatic examinations, membrane bounding alkaline phosphatase activities were gradually decreased with the time. In conclusion, the activity of membrane bounding alkaline phosphatase was linearly decreased with time in the early postmortem period and so it might be referred to the possibility fur the estimation of death time in the early postmortem period.

기계발골 계육으로부터 닭고기 수리미의 제조 (Surimi Preparation from mechanically Deboned Chicken Meat)

  • The mechanically deboned chicken meat(MDCM) has several limits in using for in using for in processed meat products as a main material because of poor color and textural properties, chance of microbial contamination and lipid oxidation. There has been a growing interest all over world in the application of MDCM to the surimi process. The surimi made from MDCM contains a high concentration of myofibrillar protein since this processing involves repeated washing processes with an aqueous solution in order to remove heme pigments, fat and other undesirable substances. The quality of the surimi made from MDCM is affected by various processing factors, such as kinds of wash solution, ion strength, washing cycle, temperature, pH changes, composition, part of muscle, particle size, and rigor state etc. A number of researchers havee investigated the effect of the various washing conditions on the properties of surimi gels. A fuller information of all the factors affecting surimi processing and gel formation by heat-induced gelation has not been known yet.

소셜미디어 연구의 흐름: 경영학 관련 연구의 메타분석 (Research trends in social media: A meta-analysis of business-related literature)

  • The number of studies on social media has increased rapidly worldwide. There has been, however, little effort to assess the achievements and limitations of social media studies up to present. The purpose of this study is to provide a systematical viewpoint on social media research published by scholarly business-related journals. Our analysis focus on research topic, functionality, targeted media types, methodology, and characteristics. User research receives the most attention, followed by effect research in terms of developmental models of media research agenda. The major methodological trend is online survey. Facebook and twitter are the two most popular mediums studied in literature, and social media is mainly characterized as information sharing as well as relationship building. Two recommendations are suggested in ways to strengthen social media research: more various topics and application areas, and the rigor and diversity of research methods.
